Very comfortable My husband had a heart attack and was rushed to Volos hospital. Fortunately I found this hotel online and its very good. Each day i have had to extend my stay and this been simple. Room very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable which is all i need. Close to the port and city centre and hospital.

We stayed in Room 601, not a bad view, of this small hotel, right in the middle of town, walking distance to waterfront. Room was very clean and modern, with a good shower, and few toiletries. We did find the bed a bit small though and we are not tall people. The buffet breakfast was quite traditional and very nice. Would stay her again and recommend.

Super handy Super handy hotel with available parking for the overnight before the ferry. Good lication, near the happening part of the town. On a busy street re: noise.

I called the night before and was greeted by a patient and lovely man, who told me their hours and reassured me I did not need a reservation but made one anyway. Ideally placed for our transport needs, close to station and ferry terminal. Clean room, good Aircon and a pleasant breakfast.

I feel like the hotel doesn’t deserve a higher rating. The positives are that it’s quite cheap compared to the other hotels in the area, and that breakfast is included. The main cons is the quite old design of the interior, equipment (i.e. hairdryer, fridge), bad soundproofing (you can hear the neighbors snoring above, people speaking outside the room far away from you and etc.). You get the picture...

So I was traveling to Volos for work and I decided to stay at this hotel. It was cheap and the view was pretty good close by to different restaurants and bars I expected more from the room like the TV didn’t have YouTube but you get what you paid for it even had breakfast so yeah, it was OK

Nice rooms next to the seaside with hospitable owners, always keen to help you. Do NOT miss the homemade breakfast-you will be amazed by the options offered. Volos (the city) is only 10 minutes away by car but you can always enjoy the route on a bike!

This hotel is a 6Euro taxi ride from the town. My first impression was that I would be isolated, but I walked for 3 mins and found the sea and lots of cafes aand restaurants open. It was easy to find somewhere to eat that evening. However, the hotel was what you would expect for 3*. Reception was very sparse and no welcome was offered. I was not told anything about breakfast etc and where to find it...

I fall in love with the view from the very first sight. One of the best locations in the area, equally close to both Portaria and Makrinitsa villages. Tasty breakfast with the variety of choices. Convenient parking. Cozy rooms. In-house playing room with billiards, table tennis, mini football, and playground for kids. But the most important - super hospitable people here, the owner and the ladies....

A great hotel with an outstanding location between Portagia and Makrinitsa. We were impressed by the warm family and their team. The hotel is recommended for families, as there is a very large and cozy lobby, as well as a great "playroom". So you can also relax there without always having to be in your room or on the move.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. Everyone was sweet and kind. I went there on a school trip and we had so much fun! The rooms were beautiful,spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable,the water was super clean and the balconies were nice with great view. The food was delicious and everything was clean and tidy! 10/10 would recommend !!!

We had the so called “honeymoon suite”, a spacious room with a large terrace and also a jacuzzi, and, following the Covid rules, we had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel spa just for ourselves. The room was clean. Some rooms have sea view and a fireplace. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel has a parking lot, which is important, because parking can be difficult in Portaria. The hotel is 5 min on foot from the village center.

The breakfast was with variety of foods and everything was very tasty. The location is very quiet and with panorama view to Volos. The hosts are very hospitable and gave us all their attention despite of our late arrival (after midnight) and despite our short stay (1 night only).

Cozy and clean rooms with a great view to the city of Volos. The little yard we could sit and enjoy our coffee/breakfast was beautiful and filled with flowers, giving a unique but traditional touch to the hotel. The landlady was very kind and helpful. The Erofili hotel provided us an exceptional hospitality as well as a super handmade breakfast, same is located in the center of Portaria village with all the hotspots in walking distance. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable enough and cozy.

Simply outstanding. We stayed in a suite that was fully renovated(we were one of the first to sleep there after the renovation) with modern but also a bit of traditional style.
