Jerusalem, 7 King David Street 🧭 Map
A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information or have questions; to Ghoul (our server at breakfast) who didn't neglect us for a moment, offering us fresh juices and hot coffee the minute we sat down
I made the mistake of spending a night at a different luxury hotel in Jerusalem after 4 nights at Mamilla and checked out the next day to return to Mamilla. I will never look elsewhere for a luxury hotel in Jerusalem
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc
I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service
You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with a warmth and genuine kindness that makes you feel like you are home

Prima Kings Hotel, Jerusalem1 / 50

Jerusalem, 60 King George Street 🧭 Map
Located in the city center, convenient to reach both the old town and downtown. Large buffet, tasty food. The rooms are large, full range of accessories
When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night
The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The food, both breakfast and dinner, had a rich variety and great quality. Thanks to Hassan and Mohamed at reception who were friendly and efficient, and so were the rest of the staff
Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing
We've had an AMAZING experience in this hotel! The balcony room on the top floor had phenomenal views of the city. We've also loved the location in Jerusalem's city center

Naim Gool and his staff in the restaurant made it a point to remember drinks that we preferred with our meals, and would get them for us without asking for a reminder! We are our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, since we toured during the day
Wonderful stay in a great section of the city. Just a 15 minute walk to Jaffa gate, and situated between lovely gardens, shopping, and restaurants
The rooms, food, service and location was above expectations at every turn! Naim was the food and service manager and went above and beyond every time we had a meal! Yassin was a server and made balloons for the kids and made sure we were happy always
Also, Dan Panorama is centrally located very close to restaurants, gorgeous parks, and high end shopping. I highly recommend this hotel
The hotel staff, especially Hamish Rahman and the restaurant staff, made a point of greeting us daily and providing me, my wife, and our young children service with a smile
The front desk staff that checked us in was spectacular, and subsequent times that we encountered them, we were always greeted by name and a smile, which impressed us! Our rooms were cleaned and replenished daily in a perfect fashion! Since we were here four days, Mr

The Inbal Jerusalem, Jerusalem1 / 50
Jerusalem, Jabotinsky Street 3 🧭 Map
My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself
The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring a real honeycomb pancake/waffle station, made-to-order omelets, and an array of other mouthwatering options
To top it off, the cappuccino and latte station added a touch of luxury to each morning. Combine this with the friendly staff and excellent Shabbat meals, and you have a hotel experience that's simply unbeatable
Most of the tourists are American, British, Australian. I will always come back to this hotel in Jerusalem
I would recommend the Inbal without hesitation and I hope to visit again. Thank you, Inbal, for helping to make our visit to the Holy Land, one we will never forget!
Perfect hotel to stay in Jerusalem, with a high level of service. The renovated rooms are really nice

Jerusalem, Shamai 25 St 🧭 Map
The area is fantastic, within walkable distance of the Old City, Mahane Yehuda (or two light train stops) and a great selection of restaurants and bars right around the corner
Our family has been visiting Israel for generations since the early 1970s and we've stayed in a wide variety of hotels, from executive suites in well known 5 star chains to hostels and even kibbutz! So, it says rather a lot when this visit to Herbert Samuel Jerusalem Hotel may well be the best hotel experience we've ever had in Israel! On this occasion I was travelling with my relatively elderly parents...
Great place in the heart of Jerusalem. Great spa treatment: Emily was wonderful. Nice indoor pool and nice views for your breakfast
Big thanks for Rafik, Fifi, Rafek and all the personnel from reception, bellboys and restaurant (i dont remember all the names!). Big thanks for responsiveness and mostly for their smiles in every area of the hotel
Clean and well-kept with staff who is friendly and accommodating, the Herbert Samuel Hotel is centrally located. The old city is within walking distance
The spa is not stepfree, unless I missed a ramp or another entrance but you do have disabled access in the pool, which is located on the same floor

The room was beautifully appointed and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of YMCA. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible
We felt so honored by his attention and feeling if exclusiveness - it was truly a highlight of our trip. We’ll definitely be visiting there again and look forward to our next trip to Israel! Thank you again, Ron
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem for a weekend. I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The hotel is simply stunning, with a rich history and impeccable service
Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the King David Hotel. It is a truly world-class hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jerusalem
We were privileged to take an historic hotel tour with Ron. It was outstanding! Incredibly informative and engaging, and funny too! Ron is a superstar, and we were so thankful to take this wonderful tour
Classic hotel with a very warm and welcoming staff. Rooms were very comfortable. Great shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Views of old Jerusalem are incredible. Highly recommend!

However for the train it's too far which kind of annoyed me but there are buses across the perfect for a three-star hotel, With the service of a five-star hotel
Breakfast was very good. We didn’t have any other meals. The milk with the cereal should have been cold!
Eliya Adi and Madlin were absolutely fabulous. The rooms are fabulous for one up to two people comfortably. The cleaner of the seventh floor was amazing
Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem
Room’s always clean and are a nice size. Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again
We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so. The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again

We stayed on the hotel for several weeks. Great people, great service! Great food! Felt like home!!! Thanks so much for everything Soon we’ll be back!!!???
Wonderful clean rooms & service. They helped with many things including saving photo files. Food so good I miss it now. Thank you LP.
Well located both for town and old city walks. Only criticism I have is on the synagogue. There is quite an awful pretentious vibe coming from many religious people around and especially in the prayer services
Ronit, one of the managers there, was extremely helpful to us and willing to be flexible as much as possible with various requests. The room is also very decent and gives you a good feel for Jerusalem
Nice hotel. Perfect location. Perfect room. Amazing view (19th floor). Very nice b.f. buffet. Staff are very responsive and helpful. but... Extra fee for parking and a mini small gym.
Fantastic food and very non-invasive environment, considering how many guests are usually there

A spectacular hotel! It is beautiful and so centrally located we didn’t take one taxi
Karim at the front desk and the meticulous housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were set with welcome treats for Hilton Honors status. Bilal the concierge helped us get a reservation for our favorite dinner of the trip
I received an upgrade to king grand deluxe from the king accessible room due to status. I was was guided to my room and shown the amenities, including how to operate the "in mirror" tv in the bathroom
My family is staying for a few days to do some sightseeing in the Holy land. What an impressive hotel and wonderful customer service. Everything from front desk, concierge to housekeeping
The food was excellent too, my included breakfast was bountiful with a lot of choices. So we have this very nice hotel with great service and staff, but the cherry on top is the location
Fouad in the Palace Restaurant went above and beyond to help us find a valuable item we had accidentally left at breakfast. The Waldorf Jerusalem is a very special place

Small hotel in the center of the city. Small rooms but reasonably clean and maintained. My only issues are the lack of free parking. The hotel has a small parking garage where you are charged ₪50
Well-located, affordable, breakfast buffet, late check-out and the employees are super nice! Musah was kind enough to advise about some restaurants and where to visit. Hospitality of the staff exceed our expectations.
It's a good place for anyone who wants to spend some time in Jerusalém city. Good location, good price. Near the mall
Wonderful location, you can get everything in walking distance to mall to all kinds of shops to bars to Jerusalem.
I stayed here for the David project because our flight got cancelled so we had to stay an extra day in Jerusalem. We had to leave prima Kings and go to this hotel since there was only last minute space available here
Out of all things though, the bathroom in the hotel room was actually pretty nice. The breakfast here was really underwhelming, so if breakfast is something important to you I would not recommend it

The rooms were spacious and very clean, the location was perfect - very close to the old town but at the same time a walking distance from the urban city center with many pubs and restaurants
The cleanliness in the bathroom needs some work - there was hair in the shower. Also the carpet in the main room was visibly dirty.
Wonderful service and personalized attention! The daily breakfast was exceptional! AND even beyond these accolades, I would like to give particular mention to Khaled who served us daily at breakfast! He could not have been more hospitable! He is an exceptional professional! He was the best start to each of our mornings!
Special shout out to Anas from the reception who was so kind and helpful at all times. The head waiter at the breakfast buffet was also fantastic. Thank you very much, we’ll be coming back for sure! Shukran ❤️
I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, perfect for couples as it’s very quiet and we had a room with a jacuzzi. The location is fabulous, 10 minute walk to the shuk and 20 minutes to the kotel
The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, important sites, and all within walking distance. Soufin, was such a gracious host at the restaurant where we usually had breakfast and dinner

Her knowledge about the local attractions and willingness to assist with any inquiries made a significant difference in my trip. The hotel itself is a gem, boasting tastefully decorated rooms that exude comfort
Very nice and comfort hotel to stay in the center of Jerusalem. Close to the Old city, The First Train, Mamilla. There is a free parking and free entrance to the adjacent great sport center
I had the most incredible experience at this hotel, truly making it a standout destination. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for an exceptional stay
I must particularly commend Pauline at the front desk, whose professionalism and friendliness were truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect
The seamless coordination of services, the pristine condition of the facilities, and the genuine smiles from the staff made my stay here a memorable one
The restaurant's cuisine was a delightful culinary journey, offering an array of delectable dishes that catered to various palates

for making us feel very welcomed and making sure we had everything we need. Breakfast varies every day which is nice however it is very local so don't be expecting pancakes, sausage, bacon, or breakfast potatoes
Really great location, near the center and the major touristic spots. Really nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options including local food which is very tasty
I feel like we really saved ourselves with going with the Ibis City Center hotel
Found IBIS Jerusalem City centre through Expedia after a lot of research. The rooms are basic with a euro flair. The pictures shown on the website are accurate. They cater to younger and older guests
You also have to keep in mind you are in the heart of the city and by main streets, but it is the best place to be because almost everything is walking distance (only 12 minutes walking to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre!) However, we did visit Israel during a prominent Jewish holiday and let me tell you, we walked by the Ibis Styles hotel and all the celebrations and singing, dancing, music was right...
All staff at the reception, the ones behind the bar and also all the breakfast staff were all kind and helpful, but I cannot not mention Jessica who is one of the breakfast staff. She was extremely helpful with my mother

This hotel is clean and pleasant with a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is generous and tasty. It is not expensive. I plan to return to Lev Yerushalayim on my next visit.
Excellent food and general hosting, though hotel needs some renovating. We will probably be back. We really had a nice experience.
Very good location, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff except one receptionist: a girl, I don't know her name, because she doesn't wear a badge, she speaks Hebrew,English and Russian
Decent place. Eleveated prices for the holiday sucked. Nice bathroom! Kitchen had no utensils or cook wear so it wasn't much good to me. Needs better laundry service
She was always very arrogant and even had personal conversations on the phone on duty
I stay there all the time because of its convenient location. Close to most places of interest. Love to walk Jaffa St without fear of being hit by a car :). Yuppies.

A simple but adequate hotel in a quiet street right in the center of town. The room was small but pleasant and clean. The shower was clean but on the small side. The staff are friendly and attentive
"The hotel is located right in the centre of Jerusalem, but on a very quiet street, excellent location. Room was very spacious and clean with free wifi
The downside: a slightly unpleasant smell in the corridor and a noisy pub close by that went on till late at night. So ask for a backside room if you are sensitive to noise and like to sleep with an open balcony door
Two points for improval: There is no large mirror anywhere. Also it would be nice to have a small shelf for toiletries inside the shower cabin
9 was more than enough for them, considering I thought they could be more careful with cleaning. Our sofa was stained and apparently corners of the room were not worthy of cleaning. Otherwise the room was clean, though
We were told we could go to have buffet breakfast at a nearby sister hotel, but found the breakfast served (with a friendly smile) at the hotel more than sufficient. I will be staying there again

Overall my favorite hotel i've stayed in yet and will likely remain so :)
The porch is huge with a couch and table and chairs. The master bedroom has a small porch as well. Bathrooms are simple but nice enough. Very nice selection of entertainment as well. Breakfast is also very nice (6
Beautiful views, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated rooms as well as a very nice pool area, rock climbing wall, synagogue within the hotel, and many other very nice amenities
You must climb steps for everything (pool,Breakfast, shul, exit hotel) the hotel WILL NOT disclose it to you before you come!!!!!! The rooms themselves are really nice and big
In case you book the hotel through the hotel itself. Beware there is no guaranteed parking!!!!! They don't tell you that on the phone and expect you to know it
They have "lower floor suites" BEWARE there is no access to these rooms from the elevators

I had the great fortune of staying at the Dan Boutique Hotel last week, and I was very impressed with the spaciousness of my room, the quality of the linens and furniture, the top-notch service, and the fantastic breakfasts
We were travelling as part of a group and everyone loved the convenience of eating together in the dining room. The breakfast was amazing, as was the delectable choices for the dinner buffet
There is also a lot of bus stops in 100 meters distance so you can go wherever you want in the city. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and there is a lot of space in the shower
We stayed 5 nights, and were delighted with the experience. Situated close to the Old City, the location allowed us to venture by foot to so many amazing sites
Just remember to ask for room at the fifth floor because you can see the old Jerusalem city view at night from room windows and it is a beautiful site to see
