The gym and pool are really nice. Room is s o spacious. Staff are helpful and their free laundry saved our long Europe trip. The vibe is good. The only thing is not exactly right in the city center but still managed to walk around 20 mins then you are at the most famous dome.
Quite nice hotel. Front desk is very friendly. Everything was fine. Room was decorated nicely. I would book this hotel in any city avaiable
Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view. However it’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Florence
Its a cool hotel concept with shared living and working spaces. We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel. Location itself is pretty good, not too far from everything, including the train station
Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze. Their breakfast is highly recommended! Their staffs are always helpful too!
The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

This was hands down my absolute favorite hotel of the entire Europe trip! It boasts a sophisticated, understated 'old money' charm. The location is superb, and for the price, staying in a hotel of this caliber felt like incredible value for money – I was extremely satisfied! It's conveniently located near both the train station and all the main attractions. Plus, the restaurant offers absolutely stunning...
Heritage hotel with lots of character. The garden room was really nice and spacious for Europe standards.
Excellent hôtel, the little balcony garden is terrific, decoration and hotel atmosphere is stunning  Highly recommended
Amazing hotel. Brilliant service. Brilliant location walking distance from everything
Very nice hotel with history, great location and reasonable price
Very good experience. The service is very good. The front desk staff is very friendly. Because we are on our honeymoon, they helped us upgrade to a suite. Although it is in the downtown area, the windows are three layers, so the room is very quiet. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are not old. The breakfast variety is not very large, but the quality is very good...

Hotel reception staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, AC was good, showers and restrooms were good. Bed was comfortable. 11 of us arrived after travelling from the states. There were adults and children 10 to 15. The first night we decided to eat at the hotel as we were tired, hungry and did not want to travel far. The hotel restaurant was excellent. They made accommodations for...
This was a fantastic hotel for our stay in Florence! The rooms are absolutely amazing and the location is perfect. Close to the center of the city but not too much so that it’s loud. They have ice cold water in the lobby, which is a blessing in Italy in the summer, and their patio garden is beautiful. They also were so sweet and surprised us with a bottle of champagne and cookies for our honeymoon...
Great location in terms of proximity to train station and historical centre. Breakfast was good and the staff who served coffee and drinks was very warm and friendly. Just the bathroom window was broken and was unable to be opened and the lid of kettle was broken as well. Other than these minor issues it was a comfortable stay.
Excellent experience on the hotel and spa side. The hotel itself has excellent staff who are hospitality minded and anticipate your needs. The dinner staff in the restaurant is the best there is. Your breakfast experience will vary from that. The staff is different.
We stayed as part of a group. The room we received was the SMALLEST room of the group. We were told that since it is a old building that has been converted into a Hotel that all the rooms were different. They offered us 2 other rooms that were only slightly larger. I understand the "European Standard" but the bedroom and bathroom were uncomfortably SMALL. No view. I would book elsewhere for my next...
What a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I will surely come back to Florence and stay at this hotel again, highly recommended!

We had a nice stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Florence Metropole. The executive lounge was definitely an added bonus! Just some small pointers that made this stay slightly disappointing. 1) parking costs 10 euro. now you might tell me, bro, 10 euro!!! that's nothing. And you might be right, but still, it just seems like a small way for this hotel to make another 10 euro per customer when the parking...
It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.
Dear DoubleTree by Hilton Florence Team, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful service during my recent stay. Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my...
We got a small hotel just outside Florence. We booked two rooms, one for me and one for my teens. The room was pretty big, and the bed was great, super comfy and cozy. The room and bathroom were clean too. Just a small thing, my kids' room (403) smelled really bad from the toilet, stinking up the whole room. But we called, and the guy came and took care of it. He cleaned it with some stuff and sprayed...
Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed but tea and coffee supplies were not replenished nor were the bathroom supplies. In one room the air conditioning was not working but was quickly rectified when reported. A very nice bar area but very understaffed for the number of residents. We would expect a hotel of this standard to have enthusiastic staff but they didn...
Excellent staff. Rooms are as expected; old and tiny. That is more of a Florence thing as it's a city built on top of several different era ruins from its past. I love it here and I'll come back here. I'm not quite sure about the Hilton Honors benefits though. I have been questioning whether it's worth it so far. Im planning on using my Amex card benefits more going forward

We spent four nights at this hotel celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this hotel made our visit to Florence! The hotel is quiet and situated in beautiful gardens with a pool. This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast. The highlight though were the staff who without exception were happy to help in any way possible. Very child friendly too.
What a great experience. My son and I traveled to Tuscany back in May 2025 and Park Palace was our first stop. What a great start to our vacation. The staff was excellent, with Sabina being there for us every day and the lovely Elena ensured that we were completely comfortable. Hello from Mary and Nicola Toronto Canada 🇨🇦
We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. We loved this place. Rooms were amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was just out of the city to feel like the Tuscany countryside but close enough to walk.
Wonderful 19th century Renaissance style villa - excellently maintained, with antique and elegant furniture, spacious rooms, beautiful garden and a swimming pool. It is a bit remote, but it’s perfect for those who appreciate a quiet and beautiful location. This hotel was amazing! The service was impeccable. It was also extremely kid friendly. Upon arrival they gave my daughter a bunny stuffed animal as a gift. They also had the crib set up in our room with a baby bath toiletry kit! I would love to stay here again!!
Fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Maria Novella! We were surprised with an upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite — the only room with a balcony overlooking the square. Nice hotel with helpful staff.
Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the train station. Fairly decorated rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend to include your breakfast, also a plus. There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel if you need, which is also very convenient. Plenty of dining options steps away, I would recommend the Maso, which has an extensive variety with reasonable prices.
Overall satisfactory. Counter service took a little longer waiting to check-in for room readiness. Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min. We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour.
We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. We arrived early and was allowed to check into our room! Bonus. It was around a 12 minute easy walk from the train station which makes travel convenient. The hotel is very nice and centrally located. It’s walking distance from everything. The room was very nice. The hotel manager took care of us personally! The hotel has an excellent breakfast. It was included! We loved it! A little gem in the middle of Florence.
The hotel is located right around the corner from the train station. The entrance is beyond a gate, which I find safer. The hotel is clean. The rooms are big. Good ac. Found CNN in English. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Included breakfast has many options and is delicious and fresh.
Perfectly located within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions and plenty of excellent restaurants, this hotel makes exploring the city easy. We booked this place because it was close to the Duomo and it was pretty easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, they were very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed. Their breakfast each morning is excellent - the best we had in Italy. Restaurants and gelato were nearby - and we had an American king-sized bed (which you can't always find in Italy)
7 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, 4 person rooms are very clean, toilet and bathroom were newly built. We stayed with breakfast included, breakfast varieties are not very wide but it was enough for us. It is a great advantage to be within walking distance to the center and places to visit. We were satisfied as a family. Full price performance hotel.
I think the room is good, the hot water for the bath can be a little hotter. The service staff is very enthusiastic, and breakfast is in a high-end restaurant next door. There is a girl at the front desk who looks like Sophie Marceau 😍, which shocked me deeply.
I think this is more of a 4.5 Star review. The hotel was great, with friendly staff and easy to find. Valet service was stress free. The hotels location is great, walking distance to most of the local sites of the city. Only downside was that the rooms can be a little noisey, with the ability to hear other rooms through the ventilation in the bathroom. Not a major issue but just made the hotel feel...
The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Duomo, train station, and a lot of other sights. Breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was updated. I feel it needs new hallway carpet and some touch ups here and there. This would not keep me from going again. We stayed there two years in a row.
The receptionist who checked us in was very kind and helpful - as it was our first time visiting Florence, he provided us with a map showing all the key attractions, and marked out a route on the map for us to follow to begin exploring the city. The location is in walking distance of the train station and downtown shops. The staff was very attentive to our needs....
Really nice business hotel with very spacious rooms. The lobby has a coffee machine that guests can utilise as there's no kettle or coffee in the rooms. The staff are courteous and were quick to ensure our stay was trouble-free.
Very nice hotel. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, abundant breakfast. You have free coffee and tea all day. Small complaint that water is charged. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. A little work on the bathroom.
The room was a bit noisy because of the tramway line in front of the hotel. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast excellent with quality food. Located near the train station.

It's very good. The room is big and well decorated. The location is not very central. But Florence is so small. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to reach major attractions. Compared with other five-star hotels that cost 6,000 yuan, it is really good.
Wonderful hotel, top-level services, very kind and helpful staff ready to fulfill every possible request and information. Very spacious, very clean and welcoming rooms. Amazing restaurant and breakfast service. The reception service is top, everyone is very good, especially Mr. Paolo, always very attentive to making guests feel at home. COMPLIMENTS
I had the pleasure of staying for a work conference at the Columbus..
