Hotel Salus Terme in Abano Terme

Fantastically rude and aggressive staff. The first time I stayed here a waiter tried to physically shove me out of his way (while I was sat at the table!!!!). I’m not a complainer, but this was so aggressive, I felt I had to report to the manager. Second time I visit, he’s still there (really?), but I manage to avoid him. All is well until its time to leave when I’m presented with a drinks bill that’s full of stuff I didnt have (eg 40 euros of wine I didnt drink). When I say the bill is wrong, they ask me to tell them what I had (like I can remember every bottle of water I had over -l10 days). Anyway, I’m doing my best - even adding of things theyve missed as well as taking off what I hadn’t had. The barman then appears and starts agitating to add things to the bill that weren’t even there in the place. The receptionist and I agree an amount, I pay, and return to the bar to have a coffee with my friends. The barman then appears and starts shouting at me angrily, insisting I have cheated him and saying I can’t “just pay what I want”. Here’s the nub - I dont drink alcohol - so there’s mo doubt in mind the hotal were charging me for things I didnt have. Mistakes happen. But do I have to waste half an hour and then get shouted at ad a consequence? This hotel really needs to start setting some standards for how their staff treat their guests.

Between the lunch and dinner service the napkins are not changed (the waitress folds them with her hands .... the covid ????). And leaves the same and we use them to make silver cutlery.?
Spa area without herbal teas
Massage from 45 euros with background music "naughty radio" every 10 minutes information on accidents on the highway
Regular customers feel like masters in being able to give behavioral rules to new customers
The massage appointment manager was saying "surly" is too simplistic
Habitual customers who look at you from head to toe and judge you because they feel richer ... the list would be even longer but I prefer to stop here with the knowledge that my criticisms will hardly lead to an improvement
