I went here with my entire family, including cousins, Uncle's, etc.
First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing, it's close to the mall, to a supermarket and close to the water activities.
Another good thing about the hotel is that it has a private beach (the hotel also has a pool, gym and spa)
Now the room, we ordered a couple of suites.
They were clean, big (compared to the other types of rooms), and came with a balcony that has an amazing view.
Now the breakfast was nice, had a lot of options. Cereals, salads, cheeses, and more. But I'd advice to go to the breakfast early, since the hotel holds a big number of guests.
The price was decent, the regular price for 1 night is about 1400 shekels (about 350 usd/euro), a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it

1. Racism issue
If you are asian, you will be notified by customers and staff. Some customers will make fun of your race. BEWARE OF RACISM.
2. Animal issue
There are some cats around the hotel, but nobody, including staff and customers, cares about stray cats. They suffered from the weather, hunger, thirsty and indifference.
3. Noise issue
Also, this hotel is full of screaming children from the minute we checked in to check out we could go nowhere in this hotel to find peace and quite. The breakfast area was so loud with screaming kids we couldn’t sit anywhere to get away from them. You could not swim in the pool or enter the pool without being splashed by kids or find room to swim with all the inflatable toys.

You have to pay to use the gym, to pay for a spa is understandable but for a hotel that claims to be 5 star you should at least get free access to a gym. Awful experience, never again! Couldn’t wait to check out to find peace and quiet.

My all time favorite hotel. Great location. Great food!!! solves one of the biggest dilemmas: sea or pool. Here you have both. Sea shore equipped with peer, so there is no need for awkward entrance. Food and beer is available for purchase at the pool area if you have munch. Shopping center is few minutes walk.
The only downside is parking. It just cannot fit all guests.

Rude Front desk lady lies about receiving rooms to be at 6pm.

If you're vegetarian or vegan, stay the hell away.
We had spoken with the kitchen manager over a month before our visit to ensure we'd have suitable dinner options. He explicitly promised us meat substitutes to our liking, and we specifically told him that we did not like tofu and preferred the pre-packaged brands over raw alternatives.
However, the dishes we were served were disgusting, and the kitchen staff was unaccommodating and uncommunicative. Two out of three evenings, we were served raw tofu or seitan, and the other evening, the vegan burgers were dry and overcooked. Apart from that, the labels on the buffet dishes were often incorrect. Overall, it was a terrible value for money, and we feel cheated.

Incredible hotel. An extraordinarily good suit.
The food could be better. We would be very happy if the hotel could provide raw or smoked salmon slices. Furthermore, if the hotel could provide additional "Glatt Kosher" (Halak) fine meat.

I can agree with the many positive feedbacks. A very well run hotel, especially at the reception. The front desk manager was an absolute professional and a great hostess. The location is excellent. The pool is very nice with a great view of the red sea. The rooms were exceptionally large and clean. Some rooms are a little old in terms of furnishings. But the size and cleanliness of the rooms compensates for that. I was there with a group and all guests (about 20) were satisfied. Despite the central location it was quiet. Good base for all kinds of excursions. If you are looking for something critical: In the dining room, the staff was probably a bit overwhelmed. It made the impression that after Covid they didn't find good staff in the dining area of the hotel. But again: the large and well prepared food compensated for that. All in all: super hotel. Will be back. We were on another trip right across the street at the Clup Hotel. You can't compare these two hotels. Aria is certainly twice as nice and much better.

One of the best hotels I have been to lately, the facilities are amazing ! The hotel is clean and there was someone named Marina from the reception who was extremely helpful and helped us with anything we needed. Really had our service with a smile experience.

Overall the hotel was a 3 star. Reason why is because some of the rooms don’t have any light switch. For example I wanted to take an outfit from my luggage and there was no light in my room so I would have to do everything in the living room because the only light in the living came from the balcony. The food was just fine and everyone was getting whatever pleased their desires.
