Jerusalem, St George St 9 🧭 Map
A basic hotel, with a low maintenance level. For example, the TV and the safe in our room did not work..
Breakfast was good and the location is good: next to the light train and within a 20 minutes walk to the Old City.
The breakfasts have always been excellent and the location also.
We were a large group from Mexico and we recently stayed here, the rooms were very comfortable and the beds were amazing! The food was very delicious and me and my grupo agreed that the hotel was amazing!! We loved it! Also the service is top 🥳 Definitely stay here if you are Visiting Jerusalem, I would also like to mention that it is very close In walking distance to mamila and old city! So that was...
The Hotel Stuff is kind, but it takes time until they fullfill your needs.
The room was clean, but things getting old.
The coffee and hot choclate at the bar is very good. The location could be more calm. 15 min walk to the center of Jerusalem
room is perfect
location very practical
breakfast perfect
Conveniently located to old city! Great base to see old Jerusalem from. The hotel is a little older but we'll maintained and worth the value. Pool was excellent!

Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.
The meal hall is set up in a very chaotic manner, people walking all over eachother to get to items and we often found ourselves having to search for cutlery. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was nice as well, especially since it is open until 9pm.
The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.
Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes
Royal Wing Hotel is one of the most respected and reputable hotels in Jerusalem. The hotel is a high-rise building with an amazing view of the neighbourhood. The staff are nice, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished, there is free WiFi, the TV has adequate channels that can entertain a global traveller. There is an intercoms, 24 hours room service and many other facilities...
There is a pool gym and the place is cool.
The food is a joke... It's awful.
For some unknown reason the resupply of the towels and toilet paper was inconsistent...

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our crazy arrival time Arrival at 4am and staff had prepared everything. Check in took less than 5 minutes. It really transmitted the feeling that they cared about us
Israel 2025
Everything was LOVELY!! TRULY Enjoyable
The hotel is very nice and quiet. The food needs a lot of improvement It wasn’t that tasty and wasn’t that varied.
Nice location, the hotel is close to the central bus station and train station.
Quiet neighborhood.
Room was ok, a bit small for two people. Also the bathroom
Everything clean.
The room was very good- clean and big. The dining room was a bit dirty. The food at the breakfast was good!
The second time we stayed there
Great location, nice team.
We would recommend staying there

When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly
When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us
At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night
The hotel is in good location. The breakfast and dinner is good with many choices. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy (little small) but we did not mind because we hardly spent any time in our rooms.
The rooms were very nice with all the amenities that you could need. It was great being close to the shuk and the old city. The food was amazing with a variety of options that was different every day. However, I wish the rooms had conditioner and an iron. I and other guest in my group also had complications with the showers as they easily leaked water into the rest of the bathroom and the drainage...
The rooms are run done and maintenance is bad.
On the other hand, Roy the omelette maker is incredible! He is so nice and friendly, I have never met such a special egg cook in a hotel. What a pleasure!
Wow, the staff are so kind and caring here at Prima Kings. It has a 'we are all family' vibe about it. The stairs are very easily managed if the speedy lifts are not your thing. It is beautifully clean and tidy and I have loved speaking with Amin every morning who gives me a lovely blessing. This hotel has outstanding conference/prayer room facilities. The mezzanine has a lovely breezy outlook and...
We've had an AMAZING experience in this hotel! The balcony room on the top floor had phenomenal views of the city. We've also loved the location in Jerusalem's city center. The food, both breakfast and dinner, had a rich variety and great quality. Thanks to Hassan and Mohamed at reception who were friendly and efficient, and so were the rest of the staff. I can't recommend this hotel enough, thanks...

Jerusalem, Mount Of Olives 🧭 Map
Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. We stayed here for 3 days and I barely slept due to uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway/rooms. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.
Glad we choose this hotel. Very nice, beautiful hotel.
Huge, clean and takes you a little back in time. Which we loved it.
Good location, easy public transport available to and fro the city. Taxi can very expensive.
But obviously staying close to the mosque is always better and convenient but this only if you cannot find booking anywhere near, you won't be disappointed.
Staff is good and helpful.
Breakfast...
Was there for a breakfast celebration. This hill top is not just historically important for the jewish people, it also has a view of the Temple Mount with panoramic vies if the old city amd modern extension of Jerusalem.
A great place centrally located. I want to mention the wonderful employee Elias. He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. And he did that while managing the entire front desk and guests. One of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced at a front desk! The hotel is really nice...
Awesome view. But the place is a little too expensive. There were efforts to make the interiors seem updated, but it still has a feel that the places is a little bit dated. The food is alright. It needs to improve the place behind the building because it still is very visible and looks like it hasnt been maintained well.
This place is awesome to stay....! Had a very pleasant experience there.. They too have very good staff..??

Nice cosy hotel, wonderful garden to hang out, great service, however breakfast was a mess. Not enough food, very slow to fill the buffet
We visited the restaurant only.
the food is wonderful, they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes.
The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.
A very nice hotel. I stayed there for one night and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend while staying in the Jerusalem area. The area looks to be a very Posh area, and therefore very safe. It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location...
Absolutely amazing hotel. Love the room, love stuff, love breakfast. Beautiful garden
Our family just stayed here for 5 nights in November. I have so many wonderful things to say! The staff was amazing. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating to us at all times. Yousef was just the sweetest, and we were SO glad to meet him.
The breakfast was amazing and my kids, and myself, tried many new things. The grounds were beautiful and lit up at night made it extra special. The room was very...
Beyond my expectations. Staff was accommodating, nice, efficient and proficient. They did extras like get our rooms ready early, offer my daughter sunglasses to borrow and lots of little kindnesses like that. Grounds are exquisite, restaurant is nice and shaded, rooms are big, breakfast is lovely. Steps away from restaurants and shops, easy walk to Mamilla and Jaffa Gate so in 30 minutes you can be...

An elegant hotel, from the lobby to the room we were staying in, i loved the design, colours, lights .. The staff were very nice, the bar was very good. Good drinks. There was a bartender called ‘nadim’, very professional. The food was good, with a lot of choices. I recommend..
Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.
I ordered 17 rooms for a celebration of “ Shabbat hatan “ what a great service of the workers at the hotel they fulfill all my needs, food was great, the pray halls was ordered for us , the pool was fantastic, room were clean and tidy , from the first call to staff it was so helpful and arranged
Very good experience, everything is good. Meets our expectations.
Ahmad, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. He was professional, courteous, and gracious.
Friendly staff, good buffet spread, clean rooms. Two thumbs up!
I stayed here with my mum for 9 nights. The room was clean, a good size and it had a fridge that we really appreciated as it's good to keep water cold as it's hot here. All the staff have been really helpful and always chatted away to us. We had brekfast every morning that was tasty, a good selection of food. We also had dinner a few nights too. Again, the food was varied and really tasty and it's...

Jerusalem, 234 Jaffa Street (Entrance from 17 Ha'Tsvi Street) 🧭 Map
Perfect location for exploring Jerusalem! Staff are really great and very helpful. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. You get a good night's sleep.
Hotel decor and rooms are a bit dated and need some refurb. Breakfast is not great and presentation is not good.
Hello travelers and others! The hotel is considered good. According to the photographs in the lobby, Arnold Schwarzenegger and other famous people visited the hotel. Very responsive staff. Delicious and smart cuisine. ) Beautiful facade of the building . The rooms are in my opinion in need of repair. Stand your ground and demand respect if you come here.
Regards
I was traveling as part of a ~60 people group.
As we arrived at the hotel, a big, beautifully framed "certified 4 star hotel" sign has greeted us. With the amazingly accessible location, I held my expectations high.
When I wanted to use the elevator, they worked in a weird way that I can't really explain.. I think that they worked by the order of when a button was pressed, in a way that you'll go...
A pretty good hotel, but with a few issues. The biggest is noise. The hotel gets a lot of Birthright tours staying there and the kids are really loud until weird hours of the night. I literally had a kid singing opera in the hallway outside my door at like 11:00 P.M. Very strange.
The service was pretty good, but also had a few issues, such as most of the staff speaking essentially no English despite...
A convienent accommodation with friendly staff and delicious meal options (even with the possibility of to go styrofoam container). The hair dryer is regular sized and works great! In some rooms there is a hidden kitchen section with sink, tea cups and minifridge. On the ground floor there is a piano and a gift shop. There is also a safe in the rooms. One star less for a bit of dust.
The hotel writes that she has a 4-star rating is actually 3 or less.
The rooms were small, each
Very often they forget to put towels in the bathroom have calls to the front Desk and get towels ..
There were days that he did not bring .
Breakfast and dinner is monotonous and weak
A big plus is in the centre
Bed was comfortable. Hotel could do with a face lift as it looks very old fashioned. I had a large room and very nice view. However there was blaring music playing from a store downstairs the entire night . I was on the 11th floor and could hear it.

We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel.
Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help.
Nothing is ever too much of a trouble.
We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so.
The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again.
Thank you 🙏 very much...
Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem. Room’s always clean and are a nice size.
Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again.
Adi was great! The rooms were very charming (we liked the special touches like the nostalgic hanging lamp in the room. It looked like one our Great Grandmothers would have).
The bed was a bit too firm & no wash clothes in the room. (It would have been nice to have coffee where they had the juice set up in the lobby, but this is probably a spoiled, American thing). A/c worked great!

Wonderful visit. Accommodations amazing. Staff helpful and went out of their way to show us where things were. Great for kids. They have a kids pool and gymboree. Definitely going back.
A gem of a hotel. Small but complete with lovely rooms, accomodating staff and lovely and spotlessly clean facilities. We all thoroughly enjoyed the charm and warmth of this hotel. It is our new favorite. In Jerusalem surrounded by trees and fresh air, close .".enough to things and yet far enough away to enjoy the feeling of being "our of the city
The Hotel is simply a Jewel in the hills of Jerusalem close enough to the city so you do not feel you out of touch and far enough away so you get a pastoral feel that provides a sort of biblical relaxation. The food , facilities and service are top notch and yet the prices and deals are way more reasonable than the standard luxury choices. The Hotel Manager and his executive team is personally involved...
Very family friendly for all ages. We had a lovely one night weekend stay. with our married children and their families ranging in age from 8 months to 25 years. The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the staff was very helpful and accomodating.
A beautiful hotel with excellent food and the best staff :) We stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast. The outdoor patio is breathtaking A pastoral surrounding with magnificent gardens The room is spacious and very comfortable.
Excellent customer service and very clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent and good range of hours for breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. At the end of my visit they ordered a taxi and the driver was very professional and friendly. I would stay here again. Thank you!

I would like to express my deep appriciation to the all stap of the ambassador hotel who met our needs Maya, Ibrahim, akhmad Aphiphi,Randa and Raed everything is great we will come back soon. Amiz Oz
Spending 20 days at the Ambassador Hotel in Jerusalem felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being gently folded into the rhythm of a city that whispers stories through stone. From the very first day, I was welcomed not just as a guest, but with a warmth and attentiveness that stayed constant throughout my entire stay. The staff are truly courteous, always smiling, always ready to help. But...
This is a hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I can only give my best commendation. Very good room service with food.
This was my third time staying here and I keep coming back because if the amazing service, great food, perfect location, and staff that are incredibly friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Jerusalem!
The staff was friendly and hospitable. Location was in a quiet area of town with a quick 30 min walk to the old city or 10 min cab ride. The patio had a stunning view of Jerusalem. Loved the fennel salads and soups!!!
The Ambassador Hotel hosted our rather large dig team for six weeks of archaeological field work. Their services were excellent, including the 4 am breakfast we needed before heading out at 5 am, and letting us raid the kitchen for ice and water to fill our jugs for the day's work. The food is excellent, the chef has a deft hand with herbs, and ever-hungry archaeologists were happy with the abundance...
