polite staff at desk. Lady at breakfast desk did not allow me and my partner in for breakfast because it was fifteen minutes to ten, even though we had paid for bed and breakfast. All we wanted was a coffee and croissant

Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay in Dan. We've ordered a family room and were upgraded to a suite. Service was good, the room was very clean. Breakfeast is good but there is room for improvement. The pool was heated and the music was just as loud as needed. We will definetly come back.

The ambience, decor, amenities and staff are all lovely. The view is great too. The food was plentiful and tasty with many healthy options. The kitchen and wait staff were very accommodating. The train is a few minute walk to the light rail which can take you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend

Sadly, I thought the customer service was lacking. Our room did not match the picture advertised. We were very disappointed. And although the room was changed we strongly suspect it again was wrong as again nothing like the picture advertised. Reported the iron not working on our floor and waited over an hour for an iron promised but no show. Next day we found the iron repaired but was not informed...

They have a garage and breakfast was included. Very nice lobby that people sit in. They have a small exercise room that is usually empty. Rooms are small but comfortable with a nice bathroom and TV. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at the Dan panorama two weekends. The first was very good, the second not so much. Same cost but the second weekend we were given a smaller room with devices like the tv that did not work. Overall a good hotel just not consistently good.

We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service. Hotel has a nice, superficial appearance, inside and out. Public spaces are nice. It is also an 8-minute walk to the Damascus Gate entrance to the old city. A basic hotel, with a low maintenance level. For example, the TV and the safe in our room did not work.. Breakfast was good and the location is good: next to the light train and within a 20 minutes walk to the Old City.

We enjoy this hotel!!!! We came here in the summer for a family wedding. The staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfasts were great, location amazing, and everyone enjoyed the stay. Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

This is my first time in the Inbal Hotel. You enter a big lobby, and you are greeted by friendly staff. Rooms are large and comfortable, with large bathrooms. Overall only one of three keys worked for our room. Most of the time we had to run all over the place to figure out to get into the room and who had the right key. Wished we had more towels and a clean balcony

It is convenient because it is a short walk from the light rail station. We spent an adults only family weekend - sister and four brothers and three partners. The rooms were comfortable, the food was plentiful and good (not gourmet but good shabbat food). An outdated hotel in a central location. The bed is uncomfortable, the towels have long passed their prime, and parking costs 100 ILS per day. There are much better options for a similar price. On a positive note, the staff is friendly.

A clean hotel with all necessary amenities. Right next to the central bus station (you can travel up and down the length of israel) which boasts restaurants, clothing shops, pharmacy and bakery's, which were all very well priced . Mary at the desk was wonderful and assist us whenever necessary.

We enjoyed our three nights here; the hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the old city. I think we were in one of the rooms that is awaiting renovation — I have no complaints about it, but it did seem in need of updating. A lot of the hotels are putting in these beautiful, but very impracticable showers with glass enclosures that are only half the length they should be. Even when you’re very careful, the floor outside the shower base is as wet as inside. It’s ridiculous and can cause slipping and falling. This is one such hotel.

Big hotel in a good location, but in need of maintenance. Carpets, furniture and bathroom need some work. Included Breakfast was decent but not that good. Staff was pleasant but not very helpful. It is a 20 minutes walk to old city which makes it very convenient.

I was only one night, but the experience was very nice. The most important first, clean rooms and very goed bed. Breakfast was excellent only problem was that the coffee machine was stuck. Goed service at the entrance; we were with a big groep and there were no complications.

Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem. Room’s always clean and are a nice size. I had a wonderful stay at the King David Hotel. The hotel is a perfect mix of classic elegance and modern comfort. The pool area is a true highlight—beautifully landscaped, with plenty of loungers and a crystal-clear pool that’s hard to leave.

I stayed at the National Hotel Jerusalem for 2 nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is the biggest highlight — very close to Masjidil Aqsa and perfect for anyone visiting for worship or exploring the Old City. The neighborhood feels friendly, lively, and safe to walk around. The hotel room is a bit old, but it was comfortable enough for my purpose since I came to visit Masjidil...

We were a party of 4 who stayed at National Hotel in East Jerusalem on 9/20/2023. Great service from very friendly staff, Hayat and Sara. Amazing central location. The rooms were nice, quite modern, nice bright design We had 1/2 board, dinner was ok (several items overcooked, dried out, cakes terrible!) Bf was good ( for people used to excellent Israeli bf they might be a bit disappointed about the quality of some options served)

I would like to thank the wonderful staff of Prima Park Hotel esp. Aineline from house keeping. Our rooms are always fresh and clean and in perfect order. She paid attention to our needs and is always smiling and friendly. Food at the dining hall was great too! Walking always greets us good morning with a happy smile. The chef and waiters were always ready to answer our questions about the food.

The Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem staff, particularly Maam Annielin, who cleaned our room every day, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, Sir Walin and the other dining room staff were always very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed.

My stay at Prima Park hotel is one of the best experiences here in Jerusalem. Going back to hotel after touring the city is like home away from home ❤️ Staff are gracious and kind. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is consistent and efficient! Kudos to the management staff and crew. God bless you!

My stay at Prima Park has been excellent! All the staff is friendly and helpful. My room is bright and sunny, and is cleaned beautifully every day. I'm visiting due to a family health emergency, and its been so nice to come back in the evenings to a clean, comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our crazy arrival time Arrival at 4am and staff had prepared everything. Check in took less than 5 minutes. It really transmitted the feeling that they cared about us
