stayed here for one night in the middle of june as a solo traveller. i stayed in the city view room, which was immaculate. there was a fan on when i arrived which kept it cool. there was a mini breakfast in the room and then more in the communal area that was free to use. Andrea the host replied fast to messages and everything was very well organised. this was an incredible value for money, and i will recommend to anyone who asks.

The place was quite new.
About 15-20mins walking from train station.
They prepared breakfast and coffee in the room.
Many mosquitoes in the room even in the bathroom.
The shower was weak.
Maybe it’s the last traveler, sadly we found bed bugs😖 Can’t sleep at the night 😩

The location of the hotel is very nice, in a safe neighborhood, very close to the center. I cannot say that the rooms were very clean, there were mosquitoes on the walls, some details in the bathroom were not great for my understanding of cleanliness. There was detailed explanation and interest in the introduction, and there was no problem with that. There is a common area where products such as crackers, cakes and fruit juice are available for breakfast.

Perfect access right from the start of the stay. Mrs. Andrea wrote us everything about check-in before arrival. There was no problem to agree on everything. Rooms beautiful and clean. The room was cleaned every day. There is everything you need in the common areas. The location is perfect a few minutes walk directly to the center of Florence. We really enjoyed it and I definitely recommend it.

5 minutes from the centre, loads of places to eat but facilities provided were great. Met a load of Aussies in a flat below so partied all day!!

Andrea was very attentive and kind from before our arrival. Very quiet and comfortable place, as well as beautiful, you feel at home. Comfortable bed and very clean room. In the common area there is practically everything, even a printer, a detail for all guests. Totally recommended place.

Right from the start, Mr. Andrea sent us a message asking us for the arrival time to facilitate check-in, he provided us via whatsapp with directions to easily reach and locate the hotel. Nice room, clean and tidy, possibility to have breakfast do it yourself with everything you need. We felt at home and kindness reigns supreme.
