Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and right smack in the middle of Florence. Easy access to all attractions. Friendly and professional service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and way above average. Aria rooftop bar is magical. Great cocktail program.
My wife and I and other family members were fortunate enough to have spent a few days in Florence on holiday at this wonderful hotel. We were all very impressed with the hotel including the rooms, the service and best breakfast we ever had. All people at the hotel were so very helpful and pleasant. The rooftop bar was a real treat with the wonderful view and again excellent service. We look forward...
This hotel was absolutely lovely. It is well located near the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, etc. It is decorated beautifully. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are nice, but some may be on the smaller side. It may be worth asking about that when making a reservation. The beds are very comfortable. There is a lovely rooftop patio where you can dine and enjoy the amazing city...
We stayed here at the end of our trip and wish we had a longer time here. The room, location, and staff were nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views can’t be topped. The concierge, Michele, was a highlight of our trip! He was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and helping book excursions. Dimitri, the bar manager, was amazing as well. We miss this hotel so...
The hotel did not disappoint… the accommodations and location were excellent! Everyone was welcoming and helpful especially the concierge Cecilia who assisted with dinner recommendations and reservations along with securing an itinerary and travel amongst the cities in Tuscany. Made our trip more enjoyable and stress free.
We thought the Firenze Palazzo Gaddi was one of the very best hotels in the world. Everything about it was exceptional. When we arrived we were given such a wonderfully warm, special reception. The staff are all amazing, helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spotless with the most comfortable beds of any hotel we have ever visited. And the Presidential Suite has to be the most...

Amazing Roof top bar ..amazing service and professionalism from the girls ...amazing view and amazing wind 🌬️🌬️🌬️🌬️ overall as experience ...amazing
Mi fiancé and I really liked it because the staff was truly friendly and the pool was like a hidden gem in the center of Florence. Breakfast was awesome, they do a great job here.
Nice hotel. Very good location, everything interesting is in 5 to 10min walking distance. Nice pool in the backyard, few shade seating places thought. But perfect for hot days. The hotel is old and would need some renewal but overall its ok. Rooms are nice, ours was spread on 2 floors. Parking is expensive (25-35 € per day) but they pick up and bring the car to the hotel entrance. Breakfast was sufficient...
Location and restaurant is great, the room not so much, but then again you are not travelling to Florence to stay in the room that much. The roof top terrace is beautiful!
A lovely hotel in a quiet location ,the rooms are large and bright, wonderful kitchen,at the reception there are two girls from Ukraine,an outdoor pool,a children's indoor and working.Yaya was in October 2017.

Great location, only 15min walk to Ponte Vecchio. Beautiful rooms, lovely garden and great service. Dog friendly! We stayed for 1 night in 7/2022
Beautiful & clean room. We left before the start of breakfast — our to-go breakfast boxes were already ready by the time we came downstairs and our taxi was waiting for us. Grazie for the great service Horto Convento staff :)
We had a wonderful stay! The location provides easy access to everything we wanted to do but was also a quiet oasis. The staff is lovely!
Stayed here for three nights. Absolute hidden gem and very aesthetically pleasing property. Rooms were clean, with excellent facilities. Open buffet breakfast included in the price. HUDA and RAHA were amazing and made us feel like VIPs. Only downside I could think of is that the rooms aren’t well sound-proofed (due to the fact that it is a very historical building).
This is a lovely hotel in the hip area of the city. There are many wine bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The room is quite spacious except the bathroom that was really compact. Our room had a beautiful view of the pool, trees and the big compound wall covered with foliage. Since it's an old convent the building structure looked very charming. You can see the beautiful roof...

What an amazing stay ! Thanks so much Mirko and Valentina for your help on the whole journey. My friend & I stayed at this VERY central hotel last week, and have had super help from the team. It’s clean, central, nice breakfast & smiling team. Definitely recommending It :)
A very lovely hotel (part of the RoomMate chain) and well located for all the sights. It is about 20 minutes walk from the main train station, 10 from the Central Market and 20 from the Duomo. The hotel is stylish and the staff are friendly and helpful and speak a range of languages. Some of the rooms on the 3rd floor have a view of the Duomo etc. Worth asking for one. Breakfast served until 12
Room & bed were great and location is excellent, just 10min from the Cathedral. Breakfast was a mess as we had to wait 15min before we could order, not sure if it was covid related as they seemed understaffed but that was less professional. Don't have drinks in the lobby, a tiny beer costs 5euro, the same one in the bar across the street is 2euro and has a nicer terrace.
My mom and I did a two-week trip throughout Italy during the second half of January and our experience at this hotel was by far the best. It’s location is walking distance to everything we wanted to see and not close enough to the center of all the attractions where noise and pedestrian traffic would be a nuisance. While the rooms and everything were excellent as one could hope for and expect from...

Love this hotel and would book again in a heartbeat. The rooms are fantastic and the decor unforgettable. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Very convenient to train station, attractions and restaurants.
Beautiful hotel with a great location!
Amazing hotel, beautiful design, rooms are cosy and trendy, location is great, bear the central station and the mercato centrale, would come again here
Nice hotel in general. Super good location. Nice breakfast

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just the bed and pillows were very very bad. Thinnest pillow Ive ever seen and the mattress was horrible. But the room was large and clean.
Vintage Room is clean, and updated bathroom. I don't like that it is noisy especially with no sound proof from outside be it from the small street or the corridor of our room. Not for light sleeper. There are lots of mosquitoes, which they provided the electric insect repellent that helps abit. Guess it depends on the season of the time. Location is 10min walk to the train station. Convenient access...
Traveling with kids, the spacious rooms was quite welcoming. AC was working great. Great location to all the popular places around, was only about a 15 min walk to most places we went out it. Train station super close by.
The Junior Suite where I stayed with my two children was clean and spacious, which was a welcome relief in the 36-degree heat of early August. The air conditioning proved to be a real plus, allowing us to escape the sweltering outdoor temperatures and relax comfortably in our room. The hotel's walkable location also made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like the Duomo and the statue of...
We loved this hotel! The staff were really nice and kind. It is near Santa Maria Novella and the train station and like 15 min walk from Santa Maria del Fiori. You can have the most amazing pasta across the street in Osteria Pastella.
What a gorgeous hotel. There is no better way to experience Florence than by staying in an actual 500-year-old palace! The building is luxurious; the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Florence at Relais Uffizi! It was truly a wonderful room, great breakfast and sitting area, and most of all the accommodating staff. This hotel is a gem. Finding it is a bit tricky, since it is located down a side alley where cars are unable to fit. The place itself is very cozy, and the staff is friendly. This hotel is in a prime location and offers fair prices for your stay. All the main sights are walkable and less than a 20-minute walk away. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable
This was by far my favorite hotel during our trip to Italy. We got a room with outdoor seating (not really a 'balcony' per se), the bed was large and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was AMAZING as there was a lot of options to choose from - croissants, cheeses, meats, fruits, toasts, all kinds of breakfast pastries, etc. etc.! The cocktail bar was also amazing too - though kind of pricey...
Everything was excellent. Starting from the *exceptional* reception, to the attention from the staff at all points, including trying to fix some issues my mother in law had with her mobility problems. Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. Great rooftop pool and bar. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it. For couples in their 40s+, either get the biggest suite they have or stay elsewhere. If your 20’s-30’s, you’ll LOVE this place!
Great hotel. The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well. The dryers that were ‘functioning’ did not dry anything so we had to get out in Florence to find another laundry service that we paid for and took 1-2 hours of our time. I would recommend...

The location is in a seedy part of Florence and the rooms are tiny with hardly any room to get comfortable...
