Lovely hotel, about 5mins walk to main strip and beach if you know how to get there!! Good food excellent staff 👌

Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. Understandably quiet but full of charecter and charm. Clean and having the friendliest staff group. The food is good and service lovely. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and you can get a bus to Heraklion over the road, wherby the shops...

Very kind people working here... Diane helped us with apartment switch with no cost, and she helped us finding a way to get to the hotel. Thanks 😊... Big areas inside the hotel where kids could run and play... Good pool. You get a home feeling which is good. Food is on the scarce side and just OK taste and quality. Breakfast is almost minimum. Golf court is a ruin and a joke but football court is usable...

Great hotel , Staff very friendly, can't fault the food or service. Rooms are large with great views of the bay .I will definitely return.

A great place for families and older couples. Some entertainment but not too noisy. Great atmosphere and a lovely family run hotel. 4 time here and still love the place

What a fab hotel excellent for a 3 star. Accommodation was lovely,clean very spacious with lovely balcony. Food was very tasty from breakfast to evening meal .no complaints. The absolute top thing about this hotel is the beachfront location (deluxe room felt like we're almost on the sea) and the actual area that is taken care off and kept clean exceptionally.

Great place to stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Great choice of food and wine. Just got a couple of negative points: - No music at the bar pool - not expensive but you have to pay the sunbed - we had booked a superior double room, On arrival we were shown the room we had booked (twin bed simple room). Fantastic pool area with very friendly staff and good food. Direct access to the beach from pool area as well. Breakfast was not of similar quality though. Also, the hotel coffee was undrinkable. Still gets 4-stars though 🤙

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire. Watch out for two great guys who work there, Armando who does the sun loungers and Tonin one of the waiters really nice guy both have work here for a good few years now always lovely to see them.

OK let's get this right the hotel is over 4 buildings. The beach fronted rooms are hard to get and if not book early you are not getting one. Pool bar is great but then you get charge €6 for the sun beds and pay for drinks even if your on all Inc. The pool bar is included. Really good modern clean room. Walk straight off patio onto beach with stunning sea views. Cleaned every day. Would of made 5 ster rating if sheets had of been big enough for bed.

This Place is absolutely Amazing..! I found a new place where I will spend my vacation while I’m here in Crete. Let’s Start with the arrival at the Airport. Instead of booking a expensive car you can take the public bus in front of the Airport. The Hotel is just 28 Stations (

Lovely clean bustling resort with a huge range of bars ant cuisine. We came here 12 years ago and the place he really grown since (in a good way). The beaches are clean and the sea is gorgeous, it's lovely to come back and not be disappointed.

For those who manage to still be hungry after a long day of continuous meals, there is a vending machine next to the luggage room!

I am highly impressed the koni I is a great place to be,don't believe everything you read on reviews try it for yourself and make your own minds up,the only thing I would say is there is no variety in food in the restaurant it seems to be the same everyday just livened up,Michael who runs the bar at night is very good at his job he's talkative funny and an excellent barman

This hotel is good value for money with friendly staff, well catered bar and two pools for relaxing. The complex is a short walk away from the lively town centre and beach strip of stallis, which I highly recommend visiting. The food was really nice half of the time but average on other nights. The hotel is just outside of the city which is perfect for those that don't want the buss and noise of the nearby city. It is a comfortable little hotel with great pools, activities and little spa. We had a great tme there and we want to thank all the staff for their hospitality and warm welcome ( especially Georgia from the reception is amazing!)

The hotelroom was clean and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it! The placement of the hotel is nice (walkingdistance to Malia and touristplaces)

Great hotel . Coming 3 yrs now and would recommend without a doubt. Three brothers Michael , Billy and George are always there to help if you need anything just ask . Excellent staff . Lots of things to do. On arrival we were offered one free drink each and we chilled out by the bar. The hotel was clean and renovated and the rooms were quite comfy. Be aware that you have to pay extra for the air-conditioning. Hotel was very tidy, room cleaning was done each day altough towels were changed once in 3 days. Staff was friendly especially Michael who is bartender of hotel, if you do not know what to visit, where to eat or even where better to rent a car or scooter ask Michael, he made the trip for us so much better! Place it self I can rate with 3 stars, but the 4th star is for Michael (bartender and manager). He was the best thing in this Hotel. Very friendly and chatty, greeted us and told us many great stories through the days. If I ever visit Malia again, I would very much like to meet him again. Best wishes for Michael from Latvia!

Very nice hosts. The breakfast is OK, the content changes a bit day by day so there is something new to eat every morning. The rooms are spatious and clean, the hosts do a tidy-up every day. Beach is nearby, 5 min. walk but the hotel a pool with sunbeds which is a huge advantage. For example when the wind is strong and the waves arev so huge that lifeguards don't allow people to go into the sea...

Ideally located everything on your doorstep beach, bars, restaurants, shops. Very welcoming place. Apartments are cleaned every day, toilet paper supplied too. The pool bar is well kept with a variety of drinks and snacks available all day. The pool is clean and well situated to catch the sun. Sunday is barbecue night. Really good food for 10€ ahead. And you can have as much you can eat. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in in Crete. Booked it again.

We've been coming to stalis for 6 yrs, and we've finally got somewhere we like, close to amenities The beach n all the shops, the apartments are very well serviced, every day,nice pool and Manos caters for your every need,and we even have big baths,! Anyone who wants a quiet holiday should avoid this place. The pool area is far too small for the amount of guests. All day long this area is over-run with kids making it impossible to spend a quiet day by the pool. If there are more than 6 inflatables in the pool you can hardly see the water and unfortunately with kids this is unavoidable. That said the place is well run, with good and helpful...

home from home staff can't do enough for you, the food from the pool bar is excellent and plentrrsy of choice,the Sunday BBQ is also excellent and good value for money apartments are 50metres from beach also apartments are spotless

Dear little cozy hotel. Varied, not necessarily exciting, dinner, but you can always find something. Very clean, would come back anytime.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, furnished and decorated with a lot of heart. Clean and orderly. Rooms are cleaned every day and very, very thoroughly. Food is just different for every taste, but you don't have to go hungry. I would keep coming back here

Very nice, clean family hotel. The rooms are of a sufficient size and cleaned every day. The two sisters are nice and helpful when spoken to. However, I cannot share the opinion of many that they are "super nice". I got the impression that they do their job without much joy, but maybe that was also because of the difficult last year. Nice hotel for the small wallet. Rooms are decent. I was afraid of the bathroom beforehand, but that too was perfectly fine. A room at the front facing the street is also fine. Personally, I was able to sleep well, my girlfriend had earplugs with her and that went well too. Good location in the center of Stalis. Hotel recently renovated, few meters far from the see it offers a nice view on it. The reception service is a bit poor. The ladies working here are instead lovely. We found it too expensive for what it offered and compared to how is presented on internet. Not worth 120 Eur/night but overall if you find a good deal it is a good pick. Do not expect a huge breakfast...

The rooms where clean, the employees where friendly and helpful. Since there was no animation at the pool it also was quiet and relaxing. We had all inclusive and I must say that the meals have been very delicious. I enjoyed my stay here

We stayed here for one week. The hotel is great and the people are friendly. Food is great with warm food being served at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and the airconditioning is a welcome feature. The hotel has two pools and its own beach at the sea, with reefs just off shore which are great for snorkling. Overall a perfect stay for your holiday.

Zephiros Beach is a good hotel. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Food is tasty and varied. Hotel has private beach - small but sunbeds are always not occupated. Stalis is a small town but everything is there - pubs, clubs, shops. Great holiday especially for youth.

Perfect staff, rooms have everything you need, good all inclusive, own pool ànd right at the beach.

Good Hotel. We were situated in a near building. The interieur looked exacly liked the photos on the internet. Staff was nice. It was a great place to stay!
