Jerusalem, 6 Ze'ev Vilnay Street Ruppin Bridge 🧭 Map
Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.
The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.
Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes
Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities...
There is a pool gym and the place is cool. The food is a joke... It's awful. For some unknown reason the resupply of the towels and toilet paper was inconsistent...
we can reach the city by tram.... not too far, so it is well situated I like very much the pool outside

A basic hotel, with a low maintenance level. For example, the TV and the safe in our room did not work.. Breakfast was good and the location is good: next to the light train and within a 20 minutes walk to the Old City.
The breakfasts have always been excellent and the location also.
We were a large group from Mexico and we recently stayed here, the rooms were very comfortable and the beds were amazing! The food was very delicious and me and my grupo agreed that the hotel was amazing!! We loved it! Also the service is top 🥳 Definitely stay here if you are Visiting Jerusalem, I would also like to mention that it is very close In walking distance to mamila and old city! So that was...
The Hotel Stuff is kind, but it takes time until they fullfill your needs. The room was clean, but things getting old. The coffee and hot choclate at the bar is very good. The location could be more calm. 15 min walk to the center of Jerusalem
room is perfect location very practical breakfast perfect
Conveniently located to old city! Great base to see old Jerusalem from. The hotel is a little older but we'll maintained and worth the value. Pool was excellent!

I am so happy with the service in this hotel. Staff are friendly and service is very good. Most especially, room service by Majd. He is a very good man, respectful and done an extra mile of helping hotel guest. Thank you Majd for your kindness. And to all the staff, thank you.
This has been wonderful. The staff is extremely professional. Stepaine,Nadia,Morsi Yasmin. So wonderful. They helped us alot. The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. We are so greatful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was my first time here in Israel. Kimberley Gallion Frunz
Administrators, front desk, staff, and caretakers were helpful going above and beyond to make my superfast and very tight-schedule in Jerusalem possible. Rooms were neat, clean, and pre-cooled - good for instantly sleeping in my case. I couldn't go for breakfast due to time constraints but the lobby smelled so nice that I have no doubt whatever was inside was amazing! (P.s. 80% of taste is smell)....
The staff at the front desk is absolutely incredible. They are kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to help you and make your stay the best possible. I travel a lot and service like this is really rare. Thank you so much!! (I’m the lady who needed help getting to the airport tonight!) The hotel is clean and the rooms are a solid star- the housekeeping staff is also really wonderful...
The prima park had an outside dinning room its gourges with a sweet waitress good service

Ahmad, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. He was professional, courteous, and gracious. Friendly staff, good buffet spread, clean rooms. Two thumbs up!
This hotel is placed well about 15 minutes to the Damascus Gate which is one of the entries to the old Town. Food was more or less the same every day. Rooms are a good size, our room had a bath and side shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Good hotel especially for tour groups. Clean well maintained room. Bathroom looks outdated. Bathtub is too high and is a safety risk. Elderly and children can slip and fall. Shower door is only half and water spray can cause floor to be slippery and messy. Restaurant is huge and is crowded quickly. Breakfast quality and variety are better than during dinner. Need more fruit variety : banana, figs...
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was also good. The location was about 15 minutes away from the old city.
at first i was checked into room 542 it was right in front of a highway and i couldn't sleep, windows are not soundproof. i asked for a room Change and Left my baggage in reception they kindly switched my rooms without any extra fees, i tried the gym and the pool as well, the pool is a little small, the gym was well equipped, buffet breakfast and dinner here is awesome. and it's within walkable distance...
I fell in love with the chocolate girl at the reception

Was there for a breakfast celebration. This hill top is not just historically important for the jewish people, it also has a view of the Temple Mount with panoramic vies if the old city amd modern extension of Jerusalem.
A great place centrally located. I want to mention the wonderful employee Elias. He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. And he did that while managing the entire front desk and guests. One of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced at a front desk! The hotel is really nice...
Awesome view. But the place is a little too expensive. There were efforts to make the interiors seem updated, but it still has a feel that the places is a little bit dated. The food is alright. It needs to improve the place behind the building because it still is very visible and looks like it hasnt been maintained well.
This place is awesome to stay....! Had a very pleasant experience there.. They too have very good staff..??
Fantastic and nice view of Mount Olives from the Hotel. food is good and variety of Dishes.
Excellent Hotel on the Top of Mt. Olive. Their Large Nightly Buffet of Mediterranean Delights of $15 usd is a Steal. The food is Superb.

When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night
The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The rooms were very nice with all the amenities that you could need. It was great being close to the shuk and the old city. The food was amazing with a variety of options that was different every day. However, I wish the rooms had conditioner and an iron. I and other guest in my group also had complications with the showers as they easily leaked water into the rest of the bathroom and the drainage...
The rooms are run done and maintenance is bad. On the other hand, Roy the omelette maker is incredible! He is so nice and friendly, I have never met such a special egg cook in a hotel. What a pleasure!
Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing. It is beautifully clean and tidy and I have loved speaking with Amin every morning who gives me a lovely blessing. This hotel has outstanding conference/prayer room facilities. The mezzanine has a lovely breezy outlook and...
We've had an AMAZING experience in this hotel! The balcony room on the top floor had phenomenal views of the city. We've also loved the location in Jerusalem's city center. The food, both breakfast and dinner, had a rich variety and great quality. Thanks to Hassan and Mohamed at reception who were friendly and efficient, and so were the rest of the staff. I can't recommend this hotel enough, thanks...

Nice cosy hotel, wonderful garden to hang out, great service, however breakfast was a mess. Not enough food, very slow to fill the buffet
We visited the restaurant only. the food is wonderful, they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes. The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.
A very nice hotel. I stayed there for one night and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend while staying in the Jerusalem area. The area looks to be a very Posh area, and therefore very safe. It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location...
Absolutely amazing hotel. Love the room, love stuff, love breakfast. Beautiful garden
Our family just stayed here for 5 nights in November. I have so many wonderful things to say! The staff was amazing. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating to us at all times. Yousef was just the sweetest, and we were SO glad to meet him. The breakfast was amazing and my kids, and myself, tried many new things. The grounds were beautiful and lit up at night made it extra special. The room was very...
Beyond my expectations. Staff was accommodating, nice, efficient and proficient. They did extras like get our rooms ready early, offer my daughter sunglasses to borrow and lots of little kindnesses like that. Grounds are exquisite, restaurant is nice and shaded, rooms are big, breakfast is lovely. Steps away from restaurants and shops, easy walk to Mamilla and Jaffa Gate so in 30 minutes you can be...

Modern hotel placed in the new district of Jerusalem. Nearby, there Isn't so much to do but the hotel offers body Gym and a very big swimming pool + other activities provided by other suppliers. Rooms big enough with all the comforts. Nice food at dinner and on breakfast
Location is outskirt of old city. Quite peaceful and very nice view. Rooms are definitely clean and nice. Food are good and service are definitely perfect. Cons is the swimming pool closed at 5pm and the spa is always full book.
I just had my wedding here last week. It was AMAZING! The food was the best in Israel. The staff were helpful and thoughtful every single minute. We stayed in the Canadian suite after the wedding and it was massive with a great view. The hotel is a perfect little hideaway, surrounded by nature in the middle of everything still in Jerusalem. I would definitely recommend staying here or hosting your...

Great location, the service was ok, the breakfast was ok, rooms are ok. We are a group of 35 people and asked to have the pool open an extra hour because we did not come back on time with our guided tour. This was not possible, and on our second day was only open from 10:00 to 14:00. Which is very short. We stayed for two days, walking into the centre was very quick.
By far the best place to spend some quality time and feel safe at all the times, the location is super great is a walking distance to all the major shops is a great experience.. My wife and 2 toddlers have a great time.. With our reservation we included breakfast and dinner.. the food is fresh and they offer a variety of different options. Can’t be happy enough..
Great hotel with awesome room services. Good food and close to a lot of groceries stores.
Good location (3 minutes from the Central bus station)(by the tram station )(5 minutes to the market place) (7 minutes on the tram to the Old city )..food's good.."people's hotel"..
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great location on route of public transport. Very clean, great food and super helpful staff. Well done … will definitely come again

We went to their outdoor terrace for dinner. It is a lovely cool oasis on a hot summer day. The Mezza Platter and a beer was everything I wanted. Delicious and filling
A very good hotel with a nice view of Jerusalem and also have a tasty restaurant with so many kinds of food and a very comfortable rooms and it also have good prices from midrange to expensive... I recommend this hotel to anyone who I going for a vacation in Jerusalem and lastly it's location is good 👍 in the city of Jerusalem 😁
My favorite hotel in Jerusalem without any doubts, the area it’s extremely quiet and easy to navigate on foot, you are only like 15 minutes walking from Damascus gate, and there’s multiple food stores around the area The buffet both for breakfast and for dinner are amazing, I could be eating every meal here and never get tired of the food The rooms are decorated with taste and spacious, very comfortable...
Beautiful, classy hotel right near the light rail, next to the university and in the midst of Sheikh Jerach. The staff (reception and F&B) were always jovial, smiling and gracious. Very pleasant atmosphere to walk into. Lobby has plenty of comfortable seating, conference rooms are spacious and well equipped and food (specifically catered private meetings) is sooooo delicious, varied and fresh. Cant...
A very nice hotel in Jerusalem. Good food served here also. Note that there are no coffee pots in the rooms.

Perfect location for exploring Jerusalem! Staff are really great and very helpful. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. You get a good night's sleep. Hotel decor and rooms are a bit dated and need some refurb. Breakfast is not great and presentation is not good.
Hello travelers and others! The hotel is considered good. According to the photographs in the lobby, Arnold Schwarzenegger and other famous people visited the hotel. Very responsive staff. Delicious and smart cuisine. ) Beautiful facade of the building . The rooms are in my opinion in need of repair. Stand your ground and demand respect if you come here. Regards
I was traveling as part of a ~60 people group. As we arrived at the hotel, a big, beautifully framed "certified 4 star hotel" sign has greeted us. With the amazingly accessible location, I held my expectations high. When I wanted to use the elevator, they worked in a weird way that I can't really explain.. I think that they worked by the order of when a button was pressed, in a way that you'll go...
A pretty good hotel, but with a few issues. The biggest is noise. The hotel gets a lot of Birthright tours staying there and the kids are really loud until weird hours of the night. I literally had a kid singing opera in the hallway outside my door at like 11:00 P.M. Very strange. The service was pretty good, but also had a few issues, such as most of the staff speaking essentially no English despite...
Nice location. Good service
A convienent accommodation with friendly staff and delicious meal options (even with the possibility of to go styrofoam container). The hair dryer is regular sized and works great! In some rooms there is a hidden kitchen section with sink, tea cups and minifridge. On the ground floor there is a piano and a gift shop. There is also a safe in the rooms. One star less for a bit of dust.
Bed was comfortable. Hotel could do with a face lift as it looks very old fashioned. I had a large room and very nice view. However there was blaring music playing from a store downstairs the entire night . I was on the 11th floor and could hear it.

Eliya Adi and Madlin were absolutely fabulous. The rooms are fabulous for one up to two people comfortably. The cleaner of the seventh floor was amazing .The location is stunning as far as being near the King David and other hotels and the gorgeous parks all around and first Station Shopping Mall. However for the train it's too far which kind of annoyed me but there are buses across the perfect for...
We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel. Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help. Nothing is ever too much of a trouble. We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so. The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again. Thank you 🙏 very much...
Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem. Room’s always clean and are a nice size. Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again.
Adi was great! The rooms were very charming (we liked the special touches like the nostalgic hanging lamp in the room. It looked like one our Great Grandmothers would have). The bed was a bit too firm & no wash clothes in the room. (It would have been nice to have coffee where they had the juice set up in the lobby, but this is probably a spoiled, American thing). A/c worked great! We loved all the...
We booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Our 3 big kids shared a room and we shared a room with our youngest. There was a common private hallway in front of both rooms that had a private door. Our key cards to our rooms also opened the door to the hallway. Breakfast was great. Israeli style…. Lots of salads, veggies, cheeses, breads and egg dishes. Our less adventurous eater made himself a cheese sandwich...
We loved staying here. Clean room, superb breakfast and the rooftop a must for sunset. The staff were super helpful the whole time and organised us a driver for a private tour. Charlie had fantastic english skills and was a great tour guide for biblical and israeli history. We felt safe and got more out of this tour than any other we had that week. A locals perspective.
Breakfast was very good. We didn’t have any other meals. The milk with the cereal should have been cold!
