Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. Great rooftop pool and bar. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it. For couples in their 40s+, either get the biggest suite they have or stay elsewhere. If your 20’s-30’s, you’ll LOVE this place!

Great hotel. The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well. The dryers that were ‘functioning’ did not dry anything so we had to get out in Florence to find another laundry service that we paid for and took 1-2 hours of our time. I would recommend...

Room was nice. the shower was awesome. Very wet and humid in Venice when we were there. NO Room AC was not something we expected. Made the visit not as nice as we would have liked. I guess the Italian government mandated the AC restrictions on October 14 across the board. Not the hotels fault by any means, just would have been nice to have been informed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Adler Cavalieri. The entire staff is welcoming and gracious. The generous breakfast buffet gave us a nutritious quick start to our day. Ten years ago we might have walked to every attraction we visited, but now we rely on taxis, and the desk staff always procured the rides for us. We enjoyed an hour at the spa.

Room & bed were great and location is excellent, just 10min from the Cathedral. Breakfast was a mess as we had to wait 15min before we could order, not sure if it was covid related as they seemed understaffed but that was less professional. Don't have drinks in the lobby, a tiny beer costs 5euro, the same one in the bar across the street is 2euro and has a nicer terrace.

stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful

We enjoyed the Nilhotel. It was very clean, felt secure, and the staff was very nice. We stayed for one night. The hotel informed us they weren't open on the weekend. Cleanish hotel, ample parking, however the walls are thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Lord have mercy on him . Also there are no outlets by the bed for overnight phone charging or to plug in cpap Machines etc.

It is a nice place after you figure out how everything works in the room. Not very intuitive use of simple things like the toilet room's door knob and other things (I won't spoil it to you guys. We had such a lovely time during our stay at Torre Guelfa! Large and spacious room, and very warm. The fact that you can walk to most of the touristic places and avoid any disruption due to closed streets for cars thanks to a parking lot next door is extremely convenient. Excellent hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, polite and trained staff. A beautiful pool, fun activities for our children and more, all accompanied by good cocktails. In particular, I thank the receptionist, Rita, for recommending a guide in Renaissance dress who accompanied us on a pleasant tour of the historical center of Florence.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. We arrived early and was allowed to check into our room! Bonus. It was around a 12 minute easy walk from the train station which makes travel convenient. From the hotel, every “tourist” attraction was a short 20 min walk away with many places to check out on the way. Front desk assisted with a map and directions around the city. This hotel was nice but the reception staff are not terribly helpful to myself or others from what I saw. They seem almost bothered when asked to call a taxi for us on a few occasions (something other hotels had no problem doing for us). A good location - close but a block or 2 away from the bustle, which helps with the price. The quad room for the family was brilliant and better than expected. However, the best thing was the concierge service from Antonella was awesome. She advised us on amazing places to visit from coffee shops, sandwich shops , and of course amazing restaurants. We stayed here two nights. The breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. We felt truly welcome here. The rooms were comfortable. Our room had hard floors which was really appreciated. Everything was very clean.

Breakfast buffet was very poor for a four star hotel. I was there on my birthday and couldn’t enjoy any of it. They serve those fake eggs and meat and cheese very low quality. They had packaged ramen noodles and call that Asian breakfast. I will be going outside the hotel to eat for the rest of my stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. Three person junior suite was very large and had a wonderful courtyard view. The morning breakfast was perfect for starting the day and the woman taking care of breakfast was truly lovely. She was all smiles for everyone every morning.

Good location close to a lot of attractions. Friendly staff, the receptionist spoke English fluently which is a plus for us. Also they seem to also speak other languages other than Italian which is a plus.
