We stayed one night at B&B HOTELS - Hotel Genova during our 10-day trip through northern Italy and southern France, and it was one of our favorite hotel stops. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The check-in staff was super helpful, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. We especially want to highlight the breakfast—it was by far the best hotel breakfast we had on our entire trip! The location is great if you're driving, as it helps you avoid the ZTL zone. While the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there’s a nearby garage. It may seem a bit tricky at first, but it actually works out just fine. Highly recommended!

When I chose this hotel amongst others and I booked a room for the beginning and again for the end of my tour of Liguria with my son, I knew I was booking a very good place. I absolutely loved the whole experience: the hotel is really beautiful, the rooms we had were bright, clean, spacious and both had a stunning view. Breakfast is excellent, I can't think of anything that wasn't available, a really good variety of food. Overall though, the staff has been the highlight of both of our stays, they were really lovely and looked after us in such a caring way that should we go to Genoa again we wouldn't manage to go anywhere else, we really felt pampered and at home at the same time. Thank you All, you were great!!!!!!

My husband and I have traveled to Italy before but have stayed in an AirBnB. For this trip, we booked all of our stays with B&B Hotels and Genoa was by far the best! Super convenient location being right across from the train station! Our room was quite large and had beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, two big windows with a pretty view, was very clean, the bed and pillows were super comfy, and the staff was very kind and helpful when advising on things to do around the city. Great stay!

Nice hotel located by the central station with a reasonable distance to the center and the old town.
The staff is super nice and helpful, especially Francesco.
Large and fresh rooms with air conditioning, unfortunately a very small elevator so if you are a family of 4 you have to go in turns.
The breakfast is good with a varied selection, but the refill is a bit slow so you may have to wait for what you want.

All of the staff I encountered was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and a nice bathroom.
My experience would’ve been a 5/5, BUT, during my short stay I saw 2 cockroaches (1 in the breakfast room and one in the hallway near my room). It was quite disturbing and made me question the cleanliness of entire hotel.

Hotel staff was very helpful and quick to meet us upon arrival. Had a problem with the ac system and they were very helpful to get it taken care of. Also suggested a Wonderful restaurant and ice cream place.

very good location, excellent cleanliness, service and facilities are good for me. But there is no hot water. it is not convenient for eastern.

This hotel was great. It’s next to the main train station and a 2 minute to the metro. The city is a short walk as well. The room was very spacious and mine had a nice view looking out over the port. The breakfast was great as well with lots of options each morning.
