Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view
Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze
Very nice place, especially we liked the pool and the GYM. Location is very nice, 15 min walk to any of the museums’. Beautiful view from the roof
The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.
An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating
We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel

I cannot wait to visit Florence again, I would definitely stay here!
This hotel is absolutely a 5-star for us
It was a very satisfactory hotel. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Duomo. There is a large supermarket and many restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. I think it was about a 15-minute walk to Michelangelo Hill
Nice location(minutes walk to city center), great breakfast, very helpful staff with Italian hospitality(special thanks to Silvia at the reception), and most important - great value for money
★★★★★ Exceptional Service and Care Beyond Expectations!
I had an unexpected health issue during my stay at the hotel, and I cannot thank Barbara at the front desk enough for her kindness and professionalism
Her genuine care and swift action made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle. Barbara is truly a credit to the hotel, and her dedication to guest well-being deserves special recognition

Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence
Florence, Via Giovanni Agnelli 33 🧭 Map
Local suitable for business conference. Personal preparaato and friendly. Far from the station, taxi (very expensive)
The location is bad: getting there with a car is tricky (we missed the poorly marked exit twice in two days) and on foot very risky (you have to walk 400 meters on a fast street with no sidewalk, with cars racing very close to you)
Hotel was pretty old, location is pretty bad, items far away from the center, and there is not even a sidewalk to go to the bus stop. the room had a old TV, with only 10 or so channels available
Nice stay. Quietly. Good breakfast. My concern feel high humidity inside. Gym alike.
For a conference hotel of this category I would expect higher standards but I guess that the huge hordes of tourists from organized tours that constantly arrived and left during our stay also affected my impressions in a negative way
It was a good hotel, however I did not like the breakfast at all. For a 4 star hotel, you cannot just offer eggs and 2 types of sausages. No fruits at all and only one variaty of bred

2) BEWARE: the whirlpool is not free!! It costs 20 euro per person. 3) We had some issues with our ac. Although we were able to adjust the settings and to put it on, it kept on going off after 10 minutes or so
It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.
The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my luggage and were very supportive during both check-in and check-out
We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient for staying in Florence the night before our flight home
The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center
Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free

The doctor arrived at our room within 30 minutes, and after prescription medication, I was on the mend within a couple of days! Vacation saved! Thank you, Valentina! Do not hesitate to book the Hotel Bernini Palace!
Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. All of the staff were wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind and professional. I often wake up early in the morning andgo downstairs, so my wife can sleep
Every morning between 4-5, the night manager would great me with a genuinely big smile and offer to make me a coffee. He’d also bring me some shortbread cookies
Excellent hotel, our room was very dark and from the entrance it smelled like sewage but it was super clean and comfortable. Alessandro the concierge was very efficient, polite and provided excellent service
Stunning hotel in the heart of Florence. Fully walkable to every major site and restaurants. Gorgeous antiques. Elegantly furnished. Impeccably clean. Comfortable beds. Absolutely recommend.
It is so nice to not have to have to leave the hotel to have a cocktail. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

We had the best time at this hotel! We travelled to multiple cities in Italy and this one definitely made us feel at relaxed and at leisure, slowing down our pace and enjoying sun time pool side
An amazing hotel located in the centre of Florence overlooking a beautiful Piazza surrounded by restaurants excellent shopping and to die for sightseeing attractions
For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well
I can't wait to come back in the warmer months to take advantage of that lovely rooftop bar/pool!
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. The hotel is centrally located, so ideal for lots of walking to the main sights in Firenze and within a 10 minute walk from the train station
I can't say enough great things about this hotel. First, the location is wonderful. You can walk nearly anywhere you want to go within 20 minutes, but all the major sights are no more than 10-15

The towels are the biggest and comfiest I've ever seen! Breakfast every morning is delicious, don't miss out
great location friendly staff. the hotel helped a lot with the luggage. all the basic amenities were available in the room. like we really needed the electric kettle in the room which was available without any deposit
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very good location, all of Florence is in walking distance. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.
Check-in was seem less, staff is accommodating, and the location is central to everything! I've been walking distance to everywhere I've wanted to see. Room is spacious and meets my needs
Good location close to the train station and the historic city centre. The room is clean and spacious with good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The staff are helpful and friendly
Comfortable and clean, breakfast was high quality with a lot of choice and staff were nice. The lobby and bar was very comfortable and really good to hang out in.

The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day
This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance
The suite we booked is in Rococo style. It's very beautiful and clean. There's also a super delicious dessert shop called Iginio Massari opposite. I've been to Florence many times and this hotel is my favorite
It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called "Master Ba"
Very good hotel! Convenient location, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, hotel-museum. The breakfast place is simply amazing. One of the best hotels I've visited.
If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop

Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked
This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical
Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful! The only disappointment was that the roof top patio was closed for maintenance while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel
25th Anniversary in Florence
Exceeded expectations for a special stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. Beautiful hotel. Clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and available. Highly recommend.
I reserved a single room because I was traveling solo to visit my son while he was studying abroad, and she was so perfect. The room was tiny but mighty, and I had everything I needed and more

Perfection - From the moment we walked in to the moment we left you guys knew are name and we’re nothing but polite and professional through out are whole stay! On top of that the hotel was amazing, clean and perfectly located
We only stopped in for a drink after dinner but beautiful hotel, bar and lobby. Can’t speak about the rooms but I’m sure they’re beautiful. Centrally located in Florence on Borgo Pinti. Hope to stay here one day
They paid attention to the smallest details and always made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special mention goes to Rachelle at the reception. She was more than helpful and incredibly kind throughout our stay
I booked one night through AMEX with an upgrade to a suite, four categories above the standard room, exactly as shown in the photos. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the welcome we received was exceptional
Because the specific treatment I requested was not available, the hotel generously sent many beautiful gifts to the room. The suite itself was extremely luxurious and comfortable
The rooms are absolutely beautiful – spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered to make you feel comfortable and relaxed

Over all okay stay, the room was very dusty and not clean. The tub was pealing. Beds were comfortable and clean tho. Breakfast was very good with a beautiful view of the pool
It's a good value for money for a business trip, but it feels a bit old
We stayed one night and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was included in our stay and was great. The back of the building is gorgeous and modern which includes the pool area, outdoor BBQ and restaurant
Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The bar and pool area were fantastic (looks like the pictures). The only downside is that the rooms and general common areas need attention and are old and worn
It was difficult to understand it the pool area was open and how to get into it if the restaurant was closed. The hotel from the front appears very worn down but has good bones

We had a good time at this hotel. Hotel is walking distance to the touristy Florence area and a 15 min walk to the train station. Highlight was them having a nice cozy area on the rooftop with a small pool
Have good facilities include gym, the rooftop pool and bar is the highlight of the hotel, beautiful view of Firenze and sunset, they serve a small buffet with drink for euro 20 on thursday, a must to go
Had a constant challenge to get milk and coffee replaced every day! The swimming pool was closed and this was not made obvious at time of booking and felt misled
Although the swimming pool and restaurant on the rooftop are not open this season, we want to go up and take pictures to see the night view, and he also opens the door for us, thank you
Excellent views from the roof top bar although avoid Tuesday / Thursday or book in advance. The staff were also very friendly. Breakfast is good but finishes early at 10am
Very nice hotel. Close to touristical area and train station. The breakfast very good same as the other NH hotels.

With a busy itinerary daily, my priorities for a room were a large bed, quietness, no strange smells, a convenient shower, and the ability to wash small items (like shorts and socks). This room largely fit the bill
The downsides were the weak shower pressure and a sink that wasn't practical for washing my son's socks. On the bright side, there was a water dispenser and a coffee machine for unlimited drinks
Stayed at Mercure Firenze Centro for two weeks. Perfect location as it is located 5 minutes away from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Closed to nearby attractions by walking distance
The room space might be a bit small, however i got a room with balcony at 6th floor. I enjoyed my stay here and not hesitate for a return in future
good location and service, but lack of facilities.
One of the worst things is the sink in washroom is totally not user friendly, in which it is difficult to get used (sometimes dirty ) water to flow away easily or we can pour water into kettle and water container (for coffee machine) efficiently

The staff was always very polite and professional. The rooms are clean and modern. Pool is also nice although when we were there is was quite cold which was refreshing in the summer heat
A bit of a walk from the train station but not far, just 10-15mnts walk. Breakfast was very nice too and they got outdoor rooftop too for breakfast. Would love to come back to this hotel on our next visit
Perfect rooftop terrace and pool on the roof.
Walls made of paper and lots of noise coming in from the corridor. All in all a great hotel but the noise part makes it not worth the ~200€ price tag.
Just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Kraft. Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed breakfast on the the rooftop with great views of the city.
Lovely hotel with lovely people on it. Hotel is very nice, clean and spacious, plus we get upgraded to a room with balcony. The hotel area was also nice and save if you happen to walk home late

It’s the kind of quality that makes mornings special. The amenities are exceptional. The gym is fully equipped with weight racks, bench press, free weights, barbells, and various machines, which is rare for hotels
They really went above and beyond trying to accommodate our room preferences and ended up upgrading us. The breakfast is outstanding with delicious fresh breads, jams, and everything else on the menu
Hotel Firenze Number Nine is a true 5-star gem in the heart of Florence. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the Duomo and about 15 minutes to Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, and Accademia
The location is surrounded by excellent local restaurants away from the typical tourist traps. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is incredibly warm and helpful
This hotel is an absolute gem! Staff, in particular Saeed, are super helpful. I normally only stay at larger chain hotels, but after staying at Hotel No. 9 I will look for more brands like this

The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The rooftop pool bar and seating area was great. Our room was clean and very quiet couldn’t ask for a better experience
Solid modern room with beautiful views from the terrace. Located 7 mins walk from Santa Novella station and 10 min walk from the major sites. Also right next to the markets. Service was fantastic and friendly
Extremely helpful and very friendly, they make you fell at home! The rooftop pool and bar are a very nice addition which you should definitely take into account
The room is quite warmly decorated, and the hotel is in a very good location. You can reach famous attractions such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore within walking distance
I was afraid that I would go out shopping and would not be able to check out in time, so I told the front desk staff about it. The front desk staff was very considerate and extended the time for free

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness
The room was very nice, the staff very kind and helpful, the garden beautiful (we liked a lot taking our breakfast there) and the spa with the swimming pool so cool. We will definitely come back 😊😊😊
Great hotel. High class and chic, with a relaxed atmosphere. The Deluxe rooms are probably the best choice in the summer on account of having their own balcony. We'll stay here again if we're back in Florence.
When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip
There are brochures introducing the history and attractions of Florence. The front desk also provides tourist maps. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. The overall experience is very good
The disadvantage is that the rooms facing the street can hear the sound of cars outside at night, which feels a bit noisy. In addition, the height of the pillow is a bit awkward for me

The breakfast is very complete, including eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, bread, and even rice!
Another highlight is that the check-out is at 12 pm, so you can sleep a bit more or even go for a walk without needing to rush
Very close to the railway station and plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The staff are helpful, and the rooms are clean, though the shower pressure is not great.
Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating
Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent
I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered
Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail

We booked this room because it was listed as looking onto Florence's Piazza della Repubblica, but out the other window we also had an amazing view of the Duomo and Giotto's Bell Tower! What a bonus for us! This hotel is a boutique gem located in the center of historic Florence: it's perfected situated between Piazza della Signoria/Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo
Great hotel! We got there and were greeted with a Mimosa social hour they have most days around 5pm. The front customer service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and cleaners. I seldomly sleep well while traveling
Spent few days here with my family, absolutely enjoyed the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, shout to Vittoria; rooms are clean and the view is breathtaking. Not to mention the breakfast that is one of the best ever
They even had Chia seeds for your granola. So creamy! And why not have another mimosa. The pastries were good but not my favorite. I’m still dreaming of the plain croissants here. The staff were quick to replace items
We flew to Florence for a honeymoon without reservations anywhere and we stumbled into this hotel and was immediately greeted with smiles and warmth. They couldn’t have been more accommodating to us during our stay
Every staff member in the hotel was engaging, positive, and helpful. Habiba ran breakfast in the morning and was so welcoming and attentive! She is incredible and a huge asset to this establishment

Beautiful, big rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
I would definitely recommend this place. Bus stops, restaurants and the main train station are walking distance from the hotel.
Very much enjoyed our stay at this NH Hotel. Staff was welcoming and very responsive. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast options were healthy and tasty. The hotel location was very convenient
Booked a superior room and it was lovely and spacious. The decor was fine and always very clean. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, even pulling together a little breakfast for us when we missed the slot
The hotel doesn't have a proper business centre, but the reception can help with information and printing needs. Only struggle finding a parking spot, especially if you arrive with the car during business/office time
Classy and elegant comfortably located at a walking distance from the heart of the city of Florence. Very practical for those who need a touch and go for an embassy appointment. The staff is courteous and helpful
The location was a little out the way, but still only a 15 minute walk to the centre, although it feels a little longer in the heat! Overall completely happy with our stay, and would recommend!
