Jerusalem, 8 Zeev Vilnay 🧭 Map
polite staff at desk. Lady at breakfast desk did not allow me and my partner in for breakfast because it was fifteen minutes to ten, even though we had paid for bed and breakfast.
All we wanted was a coffee and croissant
I was very happy staying at the hotel
Standard of big hotels, large rooms, large swimming pool, very good breakfast…… very reasonable price 👍, I recommend this hotel 😊
Had an amazing stay
Old style rooms but very nice and comfortable very nice lounge
Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.
Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city.
It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly.
Location was near the civic centre...

Jerusalem Gardens Hotel And Spa
Jerusalem, 4 Ze'ev Vilnay Street, Kiryat Moshe 🧭 Map
Decent hotel considering the price and location. current renovations are beong carried out so some noise but we weren't able to stay in the newly renovated room unless we paid more. Very helpful and friendly reception and let us check in early which helped alot!
. Been around the world twice, talked to everyone once. Been to three world fairs and I even knew a man in Thailand with a wooden c***. I push more Peter, more sweeter, and more completer than any other Peter pusher around. I’m a hard bodied hairy chested rooting rooting parachuting double cap crimpin mf. The guy hotel was great
Great service and help when needed something brought to my room. I thought it was pretty clean and I enjoyed my time here and if I were to come back to Israel in the future I would stay here if I was staying in Jerusalem.
Overall only one of three keys worked for our room. Most of the time we had to run all over the place to figure out to get into the room and who had the right key. Wished we had more towels and a clean balcony
It is convenient because it is a short walk from the light rail station.
It was disappointing about the facilities in the room, such as there being no chair in the room and the handle of the hair dryer getting hot when used.
The quality of the breakfast buffet changed depending on the day, but the vegetables and fruits were fresh and delicious.
It was nice to be able to leave my luggage on the last...
We spent an adults only family weekend - sister and four brothers and three partners. The rooms were comfortable, the food was plentiful and good (not gourmet but good shabbat food). Instead of breakfast we had a third meal on Shabbat afternoon. We would highly recommend the hotel. Not expensive, well situated, plenty of parking and efficient staff

Jerusalem, 234 Jaffa Street (Entrance from 17 Ha'Tsvi Street) 🧭 Map
Hotel is conveniently located on the main Golders Green thoroughfare with plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A short walk to the tube station, and a short bus ride to the Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The room is well equipped for self-catering with everything you need as well as an iron and ironing board. I loved the shower, there is both a hand-held and a rain shower. The bed was comfortable...
An outdated hotel in a central location. The bed is uncomfortable, the towels have long passed their prime, and parking costs 100 ILS per day. There are much better options for a similar price. On a positive note, the staff is friendly.
Stunning stuff, very nice and pleasant lobby, surprisingly the guests as well 😁. We booked for one night spontaneously, fantastic location, Beautiful Israeli reach breakfast, 🍳, we couldn’t ask for more. High value for the money we paid. One last important thing, we have also (paid) car parking.
Quiet, comfortable, great location! Amazing individual attention, especially from Mary who made me feel like I am her only guest! Omar was also really good to us.Beautiful gardening ...no feeling of being next door to the Central Bus Station!
A clean hotel with all necessary amenities. Right next to the central bus station (you can travel up and down the length of israel) which boasts restaurants, clothing shops, pharmacy and bakery's, which were all very well priced . Mary at the desk was wonderful and assist us whenever necessary.
Perfect hotel!!! So clean, cute, and the food was delicious. The location is perfect too - right near everything you need like the train, busses, shuk, and more. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, if we ever needed anything they were there.

Staff extremely cordial and helpful.
Room nice, clean. Great view
Food very tasty
Excellent quality of service.
Impeccably clean
Welcoming and very attentive staff.
The location is perfect!
I highly recommend
Eliya Adi and Madlin were absolutely fabulous. The rooms are fabulous for one up to two people comfortably. The cleaner of the seventh floor was amazing .The location is stunning as far as being near the King David and other hotels and the gorgeous parks all around and first Station Shopping Mall. However for the train it's too far which kind of annoyed me but there are buses across the

We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel.
Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help.
Nothing is ever too much of a trouble.
We stayed half board and we’re extremely pleased to do so.
The food was particularly brilliant and would certainly return to this hotel whenever staying in Jerusalem again.
Thank you 🙏 very much...
Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem. Room’s always clean and are a nice size.
Adi at the front desk always has the biggest smile she is so helpful with all the guests adding to a most pleasant stay. I will definitely book again.
Adi was great! The rooms were very charming (we liked the special touches like the nostalgic hanging lamp in the room. It looked like one our Great Grandmothers would have).
The bed was a bit too firm & no wash clothes in the room. (It would have been nice to have coffee where they had the juice set up in the lobby, but this is probably a spoiled, American thing). A/c worked great!

Breakfast was very good. We didn’t have any other meals. The milk with the cereal should have been cold!

Jerusalem, Al Zahra Street 4 🧭 Map
Chill place in the city center with great food and service. Recommend.
Wonderful , helpful staff. Enjoyable stay. Great location. Close to shopping and sight seeing.
I stayed at the National Hotel Jerusalem for 2 nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is the biggest highlight — very close to Masjidil Aqsa and perfect for anyone visiting for worship or exploring the Old City. The neighborhood feels friendly, lively, and safe to walk around.
The hotel room is a bit old, but it was comfortable enough for my purpose since I came to visit Masjidil...
It's a nice place to spent your day off and there's a lot of store to buy some stuff.
Great service and clean room very good breakfast
We were a party of 4 who stayed at National Hotel in East Jerusalem on 9/20/2023. Great service from very friendly staff, Hayat and Sara. Amazing central location. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace with numerous delicious choices. Would recommend it highly to everyone who wishes to be within walking distance to all what East Jerusalem has to offer. Thank you National Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable...

Great place to stay helpful staff and nice and quiet walking distance to the marketplace and shops.
Me and my friends was at the restaurant not the hotel so the review is about the restaurant.
The food was very good and delicious.
The service was great.
I recommend it.
My review is for the hookah (Shisha) and not for the hotel.
There’s a small restaurant/ bar in front of the hotel (still inside the property) that has hookah.
Great smoke, great price (10 ILS = 11 USD in June 2023).
They closed at 11pm on Saturday night.
Special thanks to Ali in the reception for an excellent and professional customer services. Hotel food is generally ok but the food here is definitely one of the best I ever had in hotels.
Brilliant chef - good job
Location is very good, near Babb el Amood and the old city.
Breakfast is good enough.
Friendly staff.
Clean rooms.
Bathroom little bit small.
No free parking . ( 40 ₪ ) a day near by.

Price exclude vat apparently although i site said include.
Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. The hotel (apartment type) has the same facilities as a hotel, so I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast will be taken at a nearby hotel.
Booked through Hotwire, so that might be why, but the room we got DOES NOT look like any photos on Expedia. Super small, which is ok, but no window, it’s clouded out. Halls are dirty, room is clean enough. Location is great. Biggest thing- door actually fell apart, front desk looked and said sorry, they are fully booked and we’re only here for one night - but both Expedia and Hotwire had rooms.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Some of the staff were tremendously helpful. The room was large and spacious. There were a couple of minor problems, but we were very happy that the hotel management approached the issue with sensitivity. When we go to Jerusalem again, we would like to stay there. With love...
Location is good, walking distance from the old town entrance.
Room is very small and while it’s furnished with all basic necessities, it feel very crowded and suffocating.
Bathroom is just a tiny shower room with no window.
Hot water did it work - thankfully it was warm outside and could take cold showers.
Window in the room is just a tiny opening.
Staff is not at all accommodating. We needed to...
We found this hotel to be perfect for our short stay. The location is amazing and safe. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The front desk team was always there day and night; they were all very polite and courteous.

Excellent location, lovely stuff and great rooms.
Very recommended.
Good clean. But no staff to help after 6:00 pm
Perfect location, rooms in decent size, clean and nice. Staff is very helpful and informative, def recommend to stay at!!!
Room is nice; location is good.
no breakfast restaurant but tiny breakfast at 0830 at the room. for the price, i would expect a more serious breakfast. Cancellation rules are not flexible. Read before you book.
It was a nice place, though my house keys disappeared from my room while I was out. Not sure what that was all about.
It's near light rail train line, there are many options of restaurants and super markets in the area. The room is very spacious and well decorated. The staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful.

Boutique & Comfort in David's Village by FeelHome
Jerusalem, 37 Yismach Melech Street 🧭 Map
I love this hotel because it's very quiet & the clerk is very friendly. EXCELLENT shower & air conditioner. I took a small room but i really like it. The only con is there's no refrigerator or safe. I'd really recommend coming here 4 someone who's looking 4 an affordable hotel & likes a quiet place.
The location of Hotel is very nice. Place is quite and calm. Staff is very nice and helpful. You can visit old city and city center, its on walking distance. Rooms are quite ok, I was not very satisfied with the rooms, One of the god option to stay in Jerusalem.
polite staff, average breakfast, poor rooms, regular price..
Very nice and humble place, the crew was great and caring but not professional. Beds we're not comfortable at all.
It's a simple hotel, with a good price for its location. The employees are always nice and can speak in a very good english.
The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.
We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. Was quite and peaceful. The staff were great. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel. The only thing is missing is an elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

Mount Zion
Jerusalem, 17 Hebron Road 🧭 Map
Mount Zion Hotel derives its name from Mount Zion, which is a historic area near the Old City that features in the Bible. The hotel is a tourist class hotel, where prices are moderate. Hotels in Jerusalem are no longer cheap.
Probably the most beautiful hotel in Jerusalem, the architecture is very unique and interior design is absolutely stunning!
The have a nice standard swimming pool which like the rest of the hotel is covered in green vegetation and flowers. Also amazing landscaping.
Food was very nice, definitely above average for kosher hotels, and we experienced kind service.
All accounted for, I give this place...
This was a good hotel.
I visited it on holiday with my family. The rooms were nice and it was very convenient as a family to be given two adjoining rooms. The rooms were also pleasant and clean.
The service was fine and the breakfast that we had was delicious with lots of options however, when some options had been finished with still an hour remaining of breakfast wasn't replaced.
Our favourite feature...
We were first here 2.5 years ago and it is just as nice as then. Comfortable beds, great bathroom and lots of room. Lobby is really comfortable and the staff is first rate. The best part is the breakfast! So many great choices.
This hotel is ideally located for access to the Old city, with public transport within walking distance. There is a 24 hour supermarket and a leasure complex with many restaurants, pizza, pasta and burger bars and entertainment within 5 minutes walk.
The hotel itself is well maintained but dated. I personally loved it here. I had everything I needed. The A/C worked, constant hot water, with a clean...
Very nice. Great room with a great view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Could do with a bigger dinner menu.

We chose to take my son & his friends a total of 10 people to the Waldorf instead of David Citadel, for the Friday night meal, because the Waldorf offers waiter service. But that was a huge mistake. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen. He came by smiled & didn’t bring our food. He let us sit around & wait endlessly. When it came to desert he was gone for good. The head waiter asked us to move because...
The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful
They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals
So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing
From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options
Highly recommend
What a world-class experience!
The stay was fantastic, and the staff were amazing.
As we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshments at the restaurant "on the house".
Later, we received a botlle of champagne and a rich chocolate cake alongside macaroons, to the room for our celebration, again, free of charge and without us even requesting it - they know how to treat guests.
The room...
