I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team

The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc

We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service

When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge desk that can guide you to attractions and even give you sometimes free passes etc

A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information or have questions; to Ghoul (our server at breakfast) who didn't neglect us for a moment, offering us fresh juices and hot coffee the minute we sat down

I made the mistake of spending a night at a different luxury hotel in Jerusalem after 4 nights at Mamilla and checked out the next day to return to Mamilla. I will never look elsewhere for a luxury hotel in Jerusalem

Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.

The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.

Very nice staff. The best of this hotel is that it is really part of the Ramada - connected with a hall - and all their amenities are available to the Royal guests as well.

Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes

Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating

The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities

Rooms were neat, clean, and pre-cooled - good for instantly sleeping in my case. I couldn't go for breakfast due to time constraints but the lobby smelled so nice that I have no doubt whatever was inside was amazing! (P

The staff at the front desk is absolutely incredible. They are kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to help you and make your stay the best possible

The prima park had an outside dinning room its gourges with a sweet waitress good service

Location-wise, the hotel is located in the heart of Jerusalem and however it is currently rated 4 stars, I feel everything here is equivalent to 5 or 7 star hotel I have visited given that I travel mostly with work on my mind and/or have visited hotels with professional company

Our family said it was by far the best dinner they had on our trip and perhaps ever in Israel. We also did a tour of the hotel with Ron who was super informative as he shared the rich history of the hotel

Our stay at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem was spectacular!!!! The King David Hotel has a reputation of excellence and for good reason. Everything about the hotel was top notch

The room was beautifully appointed and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of YMCA. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem for a weekend. I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The hotel is simply stunning, with a rich history and impeccable service

This hotel is placed well about 15 minutes to the Damascus Gate which is one of the entries to the old Town. Food was more or less the same every day. Rooms are a good size, our room had a bath and side shower

We got our room early, which is always good. Nice size room with a bath tub in the bathroom. Tea & coffee & an electric kettle in the room. On our first day we received a complimentary bottle of water & plate of biscuits

We spent about a week at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was good sized and very clean and comfortable. The location is great as its a short walk to the Old City (Damascus Gate) and lots of activity

Ahmad, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. He was professional, courteous, and gracious. Friendly staff, good buffet spread, clean rooms. Two thumbs up!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was also good. The location was about 15 minutes away from the old city.

There is a small fitness center (a larger room with more options would have been nice). The food was excellent(breakfasts and dinners were includded in our tour)

The staff were all superb, very friendly and attentive. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. The quality of our rooms, facilities, food and drink, the spa. pretty much everything was excellent

So, it says rather a lot when this visit to Herbert Samuel Jerusalem Hotel may well be the best hotel experience we've ever had in Israel! Its proximity to the city center and restaurants is a major plus, and being near the old city adds to its charm. The location is truly picturesque. A recommended stay for those visiting the area

Skip the spa! Hotel is amazing. It’s more than a stay it’s an experience. The staff is so warm and welcoming. They made our stay extremely amazing. Got a facial and no steam was used to open pores for extraction

Food is excellent, and you should take into account that they do not observe the Jewish tradition of not mixing dairy with meats. You do hear the prayer calls, sometimes in small hours, but it wasn't an issue for us

Everything was outstanding at the American Colony Hotel! The building itself and its history, the patio where you can enjoy a great dinner, the Summer Bar where they serve very good cocktails, and the concierge team is very helpful

The road in front of the hotel was very clean and quiet with minimal traffic. Location of the hotel was just excellent. The Safra square, with plenty of shops, ATM's was just 3 minutes walking distance

There is no need to opt for the costly hotel breakfast, best to buy supplies from the Safra market, literally next door, it works out to be far cheaper. The neighborhood is perfectly safe

I stayed in Room 117, it is a very big. room with very high ceilings, sufficient storage space in the room and a large bathroom. Room was very clean, large and airy, with sunlight filtering in through the huge windows

We visited the restaurant only. the food is wonderful,they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes. The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.

It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location for your stay

Yousef was just the sweetest, and we were SO glad to meet him. The breakfast was amazing and my kids, and myself, tried many new things. The grounds were beautiful and lit up at night made it extra special

I just had my wedding here last week. It was AMAZING! The food was the best in Israel. The staff were helpful and thoughtful every single minute

Location is outskirt of old city. Quite peaceful and very nice view. Rooms are definitely clean and nice. Food are good and service are definitely perfect

We stayed in the Canadian suite after the wedding and it was massive with a great view. The hotel is a perfect little hideaway, surrounded by nature in the middle of everything still in Jerusalem

Cons is the swimming pool closed at 5pm and the spa is always full book

By far the best place to spend some quality time and feel safe at all the times, the location is super great is a walking distance to all the major shops is a great experience. My wife and 2 toddlers have a great time

Great location, the service was ok, the breakfast was ok, rooms are ok. We are a group of 35 people and asked to have the pool open an extra hour because we did not come back on time with our guided tour

Good location (3 minutes from the Central bus station)(by the tram station )(5 minutes to the market place) (7 minutes on the tram to the Old city )..food's good.."people's hotel"..

This was not possible, and on our second day was only open from 10:00 to 14:00. We stayed for two days, walking into the centre was very quick

My favorite hotel in Jerusalem without any doubts, the area it’s extremely quiet and easy to navigate on foot, you are only like 15 minutes walking from Damascus gate, and there’s multiple food stores around the area The buffet both for breakfast and for dinner are amazing, I could be eating every meal here and never get tired of the food The rooms are decorated with taste and spacious, very comfortable...

Cant comment on rooms or housekeeping bc didnt stay the night here but based on the work ethics of the staff and management, Id say you can count on a good experience all around

Beautiful, classy hotel right near the light rail, next to the university and in the midst of Sheikh Jerach. The staff (reception and F&B) were always jovial, smiling and gracious. Very pleasant atmosphere to walk into
