No towels for the first 4 days spoke to the owner and it was sorted and the cleaner changed towels and cleaned every other day after this. Emptying the bins every day,beds were comfortable.location was brilliant close to all restaurants and bars
We stayed in a larger studio apartment which overlooked the pool. The apartment itself was a decent size, with enough room to comfortably sleep a family of 4. The main bedroom had a double bed and the 'living room' had 2 single beds. There was a small table with 2 chairs but no other seats indoors. The balcony had a table with 3 chairs.

We have had an amazing 1st visit and are already planning our return for next year. The food in the restaurant is so good and really good value for money. Special mention for Stavros, Pavlo and Elizabeth, always met with a big smile and a Kalimera. There was a really lovely atmosphere around the pool every day. Wonderful memories made.
Stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it. The room was really nice a very good size and the cleaners came everyday. All the management and staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you.The pool was great plenty of room for all the guests to have a sunbed and a small pool at the side for young children. Lovely atmosphere, top class experience, friendly people. The Hotel is located just by a beautiful beach. Will definitely come back to enjoy the hospitality and the delicious traditional recipient of the in-house Veni restaurant.
Clean, beautiful, sadly no safe in room and not allowed to flush used toilet paper down the toilet. But there is fridge in room, water heater, weight scale, sewing kit, hair dryer, tv, air conditioning, telephone, even table for ironing, mosquito repellent, fast Wi-Fi huge shower...
Be careful you can lock the keys in the room if you close doors with keys in room.
Stayed here for the first time after family members recommended it!. WOW is all I can say, the hotel is in the perfect spot, the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean and the family that own it are out of this world. I will 100% be coming back here and would definitely recommend.
I stayed at Residence Villas with my sister, brother in law, niece & her friend. I had room 114 & they had the 2 rooms just round the corner from my room. The rooms are very spacious, clean & comfortable. When I arrived at my room the air-conditioning was on so the room was feeling fresh from the outside heat. The pool and surrounding areas were immaculate. Loved the walk through to get to our apartment with well tendered gardens and fruit trees. It was very pretty and smelt lovely walking through. Pool is very clean and looks great. Don't have any complaint about the room. AC works perfectly but it comes for an extra charge per day, it is a little hard to program though. Staff is amazingly friendly and will always make sure you're having a great time.

Hotel rating is fully adequated. Rooms have no furniture for clothes, water is heated by solar power so after sunset hot water suply is problematic. The hotel is very basic, not luxury but everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street.
Very welcoming owners, their dog is the best welcome a property could have and the rooms are quite spacious especially for the cost of accommodation.

Group of 20 of us went there, we were quite rowdy around the pool but the staff didn't mind, they often joined in with our games etc, they were quick with service so can't fault them

Extremely friendly staff that are always happy to help. The room was not in great condition with unreliable shower doors etc. however that is to be expected for the great price. Staff invited guests to the family BBQ on one of the last nights where they served some amazing food.

Stayed there for a week and was very happy with it. The staff was extremly nice and helped with everything we needed. The room was clean and the balcony was nice aswell. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. To the beach it took us 2 minutes by foot and everything else you need is also close by. The owner speaks many languages and we felt welcomed there. At the breakfast we had multiple things to choose from. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

I like that Nikos Hotel is not in the centre so it's quite (besides Mondays when you may expect big techno party just opposite site). I dont like the fact that pool at the bar is closed at 7pm, this is big disadventage that is why 4 stars. Towers changed once a week, breakfast the same every day but in principle good when you take a look at the price.
Rooms very clean, great staff, room doesn t have tv and you have to pay for aircon, cleaning is rare
