I visited the hotel at the end of October. Even though it was a little quiet in the area, it was just what we needed. Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. We stayed here for one week. The hotel is great and the people are friendly. Food is great with warm food being served at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and the airconditioning is a welcome feature. The hotel has two pools and its own beach at the sea, with reefs just off shore which are great for snorkling. Overall a perfect stay for your holiday.

Zephiros Beach is a good hotel. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Food is tasty and varied. Hotel has private beach - small but sunbeds are always not occupated. Stalis is a small town but everything is there - pubs, clubs, shops. Great holiday especially for youth.

Terrible WiFi. The only place you could use it was in the main lobby and even there the connection wasn't perfect. The pool was full of chemicals and hurt your face and eyes after 10 minutes. Excellent family hotel in Crete! We are currently on our 2nd visit , we couldn't fault either stay. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The pools are perfect for children and there are quiet areas for adults to relax too. There is a variety of food in the restaurant and snack bars, plenty of choice. A great, clean hotel with great staff and a good range of facilities. My particular favourite is yoga/meditation followed by a Greek coffee or home made iced tea (really is at slightly different each day) the animation team have been really good. Although all inclusive it is worth while taking a 10-12 euro taxi into a village to seek out Cretan food, often with a stunning view.

We loved our stay here. Such a clean and friendly place. Quite a few German and Dutch males on their own staying was the only negative. It's not Ibiza boys, grow a pair and go there. Room was clean; towels got replaced everyday. The poolwater is salty and clean too. Food was average, since there isn't a wide variety. We booked all inclusive. The waiter are attractive and nice. The beach is a 10 minute walk from thr hotel. Overall we enjoyed our 12 days stay there☀️

I have never seen such cleanliness and commitment in such a large hotel. The pools are great, even the number of sunbeds is quite ok. The food is varied for so many people, alcohol in all inclusive is not the same, but the whole hotel and the commitment of the staff at the highest level. Summarizing a very nice holiday and I would recommend the hotel to everyone

The rooms in the off-season is cold, food is not very tasty. To sea from the hill down for about 10 minutes. Resting a lot of Europeans.

The Royal Heights Resort impresses with its spectacular view over Malia. The room seemed in good condition, though it was obvious that renovations are needed sooner than later. Staff was always attentive and very friendly, they were trying their best everyday.
