A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information or have questions; to Ghoul (our server at breakfast) who didn't neglect us for a moment, offering us fresh juices and hot coffee the minute we sat down

I made the mistake of spending a night at a different luxury hotel in Jerusalem after 4 nights at Mamilla and checked out the next day to return to Mamilla. I will never look elsewhere for a luxury hotel in Jerusalem

The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc

I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team

We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service

You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with a warmth and genuine kindness that makes you feel like you are home

The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options Highly recommend

Karim at the front desk and the meticulous housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were set with welcome treats for Hilton Honors status. Bilal the concierge helped us get a reservation for our favorite dinner of the trip

Later, we received a botlle of champagne and a rich chocolate cake alongside macaroons, to the room for our celebration, again, free of charge and without us even requesting it - they know how to treat guests

We had a super fantastic stay. The Israeli-style breafast is out of this world! I've never seen anything like it!!! We highly recommend Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem!!! This was our second time back!!! :)

What a world-class experience! The stay was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. As we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshments at the restaurant "on the house"

When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night

The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.

We've had an AMAZING experience in this hotel! The balcony room on the top floor had phenomenal views of the city. We've also loved the location in Jerusalem's city center

The food, both breakfast and dinner, had a rich variety and great quality. Thanks to Hassan and Mohamed at reception who were friendly and efficient, and so were the rest of the staff

Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing

The hotel is large with plenty space to sit and relax and the breakfast and food is excellent. This is our second stay as we were also there in the summer and would definately go again

My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself

We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily

Small hotel in the center of the city. Small rooms but reasonably clean and maintained. My only issues are the lack of free parking. The hotel has a small parking garage where you are charged ₪50

I stayed here for the David project because our flight got cancelled so we had to stay an extra day in Jerusalem. We had to leave prima Kings and go to this hotel since there was only last minute space available here

Out of all things though, the bathroom in the hotel room was actually pretty nice. The breakfast here was really underwhelming, so if breakfast is something important to you I would not recommend it

Amazing location with multiple time for Holy Mass. We were able to make a 6:30pm mass after a long day of sight seeing in Old City Jerusalem. We enjoyed dinner afterwards in the Allegro Restaurant which was also onsite

Buffet is always fresh with options. It is a Roman Catholic pilgrimage housing but anyone can go. They do not infringe on your beliefs or practices so don’t be shy to stay. I was on the second floor Rm 109

We visited the restaurant only. the food is wonderful,they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes. The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.

I stayed in Room 117, it is a very big. room with very high ceilings, sufficient storage space in the room and a large bathroom. Room was very clean, large and airy, with sunlight filtering in through the huge windows

It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location for your stay

Probably the most beautiful hotel in Jerusalem, the architecture is very unique and interior design is absolutely stunning! The have a nice standard swimming pool which like the rest of the hotel is covered in green vegetation and flowers

This hotel is ideally located for access to the Old city, with public transport within walking distance

Food was very nice, definitely above average for kosher hotels, and we experienced kind service

Our favourite feature was the pool which surprisingly at the time was very quiet. The pool itself was about 25 meters long with a baby pool next to it, and surrounding the pool was plenty of sun loungers to sit

You also have to keep in mind you are in the heart of the city and by main streets, but it is the best place to be because almost everything is walking distance (only 12 minutes walking to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre!) However, we did visit Israel during a prominent Jewish holiday and let me tell you, we walked by the Ibis Styles hotel and all the celebrations and singing, dancing, music was right...

All staff at the reception, the ones behind the bar and also all the breakfast staff were all kind and helpful, but I cannot not mention Jessica who is one of the breakfast staff. She was extremely helpful with my mother

It was really amazing to see how they celebrate their holidays, I think it made our trip a lot better because there was tons of people outside and walking around at night, it made us (as women) feel very safe

The management and staff were so kind and warm. Breakfast was great. It is a bit hard to get to this hidden gem but once you find it, you will be glad you did! Wonderful experience :)

Very nice small hotel in a quiet neighborood 25 minutes by foot to the entrance to the old Jerusalem. Friendly owner speaks English and French

Saw an article a few days ago , ( Jan. 2018 ) that this small hotel will closing soon. It's a pity. Should be verified.

Staff extremely friendly, we even got a free upgrade to a better room. The location was great as it is very close to the city center and in the middle of an area with many shops and restaurants

When I arrived I had access to the room very much which is always appreciated after travelling. I liked it so much that I have added an extra night to my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel

One comment that I have is that the breakfast was missing labels on the food so we needed to ask in case we did not recognize the food

Rooms were compact with modern amenities such as USB charging points and were very clean. Our twin beds were too short and narrow. We are 5'9" (175cm) tall, our feet hung over the end and I fell out of the bed one night

Stayed for two nights as part of our tour. The hotel is in an excellent location downtown amongst shopping and eateries, also short waking distance to the Old City

If you see a ton of great reviews, be aware. When we stayed at this hotel a month ago, it cost about 250nis a night - around $70, which was a GREAT price for a central location

For the prices they're charging now, you can definitely find a better hotel in central Jerusalem. I don't recommend you stay here unless it's truly a bargain

I liked the breakfast, but there was no meat at all (but there were eggs, fish, shakshouka, and sweets, so it was bot bad). Overall, I think it was totally acceptable for the price
