Lovely hotel. Serviced daily, staff polite and helpful, apart from 1 receptionist who seemed to enjoy being obnoxious. Good choice of food and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Had an amazing holiday here I can not describe what such an amazing place it was set it such wonderful place with such amazing staff always willing to help put and go that extra mile especially the bar staff making amazing cocktails and drinks and always serving them promptly ,the food was to die for you always felt full up and the deserts were just brilliant if your thinking of going here go all inclusive...

Amazing environment by the sea really nice food with a huge variety to choose for every meal, kids friendly with many pool areas, the rooms are recently renovated and of high aesthetic!I would definitely recommend it!

Great bar waitress and restaurant staff. Opportunity for test before return flight daily in hotel. Shame people leaving towels on empty sunbeds around pool and grounds. Advised not, but no-one checks

Restaurant food is good and sufficiently varied, also a large variety of bread. Greek beer was pretty good, wine was barely acceptable. However coffee and juice are really not up to the standards

Very good quality-price ratio, smiling friendly personel, nice location- lots of small shops and eating places just next door. Coctails are more or less okay.

Several pools, lots of bars, included in AI, in General, for tourists who are not competing for the highest class of service is quite good. The sea is really close, although it is the second line

Near the sea, is decent, but not designed for high rooms, very good food in the restaurant

We had a 10 night stay here at this lovely hotel. Our room was lovely with an amazing view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the main street of Stalis. The food had good choice. We would return.

Great holiday,the reception staff were very friendly and happy to answer and rectify any issues especially Ahmed who went way and above expectations 😀 The rooms were slightly dated but large and cleaned daily which you can't fault

A little walk to the main strip/road but we knew that before booking. But this place is a little gem. Always smiling and very helpful. Every one of the staff we met was very pleasant. Towels and bedding changed regular

Food was plentiful I did prefer the breakfast as there was lots on offer ,we were half board so I was disappointed that you had to buy a drink even water 💧with your meal maybe they should change that

Rooms tidied for us every day. Wasn't expecting this for the price. The staff also managed to accommodate us for our late night pickup and let us keep the room till 1 hour before (11pm)

Great location ***** a 10 min walk and beach 15 mins from hotel. No fighting wars for a sunbed which was a massive bonus as this is always an issue when abroad. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning

Another thing that was great was the breakfast, good selection of sweet and salty foods, but the drinks could be better, the juices were too sweet for me and there was no water, but other than that the breakfast was great

Beautiful hotel Didn't realize it was a 4* as we got a good deal. my word we were so surprised by the attentiveness of the staff in each area. The cleaners were second to none and worked long hours and came in everyday

First time staying at Golden Bay, but me and my partner could not be happier

The staff is very friendly and willing to help if needed. In summary there was nothing wrong with our stay. I would highly recommend visiting if you’re planning a trip to Malia

I would especially recommend paying few euro for the air conditioning, it worked perfectly and during the hot summer months it was a life saver

The walk to the beach is also something to be happy about, because is just few minutes away and the beach is clean with beautiful sea

Lovely location, the hotel is on steep hill so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The room we had was cleaned everyday. There is a one big swimming pool and one smaller, plenty of sunbeds

00pm also Tuesday and Friday evenings there is live music. Nicely situated between Stalis and Malia so not to far to walk for shops, bars and restaurants. Would recommend this place for a good value holiday

Sincerely one of my best experiences on a holiday. I was a bit skeptical about the room my first night at the hotel but the hotel staff. the kitchen crew and everything else was just top notch. I highly recommend.

There is a big swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. The atmosphere was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was varied everyday, even a good selection of vegetarian food

All staff were excellent bar none and we would award a gold star award to Irini in the restaurant and Zinon the perpetual motion bar manager who both went far beyond expectations to ensure we enjoyed the stay with their humour and hard work

Rooms are a good size, clean. Close to amenities and the bus stops are directly outside/ across the rd. Restaurant offered a great selection of food

Our room was beautifully made up and smelt very clean and fresh. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were really good quality that I fell asleep straight away

We stayed for our wedding anniversary. Wow they made our day so amazing we upgraded to the room with private pool. Was amazing worth every penny. Staff very good can't do enough for you

Fab room with double balcony and both with a sea view. Good food choice for all inclusive Ideal location, 5 minutes walk to beach, shops, bars and restaurants

Emmanuela at the reception was also kind and professional, and Dennis from the bar always served us with a smile and great energy. The cleaning staff also did a great job every day

Loads to choose from and the pancakes were just gorgeous. We were not keen on the evening meal, especially the desserts, which tasted of detergent at times. With this in mind, we ate out most evenings

The pool areas were lovely and never had to join a sunbed brigade like most hotels. Never had a problem getting a bed anytime of the day. Rooms very clean our room was 2113

Just returned today after a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. We were in room 4009, which we could not fault. It was huge and had a huge balcony with great views

Fantastic pool area with very friendly staff and good food. Direct access to the beach from pool area as well. Breakfast was not of similar quality though. Also, the hotel coffee was undrinkable

Watch out for two great guys who work there, Armando who does the sun loungers and Tonin one of the waiters really nice guy both have work here for a good few years now always lovely to see them

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire

Very nice hotel with feiendly stuff, great beach and always fresh food. Perfect for older people. Calm place.

Just got a couple of negative points: - No music at the bar pool - not expensive but you have to pay the sunbed - we had booked a superior double room, On arrival we were shown the room we had booked (twin bed simple room)

We were told for an extra € 14 a day we could up grade (to the room we booked) pity. We did pay the extra - everything is extra, remote for TV, key for the safe Ask me if I would stay again

The bar isnt the best for children because billy is very nice but swears alot and sometimes a bit too friendly but otherwise this is a lovely place. Pool is bigger down than across but its not a big issue

Coming 3 yrs now and would recommend without a doubt. Three brothers Michael , Billy and George are always there to help if you need anything just ask. Rooms are cleaned daily ,bedding ,towels every 2nd day

when getting there it was extremely hot in the room and we had to get ac. The ac was low standard which is why we decided to bring fans with us. Maids and staff are very friendly

On arrival we were offered one free drink each and we chilled out by the bar. Rooms are very clean,however the showers are not very powerful and there is hardly room to move

The hotelroom was clean and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it! The placement of the hotel is nice (walkingdistance to Malia and touristplaces)
