Where to stay in Florence

The gym and pool are really nice. Room is s o spacious. Staff are helpful and their free laundry saved our long Europe trip. The vibe is good. The only thing is not exactly right in the city center but still managed to walk around 20 mins then you are at the most famous dome.

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view. However it’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Florence

Its a cool hotel concept with shared living and working spaces. We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel. Location itself is pretty good, not too far from everything, including the train station

Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze. Their breakfast is highly recommended! Their staffs are always helpful too!

The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

Excellent staff. Rooms are as expected; old and tiny. That is more of a Florence thing as it's a city built on top of several different era ruins from its past. I love it here and I'll come back here. I'm not quite sure about the Hilton Honors benefits though. I have been questioning whether it's worth it so far. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation. Half of the entrance was sealed, the lobby became smaller, and the rooftop restaurant with a view was closed. It looks like this project will take more than a year to complete.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but wandered in off the square to take a look around. A beautiful mix of modern amenities and ancient ruins, the lobby desk is adorned with 2 massive chandeliers and there are plenty of small quiet spaces to sit with windows overlooking the cathedral (and free wifi!).

Absolutely beautiful hotel close to the sights. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space and complimentary water, soft drink and tea/coffee plus milk sachets. Service was outstanding…staff was very kind, concierge team were TOP….but the property doesn’t merit the cost. We got an upgrade, but when you cannot sleep, size of the room doesn’t really matter… Mattress is not “five star” (but the rates are), the noise outside means you take an afternoon nap and the AC cannot cool the room on a hot summer day. I would not stay here again. Not for me.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is luxurious, clean and beautiful and about 10 minutes from the city center. It was nice to be away from all the craziness and away from all the people in crowds at this beautiful hotel. Great location in terms of proximity to train station and historical centre. Breakfast was good and the staff who served coffee and drinks was very warm and friendly. Just the bathroom window was broken and was unable to be opened and the lid of kettle was broken as well. Other than these minor issues it was a comfortable stay.

Awesome hotel at a convenient spot. The fact that you can walk to most of the touristic places and avoid any disruption due to closed streets for cars thanks to a parking lot next door is extremely convenient. Also the staff is highly supportive and helpful, Claudia, Simona, July and Francesca made our stay feel like home.

I would give five stars, if there wasn't the shower :/ While the bathroom is big, clean and nice, the shower just doesn't keep a steady temperature. So without touching anything, it goes from warm to burning hot intermittently.

Close to all downtown attractions with large rooms (our even had the balcony with beautiful view) and great all inclusive breakfast (separate charge) and very friendly staff. Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the train station. Fairly decorated rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend to include your breakfast, also a plus. There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel if you need, which is also very convenient. Plenty of dining options steps away, I would recommend the Maso, which has an extensive variety with reasonable prices.

Overall satisfactory. Counter service took a little longer waiting to check-in for room readiness. Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min. We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. We arrived early and was allowed to check into our room! Bonus. It was around a 12 minute easy walk from the train station which makes travel convenient. Love this hotel❤️ The room i was given was spacious ,clean,bright and has great essentials, they had extra pillows in the closet also many drawers for storage.
