Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. Great rooftop pool and bar. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it. For couples in their 40s+, either get the biggest suite they have or stay elsewhere. If your 20’s-30’s, you’ll LOVE this place!

Great hotel. The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well. Room was nice. the shower was awesome. Very wet and humid in Venice when we were there. NO Room AC was not something we expected. Made the visit not as nice as we would have liked. stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful

We enjoyed the Nilhotel. It was very clean, felt secure, and the staff was very nice. We stayed for one night. The hotel informed us they weren't open on the weekend. Cleanish hotel, ample parking, however the walls are thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Lord have mercy on him . Also there are no outlets by the bed for overnight phone charging or to plug in cpap Machines etc.

It is a nice place after you figure out how everything works in the room. Not very intuitive use of simple things like the toilet room's door knob and other things (I won't spoil it to you guys. We had such a lovely time during our stay at Torre Guelfa! Large and spacious room, and very warm. Awesome hotel at a convenient spot. The fact that you can walk to most of the touristic places and avoid any disruption due to closed streets for cars thanks to a parking lot next door is extremely convenient. Hotel is a brilliant location for everything you want to do in Florence. The staff are so helpful and will accommodate your every need. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious every morning. Really impressed and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Florence.

Stayed with my wife for our honeymoon. Hotel staff were brilliant, and left a nice honeymoon gift on the room too. The bed was probably the best one I've ever slept on when away from home, and the location is very central.

Excellent location for a first-time stay in Florence. An 11-minute walk from the train station and close to major attractions on either side of the river. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was impeccable and breakfast was plentiful. I met some businessmen who have been staying here twice a year for 20+ years, and I can see why. Will stay again.

I like the high room temperature in this hotel. Esp in winter, it’s crucial to stay warm and comfy. I don’t like that there’s no kettle in the rooms. To use boiled water (for drinking or tea), you have to pay 1.00 euro per fill. For a 4-star hotel, it’s a bit disappointing. If the electricity system in the old building can’t handle kettles, then offer hot water downstairs for free.

Spend an involuntary night here because BA can’t manage their booking! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was boxy but functional. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, better than some more expensive hotels. Food was mediocre. Location is poor but you could get the tram into town.
