Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view

Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze

Very nice place, especially we liked the pool and the GYM. Location is very nice, 15 min walk to any of the museums’. Beautiful view from the roof

The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating

We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel

They were very very very friendly and the baby really loved them! I hope they get to read this! The hotel was very close to the station (around the corner), so check in/out and travelling to other cities was very convenient

Hotel reception staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, AC was good, showers and restrooms were good. 11 of us arrived after travelling from the states. There were adults and children 10 to 15

The service and attention to detail was impressive, made even more so by the very reasonable rates. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect for our walking tours. We will stay here next time in Florence.

They made accommodations for all of us and made several recommendations regarding the foods. Everyone got something different and we shared family style. Each meal was prepared to perfection

The food came out all at once (for a large party very impressive) all hot and delicious. The suggestions from the staff was enough fill everyone and also leave room for some delicious desserts

The room was decent for Italy and the pool and restaurant at the hotel made our trip more enjoyable

2) BEWARE: the whirlpool is not free!! It costs 20 euro per person. 3) We had some issues with our ac. Although we were able to adjust the settings and to put it on, it kept on going off after 10 minutes or so

It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.

The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my luggage and were very supportive during both check-in and check-out

We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient for staying in Florence the night before our flight home

The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center

Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free

Too bad though that the chairs in the terrace were uncomfortable and rusty. The pool and hotel terrace view are much smaller than the pictures but they are well maintained

The breakfast area and outdoor area were beautiful and we wished it had been a bit warmer so we could enjoy the courtyard and the pool

We asked if we could change to one of the rooms we could see beside ours that had the same size deck with no roof over it but we were told (quite rudely) by the man at the front desk that we hadn't booked a room with a deck! Otherwise, the staff were very nice!

The "deck" was large enough for one person to step outside on - half of it was covered by a roof so, while there were two chairs on it, only one person could sit - the other would have been bending under a roof

We would come back again! On the slightly negative side, the room was hot but we had a door to a small step-out deck that allowed some air into the room - we slept with it wide open to give us some air flow

We spent four nights at this hotel celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this hotel made our visit to Florence! The hotel is quiet and situated in beautiful gardens with a pool

This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast

Initially we were worried we were far out of the city as our taxi cost e40 but we soon found out about the local number 12 and 13 buses outside the hotel! We also enjoyed a couple of walks downhill and uphill approx 20mins!

We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. The nights were quiet and peaceful here

The bread was really gorgeous. In addition we enjoyed a tasty light lunch also in the garden. Our room was spacious but we really missed the mosquito-net. Nice and helpful staff made our day enjoyable

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. There is a shuttle to the city center at certain times. Overall, we were satisfied, we can stay here again when we come back.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is luxurious, clean and beautiful and about 10 minutes from the city center

It is a very cute and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location (just a few blocks away from the Duomo, and walking distance to the train station). The room we were in was very large, especially for European standards

Hotel Paris exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were pretty high. It included A/C, a sitting room, good-sized bathroom, giant stone fireplace (non-working), and beautiful old furniture and chandelier

Keep in mind, Americans, this building is hundreds of years old, so expect a blemish or two. The staff was so attentive and friendly

But if you're want something a little calmer, I'd recommend staying outside the city center. That said, we definitely would stay at the Hotel Paris again. Thank you, staff, for making our Italian vacation extraordinary!

If this is your first time to Florence, then Hotel Paris is the perfect spot. , the Duomo -- are within easy walking distance. Countless restaurants and cafes are close by. Banking and shopping is nearby, too

the hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood. There are lots of people, lots of noise, and lots of bustle. This is what we were looking for, so we had no complaints and the location was perfect

The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance

The suite we booked is in Rococo style. It's very beautiful and clean. There's also a super delicious dessert shop called Iginio Massari opposite. I've been to Florence many times and this hotel is my favorite

It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called "Master Ba"

Very good hotel! Convenient location, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, hotel-museum. The breakfast place is simply amazing. One of the best hotels I've visited.

If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop

Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take an electric car

However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room

Comfortable and clean, breakfast was high quality with a lot of choice and staff were nice. The lobby and bar was very comfortable and really good to hang out in.

the spa jets for the foot bath only working on two, ordering a breakfast yoghurt without nuts and recieving it with 2/3 nuts and room wise: the wardrobe door not closing all the way, the mini fridge not being cold enough (personal preference of mince so do take with a grain of salt) and the shower having mild rust on the outside but other than that everything really was amazing

It's a bit different from how it used to be, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are well-cleaned. The absolute best part? The Duomo is just a 5-minute walk away, haha! Other spots are also easily accessible

Hotel Ginori al Duomo is the one of the best hotels I have ever been to, the rooms were spacious, had a great view and overall excellent, the staff were very friendly and helped us find nearby restaurants and places of interest, most of which were within 10 minutes by foot, overall this is an excellent hotel if you are staying in Florence

We booked this place because it was close to the Duomo and it was pretty easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, they were very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed

Their breakfast each morning is excellent - the best we had in Italy. Restaurants and gelato were nearby - and we had an American king-sized bed (which you can't always find in Italy)

7 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, 4 person rooms are very clean, toilet and bathroom were newly built. We stayed with breakfast included, breakfast varieties are not very wide but it was enough for us

Had a constant challenge to get milk and coffee replaced every day! The swimming pool was closed and this was not made obvious at time of booking and felt misled

My wife and I spent a week here and had an exceptional experience. Firstly, the staff was, as you'd expect, top-notch helping arrange transportation, city visits, etc

We just completed a stay the Sina Villa Medici, Autograph Collection in Firenze, Italy. We stayed one night on points and were very disappointed. First, the staff is excellent and very friendly

Second, I understand we were staying using points, but the room and the floor we were in had a very unpleasant odor and we were told no other rooms were available

Third, the shower/tub was very small which made it very difficult to shower and water would get all over the floor. Overall, a big disappointment

I want to especially call out their service in working with me for a surprise birthday flower arrangement. We talked through budgets, color scheme, flower types ahead of time and it was executed perfectly

Two Room apt was really nice and the beds comfy. The AC worked great as temps reached 100+ this week. Breakfast was great too! Short and safe walk to all the main attractions. Grocery store about 100 ft from entrance

We were initially placed in the Annex and asked to be moved to the main house, and Hotel Royal was glad to make that change for us. This is a great hotel for Florence, particularly for those who are driving

This was our second time staying at Hotel Royal in Florence. The hotel is a lovely, old villa close to all the main sights in Florence

The hotel actually has a parking lot in front and so we were able to park right in front of our room - how rare is that in a city like Florence

Actually there’s also a great indoor market around the corner too where the flea market sellers are, try avoid them as they are crap quality and pushy so go inside or the nearby shops, basically buy off the locals, you should be able to spot them out

Only downfall is no body mirror (as a young girl you just always want one)! We checked out at 5:30 am and had no problems as someone is always at the desk! Great experience and if returning to florence will 110% be back at Hotel mia and Cara! :))))

We felt extremely safe, as well as the location is great! we walked about 15-30 minutes MAX, for everything we visited! Convenience store across the street that sells drinks, wine toiletries candy gum and just a few snack items

Myself and my friend both 22 yrs old visited for a vacation!! Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely polite young man. Great english ( as that’s all i and my friend speak) and helped us with everything

Breakfast included and laundry facilities on site, however we paid more and got a local laundrette do it to save time, just drop off and pick up same day about a 2 minute walk

Hotels of this style in Europe are not staffed all the time, like in the US. This one had a policy that you had to call prior if you were going to be checking in later than 8pm

The Tourist house was very charming, while the furnishings were old, the price was right and the location was excellent. The bathroom was good to great

I recommend everyone to go to this hotel, the cleanliness, the punctuality of the delivery room, but, above all, to the point where it is and the price, I recommend to the owners to modernize a little bit the structure.
