Good hotel to stay in Florence outskirts. I would recommend it.
staff is very kind. i feel always the italian hotel furniture location is not adjusted to humanface. this time, shower box is so tight, so i cant bend down to grab the soap on tje floor. if italian feel nice, its no problem.
Convenient for the location for those interested in staying overnight in that area. Unfortunately the cleanliness and space are not two characteristics that distinguish the rooms.
comfortable room even though the hotel is dated would need some work for improvement ,the staff are very friendly and very helpful, meals good, and simon the manager of the restaurant very nice and kind always ready to a joke to put the guest at ease beautiful, the room facilities is very plentiful and a wide choice
The shower in my room was semirotta...the structure of the hotel is a Little old but that depends on your tastes, one thing that kia has given it a bit annoying is that dinner in the restaurant I ordered a dish with another customer and I received the meta in comparison to other customer. overall it's not bad...
Comparing quality and price is very good. It has Wi-Fi, private parking and the breakfast very varied. To go alone or with children. Eye for those who do not go by car because it is away from the center.

Very close to the railway station and plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The staff are helpful, and the rooms are clean, though the shower pressure is not great.
i mean it quite goood about the venue, just nearby the train station and fierenze atcaully is a walkable to all famous spot, but for sure the breakfast is nahhhhhh.
Very near train station, decent breakfast with sufficient spread of food
The botel is at the best location near train station within a few minutes walk. Rooms are spacious and organized. I was upgraded to a double bed room but actually there is some issue with the aircon system for the room that I cannot adjust cooler temperature and must follow next doors for heater instead. I found out when I returned to my room at night. The staff helped me change to another room quickly
Breakfast selections were very limited and the exact same items on all 3 days we had breakfast. Cut fruits were not fresh but from the can, and toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. Especially struggled in the bathroom as there's no space to place your own toiletries in the shower area (if you're one who uses your own shampoo/conditioner). The hot milk at breakfast was nice though.
Location is superb. Breakfast very basic that you could choose to opt out unless its free.

Beautiful place, really enjoyed staying there. Great location nearby everything you need, very attentive staff. Only issue was when the man who brought our luggage that was stored with them he dropped it hard on the floor so could’ve damaged fragile stuff inside the bags. But everyone was kind and helpful. Beautiful view from the room, mainly in the toilet room with the view to the Duomo.
Friendly and supporting staff, good quality rooms, nice view, good location to city centre. The only issue was the noise in the morning due to construction. Other than that, was a nice experience.
What a perfect experience for the first time in Italy ! Nestled in the heart of Florence, its proximity to all the wonders allows you to explore with just your feet, losing yourself in a maze of alleys, each one as beautiful as the next. The welcome was excellent, we never encountered any difficulties, from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception staff, as well as the Rooftop staff, were...
The hotel rooms and facilities were a bit dated, and the cleanliness was only average. Breakfast was pretty standard, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite poor. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, and the 6th-floor terrace bar offered fantastic views.
Everything was absolutely perfect! 👍 It's the closest option to the train station, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Florence. It was surprisingly quiet – much quieter than I expected given its proximity to the station.
Extremely close to the train station, the surrounding area is also quite lively, and with police patrolling day and night, it feels very safe. There's a rooftop terrace that offers beautiful nighttime views of the iconic dome. The only drawback is that the facilities are quite outdated.

The hotel has a great location with good service, and it's close to major attractions. However, the rooms are a bit dimly lit, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. Thankfully, the bathroom has been renovated with a proper wet/dry separation. One thing to note: after taking the elevator to the guest floors, there are still a few steps to climb—so it might not be the best choice for those with mobility...
It was exactly as you expect 3star hotel to be, a bit worn out, but has it's charm. my room was simple, but tidy. Main inconvenience was the bathroom, although clean, it has two downsides: 1) the shower is quite small and when you get inside the curtain is always sticking to you. 2) the toilet flash was broken, never worked on the first try - I had to press many-many times to flush it. It didn't ruin...
Very convenient location and nice staff. Breakfast is ok even if the organisation and product choice could be improved. The room was simple but ok and clean
Nice place, excellent location, happy breakfast totally recommended
Location and service is great, especially hostess, but breakfast is really poor and hotel is too old, everything looks so worn out
Room were small, difficult to open big suitcases. However location is exceptional and very try convenient
Pompei ruins and dining within walking distance You could eat off the floors, even in the hallways. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, night when we arrived and the next morning.

Charming hotel, quietly located near the city center. Accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious. The staff is charming. Having breakfast in the garden is a real delight.
Great hotel in Florence! 24hr front desk, great breakfast with plenty of options, beautiful green space in the interior, plus nice sized room. Right by a bus stop and park. Mile walk to the Uffizi gallery.
This place is clean with good location, security and breakfast. The clerk was helpful. Only issue was with mosquitoes. There is a bus to the Central train station but it's walking distance anyways. Everything in Florence is also walking duy
Good day, this is one of the best hotel that we stayed in, from the Amazing and Beautiful structure going to the best service coming from Mr. Adriane at the reception and the owner is very Accommodating, our is one of the best in that hotel and the breakfast outside the garden is WoW
The hotel has a lot of charm and the rooms are all unique. It’s in a great location and is close to excellent restaurants and main attractions. There’s a beautiful garden courtyard and staff was friendly. Adrian, who runs the front desk over night, was definitely the highlight of our stay. We were there with a school group and he looked out for our students overnight. He was super friendly and gave...
We stayed here for five nights while visiting Florence. The hotel is in a good location with a vast array of restaurants nearby, we particularly liked Il Vegano nearby which was terrific value and great food. ( we are not related to the owners of Il Vegano, we just liked it). There’s also a Carrefour mini market not far away which came in handy for supplies. Great location right next to a tram station and not far from SMN. Bus stop that takes you to piazzale Michangelo is also around the corner. Great hotel, I'm happy to return to it during my holidays
Very minute rooms and smaller than japan standards… breakfast was good though. Location walking to city centre. Just a hideout away from noise.
I only stayed one night, but it was a hotel I wanted to stay at for several nights! The hotel was a little far from the city center, so I had to walk or take public transportation to get anywhere, but the road was flat, so moving my suitcase around wasn't too difficult. The room was very clean and spacious, which made me excited. I had no trouble spreading out my suitcase and it didn't get in the way...
The hotel was not chosen in the very center, but near tram and bus stops (100-150 m). Three stars. The room overlooked the courtyard, which was great, since the hotel is next to the road. It was quiet, there was coffee and tea in the room, a kettle. A refrigerator that maintained 15 degrees. A little better than nothing. it is around 6 minutes walk from the tram station. around the property there is nothing much to do. the room is spacious but quite old. for how expensive accommodation in Italy. You had to trade convenient with cost. it is still a decent stay.
Very very nice location! The end of the line from vila costanza. No need to worry about transport
The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.
Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.
Excellent location clean and tidy hotel friendly and helpful staff close to coffee shop Kebab and pizza restaurant and the Conad City supermarket which has practically every item you need
It's a bit far from the city center, but still quite convenient and offers excellent value for money. We stayed for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. Free luggage storage was also available.

We spent four nights at this hotel celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this hotel made our visit to Florence! The hotel is quiet and situated in beautiful gardens with a pool. This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast. The highlight though were the staff who without exception were happy to help in any way possible. Very child friendly too.
What a great experience. My son and I traveled to Tuscany back in May 2025 and Park Palace was our first stop. What a great start to our vacation. The staff was excellent, with Sabina being there for us every day and the lovely Elena ensured that we were completely comfortable. Hello from Mary and Nicola Toronto Canada 🇨🇦
We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. We loved this place. Rooms were amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was just out of the city to feel like the Tuscany countryside but close enough to walk.

Strategically well located, within 3-5 minutes from the Firenze station. With lots food options at reasonably and budget priced. Location is convenient to get to almost all the scene spots by walk, however the service is not optimal! We reserved a room with double beds which it was organized and not helpful to solve the issue. My friend had to find another room eventually!

Good location, near train station Good service Good breakfast
Very close to attractions and train station, the room is large and comfortable, the only downside is that you have to walk up half a flight of stairs before you can get to the elevator
It should have been renovated in recent years, but it is still quite old. The breakfast was very bad and unpalatable, the ham was moldy, so I didn't go there the next day. The best location you can get in Florence! ♥️ just don’t book the rooms in the innermost part bcos there is no wifi. The best room is 107 for solo travelers like me 😊
It was just so-so, and the price was a bit high.
The bathroom was leaking, and the air conditioning was terrible.
It's like a guesthouse at a domestic train station... extremely basic. The elevator smelled musty, the bathroom was tiny, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's not very convenient to drag your suitcase to the station either... The blankets weren't even properly covered.
The location is good; the train station and several other major attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The room is small, and the towel rack is too high.
The location is not bad, as it's just 10 minutes from the train station and right in front of the market. There's an elevator and a water purifier, so you can get both cold and hot water.

Pretty Nice place, I found quietness. The hotel is very clean, great hospitality, didn’t find any problem connecting to the WiFi. I will recommend you & for sure will come back later. Thanks
Decent hotel with 24/7 front desk located in the 3 Rd floor of the building. There is a small elevator in the building. The staffs are helpful. The breakfast was ok, not great.
The room was clean, the bed was OK and the breakfast was decent. BUT the rooms were not sound isolated at all, from 6 am people were closing the door and it sounded like the door of our room was open. The bathroom was extremely extremely small and made taking a shower a horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Decent hotel for a short stay in Florence. Good value for money. Perhaps I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay due to lack of comfort and noisy location. Mio Hotel, which we chose online for our six-day Italy trip to visit Florence, was the right choice in terms of ease of access to the city.
