Jerusalem, 39 Keren Hayesod St. 🧭 Map
Great service and experience The hotel staff was extremely polite and kind. Every request I had, handled perfectly to my satisfaction
Although the hotel was fully booked, everything operated smoothly and we had a very pleasant stay
Also, Dan Panorama is centrally located very close to restaurants, gorgeous parks, and high end shopping. I highly recommend this hotel
Staff were excellent. Will highly recommend.
Very good hotel, excellent staff, very helpful. Parking is great and easily accessible
We had a GREAT stay at the Dan Panorama Jerusalem! The hotel is aging, but they’ve been keeping it up pretty well

A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information or have questions; to Ghoul (our server at breakfast) who didn't neglect us for a moment, offering us fresh juices and hot coffee the minute we sat down
I made the mistake of spending a night at a different luxury hotel in Jerusalem after 4 nights at Mamilla and checked out the next day to return to Mamilla. I will never look elsewhere for a luxury hotel in Jerusalem
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc
I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service
You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with a warmth and genuine kindness that makes you feel like you are home

The hotel is large with plenty space to sit and relax and the breakfast and food is excellent. This is our second stay as we were also there in the summer and would definately go again
We enjoy this hotel!!!! We came here in the summer for a family wedding. The staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfasts were great, location amazing, and everyone enjoyed the stay
Great value for money Very comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing with plenty cupboard and storage space and excellent bathroom
We had a wonderful time at this hotel.  The service is great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Jerusalem
Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Decor in the room could do with a bit of a refresh but all good clean and lovely.
Very good service. Breakfast that came with the room was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed could have been firmer.

Jerusalem, Liberty Bell Park, 3, Jabotinsky St. 🧭 Map
This is my first time in the Inbal Hotel. You enter a big lobby, and you are greeted by friendly staff. Rooms are large and comfortable, with large bathrooms. What really impressed me was the quality of the food
Formal dining experience good. Waiters very attentive helpful and polite. We hate translucent bathroom doors in bedroom. Cannot leave light on shabbat /chag. Need proper conventional doors on bathroom
Very nice. Ideally located in Jerusalem. Breakfast is a must. The other restaurants are also very good. The large heated swimming pool is serious plus opened until 9 pm
The room was nice and clean though. In other words, don’t trust the cleaners and when you leave the room don’t leave your valuables behind
Breakfast and dinner were great. If you are there on the weekend, expect a lot of people. The executive lounge and bar 22 were amazing and definitely recommended. There is a nice outdoor pool and very well-equipped gym
My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself

The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options Highly recommend
A spectacular hotel! It is beautiful and so centrally located we didn’t take one taxi
Karim at the front desk and the meticulous housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were set with welcome treats for Hilton Honors status. Bilal the concierge helped us get a reservation for our favorite dinner of the trip
Later, we received a botlle of champagne and a rich chocolate cake alongside macaroons, to the room for our celebration, again, free of charge and without us even requesting it - they know how to treat guests
We had a super fantastic stay. The Israeli-style breafast is out of this world! I've never seen anything like it!!! We highly recommend Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem!!! This was our second time back!!! :)
What a world-class experience! The stay was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. As we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshments at the restaurant "on the house"

We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so. The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again
However for the train it's too far which kind of annoyed me but there are buses across the perfect for a three-star hotel, With the service of a five-star hotel
We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel. Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help. Nothing is ever too much of a trouble
Eliya Adi and Madlin were absolutely fabulous. The rooms are fabulous for one up to two people comfortably. The cleaner of the seventh floor was amazing
The location is stunning as far as being near the King David and other hotels and the gorgeous parks all around and first Station Shopping Mall
Very clean good service really very happy and I've been here several time

Overall it was nice, we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.
It is an extraordinary hotel. It has a lot of class. The service was great and the meals were superb However , the price is too expensive
Located in the beautiful and historic German Quarter. Lovely, comfortable and stylish rooms, friendly staff and excellent food.
Nice hotel in good location. Close to old city. Clean. Nicely decorated.
The room is exquisite and the service is in place.
Bathroom flooded after each bath . Only one chair per room . No table available at the room .

The room was beautifully appointed and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of YMCA. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible
We felt so honored by his attention and feeling if exclusiveness - it was truly a highlight of our trip. We’ll definitely be visiting there again and look forward to our next trip to Israel! Thank you again, Ron
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem for a weekend. I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The hotel is simply stunning, with a rich history and impeccable service
I had to remind them about everything (change the bathrobe , bring coffee). The rooms are very old, and the bath is very inconvenient. When you wash, you always fill the bathroom floor
When we asked for a brief tour Ron not only showed us the main floor area with walk of famous guest signatures, restaurant, bar and history of the reading room, but he went out of his way to allow us to see other special parts of this fabulous and historic hotel as well
I had a wonderful stay at the King David Hotel. The hotel is a perfect mix of classic elegance and modern comfort

I honestly don't want to say too much because this hotel feels like a well kept secret. It is centrally located, has an attentive staff, a delicious buffet breakfast and is well priced. I will most definitely be back.
The hotel rooms were spacious and cleaned very well every day. Meals available at the hotel were delicous. We highly recommend people to come stay here and we will certainly here when we return to Israel!
The breakfast was delicious and the property was very clean. Mary, who’s in housekeeping, did an excellent job and is very warm and hospitable. Ali in the dining room also does an excellent job
Cassia Hotel was a pleaure to stay at from start to finish. Very welcoming and friendly staff made check in very efficient and fast and were readily able to answer any questions we had
The staff at the Cassia are its strongest plus. Ahwad and Ali and Zafir all went above and beyond for my wife and I during our stay. Everyone of the staff has a desire to help and it was much appreciated
Airport shuttles are available to and from the hotel at a convenient price(65NIS in December 2017), and the receptionist was kind enough to book a shuttle for me the night before I left

We stayed in the premium room with private bathroom. The experience was very similar to a hotel one, but with a more chilled and young atmosphere. The breakfast is great (a big variety of food is in the buffet)
Great place to stay with a sense of community. The breakfast and coffee is great. They offer hummus making workshops, rooftop BBQ, shabbat dinners and other events. I can recommend it even for an older couple
My first hostel experience! Very clean, hygienic, eclectic vibe from a very diverse crowd, fantastic breakfast spread, loads of activities and fun staff. Loved my stay and had a great time making friends
What an amazing place! The breakfast has great coffee(s), fantastic yoghurt, olive oil, cheese, and so much more! As healthy as can be!
The breakfast is rich and free. The transportation is very convenient. The bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, two left turns is the intersection line
They changed our towels and tidy room and sheets everyday. The guy at the reception was very nice and welcoming

The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The food was fresh, very tasteful every morning and a big variety to choose from! Top Notch! Thank you Prima King Hotel and staff for making our stay in the Holy Land very Special! GOD Bless you All 🙏🏻
When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night
The room was a little tight but well maintained. When I mentioned that a bulb was out, it was replaced before I got back to the room. Walking distance ( if you don't mind walking) to main attractions
I'd like to give a special mention to Leit the lady who made the omelets, they were delicious, and even when large groups were giving her orders, she kept her cool a delivered delicious breakfast
We stayed in the hotel from the 29th Oct to the 11th Nov… We had a lovely stay. Decor in Hotel is Beautiful! Location is perfect - close to the Old City… Staff was very friendly and helpful

It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel
Perfect location and very friendly staff
The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4
We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily
Outstanding hotel in perfect location! Everything about the hotel was outstanding for me! The staff were attentive. When I called about stopper in the tub not working, someone was sent immediately to fix it

Ahmed from the front desk was really helpful by guiding us and giving us many suggestions to make our trip and experience unforgettable! The only hiccup was finding good parking every night
Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far
We found this hotel to be perfect for our short stay. The location is amazing and safe. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The front desk team was always there day and night; they were all very polite and courteous
Nice hotel which is conveniently located. Room was quite spacious but could use some deep cleaning and maintenance. Especially the windows were very dirty, could hardly look outside. Staff was friendly and helpful
There were a couple of minor problems, but we were very happy that the hotel management approached the issue with sensitivity. When we go to Jerusalem again, we would like to stay there
Bed was comfortable, matras quite firm. We had included breakfast for which they provided vouchers for a small but very nice cafe around the corner (Roladin)

I stayed at Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center for three nights. Everything was great, the food, service, very close to the Old City and excellent view from the rooftop
Very clean, the breakfast, the restaurant on the roof, the reception, walking distance to the old city and city centre.
A special thanks to Abeer at the reception desk who was always gracious and helpful during my stay and to the restaurant staff who made sure each day started with an amazing breakfast buffet
I had a wonderful stay at the Notre Dame. The highlight is the staff and the highlight of the staff was Ms Abeer at the front desk. She always had a smile and was extremely helpful
Arriving at Notre Dame after a quick drive from Ben Gourion airport, I was pleasantly surprised with an early check in to my beautiful room
The hotel is very clean, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the rooftop dining is even frequented by the locals

Solid great hotel!!! Tamer at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating! My husband was sick and he helped me get a Dr. everyone should come to Israel!!! Such a great country
Big thanks for Rafik, Fifi, Rafek and all the personnel from reception, bellboys and restaurant (i dont remember all the names!). Big thanks for responsiveness and mostly for their smiles in every area of the hotel
Go to Israel!! great hotel Tamer at the front desk was extremely helpful! My husband was sick and he got a Dr for him. This truly felt like a home away from home
The hotel is central and well situated where Ben Yehuda meets Jaffa Street with excellent transport links
There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor and an extensive breakfast available in the rooftop restaurant
There is a drinks bar in the lounge area but I would have preferred that snacks could be made available there also (I think they sometimes are). All in all, our stay here was a very pleasant experience

Jerusalem, Jaffa Gate 🧭 Map
The 360 degree views from the amazing rooftop were breathtaking, allowing partial views of the light shows at the Tower of David AND UNHINDERED views of sunsets (and sunrises had we been up early enough), both of which change the colors of this largely stone city from cream to gold and every shade in between)
Just inside the Jaffa gate (the main gate to the old city of Jerusalem), the hotel is within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Jerusalem, including downtown (which is outside the old city walls)
The only complaint is that even though there are "no smoking" signs everywhere in the hotel there was always a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and occasionally in the breakfast room
Restaurants are a stones throw away, and the Tower of David is just across the road, allowing us to hear the orchestral music each evening that accompanied the light shows on the walls of the tower
The breakfast buffet was always excellent and one of our favorite times of the day--the atmosphere is so very pleasant, combined with good food and a variety of espresso drinks and hot teas
❤️ There are two elegantly appointed (with antiques) sitting rooms, exterior balconies with seating, and that lovely breakfast room with excellent music, a warm welcome, and home made food

Perfect location, rooms in decent size, clean and nice. Staff is very helpful and informative, def recommend to stay at!!!
Excellent location, lovely stuff and great rooms. Very recommended.
Room is nice; location is good. no breakfast restaurant but tiny breakfast at 0830 at the room. for the price, i would expect a more serious breakfast. Cancellation rules are not flexible. Read before you book.
It was a nice place, though my house keys disappeared from my room while I was out. Not sure what that was all about.

IBIS City Center Super convenient location on Jaffa Street/Center on the light rail route. Clasoe to Mamilla and Old city, 2 stops on lightrail to Machane Yehuda
Central hotel with good size rooms and comfortable bed. Very good inclusive breakfast
Towels are a bit scratchy and no body lotion amenity but that seems to be standard in Israel. There is construction (as there is everywhere but windows keep most of the noise level at bay
Geat location for Old City. Staff friendly and helpfull. Recommended and would absolutely stay again if ever fortunate enought to revist Jerusalem's Old City.

I love this hotel because it's very quiet & the clerk is very friendly. EXCELLENT shower & air conditioner. I took a small room but i really like it. The only con is there's no refrigerator or safe
We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel
Very nice and humble place, the crew was great and caring but not professional. Beds we're not comfortable at all.
Rooms are quite ok, I was not very satisfied with the rooms, One of the god option to stay in Jerusalem
I'd really recommend coming here 4 someone who's looking 4 an affordable hotel & likes a quiet place
