Disapointing all around The Leonardo Plaza is a dated hotel and has been for too many years. Furniture in the bar area is dirty stained and furniture in the hotel rooms is scratched and old. My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are great. The location was also excellent. On the downside, it’s more suited to families, very busy and loud and the pool was chaotic. Clean and well-kept with staff who is friendly and accommodating, the Herbert Samuel Hotel is centrally located. The old city is within walking distance. Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.

The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.

Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. Was there for a breakfast celebration. This hill top is not just historically important for the jewish people, it also has a view of the Temple Mount with panoramic vies if the old city amd modern extension of Jerusalem.

He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. The Hotel is simply a Jewel in the hills of Jerusalem close enough to the city so you do not feel you out of touch and far enough away so you get a pastoral feel that provides a sort of biblical relaxation. The food , facilities and service are top notch and yet the prices and deals are way more reasonable than the standard luxury choices. The Hotel Manager and his executive team is personally involved...

Very family friendly for all ages. We had a lovely one night weekend stay. with our married children and their families ranging in age from 8 months to 25 years. The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the staff was very helpful and accomodating.

A beautiful hotel with excellent food and the best staff :) We stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast. The outdoor patio is breathtaking A pastoral surrounding with magnificent gardens The room is spacious and very comfortable.

Excellent customer service and very clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent and good range of hours for breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. At the end of my visit they ordered a taxi and the driver was very professional and friendly. I would stay here again. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and hospitable. Location was in a quiet area of town with a quick 30 min walk to the old city or 10 min cab ride. The patio had a stunning view of Jerusalem. Loved the fennel salads and soups!!!

The Ambassador Hotel hosted our rather large dig team for six weeks of archaeological field work. Their services were excellent, including the 4 am breakfast we needed before heading out at 5 am, and letting us raid the kitchen for ice and water to fill our jugs for the day's work. The food is excellent, the chef has a deft hand with herbs, and ever-hungry archaeologists were happy with the abundance...
