There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

The suite we booked is in Rococo style. It's very beautiful and clean. It has an excellent location. There's also a super delicious dessert shop called Iginio Massari opposite. I've been to Florence many times and this hotel is my favorite.

The room is small. Although there is a window, it is closed because it is a bit noisy facing the street. The room is stuffy and obviously much more humid than hotels in Milan and Rome. When checking in, they offered a welcome drink but it was charged. It was a bit strange to wait for a long time in the lounge. The overall hygiene is OK. The biggest feeling is that it is small, stuffy and humid.

I still feel very relaxed since returning to the Netherlands, and this hotel certainly contributed to that. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to return for my next stay when I'm in Florence.

Very nice and quiet place to relax and chill

We had a very solid stay at Hotel Grifone. A pretty large, comfortable, and clean room, with a balcony even. It was a bit of a hassle to get to our room (2 different elevators/staircases separated by a hallway), but on our first trip to the room, a staff member showed us the way, which was a nice touch. It is very close to the Uffizi Gallery and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.

Ideal location in Florence and easy to find. Breakfast was simple but did the job.

The hotel has a truly artistic atmosphere, and is within walking distance of many famous attractions. The front desk service was excellent, proactively introducing attractions and providing maps. The walkway steps have transparent ramps, making it easy to pull luggage.

The hotel is located in the very center of Florence. There is a parking lot nearby - paid - but very convenient.

Well located right in the city center and buses pass right outside. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety. The streets are very noisy at night and you can hear everything, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is very good, the location is very good, the attractions can be reached on foot, and the breakfast is delicious. The steak in Florence is delicious, almost every restaurant is good
