I had an excellent stay at the Ambasciatori Hotel in Florence! The location is unbeatable, right across from the train station and within walking distance of major attractions

They also have a top floor restaurant which we didn’t try but looked quite sharp. The room had everything we needed and more, and the photographs inside the hotel were loaded with history and beauty

The breakfast room on the 5 th floor has fantastic views and lovely food. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my Italian holiday

Elegant hotel located wonderfully right off the Piazza della Signoria. Exactly where you want to be. The rooms are ample sized and very well appointed. The bathrooms are modern but made to look like period pieces

We had a wonderful five-night stay at the Hotel Bernini Palace. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major sites. It is a historic building and a stop for many walking tours

Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and quiet – the bed sheets were linen! Housekeeping did a lovely job each day making sure our room was tidy and spotless

In the end, we stayed on the 17 Dec 2021 for two nights. On arrival we were greeted with a huge warm welcome and felt completely cared for from beginning to end

The breakfast and room service menu are limited and not worth it. The street side room was very noisy with late night revelers and pedestrian activities. We enjoyed massages at the spa

the spa jets for the foot bath only working on two, ordering a breakfast yoghurt without nuts and recieving it with 2/3 nuts and room wise: the wardrobe door not closing all the way, the mini fridge not being cold enough (personal preference of mince so do take with a grain of salt) and the shower having mild rust on the outside but other than that everything really was amazing

Starting from the *exceptional* reception, to the attention from the staff at all points, including trying to fix some issues my mother in law had with her mobility problems. A step above and beyond, to be honest

Our stay at the Alder Cavalieri was perfect. From the location, the staff and the amenities were absolutely everything we could have wanted

Breakfast had a very wide selection of options and the coffee and pastry area on the terrace was a lovely addition to an exceptional hotel. The staff were all so pleasant and happy to help in any way they could

Staff is wonderfully helpful, rooms are clean and quiet. The included breakfast is great. There is limited parking in the basement level of the Hotel, and it is best to reserve this beforehand

You can walk anywhere in Florence from here! As other reviews have said, yes it can be noisy, however, I feel everything else about the hotel makes up for that. One of the best hotels we've stayed at thus far on our trip

My one year old had a massive 20 minute tantrum in front of the Chiesa dei Santi Apostoli, which was across the piazza from the hotel. One of the hotel staff came out and tried to help us by offering her some juice

Perfect and quaint for one person, however the 5 am glass and rubbish pickup was not a welcome sound to be woke up by and as a non smoker I didn't like the fact people constantly came to my balcony to smoke and put butts out on the tray that was always reappearing on the table

Breakfast (as per Italian norm!) Was delicious and all of the staff is more than willing to accommodate you in any way possible. I had a 3rd floor, street facing balcony/terrace

My tv would never turn on (batteries for the remote I assume) and WiFi wouldn't stream or load videos. I could barely get a signal on any of the 4 routers in the hotel

These things (to me) did not make or break my experience of Firenze seeing as I really only went back to sleep and was gone again in the morning to venture out!

To begin, I loved the location. The hotel itself is inconspicuous outside, but lovely inside the lobby

we were two nights through the package Smartbox, which tell the room from 3 stars to me it seemed a accommodation for waiters who go on to do seasons...I was expecting a room a bit better breakfast and service ok

The breakfast was perfect after an early morning walk, coffee on tap when needed including non dairy milks. And a lovely rooftop view from my little balcony

Second time staying at this marvelous hotel with a large group. The staff is so attentive and really goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met

From big (packing up breakfast boxes for us all for early morning departures) to small (loaning some packing tape so I could try to get a suitcase through one more flight) they do it all

A very lovely hotel (part of the RoomMate chain) and well located for all the sights. It is about 20 minutes walk from the main train station, 10 from the Central Market and 20 from the Duomo

The hotel is stylish and the staff are friendly and helpful and speak a range of languages. Some of the rooms on the 3rd floor have a view of the Duomo etc

We had a few drinks at the bar and the service team were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good as well, they had a small section of Asian food, which is quite rare in Europe

Location wise it's perfect, since it's located in the middle of town. You can easily take a stroll around Florence, and there were lots of restaurants nearby

The hotel is one of the few buildings in central Florence with its own tower. And, you can take the easy climb up to the top of the tower for a commanding view of the city. In addition, they have seating and a bartender

The Torre Guelfa is a nice hotel, with a good breakfast, attentive service, and a central location. But, what sets it apart is the "torre" or tower

The streets are narrow and off loading luggage will block traffic past the hotel entrance, so having car valet present upon your arrival makes the whole process much smoother as they can whisk the car to an off-site parking facility and you can focus on getting checked in and settled

Good sized rooms, hearty breakfasts, elevators, and fantastic views from their tower balcony. They even offer valet car parking, but call the hotel about 30min before arrival to coordinate with their valet service

first and foremost I would like to note the interior. which, of course, is a work of art. spacious rooms with a huge bathroom with a window. located near the gallery Uffizi. the Breakfast buffet was for a 3*hotel

An absolutely stunning property with even better service. Before checking in the team reached out and asked what brought us to Florence. I told them we were coming for my partner's graduation from law school

Incredible experience and staff. We arrived early and they contacted the staff immediately and prioritized cleaning our room so we could check-in early. Breakfast was delightful and set in a beautiful room on a balcony

Upon checking in the room was decorated for a full graduation party along with the most thoughtful amenities. Our butler also picked up my favorite beverage that I know is not stocked on property

Although everything is wonderful, my favorite had to be the stress reliever room. You can pick from a machine if you would like to be relaxed, energized, etc. Would definitely stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. We arrived early and was allowed to check into our room! Bonus. It was around a 12 minute easy walk from the train station which makes travel convenient

From the hotel, every “tourist” attraction was a short 20 min walk away with many places to check out on the way. Front desk assisted with a map and directions around the city. We had no issues walking around

Other reviews talk about the area being “unsafe” but we only met kind people in the area. Grabbed a wonderful dinner just around the corner from hotel and a glass of wine on the corner

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful waterfall wall. The rooms are so nice as well, with coffee in the rooms for the guest’s usage

Three person junior suite was very large and had a wonderful courtyard view. The morning breakfast was perfect for starting the day and the woman taking care of breakfast was truly lovely

This hotel enjoys a super location only a 2 minute walk from Florence Cathedral or Duomo as it is known locally. The room was spacious and well appointed , bathroom was squeaky clean and shower pressure great

The Martelli hotel had left me an idea of a three star mid average hotel type with a grate location ,best price and clean rooms or ambient in general , not luxury modern but typical authentic fiorentino

Location was excellent and the staff was great. If you would like a quieter stay do not stay on the top floor with the roof top terrace entrance. However the views there are amazing and cocktails good
