The single breakfast was free and quite good. The room was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. If I come to Italy again, I'll definitely choose this place.

Amazing Hotel very clean and the staff are super friendly, they serve a very good breakfast included in the room price, the amenities are good and comfortable. Hotel is nice and clean. The **** are fully deserved. Staff very friendly and helpful The Hotel is about 4 minutes walk to bus and tram station which gets you directly to Venice Old Town. Very accesible from the highway when you come and go. Tickets for Venice are also availible at the Hotel, although you need to buy them with cash.

It's a great spot to stay if you want to visit Venice. ( You can grab tram/bus T1, from a few steps from the hotel). The room was nice, confortable and clean. Food, for dinner I had Breaded Milanese (chicken) and the breakfast was varried enough, I enjoyed the offer.

The location is perfect, there are some lovely restaurants nearby and it's only a 2-3 minute walk from the bus and train stations. Comfortable but basic, what more can you ask for of a budget hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the older chatty man, possibly the manager/owner. I liked the men at the front desk they were very nice and helpful, and even let me print some maps. The room is small and not a good wifi connection. We were staying in an a unsafe area , so not recommended for young families or just families in general. The food at breakfast wasn’t very wide a was a boring selection. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

It's pretty good, it's convenient to go in and out of Venice, and you don't need to pay extra to enter Venice when staying here. It is very close to the bus station and light rail station, and the location is convenient. The city tax is paid when checking out.

I booked a single room, which was quite big. Clean and comfortable. It is very close to the train station and very convenient to the main island. Free parking is also available. The price-performance ratio is really great, highly recommended!

The hotel is located just a few steps away from MESTRE RAILWAY STATION, connecting to St Lucia and to all buses. For tourism, it's a perfect choice. The staff was really professional A lot of guarded parking, locked by a door and security. The room was 10/10 clean. Breakfast 9/10 nothing special about it. The only reason i gave it 4 stars it is because during the night you hear other rooms air conditioning going 24/7, even if the rooms are soundproof. It is not really loud but may be annoying.

The hotel is a typical 3 star hotel with good value for money. It's across the main train station and everything is pretty close and there is a good conction 5 minute max with a train that goes every 5 minutes. The reception staff is very friendly dedicated and professional especially Mr. Riad who helped us a lot with our train tickets etc, even printing them in the hotel!

It's a hotel. The desk clerk answered my question satisfactorily but without enthusiasm. The room was very small and very hot. Took quite a while to figure out the A/C and quite a while for it to actually cool down the room. It's OK if you're just spending the night before a flight out of Marco Polo, but not for anything else.

Honestly the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff are so helpful and couldn't do enough. We're sad to leave. Only booked 3 nights there and wished we'd stayed longer. We had an early flight and they even packaged up some croissants for us, ready to pick up at 6:30 am, for us to take with us. Lovely and clean. Easy to get to Venice, the bus is literally on the doorstep. 5 stars isn't enough.

The room is poorly soundproofed and there are many insects flying around in the lobby and the room. The hot water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold and hard to control.
