Florence, 9 Dei Conti Street 🧭 Map
This hotel is clean, new, and has a cool funky/artsy vibe. And the location can’t be beat. There are cheaper options available, but I would still highly recommend this place
TLDR: A beautiful curated hotel with extremely attentive staff and nice rooms. I stayed in the junior suite and all I can say it was incredibly nice and I would stay again when I revisit Florence
For the spa I'd recommend you go during your stay! In general a wonderful boutique hotel I'd say more 4 star than 5 star. In terms of any let downs there really wasn't anything barring VERY SMALL elements i
Nothing seemed too much trouble and I felt the hotel staff were genuinely happy to help. I never go back to the same hotel twice but on this occasion, I will make an exception to my usual rule
I’m not sure where to even start. Everything was done with excellent attention to detail. The staff and reception are incredibly helpful, and always willing to find solutions to your problems
The staff were very attentive and clarified items quite quickly even offering drinks for a while when we entered during the 35+ degree weather and the included breakfast was very nice

He took the time to learn about us and our preferences. Upon our arrival, we were greeted like family and Sergio and the front desk team made sure every day things were going as planned and we were enjoying ourselves
My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Brunelleschi while traveling through Italy for our honeymoon. We could not have been treated better by the wonderful staff at this beautiful Florentine property
We stay at high end 4 and 5 star hotels all of the time while traveling, so we usually have certain expectations when it comes to service by the staff as well as maintenance of the property and this place did not let us down
The roads are TINY and the crowds of people regularly walk in the streets as if they were one big sidewalk, so plan on taking your time getting there once in Florence and be careful making the tightest turns of your life
Excellent 4 night stay at this hotel. 10 stars for me!!!! It's in walking distance to everything, it is so modern and elegant but also has lots of history in the main hotel, their customer service and staff was amazing
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Perfect location- close to everything but in a quiet area. The hotel experience was the best we’ve ever had compared to other 4 & 5 star hotels throughout the world

Florence, 66 Via Niccolò Paganini 🧭 Map
A cozy little hotel that has a few shortcomings but is otherwise ideal for visiting Florence. Much better than I expected it to be. The room was clean and the bathroom quite big. The staff are friendly and helpful
And the shortcomings you ask? It is a bit complicated to get to the hotel from the side street as there are many one way streets. Neither Google maps nor my car's navigation got it right
You can park on the street or in the nearby garage which will cost you 8 € a day. The tram takes you directly to the old town. I am a very slight sleeper and I slept like a baby here
I recommend approaching from Via S. Donato and turning left at the IP gas station. The view from our window was terrible, but we didn't really care for it
I can honestly recomend you this hotel. Very kind staff especially mrs Aida. She helped us with organising some things after a long ride. Anna's guys
Very good!!! Clean tighty rooms!! Extremely kindly and helpful stuff!!!Very good breakfast!! I recommend for sure💪💪

Both room and bathroom were very clean and new
Very friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Very nicely located in the city, near the river, in a quiet area, but very close on foot to Duomo and the rest of the sightseeing sites
great location to get everywhere and come back if you want to drop off any of your shopping or use your own bathroom or just put up your feet before continuing your adventures
Very good service; the attention to customers is tailored to the individual needs. We had to leave a day early and ahead of the hotel's breakfast, which is a good gesture
This well located (Florence is small) and you can go many places on foot. The rooms are relatively large, and we believe that there is a good relationship price/quality
A fantastic hotel near the center of Florence ! The service is very good and the rooms are large and confortable!

Florence, Viale Michelangiolo 78 🧭 Map
There is a shuttle service to the centre and back for those who do not wish to walk. It costs around 8€ to get from the hotel to the city center The room is spacious, clean, and feels very authentic
From the moment we had arrived, we were smitten by very helpful (travel agency did not make our reservation clear), knowledgeable (thanks for all the recommendations from where to go and where to eat as a family) and ultimately extremely caring staff
Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Classy hotel with a great view of florence. The hotel has a stunning garden and terrace, some of the room balconies overlook that space
Note that the hotel area is serene and quiet, not suitable if you're looking for a wild time The hotel is right outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet close enough to walk to the center
The breakfast has amazing ingredients and that was a treat every morning I was looking forward to. Then the hotel restaurant is five star. The dishes we had were both creative good portions and delicious
Finally the staff is awesome very friendly, eager to help. The shuttle service to Florence is nice. Very nearby you have the michelangiolo plaza from which you have even better views of Florence

it was clean and tidy and the cleaner was lovely. I am sure it was a family run hotel. nothing was too much trouble the staff/ owners made you feel you were welcome and not a problem
We spent two nights here for a quick view of Florence. close to the Santa Maria Novella train station we came in at and all the sights of the Historic Centre were within comfortable walking distance
the price for four nights was incredibly reasonable given it's location and large open balcony and terrace. it was quiet during the night. it is old fashioned but is quaint and charming
Breakfast had everything we needed. coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. The terrace was nice to sit out and relax on but note that it opens at 9:00 AM and breakfast is 7:30-9:30
we were checked in with no fuss. no computer a lovely old ledger. the hotel flows beautifully to a mezzanine lounge area. we had a room adjacent to the lovely balcony on the first floor which is open to 23
00 if you fancy a take away pizza and bottle of wine available in the hotel at far cheaper prices than most bars in Florence. there were no fussy rules and regulations. there was a free safe in the room

The staff were friendly and answered many questions without us feeling we were an annoyance, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful which we used to have in the lovely courtyard with the resident pigeon for company
It is in a great location, on a quiet street but within two minutes walking we were in a busy place, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing without ever being too far from the hotel
Myself and my teenage nephew enjoyed a few days in beautiful Florence and we stayed at this lovely hotel for our stay
I would love to stay there again
A beautiful comfortable hotel with excellent service. Safe parking for our classic car. Easy walking to the favourite sites in Florence. We were only there one night 1st May 2019 but memorable
Centrally located which makes visiting the city easy. The staff was fantastic! They suggested places to eat that were more local than tourist which was nice

The hotel is cheap, clean, well located and the staff friendly
Very nice hotel in the heart of Florence. The breakfasts were absolutely great. Inside a beautiful but smaller garden. Elevator available as well as paid valet parking. I highly recommend a stay for just one day
Hotel continental breakfast was the other best experience in this hotel as there is plenty of delicious items you could wonder (do not expect hot eggs) with the pretty view of the city
The hotel was right in the centre. It was well equipped, new air-condition was convenient in hot days, bed is so comfortable that I claim it was my best sleep in hotel ever
As the hotel is right in the centre you can explore all the main venues within minutes of walk. Reception staff was friendly and can organise secured parking for you too
Great value for money! Breakfast is above expectation, savory and sweet food, fruits and good coffee too. Highly recommend it!

Cool hotel in an old building.
Beautiful Place 💓💓✌
I needed a place because of a problem with another booking somewhere else in Florence. I found fantastic and helpful staff, the price was extremely cheap (I was given a triple room for 50 euros)

Clean, cheap, close to the centre, the room is large and functional bathroom, private parking and helpful staff, good breakfast.
The lady serving the breakfast she had an eye for my husband who has celiac disease by providing packaged products. Inside parking excellent solution for those travelling by car
A 15-minute walk from the centre of Florence. Great for families with children. Quadruple room spacious and comfortable
We've been good! Excellent solution quality for the price!
Nice place. Great breakfast. Close to city center.

Hotel a few steps from the main attractions, the room clean and well maintained. Personal available.
Also had their A/C turned off because apparently it got cool at night so they just said to open the windows. But mosquitos would enter if I did that, so I found that suggestion weird. But a nice stay for a great price!
The rooms were fine , the beds firm and the linen fresh and lovely. Breakfast not a vast choice but perfectly adequate and enjoyable. Reception staff very helpful and the young lady was charming
Fresh towels daily, and in a wonderful old building. Showers could use some anti mildew cleaning. Short walk to train station and short walk to any tourist attraction
My wife and I together with two friends stayed here for four nights on the 20th April. We had two large rooms overlooking the square at the front of the hotel
The location of the hotel was excellent , a quiet oasis to return to after a busy day site seeing in the City. Thank you team we will return

Staff is so friendly and inviting. We had a chat with tha girl and the boy at the reception, both very nice. Room was big enough for thee without feeling crowded and had AC, which is a must in the hot summer
The staff is friendly and very helpful, trying to accommodate guests needs the best way they can. Parking space is available pretty much everywhere around the address, although not always free
The breakfast served soft bread to toast, croissants, flavoured yoghurt, milk, musli, cereals and some cheese, ham and sweet marmelades. Definitely OK if you are vegetarian but not for vegans
I little thin on the vegetable side but for the prise we where very happy with it The walk to train and city was only about 25 minutes. We strongly recommend to anyone! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
The hotel is relatively not expensive and in a convenient position relative to the city centre and railway stations, within 20-30m on foot
Bathroom clean (although a bit much chlorine for our taste). Nice beds, extra pillows and blankets, TV and fridge in the room

The first room was huge ( maybe 100 m including the bathroom) The views were amazing ! The second room was the tower. If you are a sporty person you are in for a treat. There are 126 steps to get to the tower room
Its not in the city, and walking is not a great option, but the view, the staff, the atmosphere, and the overall unique experience of staying here more than makes up for being outside of the city
Amazing hotel / castle experience :) The pictures available online don’t show the full scale of how grand and majestic this place is! You feel as if you are back in time, leaving in a castle
All I can say is that the welcome, the hospitality, the extraordinary view of Florence , the relaxing peace and silence truly deserve a 10! Thank you Ana, the owner-manager, and her team
We loved it ! 😁 You can walk to the city center (aprox 25 min) on a beautiful road surrounded by tall medieval walls. A place worth visiting again and again :)
As the property is on top of a hill, the views of Florence are amazing from any angle you look from! The inside of the hotel gives you a museum experience

I loved staying here and if I'm coming back to Florence one day, this will be the first place I check the room availability.
For me its amazing, very big room, large washing rooms, 2 heater, room was warm, with balcony. Washing room is nice, balcony give you amazing time with coffe at the morning
Only the that enteranc of the hotel will disappoint you as its not hotel enteranc, rather than is its amazing. For price, it worth mise even
Strategic location near everything, big and clean rooms, a fantastic all day bistro in the same building, but l'll not come again, as it's very difficult to sleep at nights due to the high temperature in rooms even there are a/c, but centraly controlled keeping the temperature higher than 27-28 C

The team at breakfast worked well together and there was always someone able to answer questions at reception. The staff went above and beyond to make out stay comfortable. Thanks for everything, The Fell family
Room cleaning was performed everyday by the staff, towels were changed. Breakfast was fresh and you could choose from a variety of products, from omelettes up to cereals or gluten free products
Good coffee to start your day. We loved the fact that the hotel was situated so close to the city center and all the main attractions, and in the same time close to the train station
The room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. 5) was oriented to the interior yard and this was perfect because it was so quiet and cozy
We stayed for five nights and the hotel felt like a second home. The staff were accommodating and worked quickly
great price, great location and terrific staff. Frescoes on the ceilings! Ultra-modern baths

Fisnik, one of the hotel staff replied and checked out the rates for courier service and sent me the relevant form to fill out so that he could send the charger back to me in Denmark, where I lived
It was such a relief to get my charger back again and I am so thankful for Fisnik who has simply been most helpful, fantastic and service oriented
I found the price too expensive and suggested that he just use the ordinary mail and he promptly did that
There was a distinct sewage smell throughout the entire hotel during our stay and there seemed to be a problem with the toilet running constantly. Great places to go for food all around the hotel
I stayed in Hotel Byron for 3 nights in late May 2014. When I left the hotel, I left my mobile phone charger in the room. I emailed the hotel the next day to inform them about the situation
from the reviews posted on the site, there are negative reviews honestly, I was worried then instead considering the price and that we are in florence for the two days that I was in this hotel not I and sorry certainly you can improve for the rest and very convenient being close to the station s

A Great place to stay, friendly staff (they speak English and Spanish), close to the center 15 minutes walking to The Duomo and 10 minutes ride from Stazione SMN, they have a gran variety of pastry for breakfast, and the room for 3 was comfy
Rooms are cleaned really well while you are out for the day making it lovely to come back too. We stayed for 3 nights and the price is very reasonable with it being close to all the places to visit in Florence
Great value for money hotel in a lovely part of Florence. The rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. Staff is helpful, professional and friendly. Walking distance to all points of interest in the city
The breakfast served was decent, too - good coffee, breads and spreads, some fruit, yogurt etc. Previous reviews complaining about the breakfast, probably don't know that Italians are not big on breakfast!
This place was fantastic! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, and a cute little breakfast available to get the day started. The location was also ideal, close to lots of restaurants in the area
The reception is 24hour and again the staff are all so welcoming and friendly and are happy to help - even made me a cappuccino in the late evening when asked and offered to bring it up to the room

I heartily recommend to everyone, great location, affordable and the maximum value of the lady at the front desk (Natalia) is infinitely helpful. :-)
(15th Century building!) The woman who was on the desk, Nadia, was amazing! We were made to instantly feel at home. She was genuinely caring and interested and made you feel that she was only there for you
(Hi Nadia, from Bob n' Robin in Canada!) The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. It had a small desk and chair plus sometimes weak wi-fi (much improved in the lobby) but it was all we needed
This hotel is only reachable via quite a few stair cases so consider if you can carry your luggage from the street. Room was clean and well kept with a decent breakfast in the morning
We really lucked out when we found the Hotel Elite. It was exactly what we wanted. Affordable, close to everything that was of interest to us in Florence and historical to boot
It was a very short walk to and from the train/bus station which was a bonus and an easy walk to Uffici Gallery, Duomo, Ponte Veccio and all the magic that the city offers

Cozy hotel set in a beautiful, well-maintained palazzo. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and were able to check in several hours early. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are very spacious
Awesome staff, woke up late and missed breakfast but no problem I was brought cappuccino and croissant without asking. Walking distance to everything
Upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Mini fridge stocked with owner made wines and chanti which were delicious
Sleep in a Palazzo, what more can you expect? +24 foot ceiling, big rooms, arts in the corridors is what is waiting for you
Wonderful place, great accommodation. We were extremely satisfied with our experience there even if it was a short one.
