Jerusalem, St George St 9 🧭 Map
A basic hotel, with a low maintenance level. For example, the TV and the safe in our room did not work.. Breakfast was good and the location is good: next to the light train and within a 20 minutes walk to the Old City.
We were a large group from Mexico and we recently stayed here, the rooms were very comfortable and the beds were amazing! The food was very delicious and me and my grupo agreed that the hotel was amazing!! We loved it! Also the service is top 🥳 Definitely stay here if you are Visiting Jerusalem, I would also like to mention that it is very close In walking distance to mamila and old city! So that was...
The Hotel Stuff is kind, but it takes time until they fullfill your needs. The room was clean, but things getting old. The coffee and hot choclate at the bar is very good. The location could be more calm. 15 min walk to the center of Jerusalem
Conveniently located to old city! Great base to see old Jerusalem from. The hotel is a little older but we'll maintained and worth the value. Pool was excellent!
Nice and clean place, lobby and ballrooms are beautiful, open bar and nice boutique shop. once you get on the upper floors, hallways, rooms... really dated, in need of a makeover. Breakfast looked really tasty, didn’t end up eating there tho
The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious, and the support staff is amazing and attentive. If you can, ask for Yael. She is the best and will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need not only at the hotel but as you travel around the city.

Wow wow wow Mamilla. Your service and luxury are truly unmatched in Jerusalem. Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. In particular, Rania is an absolute superstar. You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with...
I was fortunate enough to spend a few days at this lovely jewel 💎 of a hotel 🏨 right next to the old city and next to the mamilla mall. I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team. When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge...
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc.. Don't even bother to dine outside the hotel, they got great food and the service ...already said.. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service. A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information...
We are happy to write a review of the hotel but we need to clarify our credit card bill from the hotel first. We've sent an email but haven't heard back yet. This is our first priority. Our dates of our stay were June 13 -14, 2023. Our bill is listed under our last name noted above.
We loved this hotel and its staff, especially the concierge team who are incredible! Stephan is hands down one of the best concierge I have seen, with prompt attention to emails and great suggestions! Our room was lovely with a great living room and bathroom and modern aesthetic. The decorations are minimalist in the rooms, functional. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe and is in a great location...

Service was wonderful. Location was very strategic for transportation and just walking around. Breakfast glorious. Front desk person, Moriah very accommodating and nice. Will definitely return to this hotel.
Wonderful clean rooms & service. They helped with many things including saving photo files. Food so good I miss it now. Thank you LP.
Nice hotel. Perfect location. Perfect room. Amazing view (19th floor). Very nice b.f. buffet. Staff are very responsive and helpful. but... Extra fee for parking and a mini small gym.
We stayed on the hotel for several weeks. Great people, great service! Great food! Felt like home!!! Thanks so much for everything Soon we’ll be back!!!???
Hotel is a great stay. Fantastic food and very non-invasive environment, considering how many guests are usually there. Spacious Dinning room too. Ronit, one of the managers there, was extremely helpful to us and willing to be flexible as much as possible with various requests. The room is also very decent and gives you a good feel for Jerusalem . Well located both for town and old city walks. Only...

While the Dan Jerusalem hotel has beautiful views of Jerusalem, and excellent dining and meeting facilities, the rooms are about 30 years old (and they look like they're 30 years old). The dining buffets are "decent," but could be better if they had fresh squeezed orange juice, or coffee available all day. This place could the creme de la creme, if they simply modernized the place (similar to large...
Great and Spacious Hotel, Very good stay for families. Wide Pool and several activities for children. The food is excellent - generous breakfast and nice food truck next to the pool. Great crew, especially Hiba and Alla. My only complaint is that it’s quite far from the central station and hard to get to by public transit, and quite a big place so you can find yourself walking around and getting lost...
Had the Bellboy Ariel not asked, I probably would not have written a review. He was kind and courteous while assisting us with our bags. After touring with a large group and staying in over 5 hotels from Greece to Israel, Dan Hotel was my absolute favorite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They were also clean. The housekeeping staff were so nice and courteous as well. The wifi is fast and efficient...
As a new person coming to a hotel we found out about a food truck, and when we ordered, there were very nice chefs named Nasser and ally your food are amazing and they treat you with the highest respect and offer the most quality food. I highly recommend coming to this place it is the best and if you are coming to try new foods they won’t let you down😘😍💯
Ariel bell boy was so very nice and and helpful. I wish the air conditioning worked better, it was very hot in the room. But otherwise this a very, very nice and beautiful hotel. The people are nice and welcoming. And the food for breakfast and dinner was great!
G floor dinning hall manager Mr. Nasser is very kindness gentleman, he help my friends to separate with group by a private table for business talking during dinner, Mr. Nasser is very friendly person to running management in wise. So nice to choose Dan Jerusalem Hotel, clean and good management.
Sadly, I thought the customer service was lacking. Our room did not match the picture advertised. We were very disappointed. And although the room was changed we strongly suspect it again was wrong as again nothing like the picture advertised. Reported the iron not working on our floor and waited over an hour for an iron promised but no show. Next day we found the iron repaired but was not informed...

Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.
The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.
Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes
Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities...
There is a pool gym and the place is cool. The food is a joke... It's awful. For some unknown reason the resupply of the towels and toilet paper was inconsistent...
we can reach the city by tram.... not too far, so it is well situated I like very much the pool outside

Perfect hotel to stay in Jerusalem, with a high level of service. The renovated rooms are really nice. I always enjoy coming here, talking to Mr Allayan which is really professional and Mishleen Z who does her best to serve clients. The whole team is amazing and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is awesome. Most of the tourists are American, British, Australian. I will always come back to...
My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring a real honeycomb pancake/waffle station, made-to-order omelets, and an array of other mouthwatering options. To top it off, the cappuccino and latte station added...
The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are great. The location was also excellent. On the downside, it’s more suited to families, very busy and loud and the pool was chaotic. Also, the spa staff were a bit unhelpful so we didn’t bother. Felt a little over priced compared to the quality of the other places we stayed at during our visit to Israel which cost less.
Great location, nice facility, friendly staff, Over the top breakfast with more delicious food that anyone can hope for. A wheel of cheese. Honey, straight from the honey comb and much more. The Shabbos dinner was so good and there was so much food, it bordered on being obscene. Definitely worth the stay.
Good location, lots of tour groups stay here. Good breakfast though the evening buffet is expensive ($100 USD per person). On a six-day stay we NEVER got a bottle of water (others did), the toilet did not flush properly, the carpet was never vacuumed, rarely got a full set of new towels and the dirty glasses were not removed until we complained. Staff helpful, especially the night manager Ms. Dahal...
As part of a tour, this hotel was in a good location. We loved the elevators. You could select the floor prior to entering the elevator and system would take you directly there. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and firm. They had a pool, but we did not take advantage of it. Buffet food selection was very good, but some foods looked processed instead of fresh. 20-minute walk to the Old City...

I am so happy with the service in this hotel. Staff are friendly and service is very good. Most especially, room service by Majd. He is a very good man, respectful and done an extra mile of helping hotel guest. Thank you Majd for your kindness. And to all the staff, thank you.
This has been wonderful. The staff is extremely professional. Stepaine,Nadia,Morsi Yasmin. So wonderful. They helped us alot. The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. We are so greatful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was my first time here in Israel. Kimberley Gallion Frunz
Administrators, front desk, staff, and caretakers were helpful going above and beyond to make my superfast and very tight-schedule in Jerusalem possible. Rooms were neat, clean, and pre-cooled - good for instantly sleeping in my case. I couldn't go for breakfast due to time constraints but the lobby smelled so nice that I have no doubt whatever was inside was amazing! (P.s. 80% of taste is smell)....
The staff at the front desk is absolutely incredible. They are kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to help you and make your stay the best possible. I travel a lot and service like this is really rare. Thank you so much!! (I’m the lady who needed help getting to the airport tonight!) The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The rooms were very nice with all the amenities that you could need. It was great being close to the shuk and the old city. The food was amazing with a variety of options that was different every day. However, I wish the rooms had conditioner and an iron. The rooms are run done and maintenance is bad. On the other hand, Roy the omelette maker is incredible! He is so nice and friendly, I have never met such a special egg cook in a hotel. What a pleasure!
Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing. Superb location, oversized rooms, and unique spa and pool area. Unfortunately, service was quite underwhelming except for the helpful concierge. A great place centrally located. I want to mention the wonderful employee Elias. He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. And he did that while managing the entire front desk and guests. One of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced at a front desk! The hotel is really nice...
Awesome view. But the place is a little too expensive. There were efforts to make the interiors seem updated, but it still has a feel that the places is a little bit dated. The food is alright. It needs to improve the place behind the building because it still is very visible and looks like it hasnt been maintained well.

Small hotel in the center of the city. Small rooms but reasonably clean and maintained. My only issues are the lack of free parking. Wonderful location, you can get everything in walking distance to mall to all kinds of shops to bars to Jerusalem.
I stayed here for the David project because our flight got cancelled so we had to stay an extra day in Jerusalem.
