Florence, viale Spartaco Lavagnini, 70 – 72 🧭 Map
The gym and pool are really nice. Room is s o spacious. Staff are helpful and their free laundry saved our long Europe trip.
The vibe is good. The only thing is not exactly right in the city center but still managed to walk around 20 mins then you are at the most famous dome.
Quite nice hotel. Front desk is very friendly. Everything was fine. Room was decorated nicely. I would book this hotel in any city avaiable
Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view. However it’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Florence
Its a cool hotel concept with shared living and working spaces. We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel. Location itself is pretty good, not too far from everything, including the train station
Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze. Their breakfast is highly recommended! Their staffs are always helpful too!
The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

This hotel is absolutely a 5-star for us. Nice location(minutes walk to city center), great breakfast, very helpful staff with Italian hospitality(special thanks to Silvia at the reception), and most important - great value for money. Strongly recommend
Perfect little place for a good nights rest - slightly loud from the people upstairs. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner. Most of the staff are wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing 😍
Convenient location, walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast has a lot of food, but the quality is average. It is a tourist hotel with a large bus every day, mostly American and Japanese guests. The room is super small, just enough for sleeping. The rooms in old city hotels in Europe are all very small, but at this price, don't complain.
Hotel: Clean
Location: About 20 minutes walk to the tourist center
Everything else is good, but such a big hotel still charges parking fees
Very classic Italian hotel, well-equipped, very good breakfast, several freshly squeezed juices. Only 10 minutes walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. Highly recommended.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence
Florence, Via Giovanni Agnelli 33 🧭 Map
Hotel was pretty old, location is pretty bad, items far away from the center, and there is not even a sidewalk to go to the bus stop. the room had a old TV, with only 10 or so channels available. Mini bar didn't work. They served buffet for breakfast , it was really good , lots of variety including a bunch of desserts.
It was a good hotel, however I did not like the breakfast at all. For a 4 star hotel, you cannot just offer eggs and 2 types of sausages. No fruits at all and only one variaty of bred. How come? There were some sweets but I never eat them for breakfast. Then, I read that they offered a shuttle bus to the downtown, but I was informed that not anymore. The room looked great, but the bed was not comfortable...
Nice stay. Quietly. Good breakfast. My concern feel high humidity inside. Gym alike.
Warm in the summertime as the air conditioning figuratively blows.
The rooms are nice and the service friendly. The location is bad: getting there with a car is tricky (we missed the poorly marked exit twice in two days) and on foot very risky (you have to walk 400 meters on a fast street with no sidewalk, with cars racing very close to you). The showers have low water pressure but temperature is ok-ish). Breakfast was passable. For a conference hotel of this category...
Local suitable for business conference. Personal preparaato and friendly. Far from the station, taxi (very expensive)

Nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. But not that close to the city center.
Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left.
It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to.
Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.
The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre and bus service and the tram are also quite a distance
The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.
Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.
Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several tour buses ).
Overall clean. Layout seems like it’s been previously used as hospital. Clean and sterile. View of an industrial area. Far from centre 45min bus ride. Best way to town with train in 4min. Most thing supplied in room. Missing kettles and cups for hot teas and coffee. Good breakfast
The hotel is great. Room is spacious. Plenty of parking slot. I’d suggest to drive here because there’s not much public transportation nearby.

We had a nice stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Florence Metropole. The executive lounge was definitely an added bonus!
Just some small pointers that made this stay slightly disappointing.
1) parking costs 10 euro. now you might tell me, bro, 10 euro!!! that's nothing. And you might be right, but still, it just seems like a small way for this hotel to make another 10 euro per customer when the parking...
It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.
Dear DoubleTree by Hilton Florence Team,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful service during my recent stay.
Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free.
The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my...
We got a small hotel just outside Florence. We booked two rooms, one for me and one for my teens.
The room was pretty big, and the bed was great, super comfy and cozy. The room and bathroom were clean too.
Just a small thing, my kids' room (403) smelled really bad from the toilet, stinking up the whole room. But we called, and the guy came and took care of it. He cleaned it with some stuff and sprayed...
Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed but tea and coffee supplies were not replenished nor were the bathroom supplies. In one room the air conditioning was not working but was quickly rectified when reported.
A very nice bar area but very understaffed for the number of residents. We would expect a hotel of this standard to have enthusiastic staff but they didn...
Excellent staff. Rooms are as expected; old and tiny. That is more of a Florence thing as it's a city built on top of several different era ruins from its past. I love it here and I'll come back here.
I'm not quite sure about the Hilton Honors benefits though. I have been questioning whether it's worth it so far. Im planning on using my Amex card benefits more going forward

Our stay in Florence was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to Constanza at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with warmth and grace that instantly made us feel at home. Constanza’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out every single day. She anticipated our needs before we even asked and handled everything with such care and compassion—it’s rare...
It’s a great hotel. Of course we were upgraded ($$$) to one of the riverfront balcony penthouses , which are fit for a king. There is not a better room in Florence, if that’s what you seeking. A highlight of the hotel is location, the rooftop bar and restaurant are unique and beautiful. we were shown the other king rooms and they were nice.
Service and all respects in the hotel is extremely professional...
5 stars all around!
from the first day I emailed the hotel about making sure both my rooms were adjoining, the staff was on the ball.
even after getting my Reward upgrade they still made sure the rooms were adjoining.
We walked from the train station to the hotel and the staff saw us coming down the street with luggage, they did not walk, they ran to us to help. It was an Unbelievable welcoming and...
I celebrated my birthday at this rooftop, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff were so kind and professional, and they even surprised us, which made the day extra special. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly educated and well-mannered team — 1000% yes from me! Can’t wait to come back.
Beautiful hotel on the river! The age and beauty of the furnishings alone were worth the stay, but the view from our balcony was gorgeous! Roof top bar offered amazing views and excellent craft cocktails. Location was perfect for walking to all restaurants and historic sites. We never had to take a taxi anywhere. Excellent hôtel, the little balcony garden is terrific, decoration and hotel atmosphere is stunning

Amazing hotel. Brilliant service. Brilliant location walking distance from everything
Very nice hotel with history, great location and reasonable price
Very good experience. The service is very good. The front desk staff is very friendly. Because we are on our honeymoon, they helped us upgrade to a suite. Although it is in the downtown area, the windows are three layers, so the room is very quiet. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are not old. I love that this place is away from the city center. Just bummed I didn’t know we can play tennis and padel for free at CIRCOLO DEL TENNIS FIRENZE! I would have brought my tennis racket and my tennis whites… next time.
The hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Since we were three, the couch was converted into a bed, and I slept well there.
The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and appeared to be made on-site. A coffee maker and electric kettle were provided, along with complimentary water, which was appreciated.
A few suggestions:
The shower-tub combination could be unsafe for older guests or those with balance...
This hotel is very cost-effective, highly recommended, and the location is also very good
Very good, the location is very convenient
Nice and spacious hotel. Breakfast is delicious. Clean and nice employees except just one. He did help me open my suitcase because I lost the key to my lock when I was out and about but he repeatedly called me stupid in italian which was mean but hey at least he opened my suitcase!
It is within a 10-minute walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella Station, and if you take the tram from Santa Maria Novella and get off two stops later, it's less than a minute's walk from there. There are also bus stops nearby for the C2 and C3 lines to the city, which was very convenient.

For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti.

Not a cheap hotel...
The reception is very good service mind and very helpful. The room is clean and much bigger than the normal room in Florence.
Will definitely come back again.
Nice service, important places in walking distance. Hotel staff very helpful. Lots of art also in the hotel.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. The hotel is centrally located, so ideal for lots of walking to the main sights in Firenze and within a 10 minute walk from the train station.
Unfortunately, the room we had didn't have any view apart from some rooftops. However, we were out most of the time enjoying the food, drinks, and sights of the cobbled streets of the town.
I can't say enough great things about this hotel. First, the location is wonderful. You can walk nearly anywhere you want to go within 20 minutes, but all the major sights are no more than 10-15. There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful! Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked. It's a good value for money for a business trip, but it feels a bit old
Overall, the hotel facilities were satisfactory. However, the location was far from the city center, and there were no convenience facilities such as a mart or restaurants nearby, so it was inconvenient to use. There is a bus to the city center, and the bus stop was close to the hotel. There is a free outdoor parking lot, and 10 euros is required to use the underground parking lot.
I personally feel that this price is very cost-effective, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by bus. It feels great to have breakfast by the swimming pool every day.
Because we traveled there by car, this hotel has ample parking space, but it takes about 20 minutes to take a bus to the city center. In other aspects, the hotel is not bad.

The beds are extremely hard, like really hard. The room amenities are good better than NH Central Rome and the overall room was better as well. Right next to the US consulate so that was nice to see. Rooftop was closed :/ Bar servers could be a little more friendly and attentive.
Great location. Helpful staff. Great modern clean room. Breakfast was very average. Had a constant challenge to get milk and coffee replaced every day! The swimming pool was closed and this was not made obvious at time of booking and felt misled. No room iron?!

Traveling alone with my 11-year-old son, our overall stay was quite pleasant. With a busy itinerary daily, my priorities for a room were a large bed, quietness, no strange smells, a convenient shower, and the ability to wash small items (like shorts and socks). This room largely fit the bill. The downsides were the weak shower pressure and a sink that wasn't practical for washing my son's socks. On...
good location and service, but lack of facilities.
The bathroom design was poor, little place to separate clean and dirty clothes, the water flow was week, and the shower door cannot be closed tightly

Closed to nearby attractions by walking distance. The room space might be a bit small, however i got a room with balcony at 6th floor. I enjoyed my stay here and not hesitate for a return in future.

Generally comfortable with complimentary drinks and nice coffee machine. Location is excellent.
