What an excellent hotel, the staff were all amazing. The room we had (125E) was exceptional, clean and comfy with no issues with storage. The only thing was no kettle but not a problem as I always take my own

The hotel had a modest gym consisting of running machines, bike, cross trainers and a multigym that I used daily in the morning. Due to the low season, the town was deserted and shops closed, it was like a ghost town

I was wit my daughters , it was a perfect holiday for us , the service in the hotel is perfect and so cleen , good and tasty food

Our only issue was with staff from the spa, my husband hurt his back some months ago and elected to have a couple of massages on the beach and got told off and told he was breaking the law,he made a complaint and was given a free 30 minutes massage which he said was quite good

The two pools are great not too busy Staff here are kind and seem genuinely to enjoy their job The location of hotel is fantastic. the hotel is right on the beach with many restaurants and tavernas to choose from

There is a large indoor pool and several types of saunas. I also recommend getting a massage — I had one with Demetrius, and I really enjoyed it

The quality of the food is also very good and selection of such is very good, something for everyone. Pools, Sauna, gym, aswell as the bars are available to all guests. Massages are a special service though

If you’re on a diet and have a sweet tooth — do not come to this hotel 😄, because you simply won’t be able to resist the desserts! There were different desserts every lunch and dinner, and they were always very, very delicious

Booked in for the deep tissue massage after a quick demo by one of the spa workers at the pool. Really recommend this as it released all tension in my back and shoulders that had built up from the gym

Special mention goes to the desserts — I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels, but this is the first time the desserts were so incredibly tasty and beautifully presented, like from a real patisserie

Just got back from a week at the Maria Lambis, The apartments are clean and tidy and the cleaners come in every other day. The pool bar food isn't great or good very basic

The pool is lovely and room for everyone the staff are lovely and helpful. Only down side was no toaster or TV and hairdryer in the room

Only feedback I can give is as a Rammstein fan I was impressed but the subject matter of their lyrics could cause offence if UK guests knew what they were singing about, especially with children being present

We were not expecting the Ritz and the minor problems we had with the room such as the coffee machine and one wall plug were sorted immediately

Animation team were good but to be totally honest the evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Nothing a few extra beers didn't alleviate. Rooms are basic but who goes on holiday to sit in their room

Overbooking seems to be a common issue here and the other hotel is used regularly- our room (362) was ready the following morning (as check out is at 11) but we spent a while waiting at Stalis for our taxi (supplied by the hotel)

On one occasion, she turned away a baby and told the mother to take it to the children's pool even tho it wasn't making any noise or causing bother to any other guests who clearly didn't mind their presence

Our room was also full of spiders, ants and mosquitoes that bit us during the night. We were forced to use a towl to kill them. The toilet matt was also dirty and the bath had chips and marks

Great place to chill and relax. the drinks and food and class and the water sports were unreal. the guy from the water sports was a great help and told us more places to visit on the island

Simple apartment but very clean and comfortable. Run by a very attentive family who are very considerate. The complex is a calm oasis near to many lovely beaches and with it's own good sized pool

The family are fluent in English, and very understanding when you attempt to converse in Greek. A 30 second walk has you on the beach with glorious sand, and crystal clear water

Everything in Malia is easily reached by walking from here, it's just a few minutes to the beach and the party part of Malia is right around the corner. There's supermarkets right on the other side of the street

Also a hair dryer and iron are available. The bed is big and comfortable so you will wake up daily ready for a day at the beach or for an interesting excursion in nature or to discover Crete history

We’ve spent all nights at the balcony with homemade wine from Queens restaurant))) I want to mention that room was very clean, towels and bedding were changed all the time! So I highly recommend you to stay at this hotel!

Super nice host Niko, great info and help when needed very friendly. Everything is clean it's no hotel so no coffee tea etc in the room but its a studio so there is cooking equipment and fridge etc
