Hotel accommodations were average.. room, bed were comfortable . Food was good, buffet provided many options…but did not spend a lot of time there as there was much to see and do around the city from sightseeing to shopping. Malls, beaches- Red Sea , boat rides, Eilat stone…. Something for everyone!

All in all it was good.
The bathroom is a bit small and less comfortable for me.
The front door does a bad job by allowing outside noise from the corridor. Early morning the staff started to work on the walls outside the room and it was very annoying and woke me up.

Had a nice weekend, the service and hospitality was great, especially due to Shira, the receptionist. We will be back agian. Hotels location is optimal, breakfast was plentiful , and clean all around. Pool, beach front, promenade and all attractions of Eilat are just a minute away.

The Neptune is actaully one of the first hotels built in Eilat its been renovated lately and also purchesed and became part of the Dan Chain. unlike some ofthier hotels, thr Neptine can not be considered as Luxurious ,but it has nice rooms with seaview. nice pool and an OK retaurant To sum it up its OK and good value

We stayed in November for 5 days, Sunday-Thursday, my wife and I and our 2 and a half year old son, and it should be noted the excellent, kind and welcoming service of all the staff who went above and beyond what they were required to do, Also the food was excellent and plentiful, the rooms are clean and tidy every day!! Every request was answered immediately and they made sure we got everything we wanted, well done!! We will happily stay again!!

Hotel is superb. Rooms clean, breakfast unbelievable. Pool and beds awesome. And the best of the best is the staff, they do everything to make your stay something to remember.
