The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well

When I left the isolation period, I could enjoy the amazing rooft top and other hotel installations! It’s a very beautiful hotel

Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it

There isn't much within walking distance, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the train station, which is in the center of so many restaurants and hotels. The room was simple and modern, and we had a beautiful view

we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view

No pool, no spa, choice of restaurants nearby is very limited. But for a quick stopoved in a familiar brand hotel it is very good!

The hotel is wonderful. From the hotel a free bus/railway station. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a choice. The hotel staff is always ready to help in anything.

Upon arrival when I asked if there were any upgrades available, they had already upgraded our room which included a great view from the 14th floor and access to the Concierge level with snacks

Breakfast offered a good variety of fruits and other foods, more than sufficient. The pool was also a decent size, well-equipped for both relaxation and swimming

It felt like a little oasis of calm in a beautiful villa! The rooms are great value and had everything we needed, super comfy bed. There are also plenty of fine restaurants within a 5-10 min walk of the hotel as well

The hotel is older, so that's why the 4 stars, But. An old Villa that was a private home, turned into a hotel. Not in the center of town, but nolre then a 10 to 15 minute walk to the center

We stayed in a double room for a week, and from the first day to check-out, everything was perfect. The reception staff were consistently kind and friendly. The room was a decent size with a view of the garden and pool

I broke my foot on the first day and they were super accommodating with everything I needed to get to-and-from the hospital. I really do appreciate everything they did

We had to do the check in for the Airbnb we were staying at the side of the hotel and the receptionists were really kind and warm, specially Carlos.

It's close to the station and the view from the room was amazing! The room was quite spacious and had a separate bathroom and shower room, as well as two toilets, which was very helpful! The furniture in the room was stylish and I was very satisfied

They allowed us to leave our luggage both before and after checkout times in their luggage room for free, which was very helpful for us as we were traveling with small kids and we didn't have to haul our luggage as we went for sightseeing

And if all people in the service industry were like Signor Massimo at the reception, this world would have been a much nicer place 😊

It's an old palace that was converted into a commercial hotel. The service was also very good

Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take an electric car

The yard is large, and the outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is very cold.

What impressed us most was the staff’s ability to anticipate our needs, providing restaurant recommendations that were not only excellent but felt tailored to our family’s tastes

Their assistance in arranging museum visits and local events was flawless, allowing us to delve into Florence’s rich culture without the weight of planning

The warmth and attention to detail extended to our family, especially to my son, transformed our stay into something much more than a mere hotel visit

However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room

The towels are the biggest and comfiest I've ever seen! Breakfast every morning is delicious, don't miss out

great location friendly staff. the hotel helped a lot with the luggage. all the basic amenities were available in the room. like we really needed the electric kettle in the room which was available without any deposit

Check-in was seem less, staff is accommodating, and the location is central to everything! I've been walking distance to everywhere I've wanted to see. Room is spacious and meets my needs

Stayed here for 3 nights in July 2024. Staff was great, free breakfast was great, rooms are typical old city sized small (to be expected) but very clean and AC worked great. They had a bar and nice garden to sit in

Just the bathroom window was broken and was unable to be opened and the lid of kettle was broken as well. Other than these minor issues it was a comfortable stay

Cannot find fault with this hotel. The staff are wonderful and helped with booking tickets to museums twice for us. Once for same day tickets and then to see Michelangelo’s David early the next morning

Cannot praise the team enough. The room was comfortable and we had free glass of Prosecco each. We also had €30 off bar bill or spa treatment. Lovely surroundings in the courtyard

In the end, we stayed on the 17 Dec 2021 for two nights. On arrival we were greeted with a huge warm welcome and felt completely cared for from beginning to end

The breakfast and room service menu are limited and not worth it. The street side room was very noisy with late night revelers and pedestrian activities. We enjoyed massages at the spa

The hotel is located in Piazza della Annunciation. You can see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore from the window. The location is very good. It is a 16th-century house. It is suitable for family travel

Stairs can be difficult even for a few steps taking your suitcase to the small elevator. But I liked the location and the charm and quaintness of Dedo. I would stay here again just because the staff makes it so welcoming

And the walls were thin so we could hear everyone in their rooms! We couldn’t figure out the air con (and no instructions) and the window/door that opened let in a very bad smell! The plug sockets in the room were useless (we were room 8) and only one worked

The hotel itself is in a very old building with a very susceptive lift (barely fits in two females) so the option is to go up three floors of stairs (hard with luggage)

Room is compact, but washroom is spacious and comfortable. Room and the washroom has all that is required. We found the stay very pleasant and comfortable

Hotels of this style in Europe are not staffed all the time, like in the US. This one had a policy that you had to call prior if you were going to be checking in later than 8pm

Beautiful hotel, captures the old Italian atmosphere. Breakfast isn't to great, expected more from such a 'palazzo' Swimmingpool has too little sunbeds, we had to lie in the grass on our towel.

The bus stop is located right outside the hotel and 2 of the main lines serve this area so they are frequent. The area is quiet which suited us for our stay. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout

I understand the hotel wants to make money on the rooftop terrace, but guests are paying for this amenity in their room fee and accordingly should be allowed to consume their own wine - especially given the drink menu did not have a comparable bottle of wine available

We enjoyed out stay at Hotel Croce di Malta. The staff was attentive and the location was excellent and it was easy to walk to all the areas of the city that we wanted to

Unfortunately and illogically, it is apparently the only place in Florence where I could not open a Super Tuscan for enjoyment purposes
