Standard of big hotels, large rooms, large swimming pool, very good breakfast…… very reasonable price 👍, I recommend this hotel 😊
Had an amazing stay
Old style rooms but very nice and comfortable very nice lounge
This place is amazing .
1.Nice rooms
2. Very tasty restaurant , and the food there is excellent !
3. Beautiful view from the window !
4. Nice staff
Lady at breakfast desk did not allow me and my partner in for breakfast because it was fifteen minutes to ten, even though we had paid for bed and breakfast. All we wanted was a coffee and croissant
Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
I was very happy staying at the hotel

I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team
The service is beyond expectations
It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle !
This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem!
From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service
When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge desk that can guide you to attractions and even give you sometimes free passes etc
A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information or have questions; to Ghoul (our server at breakfast) who didn't neglect us for a moment, offering us fresh juices and hot coffee the minute we sat down
I made the mistake of spending a night at a different luxury hotel in Jerusalem after 4 nights at Mamilla and checked out the next day to return to Mamilla. I will never look elsewhere for a luxury hotel in Jerusalem

Located in the beautiful and historic German Quarter. Lovely, comfortable and stylish rooms, friendly staff and excellent food.
Nice hotel in good location. Close to old city. Clean.
Nicely decorated.
Overall it was nice,
we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.
It is an extraordinary hotel. It has a lot of class. The service was great and the meals were superb However , the price is too expensive
The room is exquisite and the service is in place.
Bathroom flooded after each bath . Only one chair per room . No table available at the room .

An excellent hotel. Clean. Neat. The staff is polite. Great bar and lounge for guests. Very impressed with the surroundings.
The staff went out of their way to accommodate our crazy arrival time Arrival at 4am and staff had prepared everything. Check in took less than 5 minutes. It really transmitted the feeling that they cared about us
The room was very good- clean and big. The dining room was a bit dirty. The food at the breakfast was good!
The second time we stayed there
Great location, nice team.
We would recommend staying there
The prima park had an outside dinning room its gourges with a sweet waitress good service
The hotel is very nice and quiet. The food needs a lot of improvement It wasn’t that tasty and wasn’t that varied.

The road in front of the hotel was very clean and quiet with minimal traffic. Location of the hotel was just excellent. The Safra square, with plenty of shops, ATM's was just 3 minutes walking distance
There is no need to opt for the costly hotel breakfast, best to buy supplies from the Safra market, literally next door, it works out to be far cheaper. The neighborhood is perfectly safe
I stayed in Room 117, it is a very big. room with very high ceilings, sufficient storage space in the room and a large bathroom. Room was very clean, large and airy, with sunlight filtering in through the huge windows
We visited the restaurant only.
the food is wonderful, they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes.
The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.
It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location for your stay
Yousef was just the sweetest, and we were SO glad to meet him. The breakfast was amazing and my kids, and myself, tried many new things. The grounds were beautiful and lit up at night made it extra special

The location is very good very near the train station
An elegant hotel, from the lobby to the room we were staying in, i loved the design, colours, lights. The staff were very nice, the bar was very good. There was a bartender called ‘nadim’, very professional
Ahmad, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. He was professional, courteous, and gracious.
Friendly staff, good buffet spread, clean rooms. Two thumbs up!
I stayed here with my mum for 9 nights. The room was clean, a good size and it had a fridge that we really appreciated as it's good to keep water cold as it's hot here
Very good experience, everything is good. Meets our expectations.
All the staff have been really helpful and always chatted away to us. We had brekfast every morning that was tasty, a good selection of food. We also had dinner a few nights too

Nice hotel.
You can enjoy good breakfast.
The internet connection was not good.
An exceptional stay.
This hotel is an oasis in Jerusalem. Incredibly historic, lush and beautiful.
Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
Very enjoyable stay at The American Colony. Great location for walking into Jerusalem Old City, service top quality. The pool area is also delightful on a warm Summer day
Extraordinary Arab hospitality
Extraordinary experience in East Jerusalem.
You can’t go wrong with this hotel, likely the best hotel in Jerusalem!

The food was excellent too, my included breakfast was bountiful with a lot of choices. So we have this very nice hotel with great service and staff, but the cherry on top is the location
Really like the people who work for making me feel happy. Thank you very much you have such an incredible customer service and beautiful hotel with so much good food
They have an excellent concierge service, which can help you with bookings, information and more. I got them to finally let the internet know that I'm not a robot
He came by smiled & didn’t bring our food. He let us sit around & wait endlessly. When it came to desert he was gone for good. The head waiter asked us to move because they needed to clean up for breakfast
The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful
They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals
So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing
From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options
Highly recommend
Karim at the front desk and the meticulous housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were set with welcome treats for Hilton Honors status. Bilal the concierge helped us get a reservation for our favorite dinner of the trip

The hotel is large with plenty space to sit and relax and the breakfast and food is excellent. This is our second stay as we were also there in the summer and would definately go again
Great value for money
Very comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing with plenty cupboard and storage space and excellent bathroom
Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Decor in the room could do with a bit of a refresh but all good clean and lovely.
Very good service. Breakfast that came with the room was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed could have been firmer.
We enjoy this hotel!!!!
We came here in the summer for a family wedding. The staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfasts were great, location amazing, and everyone enjoyed the stay
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The service is great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Jerusalem

I always enjoy coming here, talking to Mr Allayan which is really professional and Mishleen Z who does her best to serve clients. The whole team is amazing and friendly
To top it off, the cappuccino and latte station added a touch of luxury to each morning. Combine this with the friendly staff and excellent Shabbat meals, and you have a hotel experience that's simply unbeatable
The Shabbos dinner was so good and there was so much food, it bordered on being obscene
Good location, lots of tour groups stay here. Good breakfast though the evening buffet is expensive ($100 USD per person)
The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are great. The location was also excellent. On the downside, it’s more suited to families, very busy and loud and the pool was chaotic
My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself

It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel
Perfect location and very friendly staff
The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4
Outstanding hotel in perfect location!
Everything about the hotel was outstanding for me! The staff were attentive. When I called about stopper in the tub not working, someone was sent immediately to fix it
Too expensive !!
Clean and maintained
The hotels location is great , close to the old city. We had nice welcoming fruit plate which is cool
The price , toooooo high !
500$ for simple double room ?? higher than Paris , NYC and Tokyo
