Grand Court Hotel, Jerusalem1 / 14

Jerusalem, 15 Saint Georges Street 🧭 Map
Ahmad, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. He was professional, courteous, and gracious. Friendly staff, good buffet spread, clean rooms. Two thumbs up!
This hotel is placed well about 15 minutes to the Damascus Gate which is one of the entries to the old Town. Food was more or less the same every day. Rooms are a good size, our room had a bath and side shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Good hotel especially for tour groups. Clean well maintained room. Bathroom looks outdated. Bathtub is too high and is a safety risk. Elderly and children can slip and fall. Shower door is only half and water spray can cause floor to be slippery and messy. Restaurant is huge and is crowded quickly. Breakfast quality and variety are better than during dinner. Need more fruit variety : banana, figs...
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was also good. The location was about 15 minutes away from the old city.
at first i was checked into room 542 it was right in front of a highway and i couldn't sleep, windows are not soundproof. i asked for a room Change and Left my baggage in reception they kindly switched my rooms without any extra fees, i tried the gym and the pool as well, the pool is a little small, the gym was well equipped, buffet breakfast and dinner here is awesome. and it's within walkable distance...
We got our room early, which is always good. Staff were friendly. Nice size room with a bath tub in the bathroom. Clean. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee & an electric kettle in the room. On our first day we received a complimentary bottle of water & plate of biscuits. Breakfast was great. Fabulous selection with everything from made to order omlettes, salads, cereal, breads, yoghurt to warm cheese cake...

A basic hotel, with a low maintenance level. For example, the TV and the safe in our room did not work.. Breakfast was good and the location is good: next to the light train and within a 20 minutes walk to the Old City.
We were a large group from Mexico and we recently stayed here, the rooms were very comfortable and the beds were amazing! The food was very delicious and me and my grupo agreed that the hotel was amazing!! We loved it! Also the service is top 🥳 Definitely stay here if you are Visiting Jerusalem, I would also like to mention that it is very close In walking distance to mamila and old city! So that was...
The Hotel Stuff is kind, but it takes time until they fullfill your needs. The room was clean, but things getting old. The coffee and hot choclate at the bar is very good. The location could be more calm. 15 min walk to the center of Jerusalem
Conveniently located to old city! Great base to see old Jerusalem from. The hotel is a little older but we'll maintained and worth the value. Pool was excellent!
Nice and clean place, lobby and ballrooms are beautiful, open bar and nice boutique shop. once you get on the upper floors, hallways, rooms... really dated, in need of a makeover. Breakfast looked really tasty, didn’t end up eating there tho
The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious, and the support staff is amazing and attentive. If you can, ask for Yael. She is the best and will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need not only at the hotel but as you travel around the city.

While the Dan Jerusalem hotel has beautiful views of Jerusalem, and excellent dining and meeting facilities, the rooms are about 30 years old (and they look like they're 30 years old). The dining buffets are "decent," but could be better if they had fresh squeezed orange juice, or coffee available all day. This place could the creme de la creme, if they simply modernized the place (similar to large...
Great and Spacious Hotel, Very good stay for families. Wide Pool and several activities for children. The food is excellent - generous breakfast and nice food truck next to the pool. Great crew, especially Hiba and Alla. My only complaint is that it’s quite far from the central station and hard to get to by public transit, and quite a big place so you can find yourself walking around and getting lost...
Had the Bellboy Ariel not asked, I probably would not have written a review. He was kind and courteous while assisting us with our bags. After touring with a large group and staying in over 5 hotels from Greece to Israel, Dan Hotel was my absolute favorite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They were also clean. The housekeeping staff were so nice and courteous as well. The wifi is fast and efficient...
As a new person coming to a hotel we found out about a food truck, and when we ordered, there were very nice chefs named Nasser and ally your food are amazing and they treat you with the highest respect and offer the most quality food. I highly recommend coming to this place it is the best and if you are coming to try new foods they won’t let you down😘😍💯
Ariel bell boy was so very nice and and helpful. I wish the air conditioning worked better, it was very hot in the room. But otherwise this a very, very nice and beautiful hotel. The people are nice and welcoming. And the food for breakfast and dinner was great!
G floor dinning hall manager Mr. Nasser is very kindness gentleman, he help my friends to separate with group by a private table for business talking during dinner, Mr. Nasser is very friendly person to running management in wise. So nice to choose Dan Jerusalem Hotel, clean and good management.
Sadly, I thought the customer service was lacking. Our room did not match the picture advertised. We were very disappointed. And although the room was changed we strongly suspect it again was wrong as again nothing like the picture advertised. Reported the iron not working on our floor and waited over an hour for an iron promised but no show. Next day we found the iron repaired but was not informed...

Jerusalem, 6 Ze'ev Vilnay Street Ruppin Bridge 🧭 Map
Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.
The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.
Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes
Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities...
There is a pool gym and the place is cool. The food is a joke... It's awful. For some unknown reason the resupply of the towels and toilet paper was inconsistent...
we can reach the city by tram.... not too far, so it is well situated I like very much the pool outside

Wow wow wow Mamilla. Your service and luxury are truly unmatched in Jerusalem. Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. In particular, Rania is an absolute superstar. You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with...
I was fortunate enough to spend a few days at this lovely jewel 💎 of a hotel 🏨 right next to the old city and next to the mamilla mall. I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team. When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge...
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc.. Don't even bother to dine outside the hotel, they got great food and the service ...already said.. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service. A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information...
We are happy to write a review of the hotel but we need to clarify our credit card bill from the hotel first. We've sent an email but haven't heard back yet. This is our first priority. Our dates of our stay were June 13 -14, 2023. Our bill is listed under our last name noted above.
We loved this hotel and its staff, especially the concierge team who are incredible! Stephan is hands down one of the best concierge I have seen, with prompt attention to emails and great suggestions! Our room was lovely with a great living room and bathroom and modern aesthetic. The decorations are minimalist in the rooms, functional. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe and is in a great location...

When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night
The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The rooms were very nice with all the amenities that you could need. It was great being close to the shuk and the old city. The food was amazing with a variety of options that was different every day. However, I wish the rooms had conditioner and an iron. I and other guest in my group also had complications with the showers as they easily leaked water into the rest of the bathroom and the drainage...
The rooms are run done and maintenance is bad. On the other hand, Roy the omelette maker is incredible! He is so nice and friendly, I have never met such a special egg cook in a hotel. What a pleasure!
Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing. It is beautifully clean and tidy and I have loved speaking with Amin every morning who gives me a lovely blessing. This hotel has outstanding conference/prayer room facilities. We've had an AMAZING experience in this hotel! The balcony room on the top floor had phenomenal views of the city. We've also loved the location in Jerusalem's city center. Wonderful stay in a great section of the city. Just a 15 minute walk to Jaffa gate, and situated between lovely gardens, shopping, and restaurants. Extremely family friendly. The hotel staff, especially Hamish Rahman and the restaurant staff, made a point of greeting us daily and providing me, my wife, and our young children service with a smile. Can't wait to come back!
I brought a group of 26 to the Dan panorama for a tour of Jerusalem. The rooms, food, service and location was above expectations at every turn! This hotel has impeccable service, staff, food, and spa services. I appreciate their hospitality and concierge services, especially this being my first time in Jerusalem. I always felt safe and valued. Also, Dan Panorama is centrally located very close to restaurants, gorgeous parks, and high end shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.
Naim (manager of the Dining room) took great care of us. Made sure we had everything we needed and brought extra special treats for the kids. Hotel rooms were very comfortable, and pool was well shaded. Gym needs updating.
We had a GREAT stay at the Dan Panorama Jerusalem! The hotel is aging, but they’ve been keeping it up pretty well. The location is EXCELLENT! Walking distance to the Old City, Shopping on Jaffa St, shopping in Old City near Holy Sepulchre Church, Station 1 for dinner and night life…and more! The dining is SUPERB. Perfect hotel to stay in Jerusalem, with a high level of service. The renovated rooms are really nice. I always enjoy coming here, talking to Mr Allayan which is really professional and Mishleen Z who does her best to serve clients. The whole team is amazing and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring a real honeycomb pancake/waffle station, made-to-order omelets, and an array of other mouthwatering options. To top it off, the cappuccino and latte station added...
The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are great. The location was also excellent. On the downside, it’s more suited to families, very busy and loud and the pool was chaotic. Also, the spa staff were a bit unhelpful so we didn’t bother. Felt a little over priced compared to the quality of the other places we stayed at during our visit to Israel which cost less.
Great location, nice facility, friendly staff, Over the top breakfast with more delicious food that anyone can hope for. A wheel of cheese. Honey, straight from the honey comb and much more. The Shabbos dinner was so good and there was so much food, it bordered on being obscene. Definitely worth the stay.
Good location, lots of tour groups stay here. Good breakfast though the evening buffet is expensive ($100 USD per person). On a six-day stay we NEVER got a bottle of water (others did), the toilet did not flush properly, the carpet was never vacuumed, rarely got a full set of new towels and the dirty glasses were not removed until we complained. Staff helpful, especially the night manager Ms. Dahal...
As part of a tour, this hotel was in a good location. We loved the elevators. You could select the floor prior to entering the elevator and system would take you directly there. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and firm. They had a pool, but we did not take advantage of it. Buffet food selection was very good, but some foods looked processed instead of fresh. 20-minute walk to the Old City...

Great place in the heart of Jerusalem. Lovely and helpful staff. Great spa treatment: Emily was wonderful. Nice indoor pool and nice views for your breakfast. The spa is not stepfree, unless I missed a ramp or another entrance but you do have disabled access in the pool, which is located on the same floor. The area is fantastic, within walkable distance of the Old City, Mahane Yehuda (or two light...
The hotel boasts a lovely inner pool that's perfect for relaxation. I was particularly impressed with the massage services offered. Its proximity to the city center and restaurants is a major plus, and being near the old city adds to its charm. The location is truly picturesque. A recommended stay for those visiting the area.
Amazing hotel in the holy city. A team of Jews, Arabs and Christians giving a great service to a group of tourists that I lead. Big thanks for Rafik, Fifi, Rafek and all the personnel from reception, bellboys and restaurant (i dont remember all the names!). Big thanks for responsiveness and mostly for their smiles in every area of the hotel. 10000 stars.
Clean and well-kept with staff who is friendly and accommodating, the Herbert Samuel Hotel is centrally located. The old city is within walking distance. Adi was great! The rooms were very charming (we liked the special touches like the nostalgic hanging lamp in the room. It looked like one our Great Grandmothers would have). A great place centrally located. I want to mention the wonderful employee Elias. He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. And he did that while managing the entire front desk and guests. One of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced at a front desk! The hotel is really nice...
Awesome view. But the place is a little too expensive. There were efforts to make the interiors seem updated, but it still has a feel that the places is a little bit dated. The food is alright. I was traveling as part of a ~60 people group. As we arrived at the hotel, a big, beautifully framed "certified 4 star hotel" sign has greeted us. With the amazingly accessible location, I held my expectations high. When I wanted to use the elevator, they worked in a weird way that I can't really explain.. I think that they worked by the order of when a button was pressed, in a way that you'll go...
A pretty good hotel, but with a few issues. The biggest is noise. The hotel gets a lot of Birthright tours staying there and the kids are really loud until weird hours of the night. I literally had a kid singing opera in the hallway outside my door at like 11:00 P.M. Very strange. The service was pretty good, but also had a few issues, such as most of the staff speaking essentially no English despite...
A convienent accommodation with friendly staff and delicious meal options (even with the possibility of to go styrofoam container). The hair dryer is regular sized and works great! In some rooms there is a hidden kitchen section with sink, tea cups and minifridge. On the ground floor there is a piano and a gift shop. There is also a safe in the rooms. One star less for a bit of dust.
The hotel writes that she has a 4-star rating is actually 3 or less. The rooms were small, each Very often they forget to put towels in the bathroom have calls to the front Desk and get towels .. There were days that he did not bring . Breakfast and dinner is monotonous and weak A big plus is in the centre
Bed was comfortable. Hotel could do with a face lift as it looks very old fashioned. I had a large room and very nice view. However there was blaring music playing from a store downstairs the entire night . I was on the 11th floor and could hear it.

Stayed here in 2023 and was impressed by meal service and staff efficiency. I definitely recommend this hotel.
I was only one night, but the experience was very nice. The most important first, clean rooms and very goed bed. Breakfast was excellent only problem was that the coffee machine was stuck. Goed service at the entrance; we were with a big groep and there were no complications.
I was thoroughly explained why certain things were beyond their control; EO always has done a magnificent job. I hope to go back Olive tree real soon.
My husband and I stayed overnight at the Olive Tree Hotel as part of an overland excursion via Norwegian Cruise Line with a few of our friends and our experience was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable (though a bit dated which you cannot tell from photos). The staff were all exceptionally kind and considerate. The food was amazing -- our friend group has talked about the food from this hotel...
Comfortable room. Not set up for plugging in electronics. No outlets in bathroom. Love the service. Taxi rides were arranged for us several times and were on time. Our luggage was handled by them efficiently. Food was excellent. Very friendly English speaking service. Sketchy people on the street and graffiti. NOT QUIET
The rooms were a bit outdated and the AC units did not seem to be able to keep up to keep the room cool. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the location close to the tram for easy access around town.
