Lovely hotel. Serviced daily, staff polite and helpful, apart from 1 receptionist who seemed to enjoy being obnoxious. Good choice of food and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Had an amazing holiday here I can not describe what such an amazing place it was set it such wonderful place with such amazing staff always willing to help put and go that extra mile especially the bar staff making amazing cocktails and drinks and always serving them promptly ,the food was to die for you always felt full up and the deserts were just brilliant if your thinking of going here go all inclusive...

Amazing environment by the sea really nice food with a huge variety to choose for every meal, kids friendly with many pool areas, the rooms are recently renovated and of high aesthetic!I would definitely recommend it!

Great bar waitress and restaurant staff. Opportunity for test before return flight daily in hotel. Shame people leaving towels on empty sunbeds around pool and grounds. Advised not, but no-one checks

Restaurant food is good and sufficiently varied, also a large variety of bread. Greek beer was pretty good, wine was barely acceptable. However coffee and juice are really not up to the standards

Wow great hotel we went for a family holiday with partners family and was amazing and clean and had cleaners in a lot which was perfect for us and good size pools and also great food for a range would be good idea if you want a great hotel thank you would come again

For a half board hotel in Greece the food was very good. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of both hot and cold food. We didn’t intend to have evening meal as we love eating out but ended up eating in 7 times

Just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. Good location midway between Stalis Centre and Malia. Both centres are easily walkable in about 20 minutes but there are plenty of shops and taverna enroute

The evening meal had a good selection of both Greek and English food and the restaurant is outdoors so you don’t get a canteen feel about it. Pool area was fine and we never had a problem getting a sunbed

But what impressed us the most was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff at the reception as well as the room hygiene staff. Special thanks to Konstantina and Ahmed—it was truly a pleasure interacting with them

Bar staff were great, prices were reasonable especially during happy hour when prices were 4 euros for 2 beers or a beer and a wine. Hotels on the bus route so getting around was easy

Great location very close to beaches and Malia *****, but also in a quiet area, so you can properly rest! Lovely room with sea view, which was big and had all we needed! House keeping was literally everyday! The host, Akis was really helpful and friendly! We would love to come back!

This has been upgraded to a really good family hotel apartments place with charming and friendly staff who really go out of their way to be pleasant and give good service

It was pretty cool to step outside of my room, either through my front door, or from the corner of my deck, and see the Mediterranean Sea

Lovely pool (new sunbeds where delivered on our first day). Hotel is on the seafront with great views of the bay. The evening meal was waiter service and was freshly prepared and you had a good choice

The pool areas were lovely and never had to join a sunbed brigade like most hotels. Never had a problem getting a bed anytime of the day. Rooms very clean our room was 2113

The rooms were really clean and spacious and the hotel grounds were well kept. The only thing that could be improved is the children’s entertainment as it was lacking

The hotel and it's staff were fab and they genuinely couldn't do enough for you. The food we had was very tasty and a great choice for the size of the hotel

The bar isnt the best for children because billy is very nice but swears alot and sometimes a bit too friendly but otherwise this is a lovely place. Pool is bigger down than across but its not a big issue

Coming 3 yrs now and would recommend without a doubt. Three brothers Michael , Billy and George are always there to help if you need anything just ask. Rooms are cleaned daily ,bedding ,towels every 2nd day

when getting there it was extremely hot in the room and we had to get ac. The ac was low standard which is why we decided to bring fans with us. Maids and staff are very friendly

On arrival we were offered one free drink each and we chilled out by the bar. Rooms are very clean,however the showers are not very powerful and there is hardly room to move

Lovely location, the hotel is on steep hill so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The room we had was cleaned everyday. There is a one big swimming pool and one smaller, plenty of sunbeds

00pm also Tuesday and Friday evenings there is live music. Nicely situated between Stalis and Malia so not to far to walk for shops, bars and restaurants. Would recommend this place for a good value holiday

Sincerely one of my best experiences on a holiday. I was a bit skeptical about the room my first night at the hotel but the hotel staff. the kitchen crew and everything else was just top notch. I highly recommend.

There is a big swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. The atmosphere was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was varied everyday, even a good selection of vegetarian food

Great Place, excellent rooms, quite a good service and tasty food! The approach of the hotel to the menu is unusual as if you have all inclusive, you still have to pay for the beverages and getting a glass of water or a coffee is quite expensive, so we had to have parties separately in our rooms… however the location is great and my family enjoyed swimming in the sea 🌊 and Greece 🇬🇷 is proudly Orthodox...

So many facilities and everything is absolutely spotless. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel

But what stood out most, were the staff! At breakfast, Maria and Sofia would always greet us with a warm smile and such genuine hospitality - they truly started our day off right! For lunch, we were served by Evalina and Aida - who were so incredibly kind, helpful, and generous to us and our little boys

Location is brilliant too and loads of restaurants nearby that serve great food

The only good dinner we had was at La Oliva, the à la carte option

To add to the chaos, the restaurants and bars sit right next to each other, blasting different music at the same time – imagine trying to enjoy your meal while stuck between two competing DJs

Excellent place to stay . Food is great , location right on the beach and staff brilliant

Another thing is that although there are enough sun beds for every guest, unfortunately many choose to block the best located ones for themselves by sprinting each morning before breakfast, covering the sun beds with towels and using them much later

Other than the beach, the large pool is also a great place to chill (I think it was a good idea to remove the diving boards one can still see at some pictures). The resort is very calm and peaceful

I understand there are bugs and stuff outside which can get to the room sometimes but I believe the hotel should try to limit the chances by taking good care of the rooms

Even though this is mostly the cheeky guests' fault, I'd appreciate the hotel to prevent this from happening. Sandy, very clean, actually not very crowded compared to the other beaches nearby

Beautiful resort in a beautiful location, however, few things are missing to give it a full score. The hotel offers great views at the mountains on one side and the open sea on the other

We spend a week there in early August. One of the best stays we ever had. We had to change rooms and they were really nice and professional about it. The staff is very good, the atmosphere amazing

Amazing resort, everything you need to relax and unwind, including a fantastic spa, all the staff are wonderful and friendly, I had 2 massages during my stay, both fantastic but a big thank you to Kostas, the best massage I’ve had, will definitely be back

The hotel of 2019, given the short season of 2020 - completely new! The rooms are very cozy and modern. There is good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (this is important). Another positive point is the pool

The full body massage was very good, not sloppy like un other places. I had a massage therspist Inna and she was very professional. Inna recommended good advices that I can use in my everyday life

I would say it is the best hotel we have stayed at so far. Great (and plenty) of food, different types, sweets, fruit and ice-cream, snacks available between lunch and dinner, drinks available from 11am to 11pm

For 50 euro all inclusive is a good deal. Food is okay, free beer and drinks made of local gin and vodka. Pool water is cold, but sunshine all day long to the pool area. Parking place next to the hotel available.

Just back from a ten day stay at Grand Hotel. Super clean rooms and dining areas. Pool areas power hosed every morning and then mopped by the very hard working cleaners

Grand Hotel get them some decent equipment! The water park and slides were excellent and very well supervised by two lifeguards at all times, who would not allow children to enter without an adult to accompany them

Excellent choice of food in main restaurant and vegetarians catered for at all times. Desserts delicious and plenty of choice compared to many other all inclusive hotels that I’ve stayed in

Fun pool had an excellent bar and provided pizza, chips, burgers, salad and was a nice change from the main restaurant some days. Whipped ice cream was available in both pool bar and fun pool bar all day, every day

A very smart hotel with excellent sea views and a lovely main swimming pool. You can have room with its own jacuzzi and garden, or one with a plunge pool or a share infinity pool

The only gripe about the pool area was that you had to use an app on your phone ( that didn't always work) or catch the attention of a server

The rooms are spotless but more attention to refilling teas coffee and replacement of towels would be better than the little treats left

The bath by the bed and open plan wash basin is a bit odd, and if you do feel like having a bath, it would take an absolute age to fill

One particular incident really stood out: I accidentally knocked over a glass by the pool—an honest mistake—and was immediately charged for it without so much as a conversation or warning. No understanding, just a bill

To make matters worse, I was charged an outrageous fee for a tiny makeup mark on a towel—something that any decent hotel would consider normal wear and tear. Some* of the staff were rude and unhelpful

Lunch and dinner again were very enjoyable and had a variety of foods including pies, pizza, pasta, chicken dishes and cakes, however my partner and I both agreed that there needs to be more ‘ picky bits of food ‘ such as easy food including burgers, variety of pizzas, sausages and sausage rolls and more

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. While the location seemed promising, the experience was overshadowed by hidden fees and poor customer service

For the best part of our stay, the relax pool was attended by a very angry blond - haired lady. Hour by hour, day by day, she would constantly turn children away despite them having made no noise in the pool

In the morning, we woke up and realised our view was blocked by a very large, overlooking tree. We spoke with our Tui rep who was very helpful and managed to get us a sea view room which is what we had paid extra for

On one occasion, she turned away a baby and told the mother to take it to the children's pool even tho it wasn't making any noise or causing bother to any other guests who clearly didn't mind their presence

Many children making noise and splashing (which nobody minded) were not being told off which supports the fact that the woman was clearly too strict

Every time a child came, she would tell them to leave. On our last day, the pool was now attended by a man

Other staff throughout the resort such as drivers and cleaning staff were attentive and hard at work

Beautifull, clean, lively and lovely place right by the beach. Close to everything we were after. Customers from babies to seniors but mostly on the younger side. Great food both at the beach bar and buffet

The location is excellent — just a five-minute walk from the very center of Malia, and only one minute to a beautiful beach, which, in my opinion, is one of the most stunning and comfortable on the entire eastern coast of Crete

We arrived after midnight and were offered food which really does not happen elsewhere- so kind of reception. Beach is 5mins walk so you dont get bored. 26 degrees all week at the end of October

We have just come back yes the rooms are standard and not the same pictures as advertised but it was clean the cleaners in every day , the food was repetitive and not always hot but I must say Angelo amd his team worked very hard with the likes of marianna and eva and giannis always having a smile and must say Angelo

The team in the restaurant worked so hard and the bar staff worked equally as hard, despite some very rude guests! We sauntered down to the nearest supermarket and also took a taxi to the old town, again everyone was so friendly

A lovely family run hotel, Mikey, Panos, Peter and Joseph did their best to make sure our holiday was good. They have just fitted new mattresses and had a wonderful sleep! The rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day.

English Breakfast which was included is not the best v limited and is the same everyday, not bad for one day but then becomes boring. The cleaning of the studio could be better but it was ok

Old Malia town is across the road and so are the restaurants, whilst the ‘strip’ is a few minutes in the other direction- the rooms are quiet at night. Easy access to the bus stop to Heraklion and Ag Nik

I must write specifically the cheff Giorgos Skoulikaris and su cheff Manouiswho assisted us greatly with Gluten free dishes for our kid

The food was generally varied and tasty – we especially enjoyed the Cretan restaurant, which was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the Asian restaurant, which did not meet our expectations
