Room is better than I expected with very comfy bed and kettle for coffee. The breakfast is one of the best I have tried in recent multiple trips in Italy. Above all staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Location is not the best as there are no shops around but is within a short driving distance but the Centre.

Very good hotel. Good breakfast and service. Bit away from bologna center, although there is a bus right outside the hotel. 30 mins reach bologna center with 10-15 walk.

Stayed at this hotel on a business road trip in Italy. I suppose the punchline is supposed to be “you get what you pay for” but even that isn’t really accurate because the price isn’t all that cheap.
Anyways, don’t let the photos fool you, this is NOT a four-star luxury hotel as Google might suggest but rather a road-side motel realistically about the same quality as a Best Western or La Quinta. It is literally built next to an empty construction lot.
The conference rooms are the biggest joke. It reminded me of kindergarten classroom, think mini plastic chairs crowded to the max. Really hard to describe in words and regrettably I forgot to take a picture of anything.
The staff really can’t be bothered to care. For unknown reasons, we got a handicap accessible room and told this was the room we selected. I booked through Agoda, so maybe that’s why.
The food was the worst thing I ate in 9 days in Italy. Some dishes were ok, the tagliatelle and other pasta dishes were all ok. But everyone universally agreed the steak was atrocious. Ironically, their restaurant is somehow priced like something you might find in an actual four-star hotel.

The hotel is located in a somewhat desolate area, and there is a construction site next to it. The transportation is convenient. Bus No. 25, which goes directly to the Central Railway Station, is right in front of the hotel. I was surprised to see the hotel when I got off the bus.
The receptionist was expressionless, and the facilities in the room were old, but they were equipped with a small refrigerator, a kettle, mineral water, etc. The hygiene was also good; the bed was a bit soft, but fortunately it was just for a nap...
The breakfast was a highlight, with many choices and self-service freshly squeezed orange juice

The room we booked was 40 square meters, but we were given 18 square meters. After we complained, they immediately changed the room rate and raised it on purpose, which seemed a bit fraudulent. With the help of the after-sales service staff of the Ctrip platform, we were compensated. Thank you Ctrip!

The rooms are good but little bit compact when there is a crib
I felt the sofa was unnecessary in the room.
We felt safe with our car here
It was parked for 5days during our stay and it was safe
There are security cameras in parking
But their was not watch staff on the premise as hotel is undergoing renovation
The bus stand is 50m from the hotel so it’s really good but the bus runs every half hour.
They staff had hairbands,earbuds and makeup remover tissues placed in the bathroom which was really thoughtful.
The lobby and dining staff is super friendly

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and made our trip even more memorable! The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. Special shoutout to Lucio, Gabriell, and Michael for their friendly and genuine hospitality. Their warmth, good conversation, and shared laughs added so much joy to our visit.
The food at the hotel was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Everything about our stay felt effortless and welcoming. Thank you for making our time in Bologna so special—we’ll definitely be back!
