Terrible WiFi. The only place you could use it was in the main lobby and even there the connection wasn't perfect. The pool was full of chemicals and hurt your face and eyes after 10 minutes. Very crowded place, feels that the hotel takes more guests than actually it can handle. The hotel has perfect service. My daughter was ill during our stay and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and nice and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. They provided food service to our room and were able to help us with unexpected health situation even in the middle of the night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our stay despite the illness.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary/honeymoon here and we could not fault our time. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Maria from the bar at Delphinia pool deserves a special mention, she went out of her way to make our time special! We will definitely be returning and trying out other Mitsis resorts

The breakfast chef who makes pancakes has a mask under his chin and you look at the kitchen then there are no masks. And we've been able to eat without a mask all week. people who come here have been vaccinated and tested. This morning we were able to verify that where is your mask? Not cool. Very nice staff and very clean rooms. The food in the main restaurant is nice the only minus i would say are the fish dishes. But the pastry are very good. The bars are nice but sometimes get crowded and the waitresses do not notice you for a long time. The gym is very small but it not bad. Overall we had a very good vacation.

We had a lovely stay here! Staff was friendly, room service offered daily. The room was very convenient to the pool & mini golf. They also have pet cats at the resort & they're so cute! Close enough to night life & the beach, especially if you rent a car. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome resort! I only gave 4 stars on location because it’s not on the beach, however being on a mountain provides exceptional views, shuttles run to the beach and town daily and only 5 and 15 minutes away. The pool is fabulous, staff are amazing and food is exquisite. This may be my new vacation spot to replace St. Maarten as the Greeks are much more accommodating than the French……just saying...
