Ramada Jerusalem Hotel, Jerusalem1 / 33

Jerusalem, 6 Ze'ev Vilnay Street Ruppin Bridge 🧭 Map
Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.
The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.
Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes
Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities...
There is a pool gym and the place is cool. The food is a joke... It's awful. For some unknown reason the resupply of the towels and toilet paper was inconsistent...
we can reach the city by tram.... not too far, so it is well situated I like very much the pool outside

A spectacular hotel! It is beautiful and so centrally located we didn’t take one taxi. Karim at the front desk and the meticulous housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were set with welcome treats for Hilton Honors status. Bilal the concierge helped us get a reservation for our favorite dinner of the trip. Fouad in the Palace Restaurant went above and beyond to help us find a valuable item we had...
My family is staying for a few days to do some sightseeing in the Holy land. What an impressive hotel and wonderful customer service. Everything from front desk, concierge to housekeeping. We needed an extra bed for my teenage daughter and Muhammed ensured she had a roll a bed brought in and set it up himself with fresh linen. He really takes great pride in his job and working for Waldorf Astoria Hilton...
I stayed here a while ago with my wife when visiting Jerusalem. It seems like I forgot to post a review for this place. The staff is super friendly and professional. I received an upgrade to king grand deluxe from the king accessible room due to status. I was was guided to my room and shown the amenities, including how to operate the "in mirror" tv in the bathroom. The room is spacious, clean, and...
Superb location, oversized rooms, and unique spa and pool area. Unfortunately, service was quite underwhelming except for the helpful concierge. Staff goes through the motions but aren’t particularly friendly or helpful that you’d expect at a luxury hotel. Massive mediocre breakfast buffet. No outdoor space - it’s closed until summer which makes no sense. Would be better to have higher quality and...
We met friends in the lobby. Had a snack which was OK.... Very pricey.... I am interested to know who cleans all the silver..... Altogether a positive experience in a wonderful position
We had afternoon tea to celebrate a family graduation. Unfortunately the afternoon tea itself was a little underwhelming. The scones and cakes were good and the sandwiches were OK. However, the bread was really dry and it took a few complainants for them to change it, but once it was changed the sandwiches were great. The servers definetly made a good effort. All in all it was a decent experience but...

Ahmad, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. He was professional, courteous, and gracious. Friendly staff, good buffet spread, clean rooms. Two thumbs up!
This hotel is placed well about 15 minutes to the Damascus Gate which is one of the entries to the old Town. Food was more or less the same every day. Rooms are a good size, our room had a bath and side shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Good hotel especially for tour groups. Clean well maintained room. Bathroom looks outdated. Bathtub is too high and is a safety risk. Elderly and children can slip and fall. Shower door is only half and water spray can cause floor to be slippery and messy. Restaurant is huge and is crowded quickly. Breakfast quality and variety are better than during dinner. Need more fruit variety : banana, figs...
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was also good. The location was about 15 minutes away from the old city.
at first i was checked into room 542 it was right in front of a highway and i couldn't sleep, windows are not soundproof. i asked for a room Change and Left my baggage in reception they kindly switched my rooms without any extra fees, i tried the gym and the pool as well, the pool is a little small, the gym was well equipped, buffet breakfast and dinner here is awesome. and it's within walkable distance...

Great place in the heart of Jerusalem. Lovely and helpful staff. Great spa treatment: Emily was wonderful. Nice indoor pool and nice views for your breakfast. The spa is not stepfree, unless I missed a ramp or another entrance but you do have disabled access in the pool, which is located on the same floor. The area is fantastic, within walkable distance of the Old City, Mahane Yehuda (or two light...
The hotel boasts a lovely inner pool that's perfect for relaxation. I was particularly impressed with the massage services offered. Its proximity to the city center and restaurants is a major plus, and being near the old city adds to its charm. The location is truly picturesque. A recommended stay for those visiting the area.
Amazing hotel in the holy city. A team of Jews, Arabs and Christians giving a great service to a group of tourists that I lead. Big thanks for Rafik, Fifi, Rafek and all the personnel from reception, bellboys and restaurant (i dont remember all the names!). Big thanks for responsiveness and mostly for their smiles in every area of the hotel. 10000 stars.
Clean and well-kept with staff who is friendly and accommodating, the Herbert Samuel Hotel is centrally located. The old city is within walking distance. It is also surrounded by various shops, cafes, and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine. Our room is spacious and, situated on the ninth floor, has a lovely view of the skyline. Although I prefer my bed softer, that's just what it is...
All around excellent service from start to finish. Our family has been visiting Israel for generations since the early 1970s and we've stayed in a wide variety of hotels, from executive suites in well known 5 star chains to hostels and even kibbutz! So, it says rather a lot when this visit to Herbert Samuel Jerusalem Hotel may well be the best hotel experience we've ever had in Israel! On this occasion...
We had a great weekend at the Herbert We stayed at a top floor suite The staff is very helpful and are very approachable The room had floor to ceiling windows with amazing views, to bad the glass itself was not clean The food is excellent, we had to wait some time until we were seated for dinner, the dining room it self has a unique design and is located in the top floor, note that half of the tables...

When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night
The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The rooms were very nice with all the amenities that you could need. It was great being close to the shuk and the old city. The food was amazing with a variety of options that was different every day. However, I wish the rooms had conditioner and an iron. I and other guest in my group also had complications with the showers as they easily leaked water into the rest of the bathroom and the drainage...
The rooms are run done and maintenance is bad. On the other hand, Roy the omelette maker is incredible! He is so nice and friendly, I have never met such a special egg cook in a hotel. What a pleasure!
Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing. It is beautifully clean and tidy and I have loved speaking with Amin every morning who gives me a lovely blessing. This hotel has outstanding conference/prayer room facilities. We've had an AMAZING experience in this hotel! The balcony room on the top floor had phenomenal views of the city. We've also loved the location in Jerusalem's city center. Nice Hotel, nice staff and nice food. Just the entrance has more the flair of an entrance to a military base checkpoint than a hotel.

Overall, my stay was good. Great wifi, comfortable bed, and decent shower/bathroom. Food was okay as well. Elevators are fairly small, but stairs are easily accessible. Sink pressure works great and service was excellent also. The shower temperature is very sensitive though. It may not be the nicest place ever, but I did not have any major complaints.
They have decent service for the rooms. At dining areas, they take some time. Other than that, they're good.
An amazing Hotel well situated warm and hospitable. Home away from home. From the moment of contact their booking speacalist Meital dealt with all our needs in a competent and helpful way. Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem. Room’s always clean and are a nice size. Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again.
Adi was great! The rooms were very charming (we liked the special touches like the nostalgic hanging lamp in the room. It looked like one our Great Grandmothers would have). The bed was a bit too firm & no wash clothes in the room. (It would have been nice to have coffee where they had the juice set up in the lobby, but this is probably a spoiled, American thing). A/c worked great! We loved all the...
We booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Our 3 big kids shared a room and we shared a room with our youngest. There was a common private hallway in front of both rooms that had a private door. Our key cards to our rooms also opened the door to the hallway. Breakfast was great. Israeli style…. Lots of salads, veggies, cheeses, breads and egg dishes. Our less adventurous eater made himself a cheese sandwich...
We loved staying here. Clean room, superb breakfast and the rooftop a must for sunset. The staff were super helpful the whole time and organised us a driver for a private tour. Charlie had fantastic english skills and was a great tour guide for biblical and israeli history. We felt safe and got more out of this tour than any other we had that week. A locals perspective.
Breakfast was very good. We didn’t have any other meals. The milk with the cereal should have been cold!

It’s the second time staying in this lovely hotel. It’s a room en-suite only with no elevator but it’s only one floor. There is no room service & reception is there only during the day. Make sure you aren’t booked in a room that is opposite a nightclub which we were. I haven’t slept for two days, besides the hooting that they love in this country. Bathroom facilities and services, e.g. Jacuzzi was comfortable. The AC was quite and good.
Nice stay in the heart of Jerusalem The room was very beautiful with a modern design, and there was a nespresso machine in the room with cookies and mineral water. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe, which was a fantastic location with delicious food. The receptionists were extremely helpful in all situations.
Stunning hotel, located right in the center. The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. The level of the hotel is very high, new and designed. Soft and pampering towels and a comfortable bed. The hotel's breakfast is served in a corner café, a charming and pampering café. Really recommend coming! We will be back as soon as we have a chance

I stayed at Leonardo Boutique with my parents for 5 days (25-29.07.23) and it was the best choice ever. But the best part was the staff - it’s very rare to encounter people so welcoming and friendly, determined...
A small hotel located in the heart of the city, close to everything important. The rooms and the shared spaces are well maintained. There is a jacuzzi (no pool). The food is very good. All in all, highly recommend for a quiet urban vacation.
Wonderful service and personalized attention! The daily breakfast was exceptional! AND even beyond these accolades, I would like to give particular mention to Khaled who served us daily at breakfast! He could not have been more hospitable! He is an exceptional professional! He was the best start to each of our mornings!
The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, important sites, and all within walking distance. Soufin, was such a gracious host at the restaurant where we usually had breakfast and dinner. The food was outstanding and his staff made sure our group of 16 had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I’d recommend checking this hotel out!
We were group of seven and visited Israel for the first time to see Holy Land. A great boutique hotel with good services. Clean room with good amenities! Great breakfast with ample spread! Certainly recommend if you are looking for a good accommodation and great BF with a reasonable price.
The cleanliness in the bathroom needs some work - there was hair in the shower. Also the carpet in the main room was visibly dirty.

Very welcoming family run boutique hotel. It was a terrific place to return to at the end of the day. Quiet and tucked away from the bustle of the old city. Can’t wait to return and can’t recommend it enough!! They took great care of our little group.
A family-owned hotel and restaurant located at an excellent location near Damascus gate. The hotel is renovated, but maintains its old Jerusalem heritage style. Clean rooms and excellent service. The restaurant serves delicious traditional dishes with a modern twist. Highly recommended.
Ate at the restaurant several times. Very nice experience. Lovely area, central location. Food was very much up to par for the price you're paying.
