I just recently spent five nights in this hotel in Rome. I wish I could recommend this hotel but I cannot. I travel a lot and understand sometimes I can have unfortunate events that happen. I am not sure this is the case. The room itself is average for a three star hotel- not what we paid for here. It was warm the week we stayed and the hotel had ‘already switched to heat’. The room was so hot and almost unbearable to sleep. Next, the water temperate during every shower went from warm to hot to freezing. I used the spa, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The steam room and sauna was nice and no one was there.

I am here now. The hotel is amazing! The doors are framed with marble, the walls have a suede like material on them, the doors in leather. The on-site breakfast was fantastic, the staff amazingly warm and friendly. I spend >150 nights per year in a hotel and this has to be a top 5 of my lifetime. I was upgraded to a corner suite and am enjoying every minute here at the hotel. Note: The subway entrance is literally on the corner, making travel easy.

I had to make a last minute accommodation change due to an emergency at the place I was originally staying. I walked over to Bernini to see if there was a room available. I explained what was happening and that it was my birthday and the hotel was able to accommodate my room need. As a way to make me feel special, I got a surprise dessert sent to my room. And upstairs at the rooftop bar, the staff brought me out a dessert at midnight. It was all so sweet and I appreciated everything the hotel did for me to make my birthday that much more special. Besides the view is stunning and the location perfect!

Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke. Our AC was no exception. It would blow air, and at night would finally get down to maybe 78 degrees Fahrenheit (despite having it set on the lowest option). We shared that our room was incredibly hot and were given a fan, which made a little difference. They didn’t investigate further.
As for the rest, the accommodations were nice. I appreciated the prompt room service in the morning, and the attentive door men. They have a nice rooftop restaurant and bar and gave us a welcome drink and free upgrade to a nicer room.
I would absolutely stay again if the AC would be improved.

Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance.
It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night.
I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.

Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio. The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice.

Took my family here and had an amazing time. There is a taxi stand right outside which was great for my Nana since she was exhausted by the end of our trip. They also let us keep our luggage their until our room was ready so we could explore the city, which was just amazing. Breakfast was insanely nice, but having drinks on the rooftop at night looking out at the city and the fountain in front was truly a great experience for us. Rooms were clean and the staff were as nice as could be.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sina Bernini Bristol! The staff was so welcoming and friendly! They instantly greeted our children with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make our stay special! The suites were immaculate and beautifully decorated! When our suites were ready, the staff gifted us with extra amenities, champagne, fruits and treats in our room! Pleasant surprise after walking the streets of Rome all day! My kids loved the giant soaking tub and I loved the plush beds, left us well rested and refreshed each day! We enjoyed breakfast with the terrace doors open each morning and the cappuccinos were delicious! And for those concerned about the AC, don’t be!! Our room stayed very well chilled!!! My husband was very happy with how cold he kept it! I slept in extra layers! This hotel is 5 star and more!! Can’t wait to return!

If you are looking for a breathtaking place where you can spend a relaxing day, accompanied by a charming view of the attic, accompanied by a cuisine rich in delicacies and authenticity, as well as the kindness of the staff, you can only choose SINA BERNINI. Spacious new rooms with all the necessary amenities... finally a super comfortable bed, a double rather than twins as you often find. You will be amazed, above all, by the restaurant's dishes and the prices corresponding to the services offered. Can't wait to go back on a summer evening

Great hotel in a great location We arrived early and were upgraded at no extra cost so we didn't have to wait until we arrived at the room we had booked. Breakfast with menu on the terrace which was nice and with a lovely view I booked a Corona check in advance through the hotel and they arranged everything in advance and the test was done in the room I set the test for the morning and they were a bit early to our delight Great staff , who always came to us, even when we asked for a late check-out, due to the flight time they did not ask for additional money and, most importantly, a very clean hotel
