What an excellent hotel, the staff were all amazing. The room we had (125E) was exceptional, clean and comfy with no issues with storage. The only thing was no kettle but not a problem as I always take my own

We had a sea view room which was so comfortable and the bed was huge! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We were here at the start of the season and not much was open which suited us as we wanted a relaxing holiday

Beautiful views and awesome atmosphere. I loved the activities and entertainment that the hotel had to offer. Special thanks to Joanna and Chloe for being amazing zumba and water aerobics leaders!

Our only issue was with staff from the spa, my husband hurt his back some months ago and elected to have a couple of massages on the beach and got told off and told he was breaking the law,he made a complaint and was given a free 30 minutes massage which he said was quite good

There was entertainment most evenings some better than others but still watchable. The wine was the best we've ever had in a hotel but we were a little disappointed with the cocktail choice

I was wit my daughters , it was a perfect holiday for us , the service in the hotel is perfect and so cleen , good and tasty food

Book junior suite with private pool and you can eat and drink how much you want. One 6 dishes dinner just in a private place included. Big pool with bar which put the a few seats in the pool

The resort is beautiful and clean, with lots of amenities to choose from. I got a deep tissue massage, which was done by Antonis. That was very powerful and reorganised my back

We had a very good and relaxing full body massage, aole vera packing and facial treatment by Anja and Eirini. After that we could use the SPA facilities. We loved it!!

There is a large indoor pool and several types of saunas. I also recommend getting a massage — I had one with Demetrius, and I really enjoyed it

If you’re on a diet and have a sweet tooth — do not come to this hotel 😄, because you simply won’t be able to resist the desserts! There were different desserts every lunch and dinner, and they were always very, very delicious

During our vacation, we had the pleasure of experiencing a Cretan full body massage. We were treated by Anja and Eleni, who were both not only extremely professional, but also incredibly friendly and warm-hearted

Location is very good, takes about 15 mins to walk into town which was perfect for us. Beach is a 5 minute walk away

Only feedback I can give is as a Rammstein fan I was impressed but the subject matter of their lyrics could cause offence if UK guests knew what they were singing about, especially with children being present

At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. The reception staff were very helpful, the cleaning team was thorough

No activities at the hotel, the swimming pools are not heated, but no information on activities to do in Crete in general and no activities planned by the hotel during the day or evening, nothing at all

Emmanuela at the reception was also kind and professional, and Dennis from the bar always served us with a smile and great energy. The cleaning staff also did a great job every day

The rooms were really clean and spacious and the hotel grounds were well kept. The only thing that could be improved is the children’s entertainment as it was lacking

The hotel has many swimming pools, especially for adults, but it also has 3 swimming pools for children

But what stood out most, were the staff! At breakfast, Maria and Sofia would always greet us with a warm smile and such genuine hospitality - they truly started our day off right! For lunch, we were served by Evalina and Aida - who were so incredibly kind, helpful, and generous to us and our little boys

one for children/babies 2 - 3 years old which is covered with a tarpaulin to create shade and be able to take advantage of it at any time of the day. and the other 2 are right next to the adult one

The service everywhere was courteous and friendly (cleaning, maintenance, reception staff and restaurant staff). We had an excellent service experience at the food and dining service through our stay

But what is fantastic are the little extra gems like the place called Sunset (where you can eat once as an all-inclusive guest at no extra charge). Everything there was extremely beautiful and extremely delicious

Just back from a ten day stay at Grand Hotel. Super clean rooms and dining areas. Pool areas power hosed every morning and then mopped by the very hard working cleaners

Animation team were good but to be totally honest the evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Nothing a few extra beers didn't alleviate. Rooms are basic but who goes on holiday to sit in their room

Overbooking seems to be a common issue here and the other hotel is used regularly- our room (362) was ready the following morning (as check out is at 11) but we spent a while waiting at Stalis for our taxi (supplied by the hotel)

On one occasion, she turned away a baby and told the mother to take it to the children's pool even tho it wasn't making any noise or causing bother to any other guests who clearly didn't mind their presence

Our room was also full of spiders, ants and mosquitoes that bit us during the night. We were forced to use a towl to kill them. The toilet matt was also dirty and the bath had chips and marks

Beautifull, clean, lively and lovely place right by the beach. Close to everything we were after. Customers from babies to seniors but mostly on the younger side. Great food both at the beach bar and buffet

It's a nice, well-maintained hotel in a beautiful location on the beach and on the edge of Malia. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended

The family are fluent in English, and very understanding when you attempt to converse in Greek. A 30 second walk has you on the beach with glorious sand, and crystal clear water

Hotel is right on the sandy beach, yet also in city of Malia. The beach itself is nice and clean, and there is very nice swim out to a small beautiful islet. Sun ubrellas are pre-booked for certain rooms types

Everything in Malia is easily reached by walking from here, it's just a few minutes to the beach and the party part of Malia is right around the corner. There's supermarkets right on the other side of the street

We’ve spent all nights at the balcony with homemade wine from Queens restaurant))) I want to mention that room was very clean, towels and bedding were changed all the time! So I highly recommend you to stay at this hotel!

Super nice host Niko, great info and help when needed very friendly. Everything is clean it's no hotel so no coffee tea etc in the room but its a studio so there is cooking equipment and fridge etc
