Lovely hotel. Serviced daily, staff polite and helpful, apart from 1 receptionist who seemed to enjoy being obnoxious. Good choice of food and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Having great holiday here. Food fabulous. Great bar waitress and restaurant staff. Lovely clean rooms. Covid actions taken. Opportunity for test before return flight daily in hotel. Also in main Street outside. 20 to 25 euros. Shame people leaving towels on empty sunbeds around pool and grounds. Advised not, but no-one checks.

Amazing environment by the sea really nice food with a huge variety to choose for every meal, kids friendly with many pool areas, the rooms are recently renovated and of high aesthetic!I would definitely recommend it!

We had a 3 week stay at I Resort Beach Hotel & Spa, had a fantastic time all due to the beautiful location, cleanliness, gorgeous food, wonderful staff throughout the hotel, rooms cleaned daily and bed changed every few day's, korres products in the room were a lovely touch high quality value for money and would definitely return in the future. Very aesthetically beautiful hotel. Around a lot of shops and right next to the sea. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. We had a view of the hills and it was amazing. The buffet restaurant wasn’t the best the food is great if you aren’t picky, there should definitely be a small bit for picky eaters or even children. Nice hotel & great staff. Slight niggle was that the lighting in my room was poor for doing hair & makeup. Also the stool at the dressing table was too low to see in the mirror. Overall, a lovely & pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in a central location in Stalis. Food very good tasty and varied. It is very modern in design with lots of glass. The rooms are comfortable but lack storage. We were in a room on the 3rd floor which had a bathroom. The walls of the bathroom are coloured glass not really possible to see through it. It has a super shower. Very good quality-price ratio, smiling friendly personel, nice location- lots of small shops and eating places just next door. Coctails are more or less okay.

Really nice hotel and beautiful hotel area! But they still have some unrenovated rooms which we had and they aren't that nice to be honest. Somehow it's a thing that there are many public toilets you can't lock all over Crete and also in the hotel area. Everything else was fine.

Wonderful hotel, clean and aesthetic. Delicious food, really near to the beach. I loved the idea of having dinners in dedicated restaurants. The animations had very good quality and Luca and Valeria made them so much fun. I really enjoyed the stay.

Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. Understandably quiet but full of charecter and charm. Clean and having the friendliest staff group. The food is good and service lovely. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and you can get a bus to Heraklion over the road, wherby the shops...

Very kind people working here... Diane helped us with apartment switch with no cost, and she helped us finding a way to get to the hotel. Thanks 😊... Big areas inside the hotel where kids could run and play... Good pool. You get a home feeling which is good. Food is on the scarce side and just OK taste and quality. Breakfast is almost minimum. Golf court is a ruin and a joke but football court is usable...

Great hotel , Staff very friendly, can't fault the food or service. Rooms are large with great views of the bay .I will definitely return.

The rooms were being cleaned every day, the food was good and diverse and the staff was nice and friendly.

They prepared some food for everybody that checked the first night after dinner time. They didn't have to, very much appreciated! Very friendly staff and the best most beautiful location around the coast of Crete. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are well taken care of, the staff works very hard.

The swimming pool with slides is a great attraction for children. The food is pretty good, views that accompany meals are amazing. Rooms with a sea view allow you to admire the sunrise. We are here for 10 days everything is great. The familyroom is soo nice and clean they clean it every 2 days. The staff is amazing and helpful with love. Theo is the manager is great person he help us with everything. The place for kids and for adults amazing

Great place to spend time. The staff is great and engaged. Some rooms (bathrooms) could need a refreshment but the location and the super staff in the hotel is catching up for all the shortcoming. The hotel's location is great, just a few steps from some great restaurants and a 2-minute walk to the center area. Also, the view from the room was perfect (sea view)! The workers at the hotel were very friendly and were happy to help us with any problem we had at any hour of the day.

Very nice hotel. They currently have only 20 rooms. Near the sea, nice view from the balcony. Delicious food, getting several different products from Crete. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms on the hotel grounds. I highly recommend

Very nice Appartement complex, comfortable rooms, very good beds. Pool and cocktail bar in front with breakfast from 10am till 6 pm. Just 3 minutes to the sand, flat beach. The hosts are very very friendly and helpful! Cleaning up to you, every 2 days or every 4 days (in times of corona). We enjoyed our stay here and would come again! Thank you!

So amazing owners, big and clean room, close to the beach 200m, but sometimes nosy neighbors who don't care of other people. Next to apartment there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Highly recommend this place. Bus station is in 15 min by foot. 30 min by foot to Malia. Very good location.

Nice and cozy place

Thanks to the chef for the delicious local food!!! Nowhere else have I met an additional charge for using an air conditioner. In the modern world, this is bad manners.

The rooms are clean, but they don’t have mosquito nets. Breakfast is the same (egs) every day.

Family friendly hotel. Clean and comfortable. Alexander beach is very close. Nearby are shops and restaurants also, but very recommended hotel's restaurant, where you'll find delicious greek dishes.

Entertainment was sub-par and pool table is in a ridiculous place, other than that it can't be faulted. Rooms were nice with good AC, the complex was clean and tidy, food was great and every member of staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Had a great stay and would recommend.

Fantastic hotel, staff wonderful with restaurant manager (I think that his name is Nikos) pure 10 for team work. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help. Every evening is themed and has a variety of content. You have literally everything in the hotel. The rooms are extremely clean, the food is plentiful, we are literally never hungry. Only quibbles are the use of plastic water cooler style cups around the pool which aren't good for the environment; they should use plastic beakers instead. great hotel! I was there for 7 days. clean room, cleaned every day. the downside was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. food very good! in the future there could be more options for people with allergies. Great activities in the evening and during the day! very nice service, I have never met such nice people! I will come back again :)

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The main pool was not too busy throughout the day, though the 'adult pool' was very busy every day and was not exclusive to adults as advertised, as it regularly had full families around the area with young children. There was also daily pool activities such as aqua aerobics and water zumba. The food here was always nice and there was plenty of options...

OK let's get this right the hotel is over 4 buildings. The beach fronted rooms are hard to get and if not book early you are not getting one. Pool bar is great but then you get charge €6 for the sun beds and pay for drinks even if your on all Inc. The pool bar is included. Really good modern clean room. Walk straight off patio onto beach with stunning sea views. Cleaned every day. Would of made 5 ster rating if sheets had of been big enough for bed.

Love these apartments have been holidaying here once sometimes twice a year for the past 5years, so close to amenities but a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Brother and sister team Roussos and Fofi plus team make your holiday an enjoyable one. Each year they have invested in the hotel/apartments.

The absolute top thing about this hotel is the beachfront location (deluxe room felt like we're almost on the sea) and the actual area that is taken care off and kept clean exceptionally.

Fantastic pool area with very friendly staff and good food. Direct access to the beach from pool area as well. Breakfast was not of similar quality though. Also, the hotel coffee was undrinkable. Still gets 4-stars though 🤙

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire. Watch out for two great guys who work there, Armando who does the sun loungers and Tonin one of the waiters really nice guy both have work here for a good few years now always lovely to see them.

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic stay here at the end of May. The location is right on the beach, and Peter, his wife Marianna and Lambros were great and made our stay very special. Rooms were fabulous and cleaned daily. I'd highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Great hotel . Coming 3 yrs now and would recommend without a doubt. Three brothers Michael , Billy and George are always there to help if you need anything just ask . Excellent staff . Lots of things to do. On arrival we were offered one free drink each and we chilled out by the bar. Rooms are very clean,however the showers are not very powerful and there is hardly room to move.when getting there it was extremely hot in the room and we had to get ac.
