The highlight is the rooftop pool and bar with an excellent view over the Florence skyline. Breakfast is also great served in a stylish and minimalist dining area

Location was pretty good overall - you have to walk a bit to some of the major sites (but it's well worth it!), but it is a 6 min walk to the train station (major plus for us!)

The room was a bit noisy because of the tramway line in front of the hotel. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast excellent with quality food. Located near the train station.

It was a short walk to the sites, but we chose to save our steps and caught the conveniently located tram, just half a block away, and for €1,70 we were at Santa Maria Novella church within about two minutes

- the breakfast is good, but due to corona the staff will serve you. : "can I have a piece of brie?" And they will put it on a plate for you. This was less enjoyable when we were I a rush but okay

But our favorite part was visiting with the tremendous staff! The Bartender downstairs (Luca), could not have been a cooler personality! We spent two nights just enjoying his company and discussing everything from his interest in Art, to his travels in San Francisco, and the many things we have in common

Right on the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. Made accommodations for connectivity needed for daughter to be online for graduate class. Small restaurant with limited but very nice menu. Would definitely stay here again

His service and attention to detail was superb. We will be back to visit him again!! I also recommend watching the first 15 minutes of the Netflix original, 6 Underground, with Ryan Reynolds

With closed balcony doors, no street noise we heard. Good WIFI, very friendly staff. The room has a kettle, mini-bar, safe. Breakfast is typical Italian, fresh juices. Will gladly stay at this hotel next time

A nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were comfortable, but the WIFI not so good. The offering for breakfast was not very good either.

The Junior Suite where I stayed with my two children was clean and spacious, which was a welcome relief in the 36-degree heat of early August

Best treatment ever got in a hotel!!! - Staff: literally every staff we interacted was going the extra mile in politeness and proactive attitude - Checkout: at 12:00h (most hotels have been 11am), and they also proactively offered to take care of our stuff after 12h - AC: super good and silent (city as 35 degrees celcius) - Room: smelling really good, great bathroom and bed very comfortable

I stayed with this hotel along with My wife and daughter in May 2024. Now before one actually starts to compare price vs delivery, please look at following aspect. It is in Florence and not Asia

As a tourist, i liked few stuff and disliked some but liked more: Also please note it is a 2 star property so set expectations right and just dont underrate place by comparing it’s amenities with a 5star

2 - location - you come out of Firenze SMN station from the right exit and walk barely 100steps and hotel is there. 3 - Savings - Due to location you save on taxi and transport cost - Minimum 30-50 euros a day

Feedback to the owner, it is not a high cost item, please replace it and I suggest a good one time deep bleaching of washrooms to remove source of regrowth. 2 - water - There not even a single bottle of water
