Wow wow wow Mamilla. Your service and luxury are truly unmatched in Jerusalem. Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. In particular, Rania is an absolute superstar. You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with...
I was fortunate enough to spend a few days at this lovely jewel 💎 of a hotel 🏨 right next to the old city and next to the mamilla mall. I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team. When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge...
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc.. Don't even bother to dine outside the hotel, they got great food and the service ...already said.. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service. A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information...
We are happy to write a review of the hotel but we need to clarify our credit card bill from the hotel first. We've sent an email but haven't heard back yet. This is our first priority. Our dates of our stay were June 13 -14, 2023. Our bill is listed under our last name noted above.
We loved this hotel and its staff, especially the concierge team who are incredible! Stephan is hands down one of the best concierge I have seen, with prompt attention to emails and great suggestions! Our room was lovely with a great living room and bathroom and modern aesthetic. The decorations are minimalist in the rooms, functional. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe and is in a great location...

Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Decor in the room could do with a bit of a refresh but all good clean and lovely.
Great value for money Very comfortable hotel. Very good value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing with plenty cupboard and storage space and excellent bathroom. The hotel is large with plenty space to sit and relax and the breakfast and food is excellent. This is our second stay as we were also there in the summer and would definately go again.
We enjoy this hotel!!!! We came here in the summer for a family wedding. The staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfasts were great, location amazing, and everyone enjoyed the stay. We just came back for another trip and so appreciate the staff. Housekeeping was a bit forgetful this time. We overall were pleased!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel.  The service is great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Jerusalem
Disapointing all around The Leonardo Plaza is a dated hotel and has been for too many years. Furniture in the bar area is dirty stained and furniture in the hotel rooms is scratched and old. The hotel needs an upgrade in all areas. The outdoor area is also quite dirty. Staff too need to be upgraded. When I arrived the two guys at the reception desk were fighting. And then one proceeded to tell...
Very good service. Breakfast that came with the room was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed could have been firmer.

It is an extraordinary hotel. It has a lot of class. The service was great and the meals were superb However , the price is too expensive
Bathroom flooded after each bath . Only one chair per room . No table available at the room .
Located in the beautiful and historic German Quarter. Lovely, comfortable and stylish rooms, friendly staff and excellent food.
Overall it was nice, we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.
Nice hotel in good location. Close to old city. Clean. Nicely decorated.
The room is exquisite and the service is in place.

Very nice hotel, welcoming staff, needs a little refreshment
Perfect hotel to stay in Jerusalem, with a high level of service. The renovated rooms are really nice. I always enjoy coming here, talking to Mr Allayan which is really professional and Mishleen Z who does her best to serve clients. The whole team is amazing and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is awesome. Most of the tourists are American, British, Australian. I will always come back to...
My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring a real honeycomb pancake/waffle station, made-to-order omelets, and an array of other mouthwatering options. To top it off, the cappuccino and latte station added...
The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are great. The location was also excellent. On the downside, it’s more suited to families, very busy and loud and the pool was chaotic. Also, the spa staff were a bit unhelpful so we didn’t bother. Felt a little over priced compared to the quality of the other places we stayed at during our visit to Israel which cost less.
Great location, nice facility, friendly staff, Over the top breakfast with more delicious food that anyone can hope for. A wheel of cheese. Honey, straight from the honey comb and much more. The Shabbos dinner was so good and there was so much food, it bordered on being obscene. Definitely worth the stay.
Good location, lots of tour groups stay here. Good breakfast though the evening buffet is expensive ($100 USD per person). On a six-day stay we NEVER got a bottle of water (others did), the toilet did not flush properly, the carpet was never vacuumed, rarely got a full set of new towels and the dirty glasses were not removed until we complained. Staff helpful, especially the night manager Ms. Dahal...

We chose to take my son & his friends a total of 10 people to the Waldorf instead of David Citadel, for the Friday night meal, because the Waldorf offers waiter service. But that was a huge mistake. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen. He came by smiled & didn’t bring our food. He let us sit around & wait endlessly. When it came to desert he was gone for good. The head waiter asked us to move because...
The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options Highly recommend
What a world-class experience! The stay was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. As we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshments at the restaurant "on the house". Later, we received a botlle of champagne and a rich chocolate cake alongside macaroons, to the room for our celebration, again, free of charge and without us even requesting it - they know how to treat guests. Perfect location for visiting the Old City. Lots of dining and shopping steps away from the hotel. Gym/Spa on property was great, roof restaurant/bar has incredible views at night.
I loved this hotel. It’s beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They were super helpful as well!
Love the Mamilla! Best location! It was a great location and a beautiful hotel. And great staff and yummy food. But it was right on a busy street which didn’t disturb my sleep but you heard a lot of street noise so only reason didn’t give 5 starts.
Disappointed with my room, very small, nothing special. I expected a more luxurious room for the price of almost $500/night. Also No blow dryer. Limited soap and toiletries for 2 people.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The territory is also wonderful. Nice pool (however, the pool staff could have been more friendly). The breakfast is excellent. That's where all the good things finished.  The service is disgusting. Room cleaning was very bad. I had to remind them about everything (change the bathrobe , bring coffee). The rooms are very old, and the bath is very inconvenient...
Superb service and facilities. The only negative is a parking is not super convenient.
The best hotel in the world and definitely in Israel.

Solid great hotel!!! Tamer at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating! My husband was sick and he helped me get a Dr. everyone should come to Israel!!! Such a great country. This hotel is wonderfully located and a good value. Can walk to everything!
The Herbert Samuel in Jerusalem provides incredible value for money and world-leading service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, helpful, and committed to customer service. Very nice hotel, good location and good service
It doesn't have a pool, the double bed they gave us was a bed that was pushed together, uncomfortable!

The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The rooms were very nice with all the amenities that you could need. It was great being close to the shuk and the old city. Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.
Great! Best view, poor breakfast, very friendly employees! Very good shower!
This journey was not just a physical journey. It was a pilgrimage of the soul. I walked ancient streets, touched stones that had heard prayers for centuries, and prostrated myself in places where heaven met earth. Each step in Jerusalem was like leafing through a living chapter of the Bible—but not as a reader… as part of the story. On the Via Dolorosa, I felt the weight of the cross. Each stone...
Amazing location. Yes, the hotel does look a little worse for wear on the outside but the rooms are clean, the bed comfy, and the internet is fast — everything we needed. Breakfast is not extravagant but has the essentials that we were satisfied with.
