Our stay in Florence was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to Constanza at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with warmth and grace that instantly made us feel at home. Constanza’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out every single day. She anticipated our needs before we even asked and handled everything with such care and compassion—it’s rare...
It’s a great hotel. Of course we were upgraded ($$$) to one of the riverfront balcony penthouses , which are fit for a king. There is not a better room in Florence, if that’s what you seeking. A highlight of the hotel is location, the rooftop bar and restaurant are unique and beautiful. we were shown the other king rooms and they were nice.
Service and all respects in the hotel is extremely professional...
5 stars all around!
from the first day I emailed the hotel about making sure both my rooms were adjoining, the staff was on the ball.
even after getting my Reward upgrade they still made sure the rooms were adjoining.
We walked from the train station to the hotel and the staff saw us coming down the street with luggage, they did not walk, they ran to us to help. It was an Unbelievable welcoming and...
I celebrated my birthday at this rooftop, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff were so kind and professional, and they even surprised us, which made the day extra special. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly educated and well-mannered team — 1000% yes from me! Can’t wait to come back.
Beautiful hotel on the river! The age and beauty of the furnishings alone were worth the stay, but the view from our balcony was gorgeous! Roof top bar offered amazing views and excellent craft cocktails. Location was perfect for walking to all restaurants and historic sites. We never had to take a taxi anywhere. Staff was super friendly and service was top notch. They offered us an extremely romantic...
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence.
Nowhere was too far to walk.
The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent.
The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. All of the staff were wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind and professional. I often wake up early in the morning andgo downstairs, so my wife can sleep. Every morning between 4-5, the night manager would great me with a genuinely big smile and offer to make me a coffee. He’d also bring me some shortbread cookies.
The hotel bar is lovely. It is so nice to...
Excellent hotel, our room was very dark and from the entrance it smelled like sewage but it was super clean and comfortable. Alessandro the concierge was very efficient, polite and provided excellent service. The chief waiter at the breakfast room was also amazing, nice and efficient. The location is fantastic.
We stayed at the Bernini Palace between July 21-25 and I recommend this hotel for several reasons - its location, charm, history, breakfast, and air-conditioned rooms.
Our room was elegant, spacious, and full of history. The reception staff were always courteous and helpful. Special shout-out to Lorenzo, the concierge, who greeted us with a friendly smile and worked hard to book us day trips out of...
Our stay at the Bernini Palace was truly unforgettable. The hotel, set in a gorgeous 15th-century palace, felt like stepping back in time but with every modern comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for.
Our room was elegant and comfortable, with beautiful touches that made it feel special. Breakfast in the stunning hall, under frescoed ceilings, was one of...
Excellent hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Great location!! We were very happy with our stay here! If we come back to Florence we will definitely stay here again!
Love this Hotel, specially traveling with a two year old boy. The staff was amazing, the service impeccable, the location with the walking distance to majors attraction.
Thank you so much,

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.
This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance...
Beautiful hotel. Great location. Cleanliness excellent services professional and kind staff. My favorite hotel in Florence
The location is good, the service is good, and the bathroom is a bit small.
Beautiful hotel, great location
The suite we booked is in Rococo style. It's very beautiful and clean. It has an excellent location. There's also a super delicious dessert shop called Iginio Massari opposite. I've been to Florence many times and this hotel is my favorite.

We only stopped in for a drink after dinner but beautiful hotel, bar and lobby. Can’t speak about the rooms but I’m sure they’re beautiful. Centrally located in Florence on Borgo Pinti. Hope to stay here one day
Perfection - From the moment we walked in to the moment we left you guys knew are name and we’re nothing but polite and professional through out are whole stay! On top of that the hotel was amazing, clean and perfectly located. The hotel is beautiful and the garden is a great place to walk around too. The hotel is a simple 10 minutes walk to a majority of the major sites.
We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The rooms are absolutely beautiful – spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I booked one night through AMEX with an upgrade to a suite, four categories above the standard room, exactly as shown in the photos. Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is truly exceptional. We stayed in both a historic room and a newly renovated room—each one was incredible in its own way. The staff is extremely attentive, and the entire property is absolutely stunning. It’s a short walk to the city center, yet it feels peaceful, quiet, and completely removed from the noise. Hotel Firenze Number Nine is a true 5-star gem in the heart of Florence. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the Duomo and about 15 minutes to Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, and Accademia. The location is surrounded by excellent local restaurants away from the typical tourist traps.
The hotel is immaculate and the staff is incredibly warm and helpful. They really went above and beyond trying to accommodate...
This hotel is an absolute gem! Staff, in particular Saeed, are super helpful. I normally only stay at larger chain hotels, but after staying at Hotel No. 9 I will look for more brands like this. The entire hotel is very well kept and elegant. The location is great, near great restaurants and shopping. Stay here when in Florence.
It's a bit different from how it used to be, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are well-cleaned. The absolute best part? The Duomo is just a 5-minute walk away, haha! Other spots are also easily accessible. The Central Station is less than 10 minutes away, and getting around to all the tourist sites is super convenient. I'm thoroughly satisfied.
This hotel doesn't live up to its five-star reputation. The location is okay (though Florence is small, so walking distance isn't all that far), but everything else is just okay. The service, in particular, is rather arrogant. They think they're a five-star hotel, so they're full of formalities. For example, they ask you to sit away during check-in and then bring it back after you're done, which actually...
I don’t often write reviews but this hotel warrants one! We arrived in the hotel lobby at around midnight with our two daughters. Overpriced and not worth it. Everything just feels like a constant money grab. First Marriott property I’ve been to where you must sign a bill for every free breakfast. Easily the best St. Regis we’ve stayed at and one of the most exceptional hotels anywhere. Staying here is every bit as historic and immersive an experience as exploring the city’s landmarks.

Title: Disappointing Experience That Didn’t Match the Photos
I booked a Premium room specifically because the listing photos showed blue-sky views and a golden dome. However, upon arrival I was assigned a room on the first floor facing a dark, rundown alley—nothing like the images. The bathroom also didn’t match the photos: it was much smaller, with virtually no counter space.

Great location and very friendly and attentive front desk staff. Only about a 7 minute walk from the train station. The restaurant was INCREDIBLE. We had dinner there one night and the chef came out to meet us. Delicious food and great service. Also had breakfast there and they had a great selection of items.

From the first Moment of email contact in advance until i left, the whole team did an amazing an passioned job.

I recently stayed for two nights at this hotel with my wife and daughter, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The comfort was excellent in every aspect – from the quality of sleep to the impeccable cleanliness of the entire place.

Beautiful hotel; incredible service…within the first few hours, the entire staff knew our name. They made it a point to learn our names and make the experience seem intimate. The food at Irene was wonderful. Room service was timely and got our orders right (this rarely happens). The service was great. Beautiful hotel; large bathrooms, lovely bathtub. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Very cute bar...
I wish I could give Hotel Savoy additional stars. Five star hotels across the world are not equal and our trip, which has included only five star hotels, has illustrated that point to us again. A stay is not simply about luxury but also about a level of service and the small details which add up to a big difference in quality and experience. Hotel Savoy ‘gets it.’ We stayed in a beautiful one...

Excellent service through and through. A hotel that treats its clients like royalty with their attention to courtesy, friendliness and total availability to assist at all times. We visit this hotel yearly every time we visit Florencs as it is a second to none for us. Special mention goes to Elisa for her utmost support.
The building is beautiful - tastefully decorated, incredible comfortable, an oasis of a garden. Breakfast was fabulous. Great location - 15 minute gentle stroll into the centre of Florence. Very nice boutique hotel, with good service and nice rooms.
Very good and considerate staff. Always available. Awesome design and very good lighting and landscaping, albeit a questionable caliber of guests (some hotel guests were staring at me in a way that makes me feel unease and somewhat uncomfortable), but i understand totally it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The most fantastic "doormen" in the world!! There's nothing they can't or won't do for you... In addition to their expertise, lovely rooms, excellent location, perfect service.
The hotel has the best taste! Simple yet elegant; classic yet modernised! The service has beaten my expectations which usually is very high. If the breakfast and hair dryer could be improved, it will be perfect!
Great location, beautiful rooms, exceptional service. We had an amazing stay during our time in Florence.
This is Florentine service at its best. I was there with friends to celebrate a special day and the staff at the Lungarno were brilliant. From check-in to checkout, it was effortless luxury supported by smiling, involved staff who made certain that our stay was a good one.
There were many, but Zach and Andrea were exceptional.
This hotel was spectacular, and the owner put a lot of work into makeing it unique it's some of a kind... (you have to visit it, to see what I mean by that! ) The room that we had was only slightly lacking, not the best views and didn't offer a hot water or coffee maker. I would recommend it all the same though, to anyone. The location is fabulous!
A treat to sit and watch the Arno over a glass or three. Very knowledgeable sommelier, happy to assist but not pretentious.

It's very good. The room is big and well decorated. The location is not very central. But Florence is so small. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to reach major attractions. Compared with other five-star hotels that cost 6,000 yuan, it is really good.
Wonderful hotel, top-level services, very kind and helpful staff ready to fulfill every possible request and information. Very spacious, very clean and welcoming rooms. Amazing restaurant and breakfast service. The reception service is top, everyone is very good, especially Mr. Paolo, always very attentive to making guests feel at home. COMPLIMENTS
I had the pleasure of staying for a work conference at the Columbus.. Paolo, Massimo, Michela, Alessandro, Domenico, Marco, Carolina and all the staff from the caretaker to the cleaning company are the 5 stars and more of this HOTEL! Maximum welcome, smiles, kindness, pampered and assisted like never before! Compliments to the owner who surrounded himself with qualified and professional staff!
Excellent apartments, very attentive attendants, good room service and varied breakfast. Has a nice view, although not facing the principal part of the city. The rooms are spaced and have a private bathroom. Real bathroom, With bath. A little expensive though, but royally worth it.

Hotel La Gemma was beautiful. Very convenient location and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
The room is small. Although there is a window, it is closed because it is a bit noisy facing the street. The room is stuffy and obviously much more humid than hotels in Milan and Rome. When checking in, they offered a welcome drink but it was charged. It was a bit strange to wait for a long time in the lounge. The overall hygiene is OK. The biggest feeling is that it is small, stuffy and humid.
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence.
The rooms are small , is not quite a luxury 5 stars hotel. But location is the best.
The La Gemma is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. Staff was very helpful & gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in for our second stay there. They also put a bottle of chilled champagne in our room to celebrate my birthday. Also enjoyed the lovely spa & rooftop outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the city. Will definitely stay there again.

A wonderful hotel! Convenient location, our room was clean and very cute. The views all around at the hotel are great! All the staff are very attentive and welcoming. Definitely will be staying here again next time I travel to Florence!

My family and I had stayed in this hotel after 10 years. It is honestly amazing! The team is so warm, helpful and welcoming! One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. The hospitality is on another level and the service is even better.
We booked Portrait Firenze for our stay in Florence after having a great experience at Portrait Milano last summer. The hotel is centrally located and right on the Ponte Vecchio with outstanding views from the rooms. The service was A+ and our room was spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast spread in the morning was also absolutely incredible. The only thing that would have made this hotel...
Our stay at Portrait Firenze was absolutely exceptional — a perfect blend of Florentine charm, understated luxury, and truly personalized service. From the moment we arrived, the team and especially mr Vladimir, made us feel not like guests, but like cherished friends returning home. Every detail — from the warm welcome and the impeccable suite design to the breathtaking views over the Arno — reflected...
Amazing hotel with an excellent location, just perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean, making the stay extra comfortable. I truly enjoyed every moment here and would definitely come back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We spent 3 nights at Portrait Firenze and were blown away by the service. Matteo and his team were exceptional—every detail was taken care of, making our stay completely effortless. Beautiful rooms, stunning river views, and warm, genuine hospitality. We left feeling truly cared for and can’t wait to return!
Very nice and spacious room, staffs are very friendly. Very nice outdoor seating for view and have a cigar. The only down side is it doesn’t have a gym, but you can tun outside by the river.

Cool hotel, easily walkable to all the major attractions in Florence! Service was outstanding, very friendly and respectful staff. They set up dog beds and bowls for our dogs staying with us which was very nice of them!
Rooms were a little dated with USB outlets on only one side of the bed. Room keys are very unique, but cumbersome and we had to leave them with reception.
Flooding in the bathroom...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel Regency, Florence
I came to Florence while visiting my daughter at Syracuse University, and choosing Hotel Regency was the best decision. The service here is exceptional — warm, personalized, and genuinely attentive. They truly tailor everything to your needs. I prefer sparkling water, and without ever asking twice, I had sparkling water waiting for me every single day. That’s the...
We hated to leave this wonderful hotel! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s beautiful home from the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Milo at the front desk. We were a bit tired so decided to eat at the hotel. Glad we did because the food was delicious and perfectly prepared.
Our server, Ricardo, was personable and professional. We looked forward to seeing him each morning at breakfast...
Hotel Regency Firenze is a beautiful, boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to most attractions. The entire staff (housekeeping, wait staff, maitre d', sommelier and concierge) was truly exceptional, catering to our every need. Our VIP tickets, private tour, and dinner reservations were waiting for us upon check in, and events went flawlessly. The chef of Relais le Jardin...
Gorgeous hotel with beautiful art and an amazing staff. Definitely among the best 5 star hotels in all of Italy. I chose it for its location close to the Duomo but was shocked to find this stunning building next to a quiet and well maintained park. There are 5-6 staff for every guest and they clearly love each other and their jobs. What really surprised me was I arrived early and in passing noted that...
This is the second hotel on our tour, this time in Florence, or Firenze. It was within walking distance of several of the places we came to see. It is very clean, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds, classy. Leave your heavy metal key and fob at the desk because it does set off metal detectors.

We had such an incredible stay at Golden Tower Hotel & Spa. The location is amazing, we were about 15-20 minutes walking distance from nearly all major sites and activities. Daniele was especially helpful in getting us connected with a cooking class and providing excellent recommendations. The atmosphere of the hotel & overall service was amazing. We will be back!
We had the most amazing experience here and contemplated even changing our trip to stay longer. Clean, beautiful, perfect location.
The staff was beyond friendly and we especially loved the little touches: cookies in our room, our bed freshly made every time we left and returned , they even gave us water bottles before our drive home, booked our spa or any reservations for us, called taxis for us in...
Staying at the Golden Tower Hotel in Florence was an unforgettable experience marked by impressive standards of service and comfort. Right from my arrival, I was made to feel genuinely welcome by the attentive reception staff, who quickly handled my check-in and offered insightful suggestions for exploring the city’s highlights. Throughout my stay, the team displayed a consistent level of kindness...
My recent stay at the Golden Tower Hotel in Florence, Italy in July 2025, was truly exceptional in every way, setting a new standard for hospitality and comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient front desk team who made check-in seamless and provided thoughtful recommendations for making the most of my time in the city. Throughout my visit, the staff’s genuine warmth...
Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but we weren't concerned as we dropped off our luggage and explored the area and had lunch. It's important to note that in order for a car/cab to enter the square where the hotel is situated, they need to ring the hotel so that they can lower the bollards. Or, you can get dropped off on the street and...
We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Florence and were thoroughly impressed. The central location made exploring the city effortless, while the tasteful decoration throughout the property created a delightful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and style. The staff were exceptionally attentive. Breakfast was a highlight each morning...
