Very normal and sufficient hotel if you do not want to spend a lot, but here it's all expensive. Breakfast however abundant and the staff is friendly. If nothing else, there are a swimming pool and a sauna where you can relax a bit. The spa is chargeable. Virtually in the center and 5 minutes from the seafront.

We were in the hotel, in two rooms, the rooms were all of reasonable size, and well equipped, unfortunately the level of cleanliness was low, and the maintenance was in a less good condition, lots of rust in the shower, the toilet didn't work well, the air conditioner was noisy and although the staff was very nice and came to us every time we called them, they didn't have much to do. The dining room is large, not the cleanest and not the most pleasant but there is a very large selection at breakfast, and the staff here is also very nice. It's a bit of a shame that they use disposable cups and spoons (much nicer to drink from a regular cup). The pool is nice, but here too the lack of maintenance and the feeling of lack of cleanliness are noticeable. To the hotel's credit, I will mention the staff and the variety at breakfast, on the other hand the hotel feels old and not maintained and not clean.

Great boutiqe hotel, check in and out was super fast, although our room was not ready at our arrival...we waited half an hour to get it. We took the family room with a big balcony. The room was big and stands to our expectations. The pool area is very well styled but the pool is a bitt small i think...The hotel is cleand and nicely styled, it was resently renovated. The breakfast is good and there are plenty of choices we enjoyed. As for the parking, its a bitt difficult tofind a parking space and the officers are giving parking tickets if you park on the forbiden spots. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the rooms are clean and food is good and very nice for the price you pay. Would stay again

It's an ok hotel. Not very good, not bad. Terrible smell, they have a perfume machine spraying out an allergy inducing smell all over. Breakfast is good. Service is good, although room cleaning was below par. I would stay there again if I went to Eilat.

The hotel itself is decent enough and in a good area and all the major areas of Eilat are accessible, with shops and restaurants well within walking distance of the hotel. The room was decent and fairly sized and all the in room amenities were good. The breakfast was also nice with a wide variety and well presented. Where did the hotel fall short. When our room was serviced the beside were not made the duvets were just thrown out over the maters not at all remade. The main thing and it’s simple to fix , the staff were rude , disinterested and barely smiled. I would say they scowled more then anything. The front desk staff were the nicest of the lot but the lady that requested your room number for breakfast was literally so rude I was shocked. The other negative was the parking area for the hotel and the reception area outside of the hotel were filthy. Litter everywhere and no care that it’s the hotel grounds. For what you are paying I thought it was genuinely average.

Not the best experience. Poor cleaning, holes in the bedding, broken pool furniture. There were a dirty plate left on our floor by the elevator for more than two days, the stuff was just going by it. The floor was super dirty in the room

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were disappointed with the hotel staff! We had an expensive room with a jacuzzi, but for some reason the hotel staff did not provide us with champagne and sweets that are included in the price of this room. A trifle, but it is unpleasant that it was hidden even from us.

This hotel is nothing more than a hostel. Breakfast was luke warm at best, included cold pasta, for breakfast? The vast majority of staff are rude bordering aggressive after screaming and shouting at us as we went 30 minutes early to get breakfast after being told to by reception. The rooms are tired and very dated. The rooms need gutting and totally revamping. If we were on a cheap and cheerful we would have ****** it up but it wasn't. Also, don't expect a reply to emails because you won't get one. On a positive message to the hotel, find 100 members of staff like Aida, and you're making a positive start, she's a diamond.
