A basic hotel, with a low maintenance level. For example, the TV and the safe in our room did not work.. Breakfast was good and the location is good: next to the light train and within a 20 minutes walk to the Old City.

polite staff at desk. Lady at breakfast desk did not allow me and my partner in for breakfast because it was fifteen minutes to ten, even though we had paid for bed and breakfast. All we wanted was a coffee and croissant

Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.

Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. We stayed here for 3 days and I barely slept due to uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway/rooms. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.

Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. A clean hotel with all necessary amenities. Right next to the central bus station (you can travel up and down the length of israel) which boasts restaurants, clothing shops, pharmacy and bakery's, which were all very well priced . Mary at the desk was wonderful and assist us whenever necessary.
