Great hotel and room. Excellent stay but if you're looking to do any tours, the meeting place is far and will require a taxi/Uber.

Now there is lots to see on walking distance. No complaints about the hotel. Was clean and beautiful

In Florence really good price for what you get. Nice and clean rooms, very good selection for breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. Perfect location just few minutes of walk to the city centre.

This hotel provides amazingly fabulous breakfast. It is even better than five star hotel in US 🇺🇲. I suggest any US travelers heading Florence should stay in this hotel for at least one night, you will enjoy the dignity of being a human being.

We arrived from Milan just this morning, upon arriving we were greeted by Nicolas at the front desk. He was phenomenal! Very courteous, accommodating and funny. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and took the time to draw and point them out on a map for us. The property is beautiful and located just out side the city center. But the staff is what makes it superior and Nicolas deserves some recognition for being great at what he does. Thank you.

I traveled here with a group of friends. Me and my roommate loved that our window could open and we had a view of trees and could enjoy the sounds of the birds chirping.

However, the room was tiny for 2 people to navigate and the door on my side of the wardrobe was very difficult to open/close. There wasn't much space to put our belongings. There was only 1 open outlet in the entire room so we had to unplug our room's phone to get another outlet. The outlets were far away from the bed so I often slept with my phone plugged into my portable battery, instead. The bathroom had a nice layout so we each got to have 1 side of the sink. There was an extra shelf for storage and a shelf inside the shower. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way and therefore, didn't lock. The door to enter the room was difficult to close so I would have to push it really hard and triple check it when leaving.

We were only here for 2 nights so we left the DND sign on the door the whole time. However, housekeeping asked us if we wanted fresh towels and took our used ones for us. They were sooooo nice! They always greeted us, too.

Many of our other friends weren't as lucky and had rooms with black mold everywhere. They were able to get transferred to a new room, but were met with an attitude from the staff and it took several different rooms to get one without black mold.

The overall layout of the hotel is super weird and confusing. We had to take an elevator to another floor and switch elevators to get to the bottom floor. On top of being difficult to navigate, the carpet in the hallways is so thick that it's difficult to wheel luggage on.

The breakfast is standard, nothing special, but nothing to complain about. They didn't have carafes of water so I had to use the juice machine, but filling my water bottle took too long so I often just used water from the bathroom sink.

Went there for Spring Break and we loved this place! Great panoramic view of the city, amazing location, our room was very spacious with a welcome gift (a bottle of wine). The breakfast area was really nice with wonderful local foods. We would love to go back there and will definitely choose this hotel again.

I’ve been here during visit to Florence. 4 star hotel established in 1955. Very big with 2 wings. Clean rooms with enough space. Part of the hotel where we were is refurbished, so rooms are in very good shape. A little bit like g walk to reach that wing. Service, what to say, Italian. So, not best in class, but not bad. Breakfast below average. Very limited choice, but ok, will not stay hungry. Restaurant is really good as well as food in lobby bar. Location is perfect, in my opinion. 1.2km from city center. So, nice walking distance. I had a feeling that something missed to have really full pleasure. But, ok, it is for recommendation. Decent price for Florence.
