Clean. Comfortable. Basic. Pleasant staff and owners who were very helpful and we were able to borrow a converter plug. Positives: central location, lift, hot powerful shower, useful bidet, fluffy clean white towels replaced daily, comfortable bed with cool cotton sheets and good pillows. Fridge, safe, help with luggage and parking. Genuine staff. Good breakfast with eggs, bacon as well as continental. Fruit, cereal. It is on the right side of town for attractions. Negatives: no kettle or coffee machine so bring your own, no bottled water included, no tissues, no shower bonnet for ladies, no in house parking, air con did not work though it was advertised, brown outdated bed cover/duvet was off putting, but we had a nice balcony to sit out. Noisy being in town and over bar. There is a spa but access was complicated and no time to access. However, by comparison, Ariston was a really good choice.

What we liked most about this hotel were the staff. The front desk and restaurant workers were very accomodating and friendly. Soon after we arrived I asked for a kettle for my room and the next morning it just appeared. A little thing, but it was a pleasant surprise that I didn't have to remind anyone. Our room was comfortable, we slept well. The electrical was a bit weird - one of the plugs didn't work - but that is the only issue with the room. The view was spectacular (attached photos were all taken from the room/balcony). Breakfast was simple & good - cereals, selection of meats, cheeses, coffee, cakes - and, as I said, service was great. The hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to the train station and a lot of nice restaurants.

Stayed there for a couple of nights. Definitely needs some modernisation, especially with these prices. Room big enough for 3, quite clean and personnel friendly. Breakfast was average. Its location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to get to the centre.

Επισκέφτηκα το ξενοδοχείο στο πλεσιο οργανωμένης εκδρομής από γνωστό κυπριακό πρακτορείο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι απαράδεκτο. Πεπαλαιωμένο , εικόνα δεκατίας 80. Προσωπικό πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει αλλά δείχνει την εντύπωση ότι δεν λαμβάνει σοβαρά τους πελάτες του. Ένας ανελκυστήρας με αρκετό χρόνο αναμονής , σκαλιά χωρίς ράμπες , μη προσβάσιμο για άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες ή για ηλικιωμένους. Πρωινό φτωχό με ανακυκλώσιμα τρόφιμα και ελλείψεις . Δείπνο: στα πλέσια της εκδρομής 2 βραδινά φαγητά στο ξενοδοχείο τα οποία ήταν απαράδεκτα χωρίς δυνατότητα επιλογής , αγενές προσωπικό , αγέλαστο που δεν μιλά λέξη πέραν από ιταλικά. Δεν άλλαξαν πετσέτες στο δωμάτιο παρόλο που δεν ζητήθηκε να μην τις αλλάξουν , αντίθετα έβαλαν τις πετσέτες πάνω στη τουαλέτα για να στεγνώσουν. Έπιπλα από τη δεκαετία του 80 στρώματα άβολα , ηχομόνωση ανεπαρκής , καλή τοποθεσία.

Δεν ειχε ραμπα για το καροτσι. Οχι κλιματιστικο στον χωρο υποδοχης. 1 ασανσερ με αποτέλεσμα να υπαρχει συνονιστος με ολους.αθλιο προγευμα και φαγητο. Ελειψεις στο προγευμα αρκετα νωρις και η απαντηση οταν ζητησαμε ηταν δεν υπαρχει. Πετσετες προσωπου δεν μας ειχαν και ζητησαμε να μας φερουν και την 2η μερα δεν τα ειχαν αλλαξει και παλι ζητησαμε να μας τα αλαξουν

Personale gentilissimo, camera comoda e pulitissima, vicino al centro.. colazione buonissima 😋 la spa e il massaggio 💆🏻♀️ ottimi. Parcheggio 🅿️ disponibile ovunque con ticket agevolato fornito dall’albergo. Due giorni di solitario riposo. Grazie tornerò a trovarvi.

A well located hotel with a great staff. Our room was small and minimalist, but always perfectly cleaned. We had a cute little balcony, we had dinner there a few times. The two receptionists (the blonde lady, and the young man) were adorable! Breakfast was okay, but I expected more vegetables and fruits. The wellness area looked amazing. A 2-hour wellness ticket costs 10 € / person, however you cannot use the saunas, only the jakuzzi. When we tried to turn on the sauna, the alarm started to ring very loudly, so i suggest not to try it. All in all: if you want to stay at a quiet hotel, near to the railway station and the center, and you don't want to wellness every day: it's a good choice for you.
P.S: The hotel is from a 3-4 minutes walk from Gelateria Desideri which is a MUST TRY! The most delicious icecrem what I've ever eaten.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more accommodating. The helped me make arrangements to get some medical care, made a special cake for someone who had a birthday in our party, did turkey on Thanksgiving evening for us Americans, were gracious in helping with all of our needs. And even gave us the extra biscotti for the road! Thank you for your making our visit there special!
