Standard of big hotels, large rooms, large swimming pool, very good breakfast…… very reasonable price 👍, I recommend this hotel 😊
Had an amazing stay Old style rooms but very nice and comfortable very nice lounge
This place is amazing . 1.Nice rooms 2. Very tasty restaurant , and the food there is excellent ! 3. Beautiful view from the window ! 4. Nice staff
Lady at breakfast desk did not allow me and my partner in for breakfast because it was fifteen minutes to ten, even though we had paid for bed and breakfast. All we wanted was a coffee and croissant
Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
I was very happy staying at the hotel

The food was excellent too, my included breakfast was bountiful with a lot of choices. So we have this very nice hotel with great service and staff, but the cherry on top is the location
Really like the people who work for making me feel happy. Thank you very much you have such an incredible customer service and beautiful hotel with so much good food
They have an excellent concierge service, which can help you with bookings, information and more. I got them to finally let the internet know that I'm not a robot
He came by smiled & didn’t bring our food. He let us sit around & wait endlessly. When it came to desert he was gone for good. The head waiter asked us to move because they needed to clean up for breakfast
The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options Highly recommend
Karim at the front desk and the meticulous housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were set with welcome treats for Hilton Honors status. Bilal the concierge helped us get a reservation for our favorite dinner of the trip

Very clean good service really very happy and I've been here several time
Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem
We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel. Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help. Nothing is ever too much of a trouble
Room’s always clean and are a nice size. Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again
We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so. The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again
However for the train it's too far which kind of annoyed me but there are buses across the perfect for a three-star hotel, With the service of a five-star hotel

The breakfast was delicious and the property was very clean. Mary, who’s in housekeeping, did an excellent job and is very warm and hospitable. Ali in the dining room also does an excellent job
The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and kept us very comfortable as well! Mary was an excellent and efficient contributor to our wonderful stay
Baselle was also a very excellent Barman and I had a great experience with him
I honestly don't want to say too much because this hotel feels like a well kept secret. It is centrally located, has an attentive staff, a delicious buffet breakfast and is well priced. I will most definitely be back.
The hotel rooms were spacious and cleaned very well every day. Meals available at the hotel were delicous. We highly recommend people to come stay here and we will certainly here when we return to Israel!
The staff at the Cassia are its strongest plus. Ahwad and Ali and Zafir all went above and beyond for my wife and I during our stay. Everyone of the staff has a desire to help and it was much appreciated

Stayed 2 days in this beautifully clean hotel. Staff was very friendly (except for one employee who was busy serving coffee, but good). Breakfast was very tasty and very hygienic
It's a nice place to spent your day off and there's a lot of store to buy some stuff.
Great service and clean room very good breakfast
The location is the biggest highlight — very close to Masjidil Aqsa and perfect for anyone visiting for worship or exploring the Old City. The neighborhood feels friendly, lively, and safe to walk around
A good choice if you prioritize proximity to Masjidil Aqsa and a practical, homey place to rest
Would recommend it highly to everyone who wishes to be within walking distance to all what East Jerusalem has to offer. Thank you National Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Lets start with the good things: good service, the breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean. Bad things: do not expect something fancy, is a little be old hotel, the hallways looks old
We are happy to have chosen this hotel. It’s located near the major spot, the attention of the staff: receptionists, maids, waiters, cooks and security man is excellent
I had room 326 facing the Done of the Rock head in! Comfortable and clean room and surrounding. Good water pressure in shower
Very good value for money, excellent staff, clean rooms. Even though it was January, the rooms were warm because of AC. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel. It was also quiet in the rooms
Location is good closed to heros gate in old jerusalem, however do not expect beautiful streets for walk
Lovely hotel, did the job. Close to the Holy City & Al Aqsa Compound. Breakfast was good & staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again. 👌

Special thanks to Ali in the reception for an excellent and professional customer services. Hotel food is generally ok but the food here is definitely one of the best I ever had in hotels. Brilliant chef - good job
We ate at night in the hotel’s restaurant in the garden courtyard. The standard of the food was excellent
Me and my friends was at the restaurant not the hotel so the review is about the restaurant. The food was very good and delicious. The service was great. I recommend it.
Location is very good, near Babb el Amood and the old city. Breakfast is good enough. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bathroom little bit small. No free parking . ( 40 ₪ ) a day near by.
I loved my stay here,The rooms were so comfortable,as were the beds. The staff were very polite, courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection of delicious food to choose from and great coffee
My review is for the hookah (Shisha) and not for the hotel. There’s a small restaurant/ bar in front of the hotel (still inside the property) that has hookah. Great smoke, great price (10 ILS = 11 USD in June 2023)

I love this hotel because it's very quiet & the clerk is very friendly. EXCELLENT shower & air conditioner. I took a small room but i really like it. The only con is there's no refrigerator or safe
It's a simple hotel, with a good price for its location. The employees are always nice and can speak in a very good english. The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.
We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel
The location of Hotel is very nice. Staff is very nice and helpful. You can visit old city and city center, its on walking distance
Very nice and humble place, the crew was great and caring but not professional. Beds we're not comfortable at all.
Rooms are quite ok, I was not very satisfied with the rooms, One of the god option to stay in Jerusalem

There also a very good restaurant on the property with some of the better food We had experienced in Jerusalem
We loved it! The location is super convenient, few mins waking to Damascus Gate, 2 mins walking distance from light tram station. It's a beautiful historical building with really nice antique decoration
My husband loves history, so he felt in love with the building after the owner told us the story about it😄The high ceiling room is very nice
And the location is right where you want to be, just minutes away from old city Jerusalem by foot! The staff are very helpful, and answer questions you will likely have about the area
I want to especially thank the manager Aya who was super sweet and made us feel so special and welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Jerusalem
I would give Jerusalem Hotel 6 out 5 stars if I could. Raed waited up past 2 am just to make sure I got to the property safely! The food was absolutely amazing

A boutique hotel with great and very personal service, very good location and beautiful rooms. Thank you hotel Noel for a great experience!
Bathroom facilities and services, e.g. Jacuzzi was comfortable. The AC was quite and good.
Can I come again?? :) Ohh and we were on a walking distance from every place we wanted to go to! Unfortunately we arrived late so didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the city but we will be back, definitely!
Stunning hotel, located right in the center. The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. The level of the hotel is very high, new and designed. Soft and pampering towels and a comfortable bed
Nice stay in the heart of Jerusalem The room was very beautiful with a modern design, and there was a nespresso machine in the room with cookies and mineral water
Beautiful hotel at the liveliest and most charming spot in city center jerusalem. Great indoor design and most importantly, personal treatment from nice stuff

Probably the most beautiful hotel in Jerusalem, the architecture is very unique and interior design is absolutely stunning! The have a nice standard swimming pool which like the rest of the hotel is covered in green vegetation and flowers
All accounted for, I give this place a 5 star for how beautiful it is and how uniquely its designed, it's a pleasure just walking around in the hotel grounds
Food was very nice, definitely above average for kosher hotels, and we experienced kind service
The service was fine and the breakfast that we had was delicious with lots of options however, when some options had been finished with still an hour remaining of breakfast wasn't replaced
I visited it on holiday with my family. The rooms were nice and it was very convenient as a family to be given two adjoining rooms. The rooms were also pleasant and clean
Our favourite feature was the pool which surprisingly at the time was very quiet. The pool itself was about 25 meters long with a baby pool next to it, and surrounding the pool was plenty of sun loungers to sit
