The David Citadel Hotel, Jerusalem1 / 20

Jerusalem, 7 King David Street 🧭 Map
I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service
When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge desk that can guide you to attractions and even give you sometimes free passes etc
A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information or have questions; to Ghoul (our server at breakfast) who didn't neglect us for a moment, offering us fresh juices and hot coffee the minute we sat down
I made the mistake of spending a night at a different luxury hotel in Jerusalem after 4 nights at Mamilla and checked out the next day to return to Mamilla. I will never look elsewhere for a luxury hotel in Jerusalem

Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.
Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes
Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating
The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities
It might appear old, but a lot of work is done here to keep the hotel in decent shape so I recommend this hotel

An excellent hotel. Clean. Neat. The staff is polite. Great bar and lounge for guests. Very impressed with the surroundings.
The staff went out of their way to accommodate our crazy arrival time Arrival at 4am and staff had prepared everything. Check in took less than 5 minutes. It really transmitted the feeling that they cared about us
The room was very good- clean and big. The dining room was a bit dirty. The food at the breakfast was good!
The second time we stayed there Great location, nice team. We would recommend staying there
The prima park had an outside dinning room its gourges with a sweet waitress good service
The hotel is very nice and quiet. The food needs a lot of improvement It wasn’t that tasty and wasn’t that varied.

The road in front of the hotel was very clean and quiet with minimal traffic. Location of the hotel was just excellent. The Safra square, with plenty of shops, ATM's was just 3 minutes walking distance
There is no need to opt for the costly hotel breakfast, best to buy supplies from the Safra market, literally next door, it works out to be far cheaper. The neighborhood is perfectly safe
I stayed in Room 117, it is a very big. room with very high ceilings, sufficient storage space in the room and a large bathroom. Room was very clean, large and airy, with sunlight filtering in through the huge windows
We visited the restaurant only. the food is wonderful, they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes. The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.
It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location for your stay
Yousef was just the sweetest, and we were SO glad to meet him. The breakfast was amazing and my kids, and myself, tried many new things. The grounds were beautiful and lit up at night made it extra special

The location is very good very near the train station
An elegant hotel, from the lobby to the room we were staying in, i loved the design, colours, lights. The staff were very nice, the bar was very good. There was a bartender called ‘nadim’, very professional
Ahmad, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. He was professional, courteous, and gracious. Friendly staff, good buffet spread, clean rooms. Two thumbs up!
I stayed here with my mum for 9 nights. The room was clean, a good size and it had a fridge that we really appreciated as it's good to keep water cold as it's hot here
Very good experience, everything is good. Meets our expectations.
All the staff have been really helpful and always chatted away to us. We had brekfast every morning that was tasty, a good selection of food. We also had dinner a few nights too

Our family said it was by far the best dinner they had on our trip and perhaps ever in Israel. We also did a tour of the hotel with Ron who was super informative as he shared the rich history of the hotel
Our stay at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem was spectacular!!!! The King David Hotel has a reputation of excellence and for good reason. Everything about the hotel was top notch
The room was beautifully appointed and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of YMCA. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible
We felt so honored by his attention and feeling if exclusiveness - it was truly a highlight of our trip. We’ll definitely be visiting there again and look forward to our next trip to Israel! Thank you again, Ron
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem for a weekend. I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The hotel is simply stunning, with a rich history and impeccable service
We were privileged to take an historic hotel tour with Ron. It was outstanding! Incredibly informative and engaging, and funny too! Ron is a superstar, and we were so thankful to take this wonderful tour

All around excellent service from start to finish
The spa is not stepfree, unless I missed a ramp or another entrance but you do have disabled access in the pool, which is located on the same floor
Our family has been visiting Israel for generations since the early 1970s and we've stayed in a wide variety of hotels, from executive suites in well known 5 star chains to hostels and even kibbutz! So, it says rather a lot when this visit to Herbert Samuel Jerusalem Hotel may well be the best hotel experience we've ever had in Israel! On this occasion I was travelling with my relatively elderly parents...
Helpfully staff, no parking ?, very good position, small rooms, but comfortable
Its proximity to the city center and restaurants is a major plus, and being near the old city adds to its charm. The location is truly picturesque. A recommended stay for those visiting the area
Big thanks for Rafik, Fifi, Rafek and all the personnel from reception, bellboys and restaurant (i dont remember all the names!). Big thanks for responsiveness and mostly for their smiles in every area of the hotel

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the food was excellent. It was easy to get on public transportation to shop
תחנה של הרכבת הקלה בצמוד למלון. מזרונים מהטובים שנתקלנו בהם בבתי מלון. Close to the Mahane Yehuda market. Light rail station next to the hotel. Mattresses among the best we have encountered in hotels
The hotel has a great location, in the center of the city. restaurants, shops, and transportation. Great rooms, great food, excellent service, everything was delivered very fast
Good service! Nice place . Fine place to be. Great shelter. Very clean . The food is very good. The area is near a beautiful park and central to go into the City

Very clean good service really very happy and I've been here several time
Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem
We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel. Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help. Nothing is ever too much of a trouble
Room’s always clean and are a nice size. Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again
We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so. The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again
However for the train it's too far which kind of annoyed me but there are buses across the perfect for a three-star hotel, With the service of a five-star hotel

We spent a weekend at the hotel to celebrate the 30th birthday of our twins with their own children. I was amazed to find a spotless hotel. The rooms were lovely including an excellent shower
Wonderful visit. Accommodations amazing. Staff helpful and went out of their way to show us where things were. Great for kids. They have a kids pool and gymboree. Definitely going back.
The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the staff was very helpful and accomodating
Small but complete with lovely rooms, accomodating staff and lovely and spotlessly clean facilities. We all thoroughly enjoyed the charm and warmth of this hotel. In Jerusalem surrounded by trees and fresh air, close
Excellent customer service and very clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent and good range of hours for breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
A beautiful hotel with excellent food and the best staff :) We stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast

The breakfast buffet had so many delicious choices enjoyed in an amazing courtyard. The American Colony Hotel Jerusalem has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION
Everything was outstanding at the American Colony Hotel! The building itself and its history, the patio where you can enjoy a great dinner, the Summer Bar where they serve very good cocktails, and the concierge team is very helpful
You can’t go wrong with this hotel, likely the best hotel in Jerusalem!
Skip the spa! Hotel is amazing. It’s more than a stay it’s an experience. The staff is so warm and welcoming. They made our stay extremely amazing. Got a facial and no steam was used to open pores for extraction
I had a fair bit of travelling from the hotel to appointments to do and the hotel arranged drivers who were prompt, knowledgeable, and entertaining. All in all, like many others, I look forward to going back
Food is excellent, and you should take into account that they do not observe the Jewish tradition of not mixing dairy with meats. You do hear the prayer calls, sometimes in small hours, but it wasn't an issue for us

Jerusalem, Nablus Road 🧭 Map
From the very first day, I was welcomed not just as a guest, but with a warmth and attentiveness that stayed constant throughout my entire stay. The staff are truly courteous, always smiling, always ready to help
Nice hotel, good resturant. Although, seems to be a bet expensive knowing it's a 4 star hotel. Clean rooms, good conference room. Doesn't have a good view to the old city.
I would like to express my deep appriciation to the all stap of the ambassador hotel who met our needs Maya, Ibrahim, akhmad Aphiphi,Randa and Raed everything is great we will come back soon. Amiz Oz
Whether it was a technical issue, a sudden request, or simply a need for reassurance, Raed was always there – present, attentive, and ready with a solution that often arrived before I even finished explaining the problem
Spending 20 days at the Ambassador Hotel in Jerusalem felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being gently folded into the rhythm of a city that whispers stories through stone
This is a hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I can only give my best commendation. Very good room service with food.

This is a good bang for the buck. Location is great, outside the old city but still close to the Jafa gate and a really nice shopping mall
The location was close to the old city of Jerusalem, walking distance to the Jaffa Gate. The facility itself is beautiful inside and out. The pool is exceptional and the breakfast left nothing to be desired.
Excellent location, friendly service, room was ok, but could be renovated. Breakfast was ok.
Her knowledge about the local attractions and willingness to assist with any inquiries made a significant difference in my trip. The hotel itself is a gem, boasting tastefully decorated rooms that exude comfort
I had the most incredible experience at this hotel, truly making it a standout destination. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for an exceptional stay
I must particularly commend Pauline at the front desk, whose professionalism and friendliness were truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect
