B&B Hotel Genova

Our Stay in B&B hotel in Genova was truly exceptional. Thanks in large part to Dario and Denise. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to all our need. Dario's attention to detail and Deni's warm, friendly demeanor made all the difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it's the staff that truly sets it apart. I highly recommend the hotel and wewill definitely return for another visit.

Ok. Let’s start but the amazing team at reception. Very welcoming, very helpful and overall they set the tone e if the positive energy the city has. The rooms are very nice, simple, plain, but nice (maybe another pillow would be good, but I didn’t ask). The price is extremely fair compared to what is offered across the city. Breakfast is ok, maybe they should have a bit of a healthier option, but it’s was very decent. Will be me go to place whenever I visit.

It was an amazing trip to Genoa. Within 5 days i stopped 3 times in this amazing hotel, which is in the very center of Genova. I highly recommend this hotel as it is close to the main attractions and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dario, Francesco e Denis.

Location is right across from the train station, which is super convenient. The hotel itself is so charming! The rooms are comfortable with great views, cold AC, and larger than average showers. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! However, I do with there was more cafe/bar options closer to the hotel, admittedly there are some sketchy alleyways just to the right of the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location near the main train station. There is currently maintenance being carried out on the front facade so scaffolding impedes views out of some rooms. Service is polite and friendly. The room I had was spacious but quite dark. A ceiling light would have been ideal. The room does not have a kettle and I only found out there was a communal tea point by chance on my last day. I was not advised by staff about it at check-in. Breakfast is good with various options in a light-filled room. There is a lift but allow for time to wait for it.

The best part of our stay was definitely the front desk staff.

I would like to highlight Pia, who was super friendly, knowledgeable and helped us with directions around Genova.

The other receptionist was Denise who kindly explained everything in regards of the hotel plan and facilities.

Both receptionist are very kind and helpful, and speak perfect English.

It was hard to find a place where to stay with the kids and this B&B hotel was the right spot. The team is great and dynamic, very welcoming. The whole family enjoyed the short stay and love the “Titanic” elevator.

Room was very clean and a good size. It was located on the 6th floor, with a very quick lift. The only minor issues were that there was only one pillow, which was not very comfortable, although we asked reception for extra pillows which they provided immediately. The main room could also benefit with a mirror, although there was one in the bathroom. Overall, we would use B&B Hotels again.

I picked B&B Hotel Genova owing to its very close proximity to the train station (though maneuvering through traffic to get there was tricky). The service was helpful. The place had a nice decor and a young vibe, with lots of groups of teens coming and going.
The property was close to downtown though, oddly, there didn't seem to be much dining or basic shopping options close by.

Rooms were accessible via one of those weird tiny double-door elevators you'd skip unless you had luggage to haul up, as I did.

My double room was spacious enough, the WIFI rock solid. But the bathroom was narrow and oddly configured (you had to swivel 45 degrees to do your business), and there was no soap at the sink. The mattress was squishy but, thankfully, had firm pillows.

All in all, a decent experience for the price, but if you're willing to spend more you might have a more upscale experience for your vacation at one of the other close by properties close by.
