Great size rooms, traditional Capri architecture and decor, friendly and helpful service. Yummy breakfast! Excellent location to town and the seaside. We loved our room with the terrace and sea view. We would stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Capri. only a few short minutes to get into the heart of Capri where all the shops and restaurants are located. Very romantic very beautiful setting perfect for couples or friends traveling.

Overall good experience but the hotel could use a renovation. The service was great, so can’t complain about that. The breakfast was OK. The location is a quick walk to food and shopping. For the price this is a good option but don’t expect it to be a five star hotel. Do not try to walk to the hotel from the port under any circumstance with luggage.

We stayed here 4 years ago for our honeymoon and had a pretty good stay. We decided to stay here again, but were sooo disappointed with the room that we actually left and stayed at a new hotel.
the room was objectively dirty and there was mold in the shower and scuff marks all over the walls. I don't think they cleaned the comforters in between guests and there were stains all over the sheet. the bed frame had hair under it too.
The porter was nice and friendly, but besides that the service was pretty awful. We lost 2k -- please please please do not stay here.

Wifi went out due to lightning strike during our stay. Was never fixed during our stay and not offered any amenities due to this inconvenience. In any hotel in my country it would be fixed be fixed in a day, I know because I am a tech for hotels.

We definitely wouldn't go back. The rooms were dirty. Our AC didn't work for the first 36 hours, they offered to put us in a smaller room, without discounting our rate, fortunately they finally figured out how to fix our AC. The "gym" is a bike, a treadmill, and a small bench, and the Spa is permanently closed. The breakfast was awful, the scrambled eggs were gray and gross. It does have a nice view and it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the Marina Grande restaurants, that's the only benefit to staying here, very disappointing overall.

Not 5 stars. Very nice people but won't return to this hotel. Pool sectioned of with rope and building is not is great condition. Close the the amazing beach, though.

Friendly staff, large room. If I have to be picky, for 500 euros per night I would have also expected slippers in the room as a courtesy kit!

Hostel level.very bad. The last drop was when someone of the staff knocked on my door, while I was naked in the room, and without waiting any response, enter and pick up an iron board that was given to me previously. They didn’t ring, just open the door and take whatever they wanted, not considering the costumer inside. I complained at the reception and to the director at the moment. Nothing was done to make it right. Just disgraceful.

Very overpriced hotel. Very Outdated, its like 3 stars hotel but they take 4 5 star hotel (compared to other hotels in Capri) . The gym is a joke. The breakfast was not good. Rooms are not satisfying
