I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and it’s always been dated but clean. This time the staff were rude, the rooms were dirty as were the bathrooms and the dining room just felt unclean. This hotel needs a total revamp. I won’t be staying here again.

Great value for money
Very comfortable hotel. Very good value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing with plenty cupboard and storage space and excellent bathroom.
The hotel is large with plenty space to sit and relax and the breakfast and food is excellent.
This is our second stay as we were also there in the summer and would definately go again.

We enjoy this hotel!!!!
We came here in the summer for a family wedding. The staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfasts were great, location amazing, and everyone enjoyed the stay.
We just came back for another trip and so appreciate the staff. Housekeeping was a bit
forgetful this time. We overall were pleased!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The service is great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Jerusalem

The Leonardo Plaza is a dated hotel and has been for too many years. Furniture in the bar area is dirty stained and furniture in the hotel rooms is scratched and old.
The hotel needs an upgrade in all areas. The outdoor area is also quite dirty.
Staff too need to be upgraded.
When I arrived the two guys at the reception desk were fighting. And then one proceeded to tell me (I didnt ask) what was wrong with the other one.
Really shameful.

Very good service. Breakfast that came with the room was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed could have been firmer.

Service was wonderful. Location was very strategic for transportation and just walking around. Breakfast glorious. Front desk person, Moriah very accommodating and nice. Will definitely return to this hotel.

It is a 4-star hotel, basically the service of people is better than the hotel facilities. What I appreciate the most is the breakfast buffet.
