Brilliant Absolutely amazing management staff

At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. Everyone was very satisfied. The reception staff were very helpful, the cleaning team was thorough. The food was always tasty and fresh. I recommend it wholeheartedly. hearts. Hotel worth the price. Spectacular view.

This is an excellent beach hotel!!!! Sea view is fantastic and the accommodation is very good! Rooms are very comfort and new! The food is also excellent, fresh drinks and beautiful pool bar!! Really nice hotel and beautiful hotel area! But they still have some unrenovated rooms which we had and they aren't that nice to be honest. Somehow it's a thing that there are many public toilets you can't lock all over Crete and also in the hotel area. Everything else was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family just recently. Dinners and breakfast were great at the main restaurant with a wide selection of fresh ingredients (we didn’t eat lunch there). I had a lovely stay. Travelled for some very last minute sunshine as a solo trip. Staff welcoming and friendly. Nice pool area, no needed to reserve sun loungers, they were available all day. Not too busy when I went. Food was ok, not the best but what can you expect with such reasonable price!

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire. Lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and it is not so crowed like the those bigger resort/hotels. The staff were very friendly and the service was always done with a smile. It is located a street back from the beach which adds to the intimacy of the place. If you like the quiet and chill out feeling when on holidays, then this is a hotel to consider on the top of your list.

Today we passed this beautiful hotel on a walk and thought it was a shame that it was deserted. With the umbrellas only the rods are left and the entire system is orphaned. You can tell that it was a super nice hotel and we hope that it will come back to life.

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them.
