B&B Hotel Genova

Incredible service, I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and sit perfectly across from the station. If you have to spend the night anywhere in Genoa, this should be your spot!!

Great service, amazing staff, perfect location!

Across the street from the Genova train station. The location is close to everything. The room was clean and large, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception provided excellent service and provided great restaurant recommendations. I recommend and will be back.

The hotel's service is amazing. The receptionist was friendly to the guests. With a reasonable price, you can get a comfortable room with complete facilities. If you visit Genova, I recommend you to stay in this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before. I now choose b&b hotels because I know what I'm going to get, a great bed (which is hard to find in Italy). It's next to Principe station. There are several nearby food options. The aquarium and port are a short walk away. The staff were really great, and it's nice being able to always buy espresso from the machine in the lobby.

Our Stay in B&B hotel in Genova was truly exceptional. Thanks in large part to Dario and Denise. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to all our need. Dario's attention to detail and Deni's warm, friendly demeanor made all the difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it's the staff that truly sets it apart. I highly recommend the hotel and wewill definitely return for another visit.

Ok. Let’s start but the amazing team at reception. Very welcoming, very helpful and overall they set the tone e if the positive energy the city has. The rooms are very nice, simple, plain, but nice (maybe another pillow would be good, but I didn’t ask). The price is extremely fair compared to what is offered across the city. Breakfast is ok, maybe they should have a bit of a healthier option, but it’s was very decent. Will be me go to place whenever I visit.

It was an amazing trip to Genoa. Within 5 days i stopped 3 times in this amazing hotel, which is in the very center of Genova. I highly recommend this hotel as it is close to the main attractions and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dario, Francesco e Denis.

Location is right across from the train station, which is super convenient. The hotel itself is so charming! The rooms are comfortable with great views, cold AC, and larger than average showers. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! However, I do with there was more cafe/bar options closer to the hotel, admittedly there are some sketchy alleyways just to the right of the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location near the main train station. There is currently maintenance being carried out on the front facade so scaffolding impedes views out of some rooms. Service is polite and friendly. The room I had was spacious but quite dark. A ceiling light would have been ideal. The room does not have a kettle and I only found out there was a communal tea point by chance on my last day. I was not advised by staff about it at check-in. Breakfast is good with various options in a light-filled room. There is a lift but allow for time to wait for it.

The best part of our stay was definitely the front desk staff.

I would like to highlight Pia, who was super friendly, knowledgeable and helped us with directions around Genova.

The other receptionist was Denise who kindly explained everything in regards of the hotel plan and facilities.

Both receptionist are very kind and helpful, and speak perfect English.
