Lovely hotel. Serviced daily, staff polite and helpful, apart from 1 receptionist who seemed to enjoy being obnoxious. Good choice of food and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Had an amazing holiday here I can not describe what such an amazing place it was set it such wonderful place with such amazing staff always willing to help put and go that extra mile especially the bar staff making amazing cocktails and drinks and always serving them promptly ,the food was to die for you always felt full up and the deserts were just brilliant if your thinking of going here go all inclusive...

Amazing environment by the sea really nice food with a huge variety to choose for every meal, kids friendly with many pool areas, the rooms are recently renovated and of high aesthetic!I would definitely recommend it!

Great bar waitress and restaurant staff. Opportunity for test before return flight daily in hotel. Shame people leaving towels on empty sunbeds around pool and grounds. Advised not, but no-one checks

So far so good very nice friendly clean authentic greece resort. beautiful green area friendly helpful ppl. cellphone in hotel rooms free wifi with those phones. totally great idea customer friendly

The animations had very good quality and Luca and Valeria made them so much fun

Restaurant food is good and sufficiently varied, also a large variety of bread. Greek beer was pretty good, wine was barely acceptable. However coffee and juice are really not up to the standards

Rooms are very various, we have changed 2 times as we weren't very pleased with the 2 first places, hopefully reception did their best to provide us with a third room that finally suit our needs

Very good quality-price ratio, smiling friendly personel, nice location- lots of small shops and eating places just next door. Coctails are more or less okay.

Not good access for disabled people though, steps, narrow passages and uneven roads make it hard to get round. Food is excellent amazing range and very tasty

Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. Understandably quiet but full of charecter and charm

Had a great stay here after a bumpy start. Good size room, friendly staff, good food at the all inclusive. Kids pool and quiet pool, animation team are good

Only quibbles are the use of plastic water cooler style cups around the pool which aren't good for the environment; they should use plastic beakers instead

Fantastic hotel, staff wonderful with restaurant manager (I think that his name is Nikos) pure 10 for team work. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help. Every evening is themed and has a variety of content

You have literally everything in the hotel. The rooms are extremely clean, the food is plentiful, we are literally never hungry. The hotel is highly recommended! Biljana Borovac

Entertainment was sub-par and pool table is in a ridiculous place, other than that it can't be faulted

Fantastic pool area with very friendly staff and good food. Direct access to the beach from pool area as well. Breakfast was not of similar quality though. Also, the hotel coffee was undrinkable

Watch out for two great guys who work there, Armando who does the sun loungers and Tonin one of the waiters really nice guy both have work here for a good few years now always lovely to see them

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire

Just got a couple of negative points: - No music at the bar pool - not expensive but you have to pay the sunbed - we had booked a superior double room, On arrival we were shown the room we had booked (twin bed simple room)

We were told for an extra € 14 a day we could up grade (to the room we booked) pity. We did pay the extra - everything is extra, remote for TV, key for the safe Ask me if I would stay again

I am highly impressed the koni I is a great place to be,don't believe everything you read on reviews try it for yourself and make your own minds up,the only thing I would say is there is no variety in food in the restaurant it seems to be the same everyday just livened up,Michael who runs the bar at night is very good at his job he's talkative funny and an excellent barman

This hotel is good value for money with friendly staff, well catered bar and two pools for relaxing

The hotel is just outside of the city which is perfect for those that don't want the buss and noise of the nearby city. It is a comfortable little hotel with great pools, activities and little spa

In my opinion, the hotel is an absolute TOP LEVEL and a well-coordinated team that does everything to make your stay enjoyable and at the same time solid, if you do not know how to comply with the current rules - you want to throw a party or are looking for impressions, this is not the address, but if you want to have a good rest in modern interiors with a sea view surrounded by welcoming and kind...

Also, the view from the room was perfect (sea view)! The workers at the hotel were very friendly and were happy to help us with any problem we had at any hour of the day

Wonderful place , nice sea view 10m from the sea side, all the accomodation spaces was very clean and tidy ,nice breakfast , the room with the private pool was excellent!! All the personnel was very polite and helpful!! I strongly recommend this hotel!

All local attractions are within half an hour's walk, most of them can be reached in five to ten minutes. The hotel is new, small, about fourteen double rooms - peace, quiet, absolutely intimate atmosphere

The open, modern and well equipped kitchen gives a bit of a sad impression because the food is delivered to the restaurant, but the food itself is varied, very tasty, and the Greek salad is crazy and quickly disappears in front of your eyes ;) Between the kitchen and the pool there is a bar where they always serve cold beer in a frozen glass - something wonderful with alcohol, they also serve wine...

The rooms are furnished with modern furniture, equipped with a refrigerator, kettle and individual air conditioning, they all have a balcony with a table and chairs, and there are also seating areas on both sides of the hotel, there are three rooms with a shared small pool - a fantastic solution

The room very comfortable and perfectly clean. The food was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Once again THANKS to all the staff for wonderful hospitality! I recommend one hundred percent

Family friendly hotel. Clean and comfortable. Alexander beach is very close. Nearby are shops and restaurants also, but very recommended hotel's restaurant, where you'll find delicious greek dishes.

Thanks to the chef for the delicious local food!!! Nowhere else have I met an additional charge for using an air conditioner. In the modern world, this is bad manners.

Wish it had a sixth star. There's no need to describe this family run hotel! Atmoshere, the cleanest I've been in it's category and the owners are brilliant. Felt like home. Totally must!

Love these apartments have been holidaying here once sometimes twice a year for the past 5years, so close to amenities but a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere

The hotelroom was clean and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it! The placement of the hotel is nice (walkingdistance to Malia and touristplaces)

The bar isnt the best for children because billy is very nice but swears alot and sometimes a bit too friendly but otherwise this is a lovely place. Pool is bigger down than across but its not a big issue

Coming 3 yrs now and would recommend without a doubt. Three brothers Michael , Billy and George are always there to help if you need anything just ask. Rooms are cleaned daily ,bedding ,towels every 2nd day

when getting there it was extremely hot in the room and we had to get ac. The ac was low standard which is why we decided to bring fans with us. Maids and staff are very friendly
