Lovely hotel. Serviced daily, staff polite and helpful, apart from 1 receptionist who seemed to enjoy being obnoxious. Good choice of food and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Having great holiday here. Food fabulous. Great bar waitress and restaurant staff. Lovely clean rooms. Covid actions taken. Opportunity for test before return flight daily in hotel. Also in main Street outside. 20 to 25 euros. Shame people leaving towels on empty sunbeds around pool and grounds. Advised not, but no-one checks.

Amazing environment by the sea really nice food with a huge variety to choose for every meal, kids friendly with many pool areas, the rooms are recently renovated and of high aesthetic!I would definitely recommend it!

I visited the hotel at the end of October. Even though it was a little quiet in the area, it was just what we needed. All the hotel went over and above to make us feel comfortable and relaxed from the reception to the service. The food is very tasty. We also visited the spa . Well located in a small shopping street Sea & beach is just across the street. Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. Understandably quiet but full of charecter and charm. Clean and having the friendliest staff group. The food is good and service lovely. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and you can get a bus to Heraklion over the road, wherby the shops...

We stayed here for one week. The hotel is great and the people are friendly. Food is great with warm food being served at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and the airconditioning is a welcome feature. The hotel has two pools and its own beach at the sea, with reefs just off shore which are great for snorkling. Overall a perfect stay for your holiday.

Zephiros Beach is a good hotel. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Food is tasty and varied. Hotel has private beach - small but sunbeds are always not occupated. Stalis is a small town but everything is there - pubs, clubs, shops. Great holiday especially for youth.

A big thank you to the Kids Club Team, they are passionate and very experienced. We moved from Ikaros to Alexander Beach this year because we know the team of the kids club. Terrible WiFi. The only place you could use it was in the main lobby and even there the connection wasn't perfect. The pool was full of chemicals and hurt your face and eyes after 10 minutes. Otherwise it was amazing and beautiful. The beach was nice and the room was comfortable. Would go there again.

This place is absolutely amazing. The service is top draw. Everyone who works for Hotel Dessole is super friendly. The food here is very nice, the best I've had at an all inclusive. The Royal Heights Resort impresses with its spectacular view over Malia. The room seemed in good condition, though it was obvious that renovations are needed sooner than later. Staff was always attentive and very friendly, they were trying their best everyday.

Messed up our reservations, tried to overcharge us, also made lots of small mistakes, and were not very apologetic, even the manager. We stayed in the hotel for a total of 6 days. The location is amazing and the beach is found in front of the hotel which we loved. The animation in the hotel is amazing and offers entertainment for all ages. In the night there are shows which we enjoyed watching. The food was decent. I was there for 7 days. clean room, cleaned every day. the downside was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. food very good! in the future there could be more options for people with allergies. The main pool was not too busy throughout the day, though the 'adult pool' was very busy every day and was not exclusive to adults as advertised, as it regularly had full families around the area with young children. Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire. The hosts are very very friendly and helpful! Cleaning up to you, every 2 days or every 4 days (in times of corona). We enjoyed our stay here and would come again! Thank you!

So amazing owners, big and clean room, close to the beach 200m, but sometimes nosy neighbors who don't care of other people. Next to apartment there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Highly recommend this place. Bus station is in 15 min by foot. 30 min by foot to Malia. Very good location.

I am highly impressed the koni I is a great place to be,don't believe everything you read on reviews try it for yourself and make your own minds up,the only thing I would say is there is no variety in food in the restaurant it seems to be the same everyday just livened up,Michael who runs the bar at night is very good at his job he's talkative funny and an excellent barman

This hotel is good value for money with friendly staff, well catered bar and two pools for relaxing. The complex is a short walk away from the lively town centre and beach strip of stallis, which I highly recommend visiting. The food was really nice half of the time but average on other nights. More regular entertainment and more consistent meals would bump my rating up to five star. If you do visit...

The hotel is just outside of the city which is perfect for those that don't want the buss and noise of the nearby city. It is a comfortable little hotel with great pools, activities and little spa. We had a great tme there and we want to thank all the staff for their hospitality and warm welcome ( especially Georgia from the reception is amazing!)

The hotel's location is great, just a few steps from some great restaurants and a 2-minute walk to the center area. Also, the view from the room was perfect (sea view)! The workers at the hotel were very friendly and were happy to help us with any problem we had at any hour of the day.

Very nice hotel. They currently have only 20 rooms. Near the sea, nice view from the balcony. Delicious food, getting several different products from Crete. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms on the hotel grounds. I highly recommend

Great place! Ideal for those who want to sunbathe and go on excursions. The first descent to the beach is about 2 minutes, the stop where the hikes start is about 5 minutes. The chef and barman create a great atmosphere for everyone who spends time at the hotel. Very tasty food from the catering, every day different Greek dishes, very tasty salads and fresh fruits. Thanks to the chef for the delicious local food!!! Nowhere else have I met an additional charge for using an air conditioner. In the modern world, this is bad manners.

Family friendly hotel. Clean and comfortable. Alexander beach is very close. Nearby are shops and restaurants also, but very recommended hotel's restaurant, where you'll find delicious greek dishes.

Wish it had a sixth star. There's no need to describe this family run hotel! Atmoshere, the cleanest I've been in it's category and the owners are brilliant. Felt like home. Totally must!

Love these apartments have been holidaying here once sometimes twice a year for the past 5years, so close to amenities but a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Brother and sister team Roussos and Fofi plus team make your holiday an enjoyable one. Each year they have invested in the hotel/apartments.

Very nice hosts. The breakfast is OK, the content changes a bit day by day so there is something new to eat every morning. The rooms are spatious and clean, the hosts do a tidy-up every day. Beach is nearby, 5 min. walk but the hotel a pool with sunbeds which is a huge advantage. For example when the wind is strong and the waves arev so huge that lifeguards don't allow people to go into the sea...

Cosy place with average service. The rooms were clean and nicely arranged. Food is average too. Recommended if you don't have high expectations or necessities. The beach is 10 -15 minutes walk though.

Very nice, clean family hotel. The rooms are of a sufficient size and cleaned every day. The two sisters are nice and helpful when spoken to. However, I cannot share the opinion of many that they are "super nice". I got the impression that they do their job without much joy, but maybe that was also because of the difficult last year. However, we would go back to this hotel for vacation at any time...

Nice hotel for the small wallet. Rooms are decent. I was afraid of the bathroom beforehand, but that too was perfectly fine. A room at the front facing the street is also fine. Personally, I was able to sleep well, my girlfriend had earplugs with her and that went well too. Food there was simple but there was something for every taste, there were really delicious days with very delicious food. But...

Good location in the center of Stalis. Hotel recently renovated, few meters far from the see it offers a nice view on it. The reception service is a bit poor. The ladies working here are instead lovely. We found it too expensive for what it offered and compared to how is presented on internet. Not worth 120 Eur/night but overall if you find a good deal it is a good pick. Do not expect a huge breakfast...

The rooms where clean, the employees where friendly and helpful. Since there was no animation at the pool it also was quiet and relaxing. We had all inclusive and I must say that the meals have been very delicious. I enjoyed my stay here
