Great hotel despite some bad reviews on booking. We had a pleasant stay.
Rooms are clean, toilet is clean. There is always staff doing cleaning in the hallway in the morning.Towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo was provided. There is air conditioner, great heating. Rooms are not very big but enough space for everything. There were bedside drawers, table, cupboard with hangers.
Reception service was great, everyone was kind and helpful. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out for a day. Although they were not stored in another room, I guess they were safe as there are CCTV cameras everywhere. We were provided with kettle upon our request.
Location is great, felt safe even at night. Easy to get to transport and to center.
Overall, everything was great and it’s an amazing place to stay in Milan on budget.

It’s located in a really good neighbourhood, it can be a bit busy and now they have some construction work going on but you cannot hear anything inside, the windows close it out real well. It’s a real nice place to stay even just for one night, the rooms are perfect. Bed is comfortable, especially just for sleeping after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was lovely, they are really helpful 🥰😊

My worst experience ever, owner at reception, was so rude, unreasonable, and discriminative. Didn't listen and not even prepared to hear our query, instead Threatened us to cancel our booking and to leave after took all our payments. Place was hard to find as situated in a residential building. Definitely not recommended place for stay, think 10 times before considering this place.

Super good location! Bus stop/Metro are in 5-10min walk.
We got room with double+ 2 single beds. Lucky us, had some extra space.
Room was warm and cleaned every day.
Only negative thing was really small shower cabin. Receptionist told us that this is regular size cabin and do not have any bigger ones. (Never seen that small cabin, as well never been in Italy before😀)
For breakfast you can make sandwich(cheese,salami and some sausage), boiled eggs and there was many different sweet pastries. (Should have something fresh as tomato, cucumber or lettuce.) And They even prepare the desired coffee drink or tea.
Ofcourse it is not as some 5 star hotel breakfast, but for that price it was good enough.

Very nice rooms for the prices... It's just kinda sad that the noise people make in breakfast actually wake you up (beggining at 8am)...

I wrote a review on booking regarding the fact that i chose the room for the safe. The owner had the audacity to reply to me that the safe was in the closet when I went to the reception and they said that the only room without one was ours !!! Regarding the breakfast he said that we ate for 3 hours. We stayed one hour and on my money you can’t tell me that i wanted to enjoy my coffee !!!!!!! Yeah you refused to give us a cup of tea. I hope you will get rich with that and maybe you will see the things with other perspectives !
