Really nice hotel and beautiful hotel area! But they still have some unrenovated rooms which we had and they aren't that nice to be honest. Somehow it's a thing that there are many public toilets you can't lock all over Crete and also in the hotel area. Everything else was fine.

We came here two years ago and loved it so much we came back for our honeymoon. The resort and staff are always amazing and I know we will come back at some point. This time we also got treatments at the spa - I got a hydra facial by Anja and it was amazing.

I got the Massage from Eleni ans it was Amazing spa experience! The massage was incredibly relaxing, the staff was friendly and professional. Clean and peaceful environment – I left feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a massage by Antonio (sorry if I have speak this name wrong) and my partner had a message by Anya. Was wonderful for my bad shoulder and we both felt very relaxed afterwards. Would recommend and we are having another massage before we go home next week!

Thank you, Neon Hotel. Your location was just what we were after, a proper Crete family hotel. The staff are so friendly, nothing too much trouble, we had a sea view room and WOW that view!!, The Bed was large and comfortable, the shower large and plentiful supply of hot water. Spotlessly clean, pool side food spot on. Will defo try and make time for a second visit.

When I arrived late at night I must of looked slightly disappointed… The hotel seemed very old fashioned and needed a lick of paint and a couple of upgrades. After waking up to the sound of the sea, and the beautiful smiles of the fantastic family and staff who run this friendly hotel. I don't understand why this hotel has so many dodgy reviews. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Maid service daily and it is located right in the middle of everything and on the beach. Lovely pool and not very busy so you can always get a sunbed and enjoy a dip. OK let's get this right the hotel is over 4 buildings. The beach fronted rooms are hard to get and if not book early you are not getting one. Very nice Appartement complex, comfortable rooms, very good beds. Pool and cocktail bar in front with breakfast from 10am till 6 pm. Just 3 minutes to the sand, flat beach. The hosts are very very friendly and helpful! Cleaning up to you, every 2 days or every 4 days (in times of corona). We enjoyed our stay here and would come again! Thank you!

This has been upgraded to a really good family hotel apartments place with charming and friendly staff who really go out of their way to be pleasant and give good service. It was a simple but clean and tidy hotel. Lovely bed. We found the food fine, Greek / European but not much choice. Breakfast was a bit sparse but sufficient. A real Greek hotel that is run by a family. Little music or fun at the hotel.

Nice pool, set in pleasant gardens. Have stayed here a number of times and enjoyed. Great facilities and staff, with the exception of one bar member intent on treating you unwelcome, an intruder and setting rules by which to abide. All other staff are lovely and this one member lets the team down.

The hotel is close to the beach, approximately 7-10 minutes of walking. It has a nice view from the terrace. However, the breakfast is the same every day (hard boiled eggs, tomato salad, bread, butter, marmelade, cheese, ham, cereals, coffee and tea). The room had a nice side view of the sea but it was not very clean. The room was a little dusty and the bathroom had signs of mold.

We stayed here for one week. The hotel is great and the people are friendly. Food is great with warm food being served at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and the airconditioning is a welcome feature. The hotel has two pools and its own beach at the sea, with reefs just off shore which are great for snorkling. Overall a perfect stay for your holiday.

Zephiros Beach is a good hotel. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Food is tasty and varied. Hotel has private beach - small but sunbeds are always not occupated. Stalis is a small town but everything is there - pubs, clubs, shops. Great holiday especially for youth.

At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. Everyone was very satisfied. We really enjoyed our stay as a family just recently. Dinners and breakfast were great at the main restaurant with a wide selection of fresh ingredients (we didn’t eat lunch there). The rooms were really clean and spacious and the hotel grounds were well kept. The only thing that could be improved is the children’s entertainment as it was lacking.
