Hotel delivered a first class stay with all the amenities one expects at a hotel of this caliber. Moreover the staff were all lovely, attentive and had great attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and for me the location is perfect, close to everything but slightly north of the chaos !

It was our first time in Rome and this hotel was perfect. It was located on the ideal street. The staff was so helpful as we navigated our way around Rome. The rooms were comfortable and the food at the restaurant was great. I wish we had time for the spa treatments because they looked amazing! We highly recommended.

This hotel is truly amazing. We stayed there twice on our Italian vacations and were not disappointed. The staff is delightful and knowledgeable, and the hotel's public areas are spotless and shining. The concierge has superb knowledge of Rome and can get you into any museum. Breakfast is awesome and the breakfast area is a work of art. And of course: LOCATION !!!

Very nice staff and beautiful room. I have been here a month ago in my best trip of my life, an italian tour. Rome was my last stop and I felt in love of this property. Very good located and best view from my room.

Love so much peoples works here , smiling listening,nice energy. And room also very comfortable, with a spa with jacuzzi and sauna was so nice too.

Excellent hotel very well located away from caos of downtown. Easy to get around from it’s location. Spanish steps is a 10 min walk. Friendly staff, excellent concierge and bar staff. Give them a four star due to AC issues and missing turn down service one night. It’s rated 5 stars so this should not have happened.

I stayed here two different times for a few days each, within a month. I enjoyed my stay both times, but also had very different experiences each time. On my first stay the staff was incredible, the room ready early, sweet gestures from the team. All around fantastic. When I came back the service was still good, but I received a different explanation of the American Express Fine hotels and resorts booking benefits, which seemed odd. The hotel itself is gorgeous, well located, and has ample amenities and a wonderful restaurant attached. The biggest difference is in the rooms, what what "wing" you stay in. One is older, and absolutely what you'd expect from a slightly dated and five star type of hotel. Wonderful furnishings and decor, the biggest issue is that the AC in that wing is terrible and hardly seems to work, which matters during 100/35 degree hot summer days. the newer wing has wonderful AC and very spacious rooms, but the furnishings and decor, while nixe on the outside, are cheaply done and already falling apart because they are a lower quality. I would happily stay here again either way, as the service was delightful and the rooms very nice either way.
