We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Golden Tower! The staff were all exceptional, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! The location was also in an excellent location and within walking distance of everything we did

We got massages which were also excellent and reasonably priced! The included breakfast is vast and includes fresh fruit, pastries, breads, and a juicer. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at the Golden Tower Hotel & Spa in Florence. Amanda, the receptionist, welcomed us warmly and provided an excellent orientation of Florence and its surroundings, making our trip even more enjoyable

The hotel location is fantanstic. The service is worth a 5 stars hotel!! Don't forget to privatise the spa, it's worth it, especially the tropical rain shower, the smell is incredible

A nice place to stay in Firenze. The hotel is clean, we enjoyed the spa after a day discovering the city’s beauties. Good breakfast and kind staff.

The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need. Nami at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived tired from our journey. She offered us water both on arrival and departure for our journey

The rooftop bar was a real treat with the wonderful view and again excellent service. We look forward to a return to Florence and another stay at this terrific hotel

Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and right smack in the middle of Florence. Easy access to all attractions. Friendly and professional service. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and way above average

There is also a very good restaurant that has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating in “the secret garden”. I would definitely stay here again

Absolute hidden gem and very aesthetically pleasing property. Rooms were clean, with excellent facilities. Open buffet breakfast included in the price. HUDA and RAHA were amazing and made us feel like VIPs

You can see the beautiful roof with wodden beams and stone tiles in the rooms. The service was also very good

This is a lovely hotel in the hip area of the city. There are many wine bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The room is quite spacious except the bathroom that was really compact

We left before the start of breakfast — our to-go breakfast boxes were already ready by the time we came downstairs and our taxi was waiting for us. Grazie for the great service Horto Convento staff :)

Our room had a beautiful view of the pool, trees and the big compound wall covered with foliage. Since it's an old convent the building structure looked very charming

While the rooms and everything were excellent as one could hope for and expect from a well-reviewed hotel, the staff was truly remarkable and attentive

A very lovely hotel (part of the RoomMate chain) and well located for all the sights. It is about 20 minutes walk from the main train station, 10 from the Central Market and 20 from the Duomo

Rooms not so big but adequate, plus everything worked, staff very friendly. Location in a beautiful square very central. Also would add price very good for such a central hotel

Hotel is located close to railway station and walking distance from historical city centre. Rooms were big, ceilings were painted by frescoes which gave feeling as you were in 16th century. Amazing place!!!

We were very surprised with this hotel. Clean, not small, modern, and very comfortable. As a fun fact, it had comic story characters all over the hotel, we had Thor next to our room

Next we left over $700, license and money belt in the room safe. We were on our way to another city and the hotel called to tell us and asked if we wanted to come back to retrieve it

Best treatment ever got in a hotel!!! - Staff: literally every staff we interacted was going the extra mile in politeness and proactive attitude - Checkout: at 12:00h (most hotels have been 11am), and they also proactively offered to take care of our stuff after 12h - AC: super good and silent (city as 35 degrees celcius) - Room: smelling really good, great bathroom and bed very comfortable

Checked in and the front desk was extremely helpful and pointed out tourist pinpoints and times/prices. Keys are electronic so you just need to swipe. Bedroom and bathroom is bigger than other European hotels

Among the disadvantages, since this is the downtown at night it can be noisy, there is an open market nearby, at 6:30 the sellers begin to instruct their shops and the sounds of carts can be heard

3) Staff was very friendly and they didn't ask to deposit city tax in advance. Not a big deal but shows a good gesture. 4) Breakfast was good, especially liked fresh yogurts and grapefruit juice

Best place to stay in Florence. Peaceful and very clean and also location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to most popular place to visit plus just 5 minutes walk from train station

As Florence is not a very big city so all points are nearby and lots of eating places. 2) Rooms are pretty big as per 3-star hotel and space was good

Hotel appears good at first glance. The lady on the reception afternoon shift smokes like a chimney and it is disgusting—especially as we were trying to enjoy the beautiful lounge area before dinner

Our stay was perfect! We had this great receptionist to welcome us, she spoke Portuguese which made it even better. Location is excellent, everything was in walking distance

And the breakfast team is just the best, seriously, we have never been to a hotel with such a wonderful team. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable

Location was pretty good overall - you have to walk a bit to some of the major sites (but it's well worth it!), but it is a 6 min walk to the train station (major plus for us!)

Breakfast was very good (really, amazing scrambled eggs, the best I have had by far, so good the tray was almost always empty :D)

Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it

There’s also a lovely café with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and the service is excellent. Hotel provides washing and drying machines, which is incredibly convenient

The room was clean and comfortable with excellent brand for shampoo and body balm. The ceiling was tall so it feels very spacious

Steps from the train station and all the attractions. The nightly "welcome drink" and breakfast was wonderful. Little gifts with hand-written notes left in the room overnight was a wonderful touch

The hotel is clean and even though the rooms may be small (well it is Florence after all!), they have everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was more than wonderful. The lady who made our coffee was so lovely

Many amenities of a 5star hotel, big spacious rooms, good reception, 2 underground spacious garages, some rooms with unlimited view to the park. Large breakfast of quite ok quality

Excellent location for a visit to Florence! While in a quiet peaceful location, it was quick and easy to take the tram 3km to the city center. We didn't use the car while we were there so parking it and leaving was great

I don't believe there was any street parking available. Definitely would stay here again if returning to Florence. Check out the view from the outside deck on the 3rd floor by the gym

The shopping area and grocery close to the hotel was perfect for grabbing essentials. The only thing(s) missing from this location (as opposed to most other HGI locations) is a pool and or hot tub

It was nice to be away from the busy and crowded city center. Access to the tram is perfect as it got me into the city center within 20 minutes

To candraloka Cathedral, the Duomo, 4-5 min walk. Hotel clean, cleaned every day. Good renovated room, quite large for Italy ( I have something to compare). The room has a kettle , fridge and safe

This hotel was magnificent! The best part of our stay was the beautiful updated rooms and the friendly staff. The staff also provided free breakfast every morning which was quite delicious
