Thank you, Neon Hotel. Your location was just what we were after, a proper Crete family hotel. The staff are so friendly, nothing too much trouble, we had a sea view room and WOW that view!!, The Bed was large and comfortable, the shower large and plentiful supply of hot water. Spotlessly clean, pool side food spot on. Will defo try and make time for a second visit.

Excellent service and very friendly staff.They even gave us free mosquito repellent. Cleaners came every day with fresh sheets and towels.Sea view was good. Thank you, we will come again.

When I arrived late at night I must of looked slightly disappointed… The hotel seemed very old fashioned and needed a lick of paint and a couple of upgrades. After waking up to the sound of the sea, and the beautiful smiles of the fantastic family and staff who run this friendly hotel. I don't understand why this hotel has so many dodgy reviews. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Maid service daily and it is located right in the middle of everything and on the beach. Lovely pool and not very busy so you can always get a sunbed and enjoy a dip. Yes it is a little dated but it's still lovely. Would definitely recommend and we intend coming back for sure

Lovely family run hotel, friendly and always there if you need anything. The bar that's open in the evening is always busy with great atmosphere run by two brothers who couldnt do more to make you feel at home. Don’t let the 2 Star rating fool you! Good place for a couple of days or a week. Decent accomodation. If you choose breakfast you get a decent meal în the morning. The owner of the hotel is nice and can give you advices. However there is room for improvement which would definitely help. Things to improve: insect net in room window against mosquitos and better internet infrastructure.

During my stay there I liked that all the basic needs were covered and it still was great. We have just stayed at Parthenis beach suits and it was perfect. A group of 13 of us with mixed ages from 19 to 63 and everyone loved the place. Accommodation great, the beds are so comfortable. Group of 20 of us went there, we were quite rowdy around the pool but the staff didn't mind, they often joined in with our games etc, they were quick with service so can't fault them

We were up 3 flights of stairs which was hard going as an older guest. View was worth it though. No TV which hubs was sad about as we sometimes like a siesta and he likes the TV on. Each room has its own balcony, rooms with a different number of beds, the linen is always clean. Responsive hosts. The hotel is located in the center of Malia, very convenient if you want to have access to bars and restaurants day and night, there is a 24 hour shop nearby.
