Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. Understandably quiet but full of charecter and charm. Clean and having the friendliest staff group. The food is good and service lovely. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and you can get a bus to Heraklion over the road, wherby the shops...

Very kind people working here... Diane helped us with apartment switch with no cost, and she helped us finding a way to get to the hotel. Thanks 😊... Big areas inside the hotel where kids could run and play... Good pool. You get a home feeling which is good. Food is on the scarce side and just OK taste and quality. Breakfast is almost minimum. Golf court is a ruin and a joke but football court is usable...

Great hotel , Staff very friendly, can't fault the food or service. Rooms are large with great views of the bay .I will definitely return.

OK let's get this right the hotel is over 4 buildings. The beach fronted rooms are hard to get and if not book early you are not getting one. Pool bar is great but then you get charge €6 for the sun beds and pay for drinks even if your on all Inc. The pool bar is included. The main hotel as the reception which is over the road from the beach side and there is another hotel block behind this. Rooms...

Really good modern clean room. Walk straight off patio onto beach with stunning sea views. Cleaned every day. Would of made 5 ster rating if sheets had of been big enough for bed.

Very nice hosts. The breakfast is OK, the content changes a bit day by day so there is something new to eat every morning. The rooms are spatious and clean, the hosts do a tidy-up every day. Beach is nearby, 5 min. walk but the hotel a pool with sunbeds which is a huge advantage. For example when the wind is strong and the waves arev so huge that lifeguards don't allow people to go into the sea...

It was a simple but clean and tidy hotel. Lovely bed. We found the food fine, Greek / European but not much choice. Breakfast was a bit sparse but sufficient. A real Greek hotel that is run by a family. Little music or fun at the hotel.

I score with 5 stars without a second thought. The hosts are amazing guys with incredible humor. and all the food is delicious

Enjoyed our stay here at the anastasia, very hot and many sunbeds to go around. We had a 10 night stay here at this lovely hotel. Our room was lovely with an amazing view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the main street of Stalis. The food had good choice. We would return.

A very cozy, home-like place. The hotel grounds are beautifully green, filled with pleasantly fragrant roses, and feature two-story sections. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious, with lovely little balconies where you can enjoy delicious Greek wine in the evenings. Ours had a mountain view. Just got back from a week at the Maria Lambis, The apartments are clean and tidy and the cleaners come in every other day. The pool bar food isn't great or good very basic. Just returned from here. Very good value for money. We were not expecting the Ritz and the minor problems we had with the room such as the coffee machine and one wall plug were sorted immediately. It was a bit noisy on the odd night with drunk guests singing loudly and badly out of tune on a couple of nights hence 4 stars. Nice pool, set in pleasant gardens. Have stayed here a number of times and enjoyed. Great facilities and staff, with the exception of one bar member intent on treating you unwelcome, an intruder and setting rules by which to abide. All other staff are lovely and this one member lets the team down.

We were made extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. The place was spotless. It is a family run apartments and the cannot do enough for you. We didn't see our rep but wasn't a problem as Natasha booked a tour for us, which ended up saving us money. Billy the barman is always cheerful and helpful. Would recommend to amyone

We stayed here for one week. The hotel is great and the people are friendly. Food is great with warm food being served at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and the airconditioning is a welcome feature. The hotel has two pools and its own beach at the sea, with reefs just off shore which are great for snorkling. Overall a perfect stay for your holiday.

Zephiros Beach is a good hotel. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Food is tasty and varied. Hotel has private beach - small but sunbeds are always not occupated. Stalis is a small town but everything is there - pubs, clubs, shops. Great holiday especially for youth.

Lovely location, the hotel is on steep hill so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues . The room we had was cleaned everyday. Lovely location, not really suited to anyone with mobility issues. The room we have is cleaned everyday and there is free WiFi and air-con in the rooms. Sincerely one of my best experiences on a holiday. I was a bit skeptical about the room my first night at the hotel but the hotel staff. the kitchen crew and everything else was just top notch. I highly recommend.

If our travel agents had warned us the hotel is on a steep hill with loads of slopes and stairs, we would not have come. The staff are great. And we always found something hot to eat. The absolute top thing about this hotel is the beachfront location (deluxe room felt like we're almost on the sea) and the actual area that is taken care off and kept clean exceptionally.

Fantastic pool area with very friendly staff and good food. Direct access to the beach from pool area as well. Breakfast was not of similar quality though. Also, the hotel coffee was undrinkable. Still gets 4-stars though 🤙

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire. Watch out for two great guys who work there, Armando who does the sun loungers and Tonin one of the waiters really nice guy both have work here for a good few years now always lovely to see them.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The room was clean and the hotel had been renovated. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it offered a variety of options. Dinner was served at a hotel 200m away. We didn't enjoy the dinner due to the uniform taste of the dishes. While the food was filling, it wasn't exceptional. It is a nice hotel near the beach, the staff is really friendly, polite and helpful, the pool is big and amazing and near the hotel there are some shops where you can buy everything you need. It is also pretty calm place. I really enjoyed it there.

I've stayed in Stalis many times, but this was my first time in the Niko Elen. Best experience yet. Warm, friendly greeting from Maria in reception, who then showed me to my room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Sheets and towels changed regularly, the room was spotless. I'm looking forward to my next visit here.
