Florence, Viale Spartaco Lavagnini 70 - 72 🧭 Map
they were supposed to come in 10 minutes, but realistically it took him a good hour to come and look at the electrical problem in the room. very nice view on the terrace with the pool
Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it
There’s also a lovely café with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and the service is excellent. Hotel provides washing and drying machines, which is incredibly convenient
The room was clean and comfortable with excellent brand for shampoo and body balm. The ceiling was tall so it feels very spacious
good cocktails and very friendly service. the journey to the city center takes approximately 20 minutes on foot
There’s a nice mix of people, a very friendly vibe and comfy, decently-sized rooms. The pool is a nice bonus but the real ace up its sleeve was the rooftop bar which had a phenomenal view of Florence from the top

Florence, Lungarno del Tempio 44 🧭 Map
Inside the rooms, everything seemed to be in good order and clean and newer than the corridors. My single room was a bit small for a 4⭐️hotel. Acoustics were bad and I could hear comings and goings the whole night
Lobby and 0 floor corridors leading to restaurants tastefully and elegantly decorated. Restaurants had good ambience, and quality if not outstanding food. Restaurant service quick and efficient but a bit abrupt
Safe, kettle, coffee fixings and mini fridge with complimentary still and sparkling water welcomed guests to the room with enough space to hang clothes. Location was good to see the major sights in Florence
★★★★★ Exceptional Service and Care Beyond Expectations! I had an unexpected health issue during my stay at the hotel, and I cannot thank Barbara at the front desk enough for her kindness and professionalism
Her genuine care and swift action made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle. Barbara is truly a credit to the hotel, and her dedication to guest well-being deserves special recognition
She went above and beyond to ensure I received the help I needed, arranging for a private doctor to visit me in my room and even organizing the pickup of my medication from a local pharmacy

Florence, Via Luigi Alamanni 3 🧭 Map
I had an excellent stay at the Ambasciatori Hotel in Florence! The location is unbeatable, right across from the train station and within walking distance of major attractions
With closed balcony doors, no street noise we heard. Good WIFI, very friendly staff. The room has a kettle, mini-bar, safe. Breakfast is typical Italian, fresh juices. Will gladly stay at this hotel next time
One of the staff members, Yukiko was so friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was nice and had a good selection
The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and competent both at the reception and at breakfast. The central location makes it possible to reach the main sights on foot
The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details like complimentary refreshments and a large balcony offering fantastic views
The experience at C-Ambasciatori Hotel in Florence had its ups and downs, so it’s worth booking with clear expectations. It might be a good choice if you're prioritizing value for the location

Florence, Via Fiume 12 🧭 Map
Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was pretty large with beautiful design and large bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent in in a beautiful dining room. one minute to rich train station
Interesting hotel with big rooms and stylish furniture from the mid of 20th century. Photos of interesting moments from 70s and 80s all around. The stuff is polite, the rooms are cleaned regularly
Just try to avoid walking to Fiume-Nazionale intersection through Fiume. there are garbage cans at the intersection and sometimes smells bad
This is an elegant, Old World hotel within 15 - 20 mins walk from most of the shopping and tourist areas. Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are beautiful with lots of polished wood and marble
The other building seems newer more spacious rooms which my group is in a downside was the hotel charging $10 to open a bottle of wine and five dollars per glass disappointed as we , drove through Tuscany yesterday and bought bottles of wine for nightcaps and didn’t expect that the hotel would not be accommodating
Also disappointed in general with all the breakfasts at the hotel on this tour. In the past on my European vacations, I have been stunned with the fantastic breakfast Displays yet this trip they appeared to be lacking

We were warmly greeted with genuine smiles, respected and the communication was brilliant. But When they learned why we were booking at their hotel at such short notice, they turned the dial upto 11!
Very good hotel not far from the center in a quiet area close to the tramvia stop. Sourrounded by little nice restaurants. There is a big park on the other side beautiful for jogging
Very modern, clean place to stay. Many msjor sites are in walking distance. Light rail literally out front. Staff were all very accomodating.
First class accommodation, immaculate rooms with great facilities. If you are in florence, please do yourselves a favour and don't stay anywhere else. We will only be staying here when we return to florence next year
Very good hotel 15/20min by walk to the center. They pretty much have everything (fitness room, big breakfast and parking)
We booked here last minute on the first day of our honeymoon in florence after another hotel let us down. The reception staff at star hotel were amazing from the moment we arrived

Excellent location - walking distance from the train station and most prominent attractions. Professional, friendly, English-speaking staff. Outstanding breakfast with a beautiful view (be sure to go on the terrace)
The breakfast room on the 5 th floor has fantastic views and lovely food. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my Italian holiday
This place feels special from the moment you walk in. It had a delightful terrace with some of the best views in town where you can have drinks at night and breakfast in the morning
Lovely traditional decor throughout the hotel. The staff made a repair in our room with no issues or questions. Having such a great hotel room to return to each day was an important part of enjoying our stay in Florence
They also have a top floor restaurant which we didn’t try but looked quite sharp. The room had everything we needed and more, and the photographs inside the hotel were loaded with history and beauty
Absolutely beautiful hotel close to the sights. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space and complimentary water, soft drink and tea/coffee plus milk sachets

Elegant hotel located wonderfully right off the Piazza della Signoria. Exactly where you want to be. The rooms are ample sized and very well appointed. The bathrooms are modern but made to look like period pieces
We had a wonderful five-night stay at the Hotel Bernini Palace. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major sites. It is a historic building and a stop for many walking tours
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One in a Million Experience This hotel exceeded all expectations and is truly one in a million. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—the best we’ve ever experienced
Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and quiet – the bed sheets were linen! Housekeeping did a lovely job each day making sure our room was tidy and spotless
The doctor arrived at our room within 30 minutes, and after prescription medication, I was on the mend within a couple of days! Vacation saved! Thank you, Valentina! Do not hesitate to book the Hotel Bernini Palace!
Stunning hotel in the heart of Florence. Fully walkable to every major site and restaurants. Gorgeous antiques. Elegantly furnished. Impeccably clean. Comfortable beds. Absolutely recommend.

Totaly amazing Hotel! Lovley rooms with every comfort you need. The SPA is luxary and relaxing and Free. Very Good breakfast with everything you could desire. The staff is so helpful and the poolarea is very nice
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is luxurious, clean and beautiful and about 10 minutes from the city center
My Husband and I traveled through Italy for our honeymoon. We ended up staying at the Ville Sull’Arno for one night in Florence. Had we known how amazing this hotel was, we would have stayed there the entire trip
It was nice to be away from all the craziness and away from all the people in crowds at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for our honeymoon and they made it even more enjoyable by upgrading us to a beautiful room
Highly recommend Ville Sull’Arno! My husband and I returned here for a second time during a recent trip to Florence. The hotel is a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of city center
Of the 6 hotels we stayed, this one surpassed them by far! The staff was beyond kind and helpful. We received a very generous credit for our dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant

The front desk concierge was always helpful, pleasant and very friendly and assisted us with all of our questions about best places to eat, to how to get to the train station and getting us a taxi when needed
This is by far the best hotel in Florence!! The staff are very friendly and professional, the room was very nice and spotless. The continental breakfast was the best we ever had
Thank you to all the staff for making my husband and I’s 20th wedding anniversary the BEST memories in our stay in Italy. Love from your Canadian customers ♥️
The room was a bit noisy because of the tramway line in front of the hotel. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast excellent with quality food. Located near the train station.
Very nice hotel. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, abundant breakfast. You have free coffee and tea all day. Small complaint that water is charged. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. A little work on the bathroom.
The location is perfect for just strolling, sightseeing or even renting a car like I had to, lol. But that's a story for another day. let's just say first time driving in another country

Bathroom was sparkling clean, shower was good as well. Water Temp was controllable and pressure was great to have a nice massaging effect while under hot shower. Reception was friendly & spoke good English 👍😊
A very nice experience! Great room, good location and excellent breakfast. The onsite garage is very convenient. Recommended
This was the best way to experience Italy for the first time! Absolutely stunning entrance, polite staff & amazing rooms! The breakfast buffet was huge! Dinner here was flawless.
I stayed there for 2 days & a night. The place is quite small & cozy. The room was quite and furniture was clean. Bed& pillows were comfy, clean and got a good night sleep
Such a beautiful hotel - very friendly staff! Perfect honeymoon stop on our tour of Tuscany back in September 2019. Thinking of everyone over there in this difficult time. We hope to be back sometime soon!
My wife booked the hotel. She likes fancy things. It was a fancy place. Walk-in closet. Bidet in the bathroom. Double sinks. Over all, it was a great experience.

Clean normally, changing everything without reminders. But plumbing repair is not know. Slippers can be especially valuable guests apparently. Good location near railway and bus station
Hostess very polite all the time "hello/hello", "good day/good evening" and always smile !!! ? Hotel clean, spacious, modern with touches of old. I love the decor, the colors blend well together
Perfect and quaint for one person, however the 5 am glass and rubbish pickup was not a welcome sound to be woke up by and as a non smoker I didn't like the fact people constantly came to my balcony to smoke and put butts out on the tray that was always reappearing on the table
Breakfast (as per Italian norm!) Was delicious and all of the staff is more than willing to accommodate you in any way possible. I had a 3rd floor, street facing balcony/terrace
My tv would never turn on (batteries for the remote I assume) and WiFi wouldn't stream or load videos. I could barely get a signal on any of the 4 routers in the hotel
These things (to me) did not make or break my experience of Firenze seeing as I really only went back to sleep and was gone again in the morning to venture out!

The breakfast was perfect after an early morning walk, coffee on tap when needed including non dairy milks. And a lovely rooftop view from my little balcony
Second time staying at this marvelous hotel with a large group. The staff is so attentive and really goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met
From big (packing up breakfast boxes for us all for early morning departures) to small (loaning some packing tape so I could try to get a suitcase through one more flight) they do it all
Their communication skills are excellent from the time you made a reservation, reminder emails about upcoming trips & if you have concerns/questions etc, they promptly respond to your email in less than 24 hrs
We had a great experience at Hotel Paris in Florence. Great location, so close to the Duomo, train station, bus station for excursions
The front desk staff was always SO kind and helpful to us, and really made our stay a comfortable one

A modern hotel outside the city of Florence. They have a good and regular shuttle to the city. The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. Nice bar. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful rooms.
Great service, nice well-kept facility, good executive lounge with great terrace and views. Location is questionable, even an once-an-hour shuttle at €5 a day per person cannot change that
No pool, no spa, choice of restaurants nearby is very limited. But for a quick stopoved in a familiar brand hotel it is very good!
Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, clean and updated. I would highly recommend. The best part is the free shuttle to city center!
It is excellent hotel! 10/10 The staff was very nice, the room was extra clean, way to Firence center is so easy!
There isn't much within walking distance, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the train station, which is in the center of so many restaurants and hotels. The room was simple and modern, and we had a beautiful view

We had a few drinks at the bar and the service team were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good as well, they had a small section of Asian food, which is quite rare in Europe
Location wise it's perfect, since it's located in the middle of town. You can easily take a stroll around Florence, and there were lots of restaurants nearby
I highly recommend this hotel for not only its superb accommodations and service but also for the unforgettable vistas from its rooftop
Was lucky enough to get a chance to stay at this historical property because of a work event we were organizing in Italy
Due to my platinum status, I was upgraded to an Arno view room, and I must say everything about it was stunning. The room, the view and the little touches that the team has put into making our stay memorable
He was always so kind and helpful! We truly appreciated his service each day! We utilized room service a lot too and they were excellent - from the staff who took our order to the waiters who dropped off our food, everyone verified the food was without egg even without us asking

Hotel Torre Guelfa Palazzo Acciaiuoli, Florence1 / 46
8.6
Florence, Borgo SS. Apostoli, 8 🧭 Map
The Torre Guelfa is a nice hotel, with a good breakfast, attentive service, and a central location. But, what sets it apart is the "torre" or tower
Good sized rooms, hearty breakfasts, elevators, and fantastic views from their tower balcony. They even offer valet car parking, but call the hotel about 30min before arrival to coordinate with their valet service
Location is excellent, staff attentive. Beautiful roof terrace that is always accessible even out of season and we could take our own bottle of wine. Staff provided glasses and couldn’t be more helpful.
The best part of this hotel is the rooftop bar. There is no tv in the room and the staff is not the friendliest. Book this hotel for the bar alone.
The streets are narrow and off loading luggage will block traffic past the hotel entrance, so having car valet present upon your arrival makes the whole process much smoother as they can whisk the car to an off-site parking facility and you can focus on getting checked in and settled
first and foremost I would like to note the interior. which, of course, is a work of art. spacious rooms with a huge bathroom with a window. located near the gallery Uffizi. the Breakfast buffet was for a 3*hotel

However, the best thing was the concierge service from Antonella was awesome. She advised us on amazing places to visit from coffee shops, sandwich shops , and of course amazing restaurants
Breakfast was good and the wait staff were awesome people, not at all like the reception/courtesy desk. The location was exactly what we needed (it's walking distance to most attractions and tours)
A good location - close but a block or 2 away from the bustle, which helps with the price. The quad room for the family was brilliant and better than expected
They also had a pillow menu that we tried out! They have a fitness room that you need to get key from front desk but it was no issue. Breakfast was okay but had options. We had no issues here overall
Other reviews talk about the area being “unsafe” but we only met kind people in the area. Grabbed a wonderful dinner just around the corner from hotel and a glass of wine on the corner
Two complimentary bottles of water and they had fruit infused water by the check in desk

My co-workers from NY, GA, and Texas had lunch here for our guided tour of Florence. Incredible service and beautiful setting! You won’t wait long for anything here. The food was very good and surprisingly filling
An absolutely stunning property with even better service. Before checking in the team reached out and asked what brought us to Florence. I told them we were coming for my partner's graduation from law school
Upon checking in the room was decorated for a full graduation party along with the most thoughtful amenities. Our butler also picked up my favorite beverage that I know is not stocked on property
The staffs make you feel like old friends! Very passionate ! Breakfast is good with fresh squeeze fruit & vegetable juice , fresh fruits, succulent omelets, lot variety fresh made pastries , especially the croissant crema ! U can taste and see vanilla seeds in the crema! 😋
Incredible experience and staff. We arrived early and they contacted the staff immediately and prioritized cleaning our room so we could check-in early. Breakfast was delightful and set in a beautiful room on a balcony
Regis Florence was nothing short of exceptional. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the Arno River—a picture-perfect location to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Florence

Bathroom is too small imo and things in general are not as well kept as a similar priced hotel we stayed at in Rome. The breakfast is also not as good. The people are very nice however and made excellent recommendations
Good location close to a lot of attractions. Friendly staff, the receptionist spoke English fluently which is a plus for us. Also they seem to also speak other languages other than Italian which is a plus.
Slightly on the more modern side, so if you're looking for that specific Florence charm this might not be your best bet, but if you're looking for a beautiful, friendly hotel in a great location you should definitely stay here
Excellent location and decor with an emphasis on surrealist art it seems (which I am partial to). Also excellence breakfast that goes late, as does the checkout time. Would recommend and stay again
Perfect hotel experience! Excellent location. People at the reception were very kind. There are ramps and an elevator. Rooms were great with a mini-fridge and supplies for tea/coffee
Breakfast was great and it’s walking distance to everything. There’s a parking but have to pay separate. Good place for people traveling by car.

Excellent ubication! The hotel services are pretty good and yhe workers awesome. It's in the middle of Florence, close to all the museums. Fantastic!
The Martelli hotel had left me an idea of a three star mid average hotel type with a grate location ,best price and clean rooms or ambient in general , not luxury modern but typical authentic fiorentino
Very good location. Just in the centrum. Stuff is friendly. Room is a bit small, but it is typical for Italy. Very good breakfast with fresh and testy croissants and other as usual.
Friendly staff, central location...a block or so,away from il Domo and walking distance to Ponte Vecchio
The hotel is amazing, it takes you back in history to the Renaissance Era, the room was very beautiful with a painted ceiling. Andreiana at the reception is a very nice lady, The one bad thing is the wifi. It
