Well…it’s BEDBUGS!! And a lot of them…or at least enough to transform a short and sweet one night stay in NH HOTEL GENOA CENTRO a living nightmare.
And not only the presence or parasites, but the sheets there were for sure NOT changed as I found a blood stain which was NOT mine there.
Also the mattress protection was full of bedbug eggs- actual proof that that has never been changed.
Not to add the fact that both me and my mother who booked the room with me have multiple allergies - specially caused by dust and insects. Lucky we are both doctors and nothing worse happened. Though the situation was bad and harmful both for our health AND our mental status in the middle of our vacation.
What do I get as a paying costumer in the end?! Ignorance, blisters on my skin, health issues and unanswered emails.
