We had an amazing long stay here. The staff was helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers looking to spend time in the historic city center. The position of this place is in the centre of the city and you can reach by foot every single museum or church of Florence. Just finished our stay. Room was spacious but the service was a let down. Fridge was broken and we asked twice why our air con wasn’t working. Seems that reception control the AC. Breakfast was very basic. We left our room on do not disturb but came back from a walk to see the cleaner in the room when it was not requested. The Hotel Loggiato dei Serviti is a delightful and special hotel in a great location. What a treat. I'm not really a hotel type person, opting more for Air BnBs and less expensive options but I came across this hotel in an article I found online and thought, why not! The views from the terrace and the atmosphere did not disappoint.We had generous discounts from the bar through their 'social media share' incentive scheme and the prices were pretty reasonable anyway - cheaper than anywhere...

Great location, hotel felt traditionally Italian. The rooms were clean and spacious with huge windows, the building is truly amazing. The terrace has great views and you are able to enjoy breakfast or drinks with a view. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
