for making us feel very welcomed and making sure we had everything we need. Breakfast varies every day which is nice however it is very local so don't be expecting pancakes, sausage, bacon, or breakfast potatoes

Really great location, near the center and the major touristic spots. Really nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options including local food which is very tasty

Found IBIS Jerusalem City centre through Expedia after a lot of research. The rooms are basic with a euro flair. The pictures shown on the website are accurate. They cater to younger and older guests

You also have to keep in mind you are in the heart of the city and by main streets, but it is the best place to be because almost everything is walking distance (only 12 minutes walking to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre!) However, we did visit Israel during a prominent Jewish holiday and let me tell you, we walked by the Ibis Styles hotel and all the celebrations and singing, dancing, music was right...

All staff at the reception, the ones behind the bar and also all the breakfast staff were all kind and helpful, but I cannot not mention Jessica who is one of the breakfast staff. She was extremely helpful with my mother

A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information or have questions; to Ghoul (our server at breakfast) who didn't neglect us for a moment, offering us fresh juices and hot coffee the minute we sat down

I made the mistake of spending a night at a different luxury hotel in Jerusalem after 4 nights at Mamilla and checked out the next day to return to Mamilla. I will never look elsewhere for a luxury hotel in Jerusalem

The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc

We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service

Location is basically right at the Jafo center tram stop - a couple of stops from the Jaffa gate. The guy at the desk (forgot his name) was super helpful for pretty much everything Jerusalem related

City Center Hotel is a cozy and elegant hotel. My room was very nice and clean. Has a nice kitchen and a compact table. And the bathroom is lovely and relatively big. Just don't expect to find parking in Jerusalem

Excellent hotel! I stayed in a studio room and while it's fairly small, it works well for one or two people. My room had a jacuzzi which was a bit surprising

it's located in the center of the city 200 m from the tram line, very close to historical sites in the ancient Old City, but also to the more recent neighborhoods of nahlaot and nahlat Shiva, and active commerce and entertainment area

Nice central hotel. a minute walk to main jaffa street. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the parking lot to the hotel. The service and the food in the dining room was excellent.

at this location, staying in a modern and well serviced facility would normally be very expensive, but the price was reasonable, though the room space is not extensive

it's one of the few surroundings where you may find anything open during the weekend in Jerusalem, and it's not for granted after a quite long hike

Helped us in a pinch getting a room after we were locked out of our hostel. Even helped find the cheapest possible room after midnight as well

The bathrooms are elegant and equipped with both a large bathtub and a separate shower - complete with a seat, so you can sit and relax in the shower! The food is scrumptious, and everything there simply exudes luxury

I received an upgrade to king grand deluxe from the king accessible room due to status. I was was guided to my room and shown the amenities, including how to operate the "in mirror" tv in the bathroom

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem for a weekend. I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The hotel is simply stunning, with a rich history and impeccable service

Our family said it was by far the best dinner they had on our trip and perhaps ever in Israel. We also did a tour of the hotel with Ron who was super informative as he shared the rich history of the hotel

The area is fantastic, within walkable distance of the Old City, Mahane Yehuda (or two light train stops) and a great selection of restaurants and bars right around the corner

Above all though, it's the great quality, friendly and attentive service from everyone at this superb hotel which made our stay so enjoyable

The spa is not stepfree, unless I missed a ramp or another entrance but you do have disabled access in the pool, which is located on the same floor

The hotel's location is very central and ideal for most of Jerusalem's main attractions. Perhaps the only real room for improvement would be if the hotel aquired backgammon and chess sets for guests to enjoy

When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night

The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.

Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing

We visited the restaurant only. the food is wonderful,they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes. The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.

I stayed in Room 117, it is a very big. room with very high ceilings, sufficient storage space in the room and a large bathroom. Room was very clean, large and airy, with sunlight filtering in through the huge windows

It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location for your stay

Yousef was just the sweetest, and we were SO glad to meet him. The breakfast was amazing and my kids, and myself, tried many new things. The grounds were beautiful and lit up at night made it extra special

Small hotel in the center of the city. Small rooms but reasonably clean and maintained. My only issues are the lack of free parking. The hotel has a small parking garage where you are charged ₪50

Well-located, affordable, breakfast buffet, late check-out and the employees are super nice! Musah was kind enough to advise about some restaurants and where to visit. Hospitality of the staff exceed our expectations.

I stayed here for the David project because our flight got cancelled so we had to stay an extra day in Jerusalem. We had to leave prima Kings and go to this hotel since there was only last minute space available here

Accessible rooms are suitable fir guests in wheelchairs but are very very small so it really depends on how big the wheelchair is. Great location next to city center and main train station

Best location near Mahane Yehuda Market on Jaffa Street. Walking distance to all the action. Hotel staff amazing, clean, coffee and refreshing drinks in the lobby as well as healthy snack foods.

Very comfortable beds and high quality bath products. Breakfast is super delicious, very healthy and offers many choices but it’s not included and it is very expensive

The "Urban" rooms are very small and only for for single person comfortably. Note, there is a very loud construction site next door which can be disturbing at times

The management and staff were so kind and warm. Breakfast was great. It is a bit hard to get to this hidden gem but once you find it, you will be glad you did! Wonderful experience :)
