Wow one of the most beautiful BB I've seen in Italy. It's a gem. Location is on the spot just a short walk from the old town. Parking is available which is a big plus. The owner is friendly and gave us excellent recomendations. Mostly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this Bed and Breakfast in Como. Perfect location near the old town and very close to the Lake. Giampi was a wonderful host and steered us to two of the best restaurants we could have imagined . . . both within walking distance in the cobbled streets of old town Como. We highly recommend his lovely place for a "at home" feel and unsurpassed service and attention.

This place was great and we felt so special and well treated. The steam room was OK and the salt room was very relaxing! The breakfast was really good and offers variety. The rooms and bathrooms smelled really good, were super clean and the beds were comfortable! We had a good night sleep! Location is also good and easy to find with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Staff are so welcoming and nice. Breakfast is great and as fresh as it ever can be. Room is so clean. Private and secured garage for the car. And then the famous terrace. OMG we loved it so much. It was a wonderful weekend. Definitely will rent it again.

We stayed in pink room, it was really clean and nice, bathroom was perfect, clean and shower was awesome. They were helpful and kind also there is opportunity that u can leave your staff there after check out and it is free. Location is good as well, for this price more than good , highly recommend.

I liked this place, we got the green room, with a little terrace, the view is a city view and the only inconvenient was that there was some people working with tools and it was quite noisy to open the window and the smell coming from the shower was not really nice. The bathroom was Wide and clean, with a lot of supplies. If you like to be around independently is good since the guy in the reception...

The perfect lunch spot, slightly tucked away but with the most breathtaking views of the lake, great drinks and delicious home-made Italian food. Reasonably priced and the couple running it are lovely. Would definitely return!

Walked 20 minutes up the mountain just to come to this restaurant. Website hours stated they were open, but the gate was locked when we got here. Keep your hours updated on Google maps at the very least! I have two stars because the view from around the restaurant is breathtaking and there are benches/seating to relax before we headed back. The view is beautiful overlooking Lake Como. The food and drinks are affordable, it was super busy because it was the only restaurant with a view that was open during the siesta. The food was nice, the wine and the cocktail was even better. The staff was also very nice.

10/10 vibes. Absolutely fantastic views. Honestly one of the best places to visit if you're going to Como. The only down side is that you need to take the funicolare to get up the mountain, unless you have a car or the stamina to walk up a 500 meter tall mountain. Will visit again!

I was so pleased to spend a bit of time over there. The owners are pieces of love. The place is marvelous, authentic and peaceful. I spent an entire afternoon listening music such as Billie Holiday 🥰 The best afternoon of my entire journey in Italy. Thanks guys !!

Popped in a couple of times whilst staying in Brunate to enjoy the fantastic view, friendly staff and a cold beer, lovely little spot, would recommend a visit if you have the chance.

Location as others have said is very convenient to the ferry, Cathedral, restaurants, main harbor and shopping. Air conditioned which is a plus. There is a musty mildew smell at first (guess to be expected with heat and humidity) but room is very clean. 20 minutes downhill walk from train station. Rough with luggage. Take bus back. Bus stop short walk by harbor.

Nice and clean property in a great location as everything you need on holiday such as train station, ferry, cafe/restaurants were in close proximity.

A little haven in the heart of Como Position, position, position, a little haven in the heart of Como, an excellent location within walking distance of Como San Giovani train station and close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The room was nice, clean and tidy with comfortable bed, pillows and a shower with good pressure. Communication for access was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised with the proximity to the piazza and ferry. The building was quaint and had all the amenities I needed. Check in and check out was easy and accommodating

Can't beat the location. I was without a car and opted against breakfast so I can't speak to that. It's a bit loud when sleeping with the window open. I didn't mind but I'm sure some will. Room was very clean! Wifi, even with extender, was spotty. I had to stand in the hallway of my room to do video call. Check-in, you will need to call the property in order for them to let you in. My friend and I enjoyed two nights here. The room was large and accommodating, and check-in was easy. The staff is not always on property but are easy to reach. A beautiful old apartment complex, with very high to the ceiling and generally a classy feeling to it. The room might be haunted but the ghosts are polite and not so scary (Italian ghosts) . All around a great stay.

Nice BnB with a very friendly owners. Our room was somewhat special - with a glasswall to the reception, covered bycurtains (still let some light in during the night...) and with a bathroom at another level (private barthroom and WC, in order to get there we had to use stairs). It was ok for us for one night, the other guests were quiet. There was a heater in the room and the bed was very comfortable...

We stayed here a few years ago, and would stay again if I'm in the area. The host were more than hospitable, and when out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible.

Basic but neat. Small and cozy. Perfect for transit but not with camper or caravan due to 4 km of narrow steep road to location.

Lovely place to stay in Como. Very close to the historic city centre but quiet and it has a stunning view into a private garden. The rooms of the urban villa are modernly renovated in style. Marco is a thoughtful host, he serves a very tasty Italian continental breakfast including freshly made croissants. Highly recommended!

This bead and breakfast is great! The service is wonderful with very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. It is very well located in downtown Como really close to the lake!
