Kleos Hotel Milano by Kleos Group Collection in Milan

Nothing special for a costly hotel. One ride from the central / train station. The man on the front desk was even stern , and because of that , we felt we were not welcomed . I understand that everyone gets tired but working in a customer service must have a friendly attitude towards customers because ur on the frontline and u should set a good atmosphere to make ur customers feel comfortable. Good thing , the lady on the front desk the next morning gave us 12 pm check out instead of 10 and was friendlier than the man who assisted us first. Not even sound proof as it was stated on the page. Their food was even very limited. Ham , egg , bread and yogurt . Thats it , When the ham was finished , the woman not even refill it knowing there was still 3 table that was eating. 😅

The worst treatment, an inhumane hotel. I booked two rooms for us and our children, and the war broke out between Israel and Iran, and they closed the airspace, and we could not travel. They refused to return the money, and in this case our friends were stuck in Milan, so we sent them to take our rooms, and they told them that the hotel was fully booked, and when we spoke to them that this not permissible, they also spoke to us in a bad way and refused to return the money.

This email shows your lack of credibility in dealing and lack of interest in what happened and commenting on the issue on booking. We contacted them before you and they told us that we are at your mercy and that you received the amount from them and they are now outside the issue. On the contrary, they showed understanding and deep regret about the events taking place in our country and told us that they will contact you to help us as the issue is humanitarian and the reason is the war. After that, we contacted you by phone as you are the concerned party and we learned what had previously happened that you had rented the rooms and this is not your right since you received the price of the stay. I am very surprised by this response and it is really clear that the issue with you is related to money and exploitation of customers, but unfortunately I cannot remain silent about this issue. A person should not remain silent about his rights, and you, as a profit-making institution, do not remain silent about your right. I am still demanding the return of the amount and your justification is illogical. Thank you.

I don’t recommend this hotel because of my & kids bad experience with them ......Your hotel in a denial about what is happening in the Middle East since you did consider our case is important. We in Jordan, until this day can't travel because of the war between Israel and Iran ...... I hope you follow the news and the announcements from the aviation companies to realize that such case requires refund. The hotels I booked for my family trip to Italy cooperated with us and showed great sympathy, and refunded the full amount, also the airline did the same...... unfortunately your management looking for this case from a financial profit point of view without considering the humanity side ..... In addition to that, after calling the hotel you took advantage of our inability to come to Italy and our rooms are not avaialble . Bravo.
