Perfect basic hotel for overnight stay before heading to the islands. Rooms have everything you need, fridge, balcony and clean amenities. WiFi as well. Friendly check-in staff and has a breakfast room if you need it. Rooms have double and single beds. Recommended.

I stay here for business trips ! It's is clean, the rooms are descent for their prices and there are enough amenities!!! Pet friendly also.. The only negative is breakfast. They could have more products .

Lesvos is amazing, but Defkalion would be worth the trip anywhere in the world. The hotel is operated by a wonderful family, and by the time you leave you'll feel like you've been adopted. This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Volos. It is not fancy but it is very clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the shower effective. A place to sleep and have a shower in the center of Volos. It's an ok place with good price but the amenities and the building are old and not that well maintained.

Rooms were small for three people which I assume they weren't meant for three. Trying to fit in a third bed among another two, a wardrobe that's movable and a huge fridge makes the space very confining and suffocating. The room was clean but the hotel is old, and not as nice as in the pictures. They are a bit cheap with toilet papers and some other tidbits.

The hotel is in the very center of Portaria, just in the main square. The room is wide and comfortable, such as the bathroom with a modern shower box. The breakfast is wonderful both salad and sweet, with handmade Greek products, preserves, cakes and so on. Kritsa, her parents and her daughter are all very kind and helpful. Located at the beginning of the centre of Volos by the sea, the guest has everything within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the price was good, but there is a need for some maintenance.

Cute little hotel. Good location, very close to the port, the sea front and all the good tavernas. Kind personnel. The building is a bit neglected and it needs renovation. Breakfast is not impressive. Slightly overpriced.

To hotel is value for money. Very good location, with a wonderful view. Good breakfast but best of all is the incredible HOSPITALITY they feel from their owners. It was our first time in Pelion and concepts that will stay here the next.

For the first time in Pelion I could say that I went to the best season with cold snow and the next day sun ε .except for the wonderful landscape that is worth staying in the gates because it is close to everything ζει it is worth staying in this hotel because it has a wonderful family that in their way make you feel warm, and very friendly people happy to help you and say their opinion in a more shop...
