Lovely hotel. Serviced daily, staff polite and helpful, apart from 1 receptionist who seemed to enjoy being obnoxious. Good choice of food and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Having great holiday here. Food fabulous. Great bar waitress and restaurant staff. Lovely clean rooms. Covid actions taken. Opportunity for test before return flight daily in hotel. Also in main Street outside. 20 to 25 euros. Shame people leaving towels on empty sunbeds around pool and grounds. Advised not, but no-one checks.

Amazing environment by the sea really nice food with a huge variety to choose for every meal, kids friendly with many pool areas, the rooms are recently renovated and of high aesthetic!I would definitely recommend it!

It’s was top class 5 start, counting ask or anything better really. I visited the hotel at the end of October. Even though it was a little quiet in the area, it was just what we needed. All the hotel went over and above to make us feel comfortable and relaxed from the reception to the service. The food is very tasty. We also visited the spa . We got 3 massages each and it wasn't enough. The staff are very professional. Thank you for making our holiday so special

Great hotel with great staff. Village is a little away from the main complex but is ideal for us as we had a baby and a bit quiet (beginning of September) Only difficulty was getting pram from village to main complex, as there is a tunnel that has steps. Would recommend this place to anyone

Great location of the hotel, right in the centre of Stalis. The beach was clean with a nice view. The staff very friendly. A big thank you to the Kids Club Team, they are passionate and very experienced. We moved from Ikaros to Alexander Beach this year because we know the team of the kids club. Very nice location directly on a sandy beach. Hotel rooms are OK, the staff is mostly super friendly. Breakfast is above average with a big selection of cereals in addition to the usual bread, fruit and warm/egg selection. The juices were 3-star standard though, nothing freshly squeezed. Terrible WiFi. The only place you could use it was in the main lobby and even there the connection wasn't perfect. The pool was full of chemicals and hurt your face and eyes after 10 minutes. Otherwise it was amazing and beautiful. The beach was nice and the room was comfortable. Would go there again.

My family had wonderful time at the hotel: we received a kind offer to occupy a room with a private pool which was a perfect place for our 2 year old to learn how to swim. The Royal Heights Resort impresses with its spectacular view over Malia. The room seemed in good condition, though it was obvious that renovations are needed sooner than later. Staff was always attentive and very friendly, they were trying their best everyday.

Really nice hotel and beautiful hotel area! But they still have some unrenovated rooms which we had and they aren't that nice to be honest. Somehow it's a thing that there are many public toilets you can't lock all over Crete and also in the hotel area. Everything else was fine.

Well located in a small shopping street Sea & beach is just across the street. I was there for 7 days. clean room, cleaned every day. the downside was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. food very good! in the future there could be more options for people with allergies. Great activities in the evening and during the day! very nice service, I have never met such nice people! I will come back again :)

The main pool was not too busy throughout the day, though the 'adult pool' was very busy every day and was not exclusive to adults as advertised, as it regularly had full families around the area with young children. Very nice Appartement complex, comfortable rooms, very good beds. Pool and cocktail bar in front with breakfast from 10am till 6 pm. Just 3 minutes to the sand, flat beach. Great place! Ideal for those who want to sunbathe and go on excursions. The first descent to the beach is about 2 minutes, the stop where the hikes start is about 5 minutes. Family friendly hotel. Clean and comfortable. Alexander beach is very close. Nearby are shops and restaurants also, but very recommended hotel's restaurant, where you'll find delicious greek dishes.

Love these apartments have been holidaying here once sometimes twice a year for the past 5years, so close to amenities but a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Brother and sister team Roussos and Fofi plus team make your holiday an enjoyable one. Each year they have invested in the hotel/apartments.
