Location itself is pretty good, not too far from everything, including the train station

Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze

The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view

We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel

Very nice place, especially we liked the pool and the GYM. Location is very nice, 15 min walk to any of the museums’. Beautiful view from the roof

Perfect little place for a good nights rest - slightly loud from the people upstairs. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner. Most of the staff are wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing 😍

I cannot wait to visit Florence again, I would definitely stay here!

Very classic Italian hotel, well-equipped, very good breakfast, several freshly squeezed juices. Only 10 minutes walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. Highly recommended.

Everything else is good, but such a big hotel still charges parking fees

It was a very satisfactory hotel. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Duomo. There is a large supermarket and many restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. I think it was about a 15-minute walk to Michelangelo Hill

The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.   Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area

Layout seems like it’s been previously used as hospital. Far from centre 45min bus ride. Best way to town with train in 4min. Missing kettles and cups for hot teas and coffee

Very nice hotel The staff is really nice and was very helpful with us. There’s a train station close by the hotel which is 5 minutes away from Florence main station. From where you can easily go to Pisa or other places

Big parking for free The swimming pool is also nice (if it’s not included in your price it costs 14€/pax to access it) We had dinner at the restaurant once, nice plates but too salty for us

It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice

It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.

The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my luggage and were very supportive during both check-in and check-out

Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free

They offer quite a bit of amenities (we loved the robe/slippers, turn down service and laundry service). This was our favorite hotel on our 3 city Italian honeymoon :)

Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are not old. The breakfast variety is not very large, but the quality is very good. It is a very worthwhile hotel

The front desk staff is very friendly. Because we are on our honeymoon, they helped us upgrade to a suite. Although it is in the downtown area, the windows are three layers, so the room is very quiet

There are only two hooks for robes, and the towel racks are awkwardly located beneath the sink, right next to the toilet and trash can — not the most hygienic setup. This leaves no good place to hang wet towels

On cruise ships, for example, guests reuse towels by hanging them on racks and only drop them on the floor when they need to be replaced — a simple and environmentally conscious system that could work well here

He did help me open my suitcase because I lost the key to my lock when I was out and about but he repeatedly called me stupid in italian which was mean but hey at least he opened my suitcase!

A few suggestions: The shower-tub combination could be unsafe for older guests or those with balance issues, even though it includes a safety handle and an emergency pull cord

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. All of the staff were wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind and professional. I often wake up early in the morning andgo downstairs, so my wife can sleep

Every morning between 4-5, the night manager would great me with a genuinely big smile and offer to make me a coffee. He’d also bring me some shortbread cookies

Excellent hotel, our room was very dark and from the entrance it smelled like sewage but it was super clean and comfortable. Alessandro the concierge was very efficient, polite and provided excellent service

For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance

It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called "Master Ba"

Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked

This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical

Hotel Berchielli is a lovely traditional Italian hotel. It has an Italian charm paired with excellent staff and the location cannot be beat. The hotel itself has two entrances and kept very well and clean

We would have spent more money to change our travel plans and get to the necessary station that we would have recovered from the hotel, and did not want to spend hours of our limited time in the beautiful city of Florence going to police stations

While the manager kindly offered us drinks to compensate, and encouraged us to file a police report, we weren't able to get to the correct police station in time to file the report before we had to leave Florence

It's really good place for few nights when you want to be close to main center in Florence. Restaurant and swimming pool on the roof top with breathtaking views is best place in this area

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Kraft. Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed breakfast on the the rooftop with great views of the city.

Location itself is also good as it is only around 15min walk to the main attractions but located far away enough that it is quiet at night. I also recommend you book directly with the hotel

Breakfast is your typical buffet with breads, eggs, bacon and cereals as well as cheese/meats plates. Coffee is made using a real machine by hand and is also good

I don't think it always takes a wide offer but good quality bread would make a big difference! I would give 4
