The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well

When I left the isolation period, I could enjoy the amazing rooft top and other hotel installations! It’s a very beautiful hotel

Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it

There’s a nice mix of people, a very friendly vibe and comfy, decently-sized rooms. The pool is a nice bonus but the real ace up its sleeve was the rooftop bar which had a phenomenal view of Florence from the top

This was probably the fanciest place we stayed in Italy. Nice hot shower. They like their twin size beds so you have to push those together if you want to be close to your partner.

The breakfast was abundant and had lots of options, plus the staff were really accomodating and hospitable. I Will stay again if in Florence

They offer a shuttle that can be reserved in advance to easily take you to and from city center at specified times. The breakfast buffet is exquisite. Rooms are modern and comfortable

We stayed one night and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was included in our stay and was great. The back of the building is gorgeous and modern which includes the pool area, outdoor BBQ and restaurant

It was difficult to understand it the pool area was open and how to get into it if the restaurant was closed. The hotel from the front appears very worn down but has good bones

We were with two kids and they had a good time in the pool. A few nice restaurants nearby, as well as not very expensive fashion shops, a barber, a pharmacy, a supermarket, etc. Free parking is very convenient

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and tidy. When it comes to the break fast meal. Hotel has a variety of options to get from so you will be ready for the day

All in all a very good selection when choosing this hotel. If coming back I'd stay again here

Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The bar and pool area were fantastic (looks like the pictures). The only downside is that the rooms and general common areas need attention and are old and worn

The breakfast was perfect after an early morning walk, coffee on tap when needed including non dairy milks. And a lovely rooftop view from my little balcony

Second time staying at this marvelous hotel with a large group. The staff is so attentive and really goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met

From big (packing up breakfast boxes for us all for early morning departures) to small (loaning some packing tape so I could try to get a suitcase through one more flight) they do it all

We had a great experience at Hotel Paris in Florence. Great location, so close to the Duomo, train station, bus station for excursions

No pool, no spa, choice of restaurants nearby is very limited. But for a quick stopoved in a familiar brand hotel it is very good!

There isn't much within walking distance, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the train station, which is in the center of so many restaurants and hotels. The room was simple and modern, and we had a beautiful view

Upon arrival when I asked if there were any upgrades available, they had already upgraded our room which included a great view from the 14th floor and access to the Concierge level with snacks

Great place to stay when in Florence. Close to all downtown attractions with large rooms (our even had the balcony with beautiful view) and great all inclusive breakfast (separate charge) and very friendly staff

Awesome hotel at a convenient spot. The fact that you can walk to most of the touristic places and avoid any disruption due to closed streets for cars thanks to a parking lot next door is extremely convenient

Slightly on the more modern side, so if you're looking for that specific Florence charm this might not be your best bet, but if you're looking for a beautiful, friendly hotel in a great location you should definitely stay here

We walked about 5-10 minutes to all the main sites and museums. This hotel is situated down a quiet street away from all the crowds and tourists. I would give this hotel my highest recommendation

This is the perfect hotel for a Florence stay. In the centre of the city but slightly on the edge so that you have very easy access to everywhere but it is also peacefully away from the madding crowds

The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to satisfy any needs of the guests. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and carefully cleaned. Breakfast is excellent and offers a wide choice

Breakfast is just right to set you up for a hard day of tourism, the bar and outside seating area are good relaxing places. All in all an excellent choice for a Florentine stay

The rooms are lovely and cosy. The access to the pool is not free though but we did not honestly have time for it also. If one wants to access the pool then make sure to keep the charge in mind

This is a lovely hotel in the hip area of the city. There are many wine bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The room is quite spacious except the bathroom that was really compact

We had a wonderful stay! The location provides easy access to everything we wanted to do but was also a quiet oasis. The staff is lovely!

Drinks there are expensive and the bar area is not the best, that includes the unexisting bartender that we had to ask reception for him to come every time we wanted a drink. We found it very clean and pleasant

Excellent hotel for the interiors, the rooms, the breakfast, the workers. The only shame is the small parking outside that sometimes is not enough for the guests.

Many of the nights, the hotel was filled with tour groups that made breakfast a bit challenging at times due to how many people were trying to eat at once. The hotel did a great job of keeping the buffet stocked

Stayed here for 3 nights in July 2024. Staff was great, free breakfast was great, rooms are typical old city sized small (to be expected) but very clean and AC worked great. They had a bar and nice garden to sit in

My experience: - helpful, friendly staff - beautiful garden and estate - not enough parking space if the hotel is fully booked - the shuttle service hours are not flexible enough to really enjoy it (we couldn't use it for an early slot at the uffizi (8u30) and the last possibility for the shuttle is at 20 which means you can go down the hill to eat but you probably need to walk back up) - the room...

I would not stay here again and if a friend were to ask me where to stay in Florence I would only advice this hotel if they can sleep through the noices of each and every staff member or guest walking through the hallway (no carpet) and opening their doors (still original so creaky and noisy - not necessarily the hotel's fault) and if they did not mean to walk 30 min up and down the hill every day...

I reserved a single room because I was traveling solo to visit my son while he was studying abroad, and she was so perfect. The room was tiny but mighty, and I had everything I needed and more
