Very good quality-price ratio, smiling friendly personel, nice location- lots of small shops and eating places just next door. Coctails are more or less okay.

Really nice hotel and beautiful hotel area! But they still have some unrenovated rooms which we had and they aren't that nice to be honest. Somehow it's a thing that there are many public toilets you can't lock all over Crete and also in the hotel area. Everything else was fine.

Very nice Appartement complex, comfortable rooms, very good beds. Pool and cocktail bar in front with breakfast from 10am till 6 pm. Just 3 minutes to the sand, flat beach. The hosts are very very friendly and helpful! Cleaning up to you, every 2 days or every 4 days (in times of corona). We enjoyed our stay here and would come again! Thank you!

So amazing owners, big and clean room, close to the beach 200m, but sometimes nosy neighbors who don't care of other people. Next to apartment there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay as a family just recently. Dinners and breakfast were great at the main restaurant with a wide selection of fresh ingredients (we didn’t eat lunch there). We have just returned from a week in the suites and wished we had booked for longer! The staff go the extra yard to make sure everything is as it should be. Excellent family hotel in Crete! We are currently on our 2nd visit , we couldn't fault either stay. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. A great, clean hotel with great staff and a good range of facilities. My particular favourite is yoga/meditation followed by a Greek coffee or home made iced tea (really is at slightly different each day) the animation team have been really good. Although all inclusive it is worth while taking a 10-12 euro taxi into a village to seek out Cretan food, often with a stunning view.

One of the best hotels in Crete. Not only because the hotel is superbly maintained, the rooms are wonderful and the grounds are a little dream, but because the hotel has a good soul in Roger who is second to none! For 50 euro all inclusive is a good deal. Food is okay, free beer and drinks made of local gin and vodka. Pool water is cold, but sunshine all day long to the pool area. Parking place next to the hotel available.

The hotel is great. The furnishings are modern and very clean. There are loungers available for each room on the beach. The two restaurants are well run and the food is delicious and varied. Sometimes the beach bar right next door is a bit annoying. But no problem. The staff is super friendly.

I have never seen such cleanliness and commitment in such a large hotel. The pools are great, even the number of sunbeds is quite ok. Today we passed this beautiful hotel on a walk and thought it was a shame that it was deserted. With the umbrellas only the rods are left and the entire system is orphaned. You can tell that it was a super nice hotel and we hope that it will come back to life.
