Oasi Village Hotel in Milan

I want to share an extremely unpleasant experience that completely ruined my impression of this hotel. Late at night, around 12:30 AM, I returned to the hotel with my girlfriend. At the entrance, we were stopped by a front desk employee who demanded to see a passport. We calmly explained that the passport was in our suitcase in the room and that we would go up to get it. Instead of showing any understanding, the staff member acted extremely rudely. While we took the elevator up to our floor, he ran up the stairs after us, blocked our path, and threatened to call the police if my girlfriend entered the room. We explained once again that we simply needed to get the passport from the suitcase, but were met with more threats. Rather than letting us go up and retrieve the document, this employee forced my girlfriend to return to the reception desk, and I had to carry a heavy suitcase down myself so she could search for her passport in front of everyone in the lobby. Again — all of this happened after midnight, when we were exhausted and simply wanted to get some rest. I’ve never encountered such rudeness and disrespect from hotel staff. To make matters worse, when we asked him to identify himself, he outright refused to give his name — which already speaks volumes about his professionalism. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should never happen in a hotel that claims to value its guests. As long as management continues to ignore such incidents and hires people who clearly lack basic customer service skills, I absolutely cannot and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I urge the hotel administration to take action, or more negative reviews and a damaged reputation will surely follow
