We had an amazing stay. The staff is very welcoming, and sat us down with cappuccinos and fresh water while explaining the hotel amenities. The location is superb. We got massages which were also excellent and reasonably priced! The included breakfast is vast and includes fresh fruit, pastries, breads, and a juicer. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is Florentine service at its best. I was there with friends to celebrate a special day and the staff at the Lungarno were brilliant. This hotel was spectacular, and the owner put a lot of work into makeing it unique it's some of a kind... (you have to visit it, to see what I mean by that! ) The room that we had was only slightly lacking, not the best views and didn't offer a hot water or coffee maker. Very nice hotel and pool area! Unfortunately the toilet in our room wasn't functioning, but we were moved to a new room the following day when they had availablity. We luckily got a compensation for the first night. Location is quite nice as one would expect to be further from the city with the amazing view, but it's only a 20 min walk to Porta Romana. I was looking for a nice cool place for a drink when I passed by Hotel Bernini Palace. In the hotel lobby, there is the terrific Bernini Lounge Bar. The ambience was soothing and tranquil; a good respite from the scorching heat outside. The service was impeccable. Really enjoyed the two hours spent there.
