I had an amazing stay at the Golden Tower Hotel & Spa in Florence. Amanda, the receptionist, welcomed us warmly and provided an excellent orientation of Florence and its surroundings, making our trip even more enjoyable

She was incredibly helpful in suggesting things to do, and her knowledge of the area was impressive. Nami, her colleague, was also very helpful throughout our stay

The breakfast is fantastic to say the least. An imaginative chef who will create the perfect dinner with his dishes. The bartender knows how to recommend the most suitable wines

The staff is very welcoming, and sat us down with cappuccinos and fresh water while explaining the hotel amenities

The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need. Nami at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived tired from our journey. She offered us water both on arrival and departure for our journey

We got massages which were also excellent and reasonably priced! The included breakfast is vast and includes fresh fruit, pastries, breads, and a juicer. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely hotel in a quiet location ,the rooms are large and bright,wonderful kitchen,at the reception there are two girls from Ukraine,an outdoor pool,a children's indoor and working.Yaya was in October 2017.

Very good location, everything interesting is in 5 to 10min walking distance. Nice pool in the backyard, few shade seating places thought. The hotel is old and would need some renewal but overall its ok

Mi fiancé and I really liked it because the staff was truly friendly and the pool was like a hidden gem in the center of Florence. Breakfast was awesome, they do a great job here.

The Pool is nice to refresh after a long day of sightseeing. The rooftop is what makes this place really special in my eyes - see the beautiful sunset of Florence without hundreds of tourists, while enjoying a Cocktail

Small but nice pool, however they have a fantastic roof bar that has great views over Florence. Good location which is very close to Florence centre and the train station

Absolute hidden gem and very aesthetically pleasing property. Rooms were clean, with excellent facilities. Open buffet breakfast included in the price. HUDA and RAHA were amazing and made us feel like VIPs

Our room had a beautiful view of the pool, trees and the big compound wall covered with foliage. Since it's an old convent the building structure looked very charming

This is a lovely hotel in the hip area of the city. There are many wine bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The room is quite spacious except the bathroom that was really compact

We left before the start of breakfast — our to-go breakfast boxes were already ready by the time we came downstairs and our taxi was waiting for us. Grazie for the great service Horto Convento staff :)

Great location, only 15min walk to Ponte Vecchio. Beautiful rooms, lovely garden and great service. Dog friendly! We stayed for 1 night in 7/2022

We had a wonderful stay! The location provides easy access to everything we wanted to do but was also a quiet oasis. The staff is lovely!

Next we left over $700, license and money belt in the room safe. We were on our way to another city and the hotel called to tell us and asked if we wanted to come back to retrieve it

Finding it is a bit tricky, since it is located down a side alley where cars are unable to fit. The place itself is very cozy, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are the best part though

First we needed help maneuvering in Florence during a busy time and they sent someone who walked to our car and drove it for us to the hotel and then parked it (that was special)

Breakfast was great, with an assortment of foods in an intimate room (and the staff members are always willing to make you an espresso, cappuccino, etc. Finally, the location is amazing

This is such a fantastic hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was so quiet and clean with amazing aircon in each room. The building is secure and has a lift

Checked in and the front desk was extremely helpful and pointed out tourist pinpoints and times/prices. Keys are electronic so you just need to swipe. Bedroom and bathroom is bigger than other European hotels

Includes safe, cable TV, bidet, basic bathroom necessities, hair dryer, etc. Morning breakfast is filling with meat, cheese, pastries, different juices and coffee and tea

The location has perfect walking access to downtown, food, etc. The only thing I would consider as an improvement is the slowness of the elevator

Best place to stay in Florence. Peaceful and very clean and also location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to most popular place to visit plus just 5 minutes walk from train station

I liked staying here, it's easy to find from the main train station, it's central, the service is great and the rooms has character but I can only give 4 stars because the bed and the pillows could have been more comfortable

3) Staff was very friendly and they didn't ask to deposit city tax in advance. Not a big deal but shows a good gesture. 4) Breakfast was good, especially liked fresh yogurts and grapefruit juice

Stayed at Mario's for a week in 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The room was neat and clean and the view was out to the street which was rich with street life

For elderly people or with heavy luggage there could be a minor issue as this hotel is on the first floor and I am not sure if there is any lift. If I ever visit Florence again then I would prefer to stay here again

Although close to the station, the area seemed very safe and quiet, as well as silent. The reception (and rooms) is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: not ideal for those with walking difficulties

Satyed for 4days(2023) perfect location +helpful staffs+ clean room especially spacy bathroom everybody knows it is hard to find spacy bathrooms in Italy. Plus you can enjoy the meal at balcony! Value for the money!

Very good hotel, with almost perfect location. The room was clean and the bathroom was pretty big. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Every morning we've had a fresh juice and pastries

Run by 2 brothers and family, very clean and quaint, good breakfast, large room and a patio surrounded by greenery right outside our rooms patio door. The room was 75 euros I think

The staff is more than friendly and respond to all of our requests. Located near the railway station(4 min. walking), and the main attractions are at few minutes walking distance

The hotel had a friendly staff and okay breakfast. The room could use some updating and the bathroom was very small but clean. The bed was alright, but the amount of noise at night made it hard to sleep

Rooms are a little dated and tiny bathrooms. Breakfast was pretty good, some meats, cheese, croissants. I gave 4 stairs because we were not allowed to use the elevator

The building is beautiful and modern with cold AC and up to date amenities. The breakfast buffet stretched into 3 rooms with generous and delicious options for every apatite. Finally I want to mention the staff

We booked a room for two but got a room meant for four so it was a lot bigger than we expected. The staff was very friendly and nice, showed us on a map the main spots to visit in Florence

Our room was right next to the reception so it was a bit more noisy than we expected and didn't feel as private. Although the reception was open from 8 am to 11 pm so the nights were still quiet

It was a simple place with really good personal. Friendly and good service. Breakfast was great, more then I expected. Shower could have been better but was enough. I would visit again

The shower was also a bit small, about 80x80cm and neither the shower or the sink had much room to put our toiletries at. So maybe adding a shelf to the shower wall and another above the sink would be nice

The proximity to everything is great, it’s right next to the centre of the city and the train station. The views of the Duomo and Giotto Bell Tower from the balcony makes for incredible breakfast views

She walked us to our room - which is comfy and cozy - view of the street and Duomo and our personal favorite, the bathroom. A gorgeous tub/waterfall shower head, good pressure and consistent hot water

Rooms are of spacious for Italy and clean. Breakfast is available and tasty very with a great view. Location is close to many tourist locations. Hosts speak English and are very kind. I do recommend

The breakfast was simple but great offerings. We really enjoyed the fruit platter, ham and cheese toast and the cappuccino. Our room was spacious, more spacious than the Best Western hotel in Rome

From the second we arrived, Elena was so helpful in providing us information of the best local spots, including a print out of the best local restaurants with price points, etc

She noticed we liked our water in the fridge, so she replenished it in the fridge for us with sparkling, which we prefer over still. The little things that go a very long way

Stayed 4 nights at this very atmospheric , historic stately home with private chapel, around 4-5 km north of the Duomo. It is located in a stunning setting on the hills overlooking the Arno valley below

Villa Le Fontanelle is absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms are absolutely exquisite and comfortable. We highly recommend booking Limonaia or Orangerie if available

The access is off a narrow one-way street near the university hospital, via a private access gravel road twisting further up the hill. Fantastic views of the city of Florence below

Clean rooms and very personal service. They were kind enough to let us check in early, and accommodated a late breakfast. The breakfast includes amazing juices, pastries, cappuchino, omlettes, etc

The bedroom is spacious, cosy and comfortable with a private bathroom too. It's location is just perfect, within walking distance to most major tourist attractions, shopping, dining and also the main train station

The view from the Gold room is awesome. You over look the Piazza Della Signoria and and see the full dome of the Doumo. Everything is within walking distance from the room. The staff is friendly and helpful

The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well

Clean, air-condition available and nice staff. Parking is available next in the the street where hotel is located (outside ZTL zone). the B&B is located 10-20 minutes walking from the most important attractions.

Perfect location to explore the city a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio. Free parking in the immediate vicinity. Room wide com river view, buffet breakfast good, definitely positive experience.

To candraloka Cathedral, the Duomo, 4-5 min walk. Hotel clean, cleaned every day. Good renovated room, quite large for Italy ( I have something to compare). The room has a kettle , fridge and safe

My Husband and I traveled through Italy for our honeymoon. We ended up staying at the Ville Sull’Arno for one night in Florence. Had we known how amazing this hotel was, we would have stayed there the entire trip

The food was amazing! We also did a couples spa service while we were there and it was so nice and relaxing. I cannot brag enough about Ville Sull’Arno! Especially in comparison to the other places we stayed

Decent hotel with 24/7 front desk located in the 3 Rd floor of the building. There is a small elevator in the building. The staffs are helpful. The breakfast was ok, not great.

The room was clean, the bed was OK and the breakfast was decent. BUT the rooms were not sound isolated at all, from 6 am people were closing the door and it sounded like the door of our room was open
