It’s was top class 5 start, counting ask or anything better really. I visited the hotel at the end of October. Even though it was a little quiet in the area, it was just what we needed. All the hotel went over and above to make us feel comfortable and relaxed from the reception to the service. The food is very tasty. We also visited the spa . We got 3 massages each and it wasn't enough. The staff are very professional. Thank you for making our holiday so special

Amazing environment by the sea really nice food with a huge variety to choose for every meal, kids friendly with many pool areas, the rooms are recently renovated and of high aesthetic!I would definitely recommend it!

Really nice hotel and beautiful hotel area! But they still have some unrenovated rooms which we had and they aren't that nice to be honest. Somehow it's a thing that there are many public toilets you can't lock all over Crete and also in the hotel area. Everything else was fine.

Wonderful hotel, clean and aesthetic. Delicious food, really near to the beach. I loved the idea of having dinners in dedicated restaurants. The animations had very good quality and Luca and Valeria made them so much fun. I really enjoyed the stay.

Well located in a small shopping street Sea & beach is just across the street. Hotel area & garden is very clean & cosy, with nice plantation (lemon, orange, herbs ... ), populated with lovely cats! :) Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are very various, we have changed 2 times as we weren't very pleased with the 2 first places, hopefully reception did their best to provide us with a third room...

Went here 2012 for a week. Food was to die for, and desserts were like from a cartoon:very colorful and also delicious. Also loved tennis court :)

A simply wonderful full service experience. Fabulous food, crystal clear pools, and steps from the sea. Activities are available for the entire family.

Great hotel with great staff. Village is a little away from the main complex but is ideal for us as we had a baby and a bit quiet (beginning of September) Only difficulty was getting pram from village to main complex, as there is a tunnel that has steps. Would recommend this place to anyone

Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. Understandably quiet but full of charecter and charm. Clean and having the friendliest staff group. The food is good and service lovely. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and you can get a bus to Heraklion over the road, wherby the shops...

Very kind people working here... Diane helped us with apartment switch with no cost, and she helped us finding a way to get to the hotel. Thanks 😊... Big areas inside the hotel where kids could run and play... Good pool. You get a home feeling which is good. Food is on the scarce side and just OK taste and quality. Breakfast is almost minimum. Golf court is a ruin and a joke but football court is usable...

Great hotel , Staff very friendly, can't fault the food or service. Rooms are large with great views of the bay .I will definitely return.

OK let's get this right the hotel is over 4 buildings. The beach fronted rooms are hard to get and if not book early you are not getting one. Pool bar is great but then you get charge €6 for the sun beds and pay for drinks even if your on all Inc. The pool bar is included. Lovely clean bustling resort with a huge range of bars ant cuisine. We came here 12 years ago and the place he really grown since (in a good way). The beaches are clean and the sea is gorgeous, it's lovely to come back and not be disappointed.

Very nice Appartement complex, comfortable rooms, very good beds. Pool and cocktail bar in front with breakfast from 10am till 6 pm. Just 3 minutes to the sand, flat beach. The hosts are very very friendly and helpful! Cleaning up to you, every 2 days or every 4 days (in times of corona). We enjoyed our stay here and would come again! Thank you!

So amazing owners, big and clean room, close to the beach 200m, but sometimes nosy neighbors who don't care of other people. Next to apartment there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants. The hotel's location is great, just a few steps from some great restaurants and a 2-minute walk to the center area. Also, the view from the room was perfect (sea view)! The workers at the hotel were very friendly and were happy to help us with any problem we had at any hour of the day.

Nice hotel for the small wallet. Rooms are decent. I was afraid of the bathroom beforehand, but that too was perfectly fine. A room at the front facing the street is also fine. Good location in the center of Stalis. Hotel recently renovated, few meters far from the see it offers a nice view on it. The reception service is a bit poor. The ladies working here are instead lovely. We found it too expensive for what it offered and compared to how is presented on internet. Not worth 120 Eur/night but overall if you find a good deal it is a good pick. Do not expect a huge breakfast...

The rooms where clean, the employees where friendly and helpful. Since there was no animation at the pool it also was quiet and relaxing. We had all inclusive and I must say that the meals have been very delicious. I enjoyed my stay here

We were made extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. The place was spotless. It is a family run apartments and the cannot do enough for you. We didn't see our rep but wasn't a problem as Natasha booked a tour for us, which ended up saving us money. Billy the barman is always cheerful and helpful. Would recommend to amyone

We stayed here for one week. The hotel is great and the people are friendly. Food is great with warm food being served at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and the airconditioning is a welcome feature. The hotel has two pools and its own beach at the sea, with reefs just off shore which are great for snorkling. Overall a perfect stay for your holiday.

Zephiros Beach is a good hotel. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Food is tasty and varied. Hotel has private beach - small but sunbeds are always not occupated. Stalis is a small town but everything is there - pubs, clubs, shops. Great holiday especially for youth.

Very nice and tidy hotel - we are still here 😃. First room offer was below the pool/evening bar - supposed to have sea view , no way 😡. We asked for another one! Got one night in a marvellous suite and a good rock solid room on second floor next day - great customer focus! And yes, food is excellent with great choices and quality. And yes too, the gym is a joke - go swimming 🤣. Nevertheless 5 well...

Food at the buffets are very god and present a great variety. The hotel sets on local products and on sustainability in general. Room and all of the hotel is clean and tidy.

At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. Everyone was very satisfied. I was there for 7 days. clean room, cleaned every day. the downside was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. food very good! in the future there could be more options for people with allergies.
