Fantastic restaurant with impeccable service and good pizza. We had the red pizza with capers and olives. It was very good and fresh especially the capers and olives. I also had Italian white wine. The view was stunning, I really did not want to leave. The server was really knowledgeable and gave great service.

The location, the rooms, and the hotel itself are perfect and amazing, but WOW the service here is just something else.
This is the ABSOLUTE BEST service, super friendly staff, we’ve encountered in Europe.
Francesco at breakfast was the best. We miss him already.
And yes, the restaurant has some of the best views in the city

Went for a glass of wine on the (small) roof terrace, waited for almost 20 minutes before being served which was surprising as the restaurant was not busy? Very lovely wine, polite staff and as you'd expect from a hotel of this high standard, beautifully decorated throughout.

Breakfast review: I don’t typically review places that I dine at for breakfast, this experience deserves a review.
First, the food was excellent. An array of fresh fruits, raw honey in honeycomb, excellent cold cuts and cheeses, as well as many extras. My poached eggs were subliminal and the orange juice freshly squeezed.
Second, the staff were superb. Marco and Francesco made my 4 year old son feel like the center of attention and catered to all our requests. These men deserve a raise!

I had an amazing time staying there for a few days in August - the staff was so friendly and Walter from the restaurant even made a cappuccino with my face printed on it, which made my mornings while I was staying there :)) grazie mille!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! We came just for breakfast with our 4 year old. My husband and I agree that this was by far the most amazing breakfast experience we have ever had. The view from the restaurant is nothing short of spectacular. The food quality was top notch, both the continental breakfast and all that came out special from the kitchen was just superb. And the staff, I have never encountered such kind and attentive group of people. They even took the care to bring a hot chocolate for my son with his breakfast, without him asking! We will be back every time we are in Rome. I can’t imagine a better dining experience!

I loved everything about this hotel, from the prime location and immaculate room conditions to the breathtaking views and delicious meals. What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone, from the bellman and front desk team to the restaurant staff, was attentive, warm, and detail-oriented. In over 20 years of travel, this is the first hotel I truly miss. A special thanks to Anna from concierge—she's a superhero! When we needed a last-minute ticket to the Galleria Borghese, which was sold out everywhere, she made it happen, and we even got in for free.

Cocktail Bar review: Amazing view of Rome and fabulous 5 star service. Delicious complimentary olives, almonds and crisps which was a bonus touch! I’d love for there to be live pianist or jazz on some evenings to create a more buzzing atmosphere. Only negatives: Make the interiors more similar to the downstairs bar which is classy and atmospheric

Hotel Eden is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. From the moment you step foot into the lobby, you are greeted by friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The decor is elegant and tasteful, with a touch of modern sophistication

If I could give 6 stars I would in a second. The service is better than any 5-star establishment worldwide. The rooms are modern chic. And the food is excellent. Offseason prices are a bargain. In season it does tend to be very expensive. Location is walking distance to the Spanish steps. Ideal. Treat yourself you will not be disappointed. Oh, forgot even if you’re not staying in the hotel definitely check out La Terrazza bar. The views are spectacular and the drinks are molto buono.
