It’s the second time staying in this lovely hotel. It’s a room en-suite only with no elevator but it’s only one floor. There is no room service & reception is there only during the day. Make sure you aren’t booked in a room that is opposite a nightclub which we were. I haven’t slept for two days, besides the hooting that they love in this country. Making the noisy rooms soundproof would really help a lot. The bedrooms & bathrooms are modern & spacious. Hotel Noel is very central with lots of restaurants & walking areas around it near Ben Yehuda. Recommended besides the noisy rooms.

Bathroom facilities and services, e.g. Jacuzzi was comfortable. The AC was quite and good.

Nice stay in the heart of Jerusalem The room was very beautiful with a modern design, and there was a nespresso machine in the room with cookies and mineral water. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe, which was a fantastic location with delicious food.

Rooms are well designed, thinking about all details including soaps, towels, and sheets.
However:
1. This is not a hotel but an apartment building. If you want to get the hotel experience this is not the right place for you. There is no one at the small counter past 8 PM and if you get stuck with one toilet paper (we got only one) you need to go down and get one.
2. We ordered the suite, in which the bath was clogged and the room was to be flooded within a minute. The treatment was lazy and we had to keep asking if there is any progress, last we were given the option to downgrade to a smaller room (which price is lower and we had to ask several times for a relative refund).
3. Regular room structure is poor. If anyone is to stand in the hallway, he can see right into the entire room and bath.
4. Some suggested that the hotel is noisy. Let me put this straight, this is a *real* hassle. On Thursdays nights the pub at Cinema Hotel across the street is *very* busy. Although the vibe is nice and cool there is no getaway and it feels like you're right in the middle of the party and the street traffic.

Stunning hotel, located right in the center. The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming.
The level of the hotel is very high, new and designed. Soft and pampering towels and a comfortable bed.
The hotel's breakfast is served in a corner café, a charming and pampering café. Really recommend coming! We will be back as soon as we have a chance

Beautiful hotel at the liveliest and most charming spot in city center jerusalem. Great indoor design and most importantly, personal treatment from nice stuff. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see jerusalem or just have a nice night in.

I'm more than happy to recommend Hotel Noel. I found this hotel accidently through Instagram and I couldn't believe it will exceed my expectations. I took a room with a balcony and I can honestly say I thought the room is a bit bigger but - it didn't matter. All was super clean, and new, and inviting. Can I come again?? :) Ohh and we were on a walking distance from every place we wanted to go to! Unfortunately we arrived late so didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the city but we will be back, definitely!
