Hotel Bogart 2

Room was noisy because right next to parking and to the road it was really annoying, there was a mosquito dead on the wall that nobody cares to clean.
Besides that room was ok, nothing special and do not expect coffee or tea.
Service was nice.

Very bad breakfast, bad service (beside housekeeping), the wardrobe filled with 2 dirty blankets and 2 pillows, and a broken safe.

Stay from 17th to 19th September 2022. In more than 40 years traveling across 4 continents, the last 18 years working with trips to fairs in Madrid, Paris, Dusseldorf and Milan, 3 to 4 times a year in 3-star hotels and 4 stars, we had the worst experience at breakfast due to the terrible quality and the worst possible treatment we had from an employee. PA here apparently doesn't have any fruit, nor bread that isn't wrapped in plastic than what you buy cheaper in supermarkets, nor cheese nor ham or anything like that. Just croissants, yogurt, butter and jam for the bread, milk, packaged juice, water and cereals for the milk. But the worst happened on the 2nd day, September 19, 2022. At 08:30, there were no croissants or anything like that, no milk or yogurt. We asked the lady there if she could provide what was missing, at least what we had the previous morning, but she only brought us 2 yogutes. When we asked about milk she said that she had already told us when we arrived, rudely, that there was something she would provide. We said that the day before it was accessible and her response was that it is not now. In other words, there was cereal but no milk. As witnesses to everything, a Nordic couple with a baby who were already taking the PA could be contacted to confirm what we said. This employee was the same one who greeted us on the 17th at the end of the afternoon when we checked in and right away we saw that she was the wrong person to serve anyone, due to her antipathy and coldness, she didn't make the slightest effort to disguise it. . She almost made us apologize for bothering her. Nothing to say about the male staff, they were respectable and courteous.
