Great location, the room is clean but we did have an unfortunate incident with a LOT of bugs in our rooms which varied between flies, cockroaches, mosquitoes and ants

The hotel staff were very hospitable and kind. The rooms are nicely designed and clean. The hotel doesn't have a lobby area which impacts its atmosphere.
The pool area can get very noisy. At times they would increase the music volume to create a party atmosphere. The guests were eating and drinking inside the pool and the staff didn't ask them to stop. Our attempts to ask to reduce the volume were ignored. We had to leave the pool area.

The team was friendly and polite. The room was modern and clean. I liked the DJ party that happened on the roof on Friday afternoon. Also, the Shabbat dinner is "a la carte" and is fantastic for the price!
There was an unpleasant smell at the entrance (probably from the flowers). The hotel is next to the club the "Chato", and on Saturday nights, we hear the music bass. There is no private parking.

If you do coffee enamas and only like rich people then come here but other than that very rude staff. I was here for the Purim party and the front lady was so rude to me not letting me in when I had a ticket and everything. I thought Purim was about happiness and this place didn’t have that vibes terrible place for my first experience of Purim in Israel and being in Israel.

this hotel is brand new and very comfortable. the private pools are amazing and heated all day, had a great time. staff was very nice and friendly.

Not just an ordinary vacation, One of a kind boutique experience. The hotel design is absolutely beautiful, the environment in the pool area and the restaurant is amazing - offering top level dinner and breakfast. No kids allowed, which create chilled and fresh atmosphere, these are rare things to find in the area. Super recommended!

The service was super-top from the first phone call (actually, even after 3-4 calls). Sasha was quick and gave very complete information.
We could not eat the food there (no kosher certification). The manager offered to get us anything that we wanted from an adjacent store to make us more comfortable. Whenever we contacted the desk for anything, they were on it within just a few minutes.
The Bohemian style in the room was nice. The pool was sweet - but we picked the coldest days in the year so couldn't use it much.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you receive a welcome and personal treatment at a very high level, there is a lot of investment in the design of the hotel, and attention to the small details.
The rooms are decorated, equipped and some have a private pool. In addition, there are 2 more pools open on two levels in the hotel grounds.
The hotel is for adults and you will not hear the cries of babies or stupid teenagers in the pool like you will not find a phone from the nineties in the room because there are simply no phones in the rooms! Yes, there is a Westap number for the Jokers, a kind of team that responds to almost every customer's requirement, a lovely thing and a great idea.
Culinary - the hotel has a dairy bar / restaurant that serves dishes at the level of Michelin restaurants, do not give up a meal in a restaurant!
In conclusion I think the name of the hotel defines it best:
