Hotel Artemide

It was a great experience staying here for 4 nights. The hotel is in an excellent location- walking distance to many attractions. It's very clean, beds are comfy, nice, spacious bathroom- robes and slippers. The free minibar is restocked daily and that was lovely- beer, wine, water, sparkling water, soda and snacks. They also gave a card for a free prosecco at the bar.

The buffet breakfast was very good. A nice selection and you can also ask for an omelet for fried eggs freshly made for you. They also have a wide range of desserts along with cheese, smoked salmon, savory dishes, delicious fruit, etc.

The staff were great- very helpful and pleasant. A special shout out to the breakfast room manager and staff, they worked so hard and they were so nice and enthusiastic.

We were a little early for check in- they have a nice lounge w complimentary tea and small pastries- was nice to sit and relax there after our journey.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was our first trip to Rome on our honeymoon and our first accommodation.
The staff were all professional and friendly, offering lots of suggestions and assistance to help us out.
The property was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Rome, thank you so much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Artemide Hotel in Rome, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process a breeze. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious options and attentive staff who ensured everything was perfect.

The room was spotless, and the room service was outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the welcome refrigerator, which was replenished daily. A special thanks to the staff for the lovely sweet treats they provided each night – it was a delightful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable

Five star rating in a smaller, 4 star hotel. Very nicely located within walking distance of many key sites, with spacious nicely appointed rooms, and kept very clean. Reception staff were superb, from organising car service from airport, advising on where to visit, taxi (to go to Vatican, somewhat further afield) to a return car to the airport. Breakfast was simply stunning, a huge (not something I'd normally say) range of foods and coffees, and so, so helpful.
The rooftop restaurant was superb for a splash out meal (loads of other restaurants in the area for casual meals), and in summer would be even more amazing (in December, it was a little too cold to sit out in the open area, so the enclosed area was a little restricted). Staff again were really superb (silver service level, without all the silver - just what we wanted). Oh the food was marvellous too!.
A very highly recommended hotel if you are visiting Rome.

Very well located. GREAT STAFF. Minibar was free and its use was encouraged. Very good breakfast buffet. If you want a breakfast item that isn't on the buffet, just ask them to make it for you. Since we were staying 5 nights, they gave us a free visit to the spa (sauna, steam room, warm relaxation room, jacuzzi, etc.). Rooms were typical for European hotel rooms, but very comfortable and well appointed. My wife still misses the comfortable bed.

We stayed at Hotel Artemide for 3 nights in August/2024.

I can only give a full 5 star rating because the stay was exceptional from start to finish.

From our arrival, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. They provided excellent service and provided support for anything we asked for.

The best part of our stay was the morning breakfast. The staff greeted us with kindness and hospitality and the Supervisor, Alessandro was simply a delight to interact with.

I could see why the breakfast team were so amazing as Alessandro leads by example. Every morning, Alessandro brought our son a chocolate crepe as a morning treat and our last day, gave us homemade Italian cookies which were simply excellent.

Our Expectations were high. This property did not disappoint.! Actually, before we even stepped in the door, I had communicated with Valentina, Who was extremely quick and thorough with emails and was able to arrange us a driver from the cruise terminal directly to the hotel. This guy was a total professional. He showed up in a nice suit, BMW sedan. 190 euros total (Even though we tipped on top)

So without exception, the staff is exceptional, they are plentiful, friendly, speak great English and go the extra mile to help you out!

The rooms are incredibly well designed in terms of efficiency, lighting, etc. The shower is a little bit strange because it just has one panel of glass Which leads to some splashing onto the floor, but that’s not a big deal. There is no ice machine so you have to basically call the front desk to get ice delivered to your room and it always came very quickly.

A couple of really nice touches are they have a small refrigerator with complementary beverages and snacks which is refreshed daily and these included really nice bottles of beer, different kinds of water and a couple fruit juices…….. Very classy touch as most places will charge you crazy prices for these items. The breakfast is crazy good; All kinds of fresh fruit, freshly baked breads, and pastries. You can actually get eggs to order… It’s also included with the room right and it’s top shelf.

The restaurant on the top floor is excellent. We had our first dinner there, the drinks are very pretty, but they are pricey and they don’t put too much liquor in the drinks so you might be better off with beer or wine or a martini…… My $16 Mojito, was very pretty with lots of lime and mint, But not much rum at all

Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. Did not mention it was my birthday when booking, yet they noticed and provided a lovely gesture in the room after cleaning it which made for a lovely surprise. Staff always happy to help and breakfast was lovely. Rooms and spa area were to a great standard too!

Fantastic. This was an amazing Hotel. From the very start, the Staff, Service and overall experience was nothing but first class. The rooms are reasonably spacious, with all the amenities that you would need. Every day, the breakfast (in dining area) was fantastic, with great food and very entertaining staff. And the location is also very good - within walking / transport distances to near everything. We would certainly stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights recently and it was one of the highlights of our month long holiday. Every single staff member you meet has customer service at the forefront.

Ivan was particularly helpful both before and during our stay. When we had an unexpected delay at the start of our travels, the team was very responsive and helpful. We had very wet weather for our stay and another staff member offered us an umbrella so we didn’t get soaked from the rain. They were so helpful with bags, taxis, any recommendations etc and just overall so friendly and welcoming. What a great first stop on our trip to Italy!

The restaurant, bar and breakfast were all amazing and we absolutely loved our room. The hotel is very well located within walking distance of major attractions but far enough away from the crowds.
