Me and my mom had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was always nice, thank you to Anton for being great. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, thank you to John H. for making us feel very welcomed and making sure we had everything we need. Breakfast varies every day which is nice however it is very local so don't be expecting pancakes, sausage, bacon, or breakfast potatoes. The only thing was that...
Really great location, near the center and the major touristic spots. Really nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options including local food which is very tasty. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would choose it again if we will return to Jerusalem.
Excellent location and excellent staff. Shops and restaurants are one minute away. One can reach Jaffa gate and the old city of Jerusalem on foot, all just a few minutes away. Rooms are not that spacious, but comfortable. AC are very good and beds are very comfortable too. Breakfast is yummy 😋, with so many different dishes to choose from. Compliments to the chef. All staff at the reception, the...
Found IBIS Jerusalem City centre through Expedia after a lot of research. The rooms are basic with a euro flair. The pictures shown on the website are accurate. They cater to younger and older guests. Our room could host 4 people. It was clean, beds are comfortable along with a strong ac. That’s most important. The hotel is located in a prime area in Jerusalem with plenty of restaurants and shops...
Great hotel with superb location - public transportation, shopping center, pubs and restaurants. Breakfast is great. Room was very clean, big and quit. Service at the hotel is excellent and very friendly.

Will stay again. Although the shower is small, the room was a great size. Breakfast was good. The ambience was good. There was a small gardem with so many fruits. Great location too. Walking distance to the old city.
Good location. It's close to tourist places, around 10 min walk to Damascus Gate. Front desks are helpful and assist you when you require something. Special thanks to Sameer in front desk, who extended extra miles in helping for exchanging foreign bills. Breakfast is great. Keeps u full the entire morning journey
Great place to stay, but sometimes wish the desk staff was friendlier.
The location of the guest house makes it a great launch into the Old City of Jerusalem as it is only a short 5-10 minute walk from the Damascus Gate (so you don't have to worry about parking your car). On your way you to the Damascus Gate, I recommend you stop at the historic Balian family's "Armenian Ceramics of Jerusalem" shop who do beautiful hand-painted ceramics! The one night we stayed there...
One of the best hotels i have stayed at. The courtyard has plenty of fruit producing trees and the property was immaculate. Very nice cathedral in the property. Minus the staff they could be little courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome plenty of spread and delicious food every morning.
Nicely appointed rooms, lovely site, great garden, well located for the Old City, and friendly staff.

Wow wow wow Mamilla. Your service and luxury are truly unmatched in Jerusalem. Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. In particular, Rania is an absolute superstar. You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with...
I was fortunate enough to spend a few days at this lovely jewel 💎 of a hotel 🏨 right next to the old city and next to the mamilla mall. I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team. When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge...
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc.. Don't even bother to dine outside the hotel, they got great food and the service ...already said.. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service. A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information...
We are happy to write a review of the hotel but we need to clarify our credit card bill from the hotel first. We've sent an email but haven't heard back yet. This is our first priority. Our dates of our stay were June 13 -14, 2023. Our bill is listed under our last name noted above.
We loved this hotel and its staff, especially the concierge team who are incredible! Stephan is hands down one of the best concierge I have seen, with prompt attention to emails and great suggestions! Our room was lovely with a great living room and bathroom and modern aesthetic. The decorations are minimalist in the rooms, functional. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe and is in a great location...

Great hotel!! Service was amazing! The place is incredibly clean, rooms are bigger than other 5* hotels locally. They upgraded one of our rooms. Great price! No lobby but location is superb! I was so pleased with this hotel stay! Will definitely come again! Staff was so kind, all requests taken care of so swiftly!
Stayed there with my friend around 2 months ago for one night , beautiful simple and clean hotel , the receptionist was professional , if you’re looking for a safe space to stay in a good area then I definitely recommend it to you . I know the managers personally.. thyr’e good people. Wanted to thank them so i did half the housekeeping job and I’m guessing they felt so happy when they walked in (the...
Easy to reach there from any point of the city.
The room I had was clean but not very well maintained. A drawer was broken and hanging on by a piece of tape. The sink handle actually fell off when I turned on the sink, and the lights weren’t working properly either.
The service was amazing, Amir is great!! The location of the hotel is in the center of attention, close to the 'Machne market', 'Mamila evenue', electric train staition- Jafo station. Also highly recommended is the bakery 150m outside named 'Maafe Yehuda'. Truely delitghful!
Great location, close to everything (Western wall, Tower of David, Machane Yehuda, Manila mall, etc.) very clean and specious room and bathroom, comfortable beds. The kitchenet has everything you need including refrigerator and microwave. Highly recommended.

Great location, good prices and verry good and tasty breakfast
A simple but adequate hotel in a quiet street right in the center of town. The room was small but pleasant and clean. The shower was clean but on the small side. The staff are friendly and attentive. A good low budget deal. The downside: a slightly unpleasant smell in the corridor and a noisy pub close by that went on till late at night. So ask for a backside room if you are sensitive to noise and...
"The hotel is located right in the centre of Jerusalem, but on a very quiet street, excellent location. Room was very spacious and clean with free wifi. Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.
The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.
Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes
Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities...
There is a pool gym and the place is cool. The food is a joke... It's awful. For some unknown reason the resupply of the towels and toilet paper was inconsistent...

Nice hotel at the center of Jerusalem. Highly recommended!
Nice hotel. Small room that was not vacuumed. I had to use antihistamines. However it is in a great location quiet and great breakfast.
we've just checked out after a night's stay at Eyal. it's located in the center of the city 200 m from the tram line, very close to historical sites in the ancient Old City, but also to the more recent neighborhoods of nahlaot and nahlat Shiva, and active commerce and entertainment area. it's one of the few surroundings where you may find anything open during the weekend in Jerusalem, and it's not...

Superb location, oversized rooms, and unique spa and pool area. Unfortunately, service was quite underwhelming except for the helpful concierge. We had afternoon tea to celebrate a family graduation. Unfortunately the afternoon tea itself was a little underwhelming. The scones and cakes were good and the sandwiches were OK. Administrators, front desk, staff, and caretakers were helpful going above and beyond to make my superfast and very tight-schedule in Jerusalem possible. Rooms were neat, clean, and pre-cooled - good for instantly sleeping in my case. I couldn't go for breakfast due to time constraints but the lobby smelled so nice that I have no doubt whatever was inside was amazing! (P.s. 80% of taste is smell)....

This hotel is placed well about 15 minutes to the Damascus Gate which is one of the entries to the old Town. Food was more or less the same every day. Rooms are a good size, our room had a bath and side shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Good hotel especially for tour groups. Clean well maintained room. Bathroom looks outdated. Bathtub is too high and is a safety risk. Elderly and children can slip and fall. The hotel boasts a lovely inner pool that's perfect for relaxation. I was particularly impressed with the massage services offered. Its proximity to the city center and restaurants is a major plus, and being near the old city adds to its charm. The location is truly picturesque. A recommended stay for those visiting the area.
Amazing hotel in the holy city. A team of Jews, Arabs and Christians giving a great service to a group of tourists that I lead. Big thanks for Rafik, Fifi, Rafek and all the personnel from reception, bellboys and restaurant (i dont remember all the names!). He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. And he did that while managing the entire front desk and guests. One of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced at a front desk! The hotel is really nice...
Awesome view. But the place is a little too expensive. There were efforts to make the interiors seem updated, but it still has a feel that the places is a little bit dated. The food is alright. It needs to improve the place behind the building because it still is very visible and looks like it hasnt been maintained well.

Skip the spa! Hotel is amazing. It’s more than a stay it’s an experience. The staff is so warm and welcoming. They made our stay extremely amazing. I DO NOT recommend the spa. Everything was outstanding at the American Colony Hotel! The building itself and its history, the patio where you can enjoy a great dinner, the Summer Bar where they serve very good cocktails, and the concierge team is very helpful.
