Great location in terms of proximity to train station and historical centre. Breakfast was good and the staff who served coffee and drinks was very warm and friendly. Just the bathroom window was broken and was unable to be opened and the lid of kettle was broken as well. Other than these minor issues it was a comfortable stay.

Excellent experience on the hotel and spa side. The hotel itself has excellent staff who are hospitality minded and anticipate your needs. The dinner staff in the restaurant is the best there is. Your breakfast experience will vary from that. The staff is different.

Very quiet resort 5 km from the Florence Centro, but It is very quiet resort after a long day out in the city.

We're traveling as a family, so we always book a family room for the convenience of being together. This hotel is generally good, with a great location, nice rooms, and excellent service. Most importantly, the location is fantastic! Haha. However, parking is a bit difficult, especially in the old town. If you're driving, be careful and watch out for tickets.

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

It's a bit different from how it used to be, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are well-cleaned. The absolute best part? The Duomo is just a 5-minute walk away, haha! We booked this place because it was close to the Duomo and it was pretty easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, they were very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed. Their breakfast each morning is excellent - the best we had in Italy. Restaurants and gelato were nearby - and we had an American king-sized bed (which you can't always find in Italy)

I was there in Feb 2022. The location is very close to the train station and is in the walking distance from the attractions. There’s breakfast included in the room price. They also offer luggage storage before and after staying.

We stayed in the 1st floor, the room is nice it have AC and a nice bathroom. At night you can hear weird sounds from the pipes , and since the curtains are not blackout it was hard for me to sleep. Seemed to be a newer hotel, but it was a bit out of the center and near the hotel it seemed to be a bit of a shady area- not sure if it was because of the metro stop that was nearby or not. This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China. Disposable toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo, are provided. Drinks in the mini-bar are free.

Hotel was crowded with a youngster group(i think children who traveled with teachers) as a result the 1st floor was noisy. It was impossible to sleep until 2 AM. However the hotel itslef is clean and friendly

firstly, I realized that the room smelled very bad like someone definitely smorked in it even it is non-smorking room. So, I asked the staff that I can change the room, but that day were fully booked so that I can’t. The room was huge, the bathroom is great also! Everything in the hotel was so so good! Would come back to stay here again if i had another chance to come to firenze again ☺️

The public area is beautiful but the room is small and the breakfast is average

Very, very beautiful hotel, the atrium is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, a little distance from a series of mainstream scenic spots, but not too far. The nearest attraction is Piazzale Michelangelo, you can run down the mountain, very comfortable.
