Florence, Viale Spartaco Lavagnini 70 - 72 🧭 Map
Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. Great rooftop pool and bar. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it. For couples in their 40s+, either get the biggest suite they have or stay elsewhere. If your 20’s-30’s, you’ll LOVE this place!
Great hotel. The pool and lobby were great places to hang out.
Two negative points:
- the bed was really hard
- they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well. The dryers that were ‘functioning’ did not dry anything so we had to get out in Florence to find another laundry service that we paid for and took 1-2 hours of our time.
I would recommend...
Amazing hotel! Super friendly staff and amazing facilities. The roof top pool and bar was offers a stunning view of Florence. We got an incredible experience for very reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent brand for shampoo and body balm. The ceiling was tall so it feels very spacious. Definitely will come back!
Very nice hotel, there's a lot going on. the room was clean, except for the bed sheet which had a blood stain. the staff is friendly, the only maintenance is very slow. they were supposed to come in 10 minutes, but realistically it took him a good hour to come and look at the electrical problem in the room. very nice view on the terrace with the pool. good cocktails and very friendly service. the journey...
This hotel is a wonderful choice for a comfortable stay, with a great vibe throughout. One of the highlights is the stunning rooftop lounge and pool area, offering breathtaking views of the city. There’s also a lovely café with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and the service is excellent.
Hotel provides washing and drying machines, which is incredibly convenient. There are quiet...
I stayed here for three nights and was having an amazing time. Appreciate all the staff's efforts in creating such a friendly vibe! The room, the gym, the laundry system, and the rooftop bar are all fabulous. The WiFi connection is great for digital nomads, and the co-working space is super cozy. I specifically appreciate the eco-friendly design everywhere, including the showers. I will miss this beautiful...

It is excellent hotel! 10/10
The staff was very nice, the room was extra clean, way to Firence center is so easy!
stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful
The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center. Upon arrival when I asked if there were any upgrades available, they had already upgraded our room which included a great view from the 14th floor and access to the Concierge level with snacks. We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes...
Really clean public areas and nice, friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is located a bit outside the center, near the airport and they have a free shuttle bus into the center. A clean hotel and friendly staff.
Fantastic (distant) views of the whole of Florence, including the Duomo etc. Great facilities and high quality of service, as to be expected from Hilton, I love this hotel! If you are not compelled to stay in the centre of Florence, this is the place to choose.

This truly is a 5-star hotel, exceeding expectations in every way. The property is stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The service was exceptional, with staff demonstrating genuine kindness. The hotel's location is ideal. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond with thoughtful surprises and gestures. Highly recommended.
One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. The Christmas decorations made me feel like a little kid loved it 😍 everything was a walkable distance from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely book again 👍🏻
We enjoyed a FANTASTIC seven night stay at this hotel over the Christmas period. The hotel retains all the splendour of the original family's palace residence, complemented by friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season and was perfect for exploring the magic of Florence. Highly recommended!
One of the best places we have stayed and the best for our trip to Italy. Conveniently located to the bus station and many of the attractions in Florence. The staff was top notch. Note that in the winter the balcony is closed but you can still access it, just no staff or bar attendant. I give them extra points for the holiday decorations! Oh yeah and the breakfast was amazing everyday.
I stayed at this beautiful hotel in Florence two years ago, and my experience was absolutely unforgettable. Upon check-in, the receptionist, Francesco, warmly welcomed me and went above and beyond by upgrading my room. The room itself was impressively spacious, more than I could have imagined, and filled with high-quality amenities that truly enhanced my stay. Every detail was well thought out, with...
Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and right smack in the middle of Florence. Easy access to all attractions. Friendly and professional service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and way above average. Aria rooftop bar is magical. Great cocktail program.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but wandered in off the square to take a look around. A beautiful mix of modern amenities and ancient ruins, the lobby desk is adorned with 2 massive chandeliers and there are plenty of small quiet spaces to sit with windows overlooking the cathedral (and free wifi!).
Excellent location - walking distance from the train station and most prominent attractions. Professional, friendly, English-speaking staff. Outstanding breakfast with a beautiful view (be sure to go on the terrace). Great service for the room. Lovely traditional decor throughout the hotel. The staff made a repair in our room with no issues or questions. Having such a great hotel room to return to...
Absolutely beautiful hotel close to the sights. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space and complimentary water, soft drink and tea/coffee plus milk sachets. The breakfast room on the 5 th floor has fantastic views and lovely food. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my Italian holiday. I definitely will stay here again!
This place feels special from the moment you walk in. It had a delightful terrace with some of the best views in town where you can have drinks at night and breakfast in the morning. They also have a top floor restaurant which we didn’t try but looked quite sharp. The room had everything we needed and more, and the photographs inside the hotel were loaded with history and beauty. It will make your...
My wife and I were super excited checking into the hotel… It was extremely nice, and though the room is dark (as I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews), it has an old-world charm that we both thought was great… Not at all a negative. The vast majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is nothing short of excellent… You are steps away from a large train station, and in the opposite...
Amazing hotel and an even better staff! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. From the front desk, housekeepers, bellmen, and restaurant/bar staff! Views from the roof top were spectacular, and the buffet breakfast was very good! Conveniently in walking distance to the train station and to downtown Florence.

The location was near the train station. Staff were very nice and helpful. And the room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed to stay this hotel.
Pros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night.
Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect.
Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain.

It's very nice to stay and hope to re-visit :)
The staff is so helpful n professional. The location is good, easy to assess from the Florence Santa Maria Novella station, to nice restaurants, to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. As a whole, the inside of the hotel is beautiful.
Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was pretty large with beautiful design and large bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent in in a beautiful dining room. one minute to rich train station.
Just try to avoid walking to Fiume-Nazionale intersection through Fiume. there are garbage cans at the intersection and sometimes smells bad.
Conveniently located near the train station and a short walk to the city center. As part of a Collette travel group, I was split from my small group due to the hotels to buildings. My initial room on the top floor of the main build had unexpected stairs as soon as you opened the door, which I almost tripped down and only a skylight – no window – which made me feel claustrophobic and dizzy. Very close to the train station, and everything else, everything worth seeing is within a walkable distance! Very cozy and clean rooms and great service! Highly recommend!
Cannot find fault with this hotel. The staff are wonderful and helped with booking tickets to museums twice for us. We also had €30 off bar bill or spa treatment. Lovely surroundings in the courtyard. Breakfast was lovely...
The staff was excellent and very welcoming. The breakfast was pretty good and the waiter was super. The room was really clean. However, don't plan on having a decent shower - the water temperature varies, even when you don't touch it and if you do try to adjust it, you don't know what you will get. Such a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. The view on the rooftop was just incredible.. I seen other reviews about how the rooftop is packed but October was a perfect month, it was pretty much empty The! The staff were very kind, overall a great hotel

The rooftop pool and bar are a very nice addition which you should definitely take into account. I would, without a doubt, recommend this hotel to friends/family.
The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop pool bar and seating area was great. Florence, Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 4/ A 🧭 Map
Awesome hotel at a convenient spot. The fact that you can walk to most of the touristic places and avoid any disruption due to closed streets for cars thanks to a parking lot next door is extremely convenient. Also the staff is highly supportive and helpful, Claudia, Simona, July and Francesca made our stay feel like home.
I would give five stars, if there wasn't the shower :/
While the bathroom is big, clean and nice, the shower just doesn't keep a steady temperature. So without touching anything, it goes from warm to burning hot intermittently.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged to stay at. Just a few steps from Florence city center, NH hotel is an amazing place, with clean and well presented rooms and high quality of service. Front desk was extremely efficient, hospitable and helpful. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay when in Florence. Close to all downtown attractions with large rooms (our even had the balcony with beautiful view) and great all inclusive breakfast (separate charge) and very friendly staff. Got with Amex Platinum hotel credit to use toward dining, etc. Location is one tram stop away from Florence main rail station which is a plus. A block away from the river!
Excellent hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, polite and trained staff. A beautiful pool, fun activities for our children and more, all accompanied by good cocktails. In particular, I thank the receptionist, Rita, for recommending a guide in Renaissance dress who accompanied us on a pleasant tour of the historical center of Florence.

Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the train station. Fairly decorated rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend to include your breakfast, also a plus. Overall satisfactory.

Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min.
We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour.
We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. We arrived early and was allowed to check into our room! Bonus. It was around a 12 minute easy walk from the train station which makes travel convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Adler Cavalieri. The entire staff is welcoming and gracious. The generous breakfast buffet gave us a nutritious quick start to our day. The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want in a hotel. The neighborhood was very enjoyable and the jazz bistro restaurant next-door was also very good. I recommend this hotel highly.
