It is excellent hotel! 10/10 The staff was very nice, the room was extra clean, way to Firence center is so easy!

stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful

The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center. Upon arrival when I asked if there were any upgrades available, they had already upgraded our room which included a great view from the 14th floor and access to the Concierge level with snacks. Fantastic (distant) views of the whole of Florence, including the Duomo etc. Great facilities and high quality of service, as to be expected from Hilton, I love this hotel! If you are not compelled to stay in the centre of Florence, this is the place to choose.

Great location in terms of proximity to train station and historical centre. Breakfast was good and the staff who served coffee and drinks was very warm and friendly. Just the bathroom window was broken and was unable to be opened and the lid of kettle was broken as well. Other than these minor issues it was a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Adler Cavalieri. The entire staff is welcoming and gracious. The generous breakfast buffet gave us a nutritious quick start to our day. Ten years ago we might have walked to every attraction we visited, but now we rely on taxis, and the desk staff always procured the rides for us. We enjoyed an hour at the spa.

Wonderful time in Florence! Spent a wonderful week in Florence. We had a small glitch at the end of our stay, which was not any fault of the hotel. I was there in Feb 2022. The location is very close to the train station and is in the walking distance from the attractions. There’s breakfast included in the room price. They also offer luggage storage before and after staying.

We stayed in the 1st floor, the room is nice it have AC and a nice bathroom. At night you can hear weird sounds from the pipes , and since the curtains are not blackout it was hard for me to sleep. A huge advantage of this hotel is the location is close to the train station not mentioning that includes breakfast :)

We booked this place because it was close to the Duomo and it was pretty easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, they were very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed. Their breakfast each morning is excellent - the best we had in Italy. Restaurants and gelato were nearby - and we had an American king-sized bed (which you can't always find in Italy)

7 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, 4 person rooms are very clean, toilet and bathroom were newly built. We stayed with breakfast included, breakfast varieties are not very wide but it was enough for us. It is a great advantage to be within walking distance to the center and places to visit. We were satisfied as a family. Full price performance hotel.

I think the room is good, the hot water for the bath can be a little hotter. The service staff is very enthusiastic, and breakfast is in a high-end restaurant next door. There is a girl at the front desk who looks like Sophie Marceau 😍, which shocked me deeply.

I think this is more of a 4.5 Star review. The hotel was great, with friendly staff and easy to find. Valet service was stress free. The hotels location is great, walking distance to most of the local sites of the city. Only downside was that the rooms can be a little noisey, with the ability to hear other rooms through the ventilation in the bathroom. Not a major issue but just made the hotel feel...

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Duomo, train station, and a lot of other sights. Breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was updated. I feel it needs new hallway carpet and some touch ups here and there. This would not keep me from going again. We stayed there two years in a row.

The receptionist who checked us in was very kind and helpful - as it was our first time visiting Florence, he provided us with a map showing all the key attractions, and marked out a route on the map for us to follow to begin exploring the city.
